Touring a $4.9 Million MODERN Contemporary Mansion in LOS ANGELES!

[Music] so what's going on you guys welcome back to another luxury home tour my name is darren crizz and today we're going to give you a full tour of this beautiful brand new construction modern contemporary home right behind me the home is located in beverly grove just next to west hollywood and a couple of minutes away from beverly hills the estate features 5 bedrooms 7 bathrooms 5 747 square feet of interior space and is currently on the market for just under 4.9 million dollars also wanted to thank the listing agent adi perez for letting us tour his incredible listing now again as i said we are in a prime los angeles location just a couple of minutes away from really anything out here and as you arrive to your home you enter this motor gate to your driveway and there is a pedestrian walk-in gate that will enter too over here all right come on in as we enter through this black iron gate we arrive to this concrete stone and turf pattern on this walkway and you see behind me the driveway features the same concrete stone and turf up to the modern sleek black two-car garage as soon as you enter this front yard you are just welcomed by a ton of landscaping throughout and some nice black and white rock patterns to my right looking up at the exterior you get a lot of dark colors in the gray and black stucco and as we walk up the pathway we are bordered by this luxurious stone around us and then we arrive to your tall front door well let's show you what's inside and we're inside now i know you guys are going to love this house as there are a lot of unique features throughout the entire property so there are three total floors in this home starting with this main level with the living room kitchen dining room upstairs there are three bedrooms including the master and downstairs there's the entertainment level movie theater bar just you name it you're going to want to stay tuned for that we're going to start on this level and head to my left and first show you the office to enter your office you have to go through this modern sleek black glass barn door and that will make you feel like an absolute boss every day before you come and do some work and here we are definitely an incredible office this is where big deals will be made to my left we have a lot of windowed cabinetry going all the way up to the ceiling this entire wall behind me is just storage space up to the ceiling with these wood cabinets and then below i love the light down here to display whatever you may want in your office with more cabinet space and this office has its own full bathroom let's show you that another incredible finish is this walnut oak door to lead into your bathroom just take a look at that the first bathroom we are going to show you in this home has the floating vanity to my left and the integrated sink formed onto the countertop just take a look at how there are no edges and taking a look at the shower with these tinted glass doors you see we have porcelain tiles on the flooring and on the walls and i just love that shower niche in there that has five levels to it so really if you want to shampoo yourself for about a year you can just stock them up in the corner of the shower leading out of the office i can't get enough of this barn door but we are going to go straight across and show you the powder room we've got a spacious powder room with the walls matching the dark gray floating vanity and another floating shelf right below it the elevated sink bowl right on top of it i like this mini shelf above the sink that has an extended wall to protect any toiletries from falling over we've got a unique wallpaper on the backsplash here and then two small light fixtures hanging down from the ceiling directly out of the pattern we have another walnut oak wood door that leads you into that two-car garage as we enter the home through the garage we are going to show you the main living areas of the house starting with the dining room to my right right next to the dining room table there are oversized windows and you can see out to your side yard with all of that landscaping giving you a lot of greenery in here a couple of brass light fixtures right above the dining table giving it a nice touch now let's just give you guys a little glimpse of this staircase behind me it's absolutely incredible one of my favorite staircases i've ever seen there's a second level as i said a few bedrooms up there and the downstairs basement but we're gonna keep walking show you the rest of this main floor another thing about this main floor is that we have italian porcelain tiles throughout its entirety and here we are in the main living space and the kitchen we've got these sliding glass doors behind me that open all the way up to the backyard we're just going to open them now to bring in more sunlight bring in a little bit of a breeze maybe we need to cool down on this hot summer day now in the formal living room look at this wall we have wood ipe beams right next to the large black marble fireplace and you can have a flat screen tv up here right below is your gas fireplace and as we keep moving we have a window bringing in some natural sunlight to the living room and i love this glass wall that gives it a nice touch you can look down into the basement and those french oak stairs now let's go right across to the kitchen in the kitchen we've got a massive granite gray countertop on this center island with a waterfall edge breakfast bar seating along the outside you can see we have a five burner gas stove miele appliances throughout and these light fixtures hang from the ceiling staying with that black and white color scheme throughout this home the countertop is really just one step away from being outside this is literally the definition of indoor outdoor flow but let's keep showing you the kitchen we've got a melee oven mila microwave above and then look a push to open cabinet we've got the same stone countertops here as on the center island just a different color the sink over here and then some windows looking out to that side yard again with all of the landscaping above we have some windowed cabinetry to display whatever you want bowls dishes and what's better than one oven a second miele oven right here and above an espresso machine and on this side is your paneled miele fridge and freezer and when you are done hanging out inside you can just walk a couple of steps out to the backyard it sticks with the same italian porcelain tiled floorings so you can't even really tell the difference if you're indoors or outdoors and as we keep making our way we have a lot of grass turf that leads us to the pool you've got your swimmer's pool and then your spa over on this side it's a pretty large spa you can fit a good amount of people in there and this is definitely one of the more private backyards that you're going to see in this west hollywood beverly grove area with the trees around us going at least 20 30 feet high and plenty of turf space you can have a couple more day beds and just soak in the sun you can see a lot of sunlight is hitting this spot and as we make our way to the opposite end of the backyard you see your barbecue grill the built-in barbecue grill is on this massive center island with a waterfall edge and plenty of bar seating to serve your friends and as we make our way back to the patio space we are not fully covered but look at the architecture above us so you still get a little bit of staggered sunlight in here and we've got built-in speakers on both ends right above this dining area outdoors and then over by some of that living space okay let's walk back inside now that was everything on this main level if you like this home so far please just hit the like button kindly we really appreciate it but now we are going to show you guys the basement and i'm sure you're going to like it let's do it as we walk down the french oakwood stairs with the glass railings we are going to show you the basement and i can't wait for that to my left we have this custom carved wall into a nice pattern and two light fixtures that give you a luxurious entrance when you arrive to your basement now this is the kind of basement that you want to tell your friends that you live in now this is it the entertainment level of the house to my right you see a nice ping pong table you can also stage it with a pool table as well whatever you want any kind of game you want your guests to play and then that leads us to your luxury bar there's about eight feet that separate the island to the wall of this bar and you just see the wine bottles stacked all the way up to the ceiling behind it you have that elegant gray marble on the backsplash up there to either side you have a bunch of floating shelves with light underneath every single one of them to display whatever you need natural stone over on the center island and a built-in fridge and freezer and directly above is this cylindrical light fixture hanging from these brass rods of the ceiling just brightening up this entire space on the outside is your bar area where we have a bunch of leather bar seats staged for any of your guests you want to serve just an overall absolutely incredible entertainment room i would spend a lot of time down here just showing off to whoever you need and let's actually go back to the ping pong table i wanted to mention something above me are two skylights that's something very unique in your basement you actually get some natural sunlight coming down in here and directly behind me next to your bar is the home movie theater welcome into your cozy dark home movie theater with elevated platform seating above on french oakwood floors and i really like the movie theater light fixtures we have right up against it down there and more gorgeous brass movie theater light fixtures on either side of the walls and this is what it would be like this is your view of your movie up on the projector screen over here below the screen we have a floating built-in wood cabinet space where you can just store anything you might need to in the theater leaving your home movie theater now there is one bedroom and a bathroom down here in this basement level but before we show you those we're actually going to play a game me and raul are going to play a ping-pong game first of two points wins tell us who you think is going to win in the comments before you watch this part let's do it first of two let's do it let's go oh my god that was unexpected roll two meet one you have to win by two there it is tie game all right up one oh shoot no and i take the l thank you very much congratulations sir big game so i just took the unexpected loss on that i honestly would have voted for myself but raul congratulations on that win but let's keep moving down here show you the rest of the home right underneath the staircase we have some vacant space where you can maybe put a couple of seats i'd like it to be a nice reading area a little out of the way from where the entertainment is going on the movie room but let's move down the hallway and show you the last bedroom one and only bedroom down here this is where you would stay if you said you live in your mom's basement not too bad on this wall lots of storage space closet space and then shelf space in the center this room is also ensuite with a full bathroom let's walk in there i really like this sleek modern white vanity with the sink built in and some cabinet space up on the walls we have a porcelain tile that extends all the way into the shower and you see the chrome range shower head is hanging right off that even larger slabs on the other wall as well in the shower out of this guest bedroom there is a powder room directly across the hall for the guests [Music] this pattern consists of a white cube vanity with the sink directly on top of it we've got more of those gray themes going about this powder room as you've been seeing throughout the home a couple of pendant light fixtures hanging from the ceiling to my right and then this wallpaper that makes up the backsplash all the way up to the ceiling with contrasting colors from dark to light above now let's leave the hallway and the basement i honestly wish we could just stay down here play a couple more ping pong games maybe watch a movie but we got to keep showing you the rest of the home let's go up to the third level and show you some bedrooms [Music] walking up the french oakwood staircase to the top level you see a lot of windows behind me bringing a ton of natural light to the stairwell and you see they are all tinted except for the two on the very top and then your luxury chandelier look at how magnificent it is just acting as a statement piece up on this top floor on this level there are three total bedrooms two behind me and the master in front of me we will first start showing you this outdoor space now this would be the common landing area on the top floor normally it'd be inside you'd have a nice tv and it acts as a second living room but this one is outdoors you see the incredible architecture above us we are not covered so you do get the sun rays shining down on you down here we've got a fireplace to my right so if it ever gets cold you can warm up out here as well and the privacy is truly unmatched where behind me you see the landscaping going even higher we are very enclosed none of your neighbors can see you in here now follow me back inside we're going to take a turn and show you these first two bedrooms this is the first bedroom on the top floor it's got your own private balcony overlooking the front yard and the street the balcony extends to the very edge of the house as well there's a ton of space out here you can even put your own barbecue grill and cook up some stuff if you don't want to go all the way outside to the back [Music] back inside this room has a full walk-in closet and a full bathroom let's show you this one this bathroom has another floating vanity with an integrated sink on the countertop above we have a mirror with some shelves intertwined and then a light to display all of your toiletries as well and in here we have a staged oversized toothbrush perfect for anyone with a large front teeth i'm just kidding definitely a loofah don't take that too seriously but here is the shower with tiles on the wall going all the way in there chrome range shower head and the same ones on the floor and these floor tiles slope down to that crevice out of this room just next door is the second bedroom another spacious bedroom with a full walk-in closet and i wanted to point out more of those walnut wood doors absolutely fantastic gives it a different touch than just the usual modern doors you see in these new construction homes but this bedroom has a smaller balcony than the one next door still enough space to walk out here and enjoy the day as all the other rooms were this is ensuite as well let's show you the bathroom we've got a floating modern black vanity with another formed sink into the countertops above some floating shelf space in the corner great tiles throughout the walls leading into the shower and then we have a built-in bathtub with some cladded [Music] marble out of this room next to both of these rooms is the laundry room to my left and let's make our way across the floors to the master bedroom we have more of those french oak wood floorings that you've seen in the other bedrooms up here but take a look at this a massive walnut wood door let's see the master walking through that door into your master bedroom it features your own private balcony overlooking the backyard and the pool on either side of the bed are brass light fixtures we've got four built-in speakers on the ceiling as well and up above the fireplace is where you could have the flat screen tv i do really like the navy color that they have painted around the fireplace and up on these floating shelves navy is one of my favorite colors so i like the nice touch it brings to this room above are a couple of lights to display any memorabilia over here just a nice unique built-in shelf we have yet another walnut oak wood door that leads to your master closet and bathroom before you look over there follow me to the closet this unique light fixture in the center is a miniature version of the chandelier at the stairwell there is tons of wood shelf space and windowed cabinet space this is the master closet that you dream of when you're a kid you can have all your designer clothes hung up throughout and directly next to it here is your master bathroom now immediately you notice the great color scheme going about it with this large dual floating vanity the sinks built into these countertops and it has those unique sink crevices where the water flows down another one of those floating ledges with the wall in front of it and your extended linear mirror that covers both sink areas and just next to me hung up in this corner is another tremendous light fixture tucked away in this corner is your toilet room with this sleek black modern door look at that they did not cheap out on this bathroom door but you've just got plenty of privacy in there your shower directly in the center that's a bit more brighter than the rest of the master bath as there is a skylight touch back here and brighter tiles around with a white color scheme and on the flooring as well as your shower bench and look at the texture on this shower niche and we just did it we showed you guys this entire modern contemporary home located in beverly grove in los angeles as always raul let me ask you a question what was your favorite part about this one man my favorite part about this home was definitely the basement that ping pong table was amazing that wood finish was there still can't believe you beat me there you go well i don't very i don't play ping pong very often but i guess there was that table that did it for me very elegant table i love that uh you know basement area with that bar very man-cavey i could definitely spend my i see myself spending a lot of time down there for sure oh yeah that's the place of the house where i'd probably spend the most amount of time as well that bar movie room yikes that place is just amazing but one of my favorite features besides the basement had to be the walnut wood doors you can tell that the developer put a ton of time and detail into every single part of this home but
