coach what we do is for the original owner of the coach we have a lifetime workmanship warranty [Music] frank you and the team at liberty coach keep raising the bar what's the story with this coach sir yeah good morning this uh is a brand new 2023 that we built for a client it's a triple slide h345 it's a bath and a half unit it's got a little bit different layout in the inside with the extended galley and a single chair with a desk arrangement we're really excited about this it's got a few other features on the interior that we did in the driver's cockpit and the driver's seat area some neat touches that were done so i think it's going to be pretty exciting what's the current state of the high-end motor coach industry and how are you keeping up with the demand well at this point we're not seeing any uh any lessening in demand even though we've got a situation where the economy is kind of faltering a little bit and the high fuel prices we're not seeing anything that's upsetting our situation at this point so we're still out there cultivating coaches for consignment and to buy whenever we can on the new side we are now out to october of 2023 for new production delivery so the demand is still there so it's pretty exciting still now this coach is already sold but is there any late model liberty coaches available right now well there's a 2019 quad slide which is coach 7191 and there's also a double slide 2020 which is coach number 790 as far as our inventory numbers and what is it about liberty coach that creates such a demand over other motor coaches out there well you know we've been involved in this now specifically for 50 years my family has a passion that no other company has to this industry we continue to set the bar at every level so those used pieces that come in are extremely desirable most of the used coaches that are four and five years old are more equipped and have more features and essentially better quality all across the board than some of the new coaches that are being built today so the other feature on this particular coach that's kind of new dean did at the art of design is painted through all the compartment door handles that's pretty cool this coach also features our volta 58 volt lithium ion battery system that we've been using now since 2017 model year so this coaches our production number 892 so our first coach that we did that was coach 806 so essentially we're almost getting close to 100 units that we've got on out on the road with that it's been extremely successful this also has the three 5000 watt inverter units in it that's been we've been doing now for approximately a year that's worked out extremely well gives the customer a lot more power under dry camping conditions and we've got a little bit more capacity in these batteries as they get newer we get more capacity out of the same chassis of the battery battery bank so there's quite a few cool things going on here what are some of the things that this coach can do with those triple uh 5000 watt inverters that other motor coaches would not be able to do well we can run 220 equipment so you know your cooktops today the induct induction cooktops the the microwave oven ovens that are speed oven the washer dryers those are all 220 volt powered equipment so with this new system we have we have the ability to stack it so that you can run that equipment uh dry camping or when you're going down the road without having to run the generator let's take a closer look at this triple slide so what all is going on with this coach well this coach a little bit of a departure from the blues that we've been seeing here for a while into the reds and whites and blacks this also has red undercoach lighting as opposed to traditionally we would do the blue there's our blind spot detection system that's standard on all of our coaches that you can see the radar unit here there's another one in front of the drive axle another one in the passenger side rear corner there's the same on the other side as well we can get into the bays here and show you what kind of storage we've got going on there and real quick on that blind spot detection system i remember you coming out with that a couple years ago how long has liberty coach been using the blind spot monitoring system and how are customers reacting the we've been doing it exclusively now on every coach since uh coach number 865 which was our 2021 production year so we're getting into our third year now of using it it's been essentially it's been flawless and it's really saved some people in some situations where they may not have known that there was something right on their on their driver or passenger side the system can detect about almost a lane and a half away from the coach and then essentially about 25 feet behind the coach so it also protects you or gives you that notification where your tow vehicle is located as well so it's been a real good help in conjunction with our bird's eye view or brigade camera system which is the 360 view around the coach which has worked well also in conjunction with that so we've got the first bay here on the passenger side the roll out system liberty coach we manufacture these roll outs in-house they're going to be the lowest profile roll out that you're going to find in the industry so you get more height for storage in the bay yeah i noticed that this is a half bay i know a lot of companies do the full pass-through bays what's the reason for doing a half slide tray well because of the fact of the way that the gussets are done for the strengthening of the chassis with the slide rooms it makes more sense to be able to do one on each side otherwise you'd be narrowing down the width of the tray itself so you wouldn't get as much storage capacity so it makes more sense on that part of it we are the tool drawer here and then we have drawer storage above yeah does this come with the queen we supply every coach with this we the flare kit comes from prevost we have a circuit tester here we've got additional fuses we have relays we have a bypass arrangement here for the reverse osmosis system if you want to winterize it we also have a emergency first aid kit that comes with every coach so your family has had 50 years to think of all the obstacles that could come up now what type of support system does someone have when they purchase a new liberty coach through prevost and through liberty coach what type of service can they expect to receive from liberty coach we have our two service facilities we've got the one here in stuart florida which is our sales and service facility we also have the north chicago facility which is going to be our manufacturing facility we have the service available there we have a deep level of phone support from myself to our service manager to our field service manager to my son alex to other people that we have in our network of people we also have an after hours number the after hour service number then has a phone tree that goes through all those people including myself if somebody doesn't catch that it goes to a voicemail which then gets emailed out i am included on that so somebody is going to be getting back to you immediately we want the customers to call liberty coach first no matter what happens and then we'll make those calls to get somebody to that customer be it if we need to get prevost involved or one of the other manufacturers vendors that we use to get them involved we will make those calls to get that to happen now prevost has a number of service facilities throughout the country they've got i think 17 i believe it is now mobile units as well to be able to get to you uh throughout the country uh they've got the volvo uh service centers that have partnered with prevost to be able to do that since volvo does own preval so there's a there's more service available to the customers riding in a prevost and of any conversion company than any other company out there in the rv industry has without a doubt yeah and just talking about prevost why does your family choose to use the prevost platform to convert your coaches well quite frankly at this point in time there's really not another option out there uh prevost has since my dad signed the agreement with them in 1978 prevost has built a coach that is specific to our needs and they listen to us and make changes we need a little taller we need a slide room longer we need some other aspects done on the chassis they'll make those changes they'll put it in the system and help us out to be able to build or make it easier for us to do an interior conversion then on top of that is their service network i mean you know most of the other companies when we go back years ago when we did coaches on mci chassis i mean they wouldn't listen to the problems or the issues that we had so for example if a customer had a unit and they had it sitting in their storage facility or in their garage or even when they were sitting on their rv lot and the coach would lean over i mean we would call the coaches got an air leak and they said well you know if it stays up level for this amount of hours and it only drops this far by this much time that's within spec well that doesn't work for our customer base you know you're going to buy a coach that's going to be at this level this expensive you expect it's going to stay level and sit in the same position for weeks on end you know so they treat the customer prevost treats the rv customer if you will or motor home customer at a different level than they do a fleet owner because a fleet owner doesn't have those characteristics the coaches rolling down the road pretty much consistently so with that said prevost has a history of knowledge and experience in coaches that have longevity 25 30 years out on the road millions of miles and how many hundreds of millions of miles that prevos have driven in the hundred years almost 100 years that they've been building chassis yeah and do you know about how many uh prevos a year are built between like the greyhound buses passenger buses tour buses they've been building a lot of buses for a long time do you know how many buses they've built over the last several years and numbers that they build range anywhere depending on the year depending on the economy what have you from 600 units a year to well over a thousand units a year it just kind of all depends on the market it depends on demand you know there's but that's they do a lot of units per year and is there any type of safety specs that the prevost shell has held to you know these being passenger buses transporting passengers are there any different safety regulations that they would have over just other motorhome chassis well i think they all fall into the same d.o.t characteristics but the prevost chassis i believe without a doubt sets the bar for safety when you look at how the chassis is built when you go to the factory and they take you a tour of how everything's done how it's all done on jigs how the welding of everything is done the integral part of the chassis for example the driver's compartment area the beam structure that's underneath the driver's seat area how many times do you ever hear of an accident of a of a of a bus that the driver is seriously injured i mean you could drive the thing into a cement wall and that driver's area is going to be pretty well intact it's pretty unusual that you have a situation where a driver is injured or or catastrophic die or whatever it's it's very very unusual that that would happen talking about that cage it's a stainless steel structure that the prevost shell uses what's what's different than about that than other motorhomes out there well the provo bus chassis if you go on their website prevostmotorhome.com you can see how the chassis structure looks so it's a monocoque chassis it's not a frame rail setup and then a cage put over the top of it okay so you've got a complete structure and then the axles the front the drive and the tag axle are sub assemblies that get attached to it so you have a piece of equipment that does not twist it doesn't get into a bind so for an example when you get into a situation where you have to level the coach pretty pretty dramatically or even if you have to because it's so bad you have to drive it up on blocks to be able to get it to level properly you can still put the slide rooms in and out you can still open up the front door the unit hasn't gotten cocked in a situation that you can't open the compartment doors so there's a whole different way of how this is put together the finished product definitely shows but let's keep taking a look through this coach and see what's going on another roll out system we also have the drawers here on top we've got the we've got the avr unit for the lower bay entertainment center which is the sound processor which then works in conjunction with the 65-inch tv this complete apparatus here the slide out we build in-house for this sound bar below so you get a lot of sound a lot of good quality sound and great quality picture one of the reasons our picture is as good as it is or the best out there is that we have custom made fiber optic hdmi cables that have no interruptions so they run from the source directly to the display so our quality of picture is second to none and then we utilize exclusively the kef uh sound bar and the kef speaker systems throughout the coach which i brought into our industry now probably it's been close to 15 years ago i guess at this point in time and each room is designed for that specific speaker system so even the outside system is as well with a separate subwoofer i've heard dean loux has had some complaints uh some noise complaints at the campgrounds because of the stereo so so these boxes that are down here on the forward bulkhead of the second bay these are the ac distribution boxes and these are all communicated with can network this is the muritz octoplex system so we are able to remote control operate each of the circuit breakers for the different loads that are in the coach this would be our third bay entertainment center we've got storage drawers that are in here this would be where the kenyan international grill unit stores this would take out set on a table plug it in it's the best in the industry a separate refrigerator here control for everything in the coach and outside and inside here plus there's also an rf uh remote control device as well lighting that we have around the coach this is on the lower of this third bay these lights are custom made for liberty coach they are a naval bronze casting that are chrome plated they went through testing before we even put them on the coach of a 18-year salt spray test so you can go to look at this on coaches that we've had these on now for i'm guessing probably a little over 10 years and they look just as good as new the fourth bay here again some storage drawers here behind this area is the def tank so we've got 16 liters of def we have enough def on board to be able to run the coach from new york to la essentially two and a half tank fills of diesel coach has 238 gallon of diesel fuel it is the largest capacity that there is in the industry you have the ability to fuel diesel on both sides of the coach here and on the other side def is done on the driver's side right next to the fuel fill so this when we get to the other side can show you as opposed to everything else that's out there in the industry where you have the diesel fuel in one position you've got death somewhere else down the side of the coach so you're either pulling the coach out again filling with death or you have to do it with those little two and a half gallon jugs which is a pain in the butt fifth bay is going to be our water compartment so we have a water monitor here for tank levels for the holding tank and the fresh water tank and here we have our reverse osmosis system this goes to the refrigerator ice maker as well as the water tap that's at the refrigerator we have a 40 gallon water heater it's a stainless steel unit that's a glass vessel inside it's also heated with a heat exchanger from the main engine so it's heated actually from three sources either electric it's heated from the main engine and it's also heated from the esbar hot water boiler system which is your heating system for the interior of the coach because when that's running it's circulating through the main engine and also through the water heater the head hunter water pump we've been using that for a number of years it's got to be the best in the industry we have the ability on a liberty coach to be able to hook up city water on this side so you can hook up and fill your tank from this side or from the other side we also have the ability to dump the coach from the passenger side or the driver's side that would be for the holding tanks so what's ever most convenient yeah talking about your holding tanks what are the size of the holding tanks in this coach they're approximately 170 gallons for the fresh water and for the holding our holding is one tank for both gray and black water uh the reason we have done that since our inception of liberty coach is because of the fact that uh mixing the gray water in with the black it keeps the tank cleaner it also keeps the odor down we don't have an odor problem in our coaches anyway because of our venting system but it still keeps that subsided the other thing that you have the ability to do is sometimes you have an area where you can let the gray water go down a specific drain or maybe on the grass depending on where you're at so with doing that you can let the gray water go on the ground and then or bypass the holding tank so then essentially you've got all the capacity of the holding tank just for the toilet so in a dry camping situation that gives you a lot longer time span to be able to stay where you are yeah that makes sense and we've seen nascar drivers like kyle busch using a liberty coach kyle bush's coach i almost had a paint scheme with the same color scheme as this how long has kyle bush been a customer of yours do you know why he chose liberty coach kyle had had a number of different conversions throughout the years and he was to a point of just being tired of what he was dealing with and he came to me about doing a coach we sat down we went through all the different aspects of it he and samantha were involved in the process from the very beginning to when it was finished they had an excellent experience across the board their coach driver kirby his comment is is that liberty coach essentially saved his life because he didn't have to be at the track all the time the support that we have the quality of the coach that they have is second to none that coach is production number 831 that coach i believe is a 2018 unit it just keeps on keeping on they love that coach absolutely it definitely makes a statement at the uh racetrack especially with the dean laux paint job on this coach now well they even painted their airplane to match they uh match the coach at the end of the day oh really i didn't know that now you've been working with dean for over 10 years how did you get hooked up with dean lau so world renowned artist and how did that relationship start this is our 10th anniversary this year 2022 with working specifically and dean exclusively with liberty coach so the first unit that we did was coach number 745 which was a 2013 model year coach every coach after that has been done by dean the relationship started some 30 years ago dean and i have known each other and been friends and there was some projects that we needed to have done for like randy travis for an example they had a a design that they wanted to do an adobe village painted on the outside of the coach dean was the one that was elected to do that and dean is the type of person that if he says he's going to be at your shop at 7 00 a.m he'll be there at 6 45. if he says it's going to be done in seven days it's going to be done in seven days and he would work with us while we were working on the interior he would work on the exterior so that synergy of that was second to none as i started to see all of these prevos coming down the road and all of the other class as coming down the road and they were all looking the same it was really hard to distinguish what was coming at you i decided that we needed to make a change and so i went to dean and said you know how about if we do some design work and then we'll let prevost do the application and as we got into the design work we figured out quickly that praevo was really not going to be able to do this intricate type of work that dean was designing so then we had to change our process completely at liberty coach instead of having the coach painted first from prevost and then we would immediately start doing the interior work we then now had to take the coach in from prevost in a unfinished condition primed if you will do some stuff that we were going to do and then send it off to dean it takes him approximately a month to five weeks and then we get the coach back and then we start doing our work and then we finish it which works out pretty well because by the time the coach is finished all the paint has gassed off really well and then it can be detailed to its show condition when the coach is delivered well liberty coach teaming up with dean loups has definitely raised the bar in the industry and i think everyone in the industry including your competitors would agree with me so i have to tip my hat to that partnership back here in the right rear engine compartment we've got a stainless steel compartment here that we build just to be able to have some additional storage space here we have a starboard side shore power inlet so if you need to plug the coach in on the starboard side or something happens with the cord reel arrangement on the coach you still have the ability to bring power into it we also have a 30 amp 220 outlet here so if you needed to plug in your trailer on your stacker trailer or trailer once you're parked you can do that that would be powered off of shore power or off of generator power see the lighting arrangement that we have now done in the back gate of the of the coach we also have three camera systems that are back here we have a hitch view camera that comes right from here down to this position so that you can see all the time what's going on with your hitch or with the tow vehicle 360 view camera as well as the traditional pan-tilt camera on the back also this would be the volvo d13 it's 500 horsepower it's 1850 foot-pounds of torque we dress all this stuff back here with the stainless steel belt card that's from lit from liberty coach as well as dressing up this heat guard for the dps system volvo engine has been probably the best package that we've had i mean we used to have detroit diesel years ago there was detroit diesel from 8v92 1892 871s all the way up and we had more issues with those transitions than we ever did with the transition from detroit diesel to volvo essentially it's been bulletproof for us and it's probably a question that's that people buying this coach shouldn't be asking but what kind of fuel mileage does this coach get yeah you shouldn't ask that we get probably in the area of about seven miles to the gallon or a little bit better than that when you're towing a vehicle depending on the size of the vehicle now stacker trailers when i tow my stacker pretty well loaded we're probably at about five and a half miles to the gallon it kind of all depends our fuel range has increased even though we you know the mileage situation our range has increased slightly i've noticed it through the years pulling my stacker because going when prevost transitioned in 2020 model year to the electric fans from the traditional direct drive fan that was belt driven and then also us doing the volta system we're not running the generator as much as we used to because we have so much battery capacity and then the engine's not working as hard with these electric fans i'm seeing the range that we can drive has gone out like for my typical run when i run from the north chicago plant out to spearfish south dakota i'm probably using about 25 to 30 gallons less fuel than i did before so all of this stuff can combine has increased our efficiency in our economy as far as that goes as well okay what's the towing capacity on this coach it's rated at twenty thousand pound uh towing capacity twenty five hundred pound on the on the uh tongue weight now when you get back into the preval part of it as far as you know all the years and all the service and all the experience and all the knowledge that they've developed through these years we have here a diagram of how the belts are done now if we didn't have this on here you'd be able to see how the belt system is done we also have an air belt tightening system here and that keeps the belts at a certain tension all the time so you're not always having to be back here worried about the fact that you've got to adjust the belt or make sure the belts are adjusted properly because they're always under the correct tension at all times again this is part of the prevost experience you know you look at the entertainers that are out there for an example we have prior to his passing charlie daniels we built the coach for charlie daniels in 1994 i delivered it to him when he passed that coach had two and a half million miles on it nobody can say that nobody can has that type of a a record that's out there that coach went through a couple of engines transmissions but as far as the interior part of it and all the stuff that they did and the shell integrity there was nothing wrong with the coach travis tritt has one of our coaches these people in the entertainment industry cannot afford to have any downtime because that is their life they can't afford not to make that next show so they have to have a piece of equipment that is going to take care of them that they don't have to worry about going into again on the prevost part of it prevost builds the slide rooms themselves so you know we look at this how smooth this is here how fit nicely finished it is there's no sharp edges here that i'm going to split my head open on i mean there's a big big difference here most people that are in the class a business or have class a motor homes can understand what i'm talking about so this is all part of the integral part of what prevost does when it's all in and finished it's all smooth i mean it's as perfect as perfect can be yeah and also the height of this extra this bedroom slide room here you you're uh over six feet tall and still a headroom to easily access and the suspension is down on this coach as well so now we're into the uh fifth bay on the driver's side we have storage here for the sewer hoses we didn't get to this on the other side but our fresh water tank is stainless steel i don't use plastic i don't use fiberglass because of the fact that i like to have a tank that's very clean there's nothing that's going to really grow inside that tank we still like to dump the tank occasionally to keep fresh water going through it all the time but that tank's going to last forever how long have you has liberty coach been using stainless steel tanks oh gosh probably 35 plus years i would have to say yeah for sure trademark liberty coach copper plumbing here that is part of our gray water uh drain system this then is the gray water bypass so that you can bypass the grainy water away from the tank our tank sewer dump here bring the hose up through the floor and then this can be used to cover it to keep anybody from crawling up inside the coach utilize it that way for travel water hose reel 100 foot water hose reel electric this also has a outlet on this side if you wanted to hook up for washing bugs off the front of the coach or something like that we also have a hose wash out unit here which is a retractable sprayer again tank monitoring system you can monitor the tank here as well both the fresh water and holding tank it's also displayed on all the ipads and the crestron panels in the coach storage here this arrangement can be done with either the tubs that we have here the plastic tubs or it could also be a closet an exterior closet we can make an arrangement for that as well this would be our generator compartment this is made we make this uh in-house at liberty coach we have a 12 and a half kw owning unit here we were able to downsize the generator when we went to the large capacity of the batteries because there's so much more that we're running on the battery power a lot of our customers don't even use the generator a lot of them don't even know why they have it now i recently learned something new about liberty coach that as far as i know all other high-end coaches when they're being stored they have to be plugged into 50 amp now i heard that liberty coaches do not need to be plugged into 50 amp during storage for example if you have a climate controlled uh area that you've got the coach set in or stored in if you want to you don't have to plug the coach in as long as you've emptied out the refrigerator and the ice maker you can turn off the volta energy system the battery pack and if the batteries are at a hundred percent state of charge you could leave it in that condition for three months they say you could leave it in that condition for six months come back turn the system back on everything's going to reboot cleanly and then you're set to go and that's going to be coaches after what model year that's going to be coaches that we started in 2017 which would be coaches that are production number 806 and newer so before that though they would be required to be plugged into 50 and it's always still a good idea to have the coach plugged in and have you know power available to it but if you're in a situation like some people are that they just don't have that capacity to be able to get the coach plugged in and you do have a climate-controlled environment that it's in you could leave it shut down so this is the second bay driver's side this is the what we were just speaking about with the volta battery management system this button here behind this cover is what you would press to shut the system down and to reboot it we have the buddy plug from the generator so you can run the cord up through the hole in the floor here and then plug in and run somebody else off your generator if need be but mind you both coaches are running on the same generator the transfer box that we build this is liberty coach that's all of our contactors in there for switching over from inverter power generator power and shore power we do have the cord reel here as well i missed that that's 75 foot of electric shore cord reel that comes down through the bottom of the coach comes back up and in the first bay here driver's side we have roll out extra belts you get extra cords the manuals for the coach all located here and these have to be the tallest bays in the industry what's the height of this guy i believe the height of the bay in here is 44 or 46 inches high wow and you have the prevost forward service compartment here so washer tank headlight washer tank as well behind here is the service center for their electronics on their cam network and then there's one in the back as well then the front bumper on the coach easily comes down and then there's storage behind the front bumper that's completely sealed and lighted as well well a lot going on out here but i heard that you guys did some different stuff in this interior that we've never seen before this thing's pretty magnificent there's no question about it it's going to be i think everybody's going to be excited to see it you think we can get a sneak preview i think we can i think i know the owner [Music] so yeah here in the cockpit area this is the traditional now liberty coach cockpit that was introduced in 2016. and in this particular coach for the client we came up with some pretty cool options here with doing a suede and then changing the color of the stitching to be red to be with the outside of the coach as well as on the dash part of it pretty cool uh pretty cool little touches here that were done on the armrest as well everything came out better than expected yeah absolutely a little more aggressive style than we normally see almost looks like a little bit of like lamborghini influence or something do you know if the owners had a particular automobile that influenced this design no it was kind of just tossed all around when they were picking out the coach we were there together with kim my sister-in-law who does all the interior design work you know we could sense that they wanted to do something a little bit edgy so you know we tried to tie something in from the outside with it as well so it came out really cool yeah i agree really came together well now this huge screen up front here what all can uh you do from this screen up here that screen can control everything so the entire interior of the coach is controlled there as far as outside features and also we have a specific driving page that brings up the rear camera it brings up all the cameras you can do the hitch view camera that we discussed the pan tilt camera as well as the 360 cameras you can do through here you can control the radio all the features you can do from here as well yeah so what else is uh is going on in this coach sir well this is a layout that's uh getting a lot of traction this is what we call the extended galley layout where we've eliminated one of the living room chairs come out curt came out with a really cool cabinet here for use it as a desk if you want to there's storage that's back inside here we have the the audio video for the front of the coaches here as well as a printer so you've got quite a bit of equipment that you can utilize for you know on the road for office use a lot of people still work so we can still utilize that without having to deal with it over here on the dinette area and again going with the single chair we find in a lot of coaches that one chair is used more often than the other because this front chair typically if you've got the two living room chairs doesn't get used that much and people are swapping them occasionally so that they look like they're wearing equally so why not just push everything forward and give more galley space here for people even though a lot of people don't like to cook or don't we still give the space yeah this uh this countertop like a waterfall edge here or a fall edge on the countertop and then i also noticed a little uh like a little groove right here i'm assuming that's so liquid so the drip the integral drip edge we call it we've had in place since the late 80s actually and uh when we first started cutting all of our cabinets and countertops with a cnc router kurt and i purchased that machine and learned how to use it back in the late 80s and then when we did that we were able to machine in a drip edge if you will to keep things from coming off the counter or water from coming off the counter and we've still utilized that in every countertop uh design that we've done these cabinets uh this is a totally different design i'm just amazed at how kim and the team at liberty coach push the interior design what's going on with these cabinets you know i don't even remember what the name of the wood is but uh it was pretty cool when we brought it all out i mean we all looked at it and okay is that and the client was like this is gonna look perfect and when they saw it here the other day when they came in it was just like wow they just were stunned absolutely and i want to touch it but i'm not going to touch it out of respect for the owners of this coach but it looks like there's like a texture there if you heard it it's an open grain material veneer yeah you've talked about it in previous videos the composite on these doors yeah so this is all a foam based core material that's uh inside of this so uh the weight of the door is minimal and what we feel here when we're holding this is mainly the weight of the hinges and the handle and the material is extremely stable i mean you could throw this in water 10 years from now come back and it's still going to be straight it doesn't have any creep properties to it so again it's never going to warp it's always going to stay straight when my brother came up with this material when the slide rooms first came out on prevo in 2001 or 2000 he was able to pull almost 2500 pounds out of the interior of the coach by utilizing this material as well as other materials in the coach as well yeah you mentioned there's no squeak properties and i still cannot believe that you warranty squeaks and rattles to the original owner of a liberty coach what what is your lifetime forever yeah what is the lifetime warranty i've never had anyone else coming even close to that so liberty coach what we do is for the original owner of the coach we have a lifetime workmanship warranty so this countertop we manufacture that so if this countertop breaks because of the way that we installed it that's our problem not the client's problem we will take care of it we warranty squeaks and rattles for as long as the customer owns the coach as well i do not tolerate it in any way shape or form we build the coach so we don't have to worry about those types of things the way the whole coach is put together the way the cabinetry is mounted to the ceiling the way the back panels are put on all of that stuff has to be done properly so we don't have to worry about those types of things if we have a rattle in the coach it's probably a lamp that doesn't have the shade tightened down enough so these are things that we warranty for the client fresh water tank we talked about the stainless steel tank outside if that stainless steel fresh water tank starts to leak that's not the customer's problem that's my problem and i will fix it be it if i have to put a new one in or we weld it whatever we have to do so i've gotta ask we know charlie daniels put two and a half million miles he was the original owner of that liberty coach did he get the better end of the deal on that warranty or did he got a good part of the deal on that warranty but he never had an issue with it i mean they would bring that coach in probably once a year up at the factory and we would go through it take care of whatever issues that they had awesome well uh what what else is going on in this 2023 well we've got the breakfast bar arrangement here with the bar stools again that's something that's been very very popular it was initiated by us back in the mid 2000s if not before that it's been the most popular dinette arrangement i think that we do every time people come in they think about you know let's do an oppose or face to face booth or an l booth we do some of those also but by far this is the most popular these stools and we manufacture these in-house as well so all of that's built by liberty coach yeah and i think the design has evolved a little bit over the years with this screen in place was it always like that or it's gotten larger and we've also i think you've seen a couple of them that we've done that didn't have this so this is an option that we can eliminate this and give more window here as well and more counter area so it just depends on what the client wants do you mind if we see inside of those cabinets i'm always impressed with how bright the insides of these cabinets are there's no shortage of light you can really see to the back of the cabinet lots of drawer space everything's finished down below as well in the areas that you might store uh liquids that type of stuff we have a rubberized material that's there so it's easier to clean and it does not stain garbage can yeah i like the two-tone cabinets too i just noticed you've got different cabinets and wolf induction cooktop and i just want to point out how flush that cooktop cover is i'm in a lot of different motor homes and you see different little you know gaps and whatnot but everything is completely flush sink here nice large sink carry coffee maker and then this now is the mealy microwave convection oven and is there a reason for placing that lower usually they're placed a little bit higher uh to be able to if we were to place it higher obviously if we did that then we'd be cutting down the amount of countertop space so you know that's why it's been done lower pantry large pantry roll off then we have the refrigerator that you don't even really know that's there this would be the fisher pig hell uh unit pantry unit wow with the freezer drawer below in the ice maker and what type of a finish i love the different finishes that you use this has more of a reflective property where the cabinets are more of a mat here what what is going on here so this is a material that goes back years ago people remember it called vitra core that's no longer made so this is a different material that has somewhat of the similar properties to it that comes in different colors it is a laminate it is a polymer the corner moldings that you see here we machine these corner moldings and then we paint them and finish them to match it's stunning same here and it's all solid we've talked about this before with our doors all doors they're all solid so again less strength to it no rattles and it has the jack and jill arrangement bathroom so you've got a forward entry and an aft entry for the bathroom so when the hallway you know pocket door is closed off this is an air door here when it's closed off you still have access to this mid bath now are all the newer liberty coaches bath and a half no not all of them we have clients that want to have the additional storage for the closet in the back so they opt not to do the uh the rear the rear toilet with the majority or a map and a half now i'm going to say probably half of what we're building wow yeah about half it depends on the layout i mean when we're doing quads they're probably going to be bath in half when we're doing doubles they'll be bath and a half the triples they're going about half and half bath and a half and non-bath and a half and there's a lot of room now does this have the super slides right so this coach has got the rear super slides which means they're 40 inches longer so when doing that the bed then positioned in the center we have nice closet on either side of the bed and then we have massive deep drawers wow and this is a full king size bed with just a lot of a lot of floor spaces is this what you refer to as a super suite or yes when you see this on our website and some of the uh posts that we've done we call it the super suite and do you know what the dimensions are of this bedroom traditional standard size slide is going to be 96 inches long if i'm not mistaken so add 40 inches to that we're going to be 136 inches long 130 637 inches long on both sides and then of course this is a 30 inch deep slide here and this is uh 24 inch wide here and then we have big closets on either side some more accessory pillows we've got a hamper here a clothes hamper and then you have mirror on both of the insides of the closet doors oh yeah storage drawers as well there i think you saw the safe was there that was an option to move it there and then we have a drawer now underneath the bed oh nice yeah all the different textures like that around that bed it's just incredible well even the stuff that you don't see we finish everything this was unique so wanted to do the client wanted to do a little bit of uh different materials and make it more dimensional looking so kim came up with this arrangement yeah really kind of gave it a cozy vibe in the bedroom back here and then i've got to get everybody a close-up of just the different textures of wood grain just so many different textures that all come together so well and then the ceilings too um is there anything different about yours the ceilings in a liberty coach over other uh rvs out there so you're probably seeing a lot of the different h's prevo h's that are out there you don't have as much height in the ceiling as you do on a liberty okay that's because of the way that we engineer the roof air conditioning systems on the ducting so we do a lot of work to make sure that the ducting arrangement is machined properly so it doesn't have a lot of air noise to it so you don't get this rushing turbulent sound when the air hits a square corner all of our ducts are radiused and being able to do that we're able to change the size of the ductwork still creating the same amount of volume but then we're able to get more height in the ceilings and what's the interior height in this coach uh the uh the standard on the prevost is 86 inches so essentially being six foot you know we're probably looking at somewhere in the neighborhood of about 76 inches 74 inches okay and as we're talking here there's just an abundance of light coming from that rear bathroom i know light is extremely important and liberty coach does not short on lights at all what a stunning uh rear bathroom with a huge shower what all is going on back here well that shower is probably the largest that there is in the industry it's a full 36 inches in width so you've got quite a bit of room in here you know again i'm tall over six foot so i can get in here without a problem you've got all kinds of room to be able to maneuver in here lots of storage for your shampoos and body washes and all that is here and do you know what that surface is on the walls this is a tile uh i believe it's a marble that's on here it's quite amazing we had a client that came in the other day up north and we were doing a shop tour and he said um what is that stainless steel pan and i said that's the shower pan and he said are you serious you actually make a stainless steel pan for the shower yep we have for eons we've made it forever unless it was a circular shower in the center of the coach that had its own fiberglass pan every other shower that we've ever done has been a stainless steel pan we build that we set it we then mud it we then tile it the walls of the coat of the shower are done in a rock board so then the tile is put onto that never in a liberty coach will you ever have a situation where you have water penetrate outside of the shower period in the floor or in the walls won't happen and because you build that in-house that's something that would that's something that would be covered under that original lifetime warranty absolutely wow and i have heard about uh leaks and showers that's a common industry problem in the industry so this again being the bat the rear bath so we've got a lot of light back here ladies like a lot of light for being able to get ready so we give a lot of light and then in the cabinets that are back in here we've got the electronics so it's easy to get to for crestron systems satellite systems all of the major components your modems your for internet access which this coach has the
