[Music] what is going on everybody welcome back to another luxury home tour with your host jp today we have a stunning architectural new construction property to tour for you guys today today we're in los angeles county california about to tour this amazing property which features six bedrooms eight bathrooms just over five thousand square feet of interior space and is built on a lot that is just over seven thousand square feet the property is currently on the market for four million five hundred ninety five thousand dollars and i also wanna thank the listing agent yasi for letting us tour his amazing listing i will leave all of his information in the description down below now let's get started so beginning on the exterior of this new construction modern home we have a two-car driveway which takes us over into the two-car garage i really like the turf patterns that are displayed on the driveway as well you have nice landscaping surrounding this entire space and i really like the smooth stucco finish surrounding the entire exterior we also do see a custom wooden paneling that is displayed under each balcony space now let's continue on through we have a large turf area which is surrounded by some nice trees adding an element of privacy now follow me up these steps we have some floor-to-ceiling glass windows which look over into the formal living area nice glass pivot door and let's head inside now first stepping into this modern new construction property we are greeted with a three-story entrance and i really like the skylight that is up on that ceiling offering so much natural light to come inside this area we see engineered hardwood floors throughout the first and the second floor of the property let's take a left-hand turn and check out the formal living area now a great feature inside of the formal living area is that you have all these floor-to-ceiling glass windows which allow so much natural light to come inside of here and continuing through we your space because we have an amazing wine storage area at this wine storage area we also do see that they use the exact same wood paneling to the custom wooden cabinetry that we just saw at the wet bar area now continuing through the first floor of the property let's go ahead and take a left-hand turn and check out bedroom number one which is currently staged as an office space so i do like that modern light fixture that is displayed in the center of this room you have two picture windows on either side of here looking out to your foliage as we continue through this room also has a full-sized walk-in closet space plenty of built-in shelving built-in drawer spaces and built-in spaces to hold your clothing now continuing through this room is also ensuite of course we see the engineered hardwood transition to a nice stone and this is where we have the ensuite bathroom so i do like the combination of the quartz countertop with the custom wooden details on the cabinetry we see a nice your push to open stainless steel wolf design double oven space love the fact that it's pushed to open again creating that seamless integration now follow me down through the kitchen space we have this glass door which takes us out to the backyard we have this amazing marble countertop with the marble backsplash to match some more seamlessly integrated cabinetry you have some additional refrigeration space right below let's take a right-hand turn and check out the massive pantry space so i love that you have that floor-to-ceiling shelving now continuing through the kitchen space we see that same marble countertop matching marble backsplash right above and this marble actually extends all the way to the end of the kitchen got your built-in panel dishwasher and some more of that seamlessly integrated cabinetry space i also do like the ambi lighting that you have right below that area you got your built-in stainless steel sink with some more of that built-in cabinetry this is where we have your built-in stainless steel wolf design six burner stove top matching hood right above pot filler detail that's always an incredible feature inside of kitchens this is where we have your built-in microwave oven with some more of that seamless cabinetry we actually have the same marble countertop to match the countertop on this side continuing through we have yet another built-in stainless steel sink another built-in dishwasher again paneled creating that seamless flow and we have some more of that ambient lighting right below this area i do love the simple and minimalistic design throughout this entire kitchen space now continuing through you have these massive windows which look out to your backyard space allowing so much natural light and you can actually open those up as well they do slide back now let's continue on through we have checked out the entire first floor of the property with you guys now follow me and let's go ahead and check out the backyard space [Music] now a great feature about this property is that these sliding glass doors actually pocket directly into the wall creating a seamless indoor outdoor flow let me go and show you now these doors have completely disappeared and here we have the amazing backyard area you have plenty of space out here in this backyard amazing turf space and continuing on this side of the backyard this is where spaces great space for some pool chairs and this is where we have your pool so i love the waterfall detail that you have on the edge of this area creating a nice luxurious space a great opportunity to invite all your guests over all your family and friends it's a perfect sized pool now continuing through we also have a pool bathroom inside of this property as well you come inside of here we've got we did see on the first floor now follow me down this way and i want to first go ahead and take you guys over into bedroom number two so inside of here you have two windows on either side of the bed continuing through we see that engineered hardwood transition into a nice dark stone and this is where we have the ensuite bathroom inside of this bathroom we see a clear story window which brings in tile work on the flooring extend on this side of the wall but on this side again you have the same gray tile work which i think is a really nice complementary feature again built-in rain head built-in body sprays in here as well now let's continue on through and this room also does feature a walk-in closet space again you have plenty of built-ins right over here with the soft closing features now continuing through the second floor we have some additional linen storage on this side of the wall which brings us in to the laundry room you've got space for up to two appliances inside of this room you've got clear story windows on this side of the wall bringing in a lot of natural light seeing a nice quartz countertop design built-in stainless steel sink and i really like that custom tile work that they have on this entire side of the wall offering a nice backsplash now let's continue outside of the laundry room so much natural light coming in here great feature and before we check out the master let's go ahead and check out bedroom number four [Music] let's go ahead and take a right-hand turn and here we are currently stage has a baby's room and again you have two windows displayed on either side of the space where the crib or the bed could be allowing for a lot of natural light to come in built-in ceiling fan let's continue on through here because again you have your walk-in closet space a little bit less storage than some of the other ones that we checked out but again you have the built-in drawer spaces built-in shelving and built-in spaces to hold your clothing now wooden cabinetry nice light fixture displayed right above the mirror clear storage window brings in a lot of natural light and a little bit different than some of the other ones that we've checked out we actually have a bathtub shower combination and i really like that you actually have this ambient lighting feature displayed on the shelving which is made out of quartz and that quartz detail actually matches around the bathtub as well and you have a nice tile design on this side of the wall now here we are we are in bedroom number five so you have a built-in ceiling fan directly above here and again you have those floor-to-ceiling glass windows which take you out to yet another balcony that we will check out in just a second follow me right this way and this is where we have your full-size walk-in closet space again plenty of built-in shelving built-in drawer spaces built-in spaces to hold your clothing and a really interesting feature inside of this walk-in closet that they actually utilize the corner which usually would not see any shelving here but they actually added some nice corner shelving i thought that was really cool now follow me right this way and here we have your private balcony space so very similar to the other private balcony that we did just check out the nice modern railing surrounding this entire area again offering a peaceful and tranquil space to maybe read a book get some work done or just relax and again you see that wood paneling on the overhang of the property really cool detail now let's take a left-hand turn because this room is also on suite so in here again we got the quartz countertop we actually have a different type of custom wooden cabinetry right below that we have not seen in any of the other bathrooms i thought that was a really cool feature nice modern light fixture displayed right above the mirror clear story window bringing a lot of natural light to the shower area you got your glass enclosed shower space inside of this shower space again we see the same gray tile work that we have seen in all the other bathrooms but on this specific side of the wall we actually see a nice ridge tile detail and i really think it adds a nice contrast and you have some built-in shelving which actually captures that exact same rich detail and i thought that was a really cool feature very detailed now let's continue through again take a look at that incredible modern light fixture now we have just checked out the five bedrooms now we have the sixth and the final bedroom and that would be the master bedroom now first walking into this room we have this tremendous fireplace design with nice marble details which i do really like now continuing through very spacious master bedroom we see the clear story window which brings in so much natural light and again offering tremendous views of the city and in the distance you can actually see the hollywood sign super cool nice modern light fixture displayed right above this area and this room also contains its very own private balcony space similar to the other two bedrooms on this floor that we have seen offering a very nice peaceful and tranquil feeling again you see the modern railing surrounding this entire space and you actually have these four planters which offer an element of privacy along this balcony which i think is a really great feature i also like the custom wooden paneling that we can see over on the overhang of the property similar to the one that we saw in the front of the property now let's continue on through this room and before we check out the master closet space let's take a right-hand turn because this room actually offers its very own private office space really great utilization of the room and you actually have this sliding privacy door in here as well great space to get some work done if your significant other actually works from home this is a great solution and again you have this massive window bringing in so much natural light to this room now let's continue on and let's go ahead and take another right-hand turn and this is where we have the master bathroom area i really like the custom tile work that they use on the floor and we actually do see that same tile work carried all around the walls inside of this room as well continuing through you have a beautiful chandelier light fixture right above the freestanding tub and this freestanding tub is very unique because take a look at this faucet and how unique it is it looks like a waterfall which is super cool i've never seen that detail in a freestanding tub before and i really like that you have these massive windows which bring in so much natural light to this room i really like that feature and now i want to go ahead and point out the vanity so here we see you have that nice floating vanity design on this side of the master bathroom see the nice custom wooden cabinetry right below this quartz countertop and a very unique feature about this vanity space is the faucet now at first i actually thought it was an automatic faucet but to my surprise you actually lift it up like this seamless design you can't even tell that that is a handle right there and i think that is such a cool feature now let's continue on and on this side of the room you have again that floating vanity design with a nice custom wood right below the quartz countertop we have a clear story window which brings in so much natural light to this room i really do like that feature and you actually have space for yet a third vanity no sink on this side but this is a great space for your significant other to get ready before a large party or an event continuing through this is where we have the water closet you have a clear story window which brings in a lot of natural light to this water closet and inside of here you actually have some additional storage spaces which i think was a really great utilization of the space soft closing as well now let's continue through you have some more built-in shelving spaces on this side of the bathroom and follow me right inside of here because this is where we have your full-size blasting clothes walk-in shower space really cool details that you can actually push the door open or you can pull it open whatever you desire i really love the stone design surrounding this entire master shower and we actually can see that this is the exact same pattern that we did see over on the countertops on either vanity and we actually see that same stonework displayed on the ceiling of this area we have two built-in rain heads inside of this area and we have some built-in body sprays inside of the shower as well now continuing through this is where we have the master closet you have floor-to-ceiling built-ins surrounding this entire room you actually have some downward slope shelving on this entire side of the wall great space to store your shoes built-in space to hold your clothing you got your built-in shelving you've got your built-in drawer spaces all with a soft closing feature i do like the center island inside of this room because again it offers some additional drawer spaces you see the glass enclosed shelving spaces right here and again more space to hold your clothing some more downward slope shelving on this side offering absolutely plenty of storage now we have just checked out the entire master bedroom space and now follow me outside of here and we're going to go ahead and take these floating stairs up to your third story rooftop and let's go and check it out now we have just entered the amazing rooftop deck so i love the fact that you have this private area on the third story of this property and directly in front of me we have the built-in fireplace and i really love this seating area because you have incredible views of century city of beverly hills and you can actually see the hollywood sign in the distance right here as well amazing views of the entire city of los angeles and you really can't go wrong with this rooftop deck we have another seating area right here currently staged to sit up to eight of your guests you can probably see some more because you have plenty of open space on this rooftop balcony continuing through here we've got your built-in stainless steel barbecue area with plenty of storage underneath you got your built-in stainless steel sink directly next to the barbecue and on this side you've got some nice built-in refrigeration right below really nice dark countertop and i really think this is a great utilization of the space now let's continue on because this is only the first section of the rooftop i'm going to go ahead and take you guys over to the second section again offering tremendous views you can see the hillside in the background and of course the hollywood sign and here we have yet another private seating area really great utilization of the space you have the built-in speaker systems on either side of this area again this space offers tremendous views in the distance of the entire city of los angeles and on this side you actually have these floor-to-ceiling glass windows which allow you to look directly
