- What's up everybody? It's Enes here, welcome to another episode. Today we're checking out this
incredible floating villa also known as Floating Seahorse
here in The World Islands. It has 4,000 square
feet of interior space, two bedrooms that are below sea level with three full bathrooms. And let's go check it out.
(seagulls wailing) (upbeat electronic music) (water bubbling) (upbeat electronic music) (underwater rumbling) (upbeat electronic music) (seagulls squealing) All right, we're gonna start our tour on the exterior on this patio space. First off, our views are incredible. I mean, we have Dubai's
skyline right behind us, Burj Khalifa and we're
at The World Islands specifically in the
Heart of Europe section. And they have these floating villas which are these super cool structures, by the way it's super windy today. We're gonna do our best
to protect our microphones from the wind. And we are on the outside
patio space right now. They have this section
where we have the net. In fact, I'm gonna step on it, let's see, oh, it's pretty comfortable. This is obviously a great place for you to sit down, relax, enjoy. And it also allows natural
light to go to the lower level because they have two
bedrooms that are below grade. Which is just kind of amazing. And your views are phenomenal. You have the islands around you and this is the outdoor space you have. By the way, I don't think
I've mentioned it yet. This villa, current pricing is $20 million which is a lot because
they've actually had over a hundred of these for sale. And over the years, not
only they've sold them. They have few programs
where you can buy 'em as an investment opportunity. And apparently they've done so well that price basically kept going up. So this is what you're looking at but it feels honestly amazing to be here. - [Mikey] Yeah, it's incredible. We've never really seen
anything like this. Again, it's a little windy today Enes, you have a little
hair, you gonna go fix that? - There you go. I'm trying to fix it, we're
trying to keep it together guys. - Yeah
- But we are so excited to be here. Like I really mean it. This is so one of a kind. Mikey, have we ever
seen anything like this? Even close? - [Mikey] So in Miami
there's a floating house - Sure, true, true.
that y'all might have seen on YouTube. Architectural Digest, toured it. There's a few other videos out there but it's nothing like this. They don't have underwater bedrooms. We're gonna get down there in a minute. We're gonna save that
for the end of the video. So if y'all wanna see that stick around. - Stick around, absolutely. All right. So off of the patio space you have sliding glass doors
and an open corner design. It brings you here. And this is your living room. I just love that flooring
is designed like a yacht. So you have this hardwood floors with the caulking in between. They're trying to give you that
like yachting experience almost. You have your comfortable
seating area here with a marble coffee
table, right in the center. And on the back we have a small dining area
with this exquisite table. And I mean, Mikey, can we get a close up? You have marble in the center, then this wood inlay
and this leather inlay on the outside layer, gorgeous chairs. And let's focus on the
wall here for a second. Before I cover the kitchen,
they have these unique openings in different sizes, allowing
natural light to come in but they're a little
bit on the smaller side. That way it keeps this room private but yet you still benefit from natural light
coming from this section. Now behind me, we have the kitchen. You have your paneled fridge here small kitchenette design, but even here, they have natural stone
throughout, your uppers, vent, your cooktop with an
oven down below, your sink. Pretty much everything you need. And I'm assuming, let's see, that's your dishwasher right there. 24 inch. Love it. Also, they have these
bifolding doors here. That way you can close this off and almost convert this space into a
bedroom, which is really nice. And I say bedroom because we have this opening here taking us to a closet space storage area. But more importantly
(door handle clicks) we have this door opening
us to a spacious bathroom. Floating vanity design with two sinks, chrome fixtures throughout, you have your wall sconces here. And even in your floating villa you have natural stone throughout. I say even in your floating villa because we just toured the Swedish Palace and they had natural stone everywhere. And in here they have the same
design elements throughout. - [Mikey] Yeah, and just in
case this video comes out before that one, guys, you're just gonna have
to wait and see that one. It's incredible. - It is incredible, it's one of a kind. All right, we have this
gorgeous shower here with a rainhead above. You get an amazing view of the backside of the floating villa. In fact, we're gonna check
the section out in a bit. All right, Mikey, let's get out so we can continue our tour on this level. Let's get back to the living room area and on our right hand side,
by the way, before we go there this villa has a smart control. You can control your AC, shades. Everything is automized and
you can control it right here. We have a pocket door
sealing off this section and essentially you are looking at your front door, which is right here. There you go. So now I'm gonna close this door, staircase going down to the lower level as well as the second floor. But more importantly, Mikey follow me? We have another wall right here with the openings again,
bringing natural light. I don't think you've seen
this part yet, Mikey. - [Mikey] Oh, wow. - [Enes] This is the backside
of the floating villa. How cool is this? - [Mikey] Yeah. - [Enes] I just wanna sit
down here and read a book. Just hang out.
- Yeah. This is really cool. We've never done anything like this, but after seeing those
bedrooms downstairs, it's hard to beat that. Let's...
- Yeah, I know, absolutely. - We'll be down there in a minute. - In a minute, but now
let's go actually upstairs so we can check out the lounge. (upbeat electronic music) All right, here we are
on the second floor. This door opens up to a half
bathroom for this level. And going through this opening,
we are on the top floor. Now this space is awesome
because you're truly making the best out of the outdoor spaces. Since we're a little bit more
elevated, we get better views. We have a hot tub right in the center. What a spot? I mean, look at all these lounging chairs Mikey, we should buy one of these. - [Mikey] 20 million
is a little out of my budget. but give the channel a
few years, we'll see. - We'll see where it goes, right? - [Mikey] Yeah. - [Enes] I love the space. Elevation is great. Our views are phenomenal. It's been a long day, but this kind of patio space on the second floor
really makes up for it. I mean, if I owned this floating villa I would love to just
stay here, relax, enjoy. By the way, we just
turned on this water... I mean the out outdoor shower here I don't want you guys to
think that it's leaking. - Yeah.
- Mikey got a little wet. - Yeah I was...
- He was trying to figure out which direction or like
whether it's a handheld - [Mikey] If y'all watch the channel, I always like to turn things on. So I was getting a practice run in and... - [Enes] Yeah, he got a lesson out of it. - [Mikey] Yeah, I got soaking wet, so. - There you go. But we have the outdoor shower here also. Now coming to this section this
is your covered patio space. Built-in table right in the center. I say built-in because it's
like the ones on the yacht. You can actually adjust them. You can lower 'em and put padding on top make this an outdoor bed,
which would be really cool. I know Mikey, you would
get a kick out of this. I feel like you would
enjoy the breeze out here. I would too, honestly. - [Mikey] Yeah, it is Dubai,
but it is windy out here, so. - Absolutely, at least today. - [Mikey] Yeah. - Also we have these
built-in curtains throughout so you can kind of close off the section for a little bit more privacy. We have this skylight right in the center where you can also close. If you wanna have this
entire space fully enclosed you have your outdoor speakers,
again, your seating area, dining table, your wet
bar here with cabinetry, uppers, even here, it's
all clad with marble. What a gorgeous space. Your views are phenomenal. I mean, this floating
villa is truly amazing. And that wraps up our
tour on the second floor. Now we're gonna go all the
way down to the lower level so we can check out the bedrooms. (upbeat electronic music) All right, now we're on the lower level and we're gonna check out the bedrooms. (door handle clicks)
First one starts right here. And as soon as you walk
in, you see something that we have never seen on this channel. You're below grade, below
not grade, below sea level. - [Mikey] Yeah. - And you have coral right in front of your floating villa. And this is the view you look at. This is something else, we've
never seen anything like this. - [Mikey] It's incredible. I feel like the Dubai loves
these kinds of things. Like there's a big
underwater restaurant here. I don't know what else is underwater. There's big aquarium in the mall we saw. - Exactly. - [Mikey] We've been kind
of just exploring the city And there's a lot of these kind of underwater
viewpoints around. - I feel like people are not
afraid to experiment here. They're like, that would be a cool idea. And they just go and do it. - Yeah.
- They just make it happen. - [Mikey] If y'all are

- All right. So this is a 10 centimeter acrylic panel. So you're absolutely safe here. This is not going anywhere. It's actually bullet proof. And within The World Island's development they have their own reef or coral farm. So they're raising these
corals, I guess in-house. And once they're a certain size they bring it here and attach
it to your floating villa. That way you have fish
and sea life around you. So you can technically pick
the type of coral you want. And I guess I'm assuming that will attract certain type of fish, which
is just one of a kind. - [Mikey] Yeah, we spoke
with someone who works with the development company
when we first got here and she told us, there's a
way they actually speed up the life cycle of these corals. So they grow four to five times faster than they do in the wild. Obviously coral takes an
extremely long time to grow if it's just out in the ocean, but basically they'll
regulate the lighting and make the coral think
that days are passing faster than they are. They'll feed it special food. And they put it in a special solution that facilitates faster growth. - The growth, faster growth.
- Yeah. - Absolutely. This is incredible. I'm speechless. This is so cool. By the way we have, let's see,
we have a dropdown TV here. I don't even think you would need a TV if you stay in this bedroom. I know we have a couch set up here but obviously you can put a
bed here or whatever you like and they have a dropdown TV
because your views are so great. You would never need a TV. - [Mikey] Yeah, maybe a book. You sit down here, read
a book, that'd be nice. - It's so peaceful up here. All right, we have some built
in cabinetry throughout. I'm trying to remember
where the bathroom is. Let's see, I think it's this door. There you go. Mikey, let's quickly check it out. We have a full size bathroom here. Again, marble throughout,
floating vanity on this side. Pretty much the same finishes
that we saw on the main floor. And we have a nice walk-in shower here with the mosaic finish, rainhead above. This is great. This is your secondary
bedroom on this level. Now coming back to the landing, we have the door on the other side going into a primary bedroom hallway. I say hallway because we
have some cabinetry here, small wet bar with some upper cabinets and base cabinets with a sink. And we have this door opening up to your primary bedroom suite. Now obviously your primary bedroom suite is a little bit bigger than the
bedroom that we just toured. But with that, you get
a bigger acrylic panel which means you have better views. And look at this. - [Mikey] It's incredible. - You have your own little Atlantis within your home (laughs). I mean, this is just amazing. - Yeah.
- I can't wrap my head around it. We've been here for five, six days. Every day has been a shock,
every day has been like, "Oh wow, that's possible." And of course it's an amazing idea. Why wouldn't you wanna
have a room below sea level? So you can just watch the fish in your coral and they made it out here. And this structure, by
the way, weighs 400 tons. I mean, it's a lot of weight,
it's built out of concrete. And 10 centimeter acrylic
panel, your views. That's your hammock right above us off of the patio space
that we toured earlier. I'm outta words. This is amazing. We have the built-in seating
here with padded walls and I love this texture
detail that they have between the seating setup
and the wall panels. This is gorgeous. Some cabinetry here, by the
way, these are pullout beds. I wanted to mention that,
this is how they designed it, but obviously the end user
can do whatever they like. We have a dropdown TV right above us with a padded wall, recessed lights, some storage space right here. And more importantly, I don't know if it's more importantly, but it's a nice detail to have. They have a escape hatch
here for easy access. Mikey really wants me to climb. I'm gonna give this a go. - [Mikey] Yeah, so if y'all
are scared of being underwater you always have a way out. - Exactly. - Yeah.
- And you know, I mentioned earlier
walls are all concrete. This is just, I'm outta words.
- Yeah. - I've never seen anything like this. - [Mikey] How heavy is this? - 400 tons - [Mikey] 400 tons, wow. - [Enes] All right, ready Mikey? Of course this bedroom
has its own bathroom. It starts here. And since it's the primary bedroom suite it is a little bit more spacious. You have your floating vanity design here with two sinks, chrome fixtures,
natural stone throughout. I mean, look at this, walk-in shower here with rainhead above. We are below sea level and
you have a walk in shower. This is unbelievable. - [Mikey] We are below sea level in a manmade development
off the coast of Dubai. That costs billions of dollars. And it's incredible, yeah. - It is truly incredible. (upbeat electronic music) All right everyone,
