Richardson & McLaughlin Are TROUBLE!

holy moly some of the performances from today have been insane first let's start with the form and focus shikari Richardson is showing right now she dominated three rounds of the 100 meter over the past few days running a PB and a top seven time in history of 10.71 although she slowed a little with a 10.81 in the final to call for worlds she's still absolutely dominated the field but her 200 today she's never been a super strong 200 meter Runner with a current PB of 22 flat and I'm gonna be honest I counted her out thinking fatigue might hit and a 200 would suffer a bit especially after destroying in the hundred but she put me the hell down in the heat she cruised to a 21.61 albeit with a wind slightly over the allowable limit this would have been an equal number four time in history and a PB by 0.39 seconds but a positive 2.6 meter per second wind only 0.6 over the allowable limit voids the time regardless I'm shocked and I'm really excited to see what times she can run in the next two rounds and at Worlds the woman's Sprints have been building up for a long time and I think we're going to see a flojo world record fall as well as the long-awaited matchup with the Jamaicans Richardson interlude then there's Sydney McLaughlin and man a stunning 48.74 just outside the American record a new world lead and a PB of over 0.8 of a second we've literally never seen a 400 meter hurdler come to the open for and do this also then there's the question of will she double at Worlds or pick the open four or the four hurdles she really is a monster of an athlete and at this point I feel like she could keep moving down and dominate the shortest Sprints too this also may be the first time I've seen her with a legitimate smile on her face after a run which is disturbing but also she looked shocked it's wild to see an athlete knock so many performances out of the park and still be so stoic I'm really not a huge fan but I guess I respect it you know job's not finished lastly the UK track and field Champs 100 final was a wild one our boy ammo dudzig qualified and third for the time of 10.18 but zarnel Hughes ran a time of 10.03 and look at these absolutely munted conditions this would take three seconds off my 100 meter unbelievable from the entire field to be honest so to the now 260 of you out there who have you got your eyes on to qualify for the World Champs
