Toss this Boss - Papulatus

[Music] hello everybody so you guys requested pep and i just want to go over all the different things that he can do so when you summon him you drop well you have to drop this thing here first to summon him and then this like thing appears when you break it he spawns a two minute timer will appear i'll get over that go over that when it actually happens but the first attack he usually does is spawns these gears here and these gears will one shot you whether in normal mode or chaos mode i don't know about easy i haven't done easy yet uh these claws that drop from the ceiling will grab you and and leave you still for uh two seconds very annoying to deal with that hand slam that he's doing knocks you back if you have no knockback resistance so uh definitely have knockback resistance or attack him from a distance or something just yeah that attack is annoying uh this attack here where he like shrugs and has uh clocks in his hand he summons these alarm clocks that will appear on the floor and then explode into like a beam of light that goes straight up and in normal which this is this is normal though and in uh easy mode they will not one hit you but in chaos mode they will one hit you which is very bad because uh he spun so many of them and of course the hitbox goes all the like straight up like there's no way to dodge them if you're on top of them you have to go left or right so here's the gears again the best way to dodge that is either to stand between them right here which is unsafe because you could spawn clocks there in chaos mode or just get on top of any of these platforms uh let's see and of course if those claws grab you while the clocks are under you you die like it's just instant death there's no way to move out of that all right so i think that's everything explained for now well okay let me get his hp a little bit low so that he can do his next attack so when it says the curse lasts as long whatever um what this means is the difference between yours and his timer determines how long you're going to be sealed or stunned so you want to make sure to get his timer as lo as close to yours as you can or get your timer as close to his as you can because the difference in time determines how long you're gonna be sealed or stunned so one second and it's gone so the timer hit you know zero so now he's in this mode and what this mode does is it does 10 to your hp every second and these uh what are these gears not gears whatever uh will rain down dealing damage to you and stunning you if they hit you they stun you oh god he's doing that attack see here let me show you wow i misjudged that by quite a bit but um i was gonna try to stand in between it so that you can see that you can stand there but yeah um so yeah about that clock thing you cannot change his number you can only change yours i don't have one right now because i have the resistance link skill preventing it from happening and the way that you do that is by killing the like enemies that he spawned um i think the tick tocks will spawn multipliers of two while the chronos will uh spawn divisions of two so you just want to get your number to be as close to his as you can because the difference is how long you're going to be sealed or stunned so of course the number uh if it says times two let's say you have a ten above your head if you pick up the times two it's then gonna make you have a 20 second above your head and if it says you know divided by two then you're gonna have five seconds above your head and um did i explain the laser i don't think i did so the two lasers that spawned on the left side and the right side the left laser of course is the red one and the right one is uh you know the blue one if they touch then they do a full screen attack uh oh they're about to touch like that so they do that full screen attack which will one shot anybody in the map um you want to make sure that they don't touch and the way that you do that is you stand on top well you stand in the way of them you block them with your character's body and uh hmm anything else to mention not yet so yeah you can you can move in front of a laser however it becomes very annoying eventually like it becomes very annoying when uh when they're like in the air not on the ground like if they're over here it's very annoying because then you have to stand on that platform and it's just it's a pain to deal with but they can also spin at different speeds sometimes the red one will be extremely fast while the blue one is really slow so yeah that's pretty much this part of the fight goes on for a while until you get to the when his hp is um until you get to the point where his hp is about uh the lasers are going to touch oh no when his hp is about 20 he then goes into his uh his clock and you'll see that there's numbers on in the background it says like 10 100 well sometimes it's 100 up there apparently there's not right now what you want to do is you want to kill these clock enemies and then pick up the times and then press up on the portal in order to get rid of whatever the red hand is on so i'm gonna go ahead and pick up this 30 minute timer which moves it just a little bit of course the more time that you pick up the more the hand moves or the more the time is you know if it's like two hours it's going to move a lot and so on so you want to get as many of those off as possible so now it's on the one percent so press up on the portal and based on the numbers that are up there ooh nine hours is going to be too much based on the numbers that are up there all right four hours is good based on the numbers that are up there is how much he's going to heal by so right now it's zero percent so he's not gonna heal anything but let's say there was two ten percent up here then he would heal 20 percent of his hp when he uh goes back to fighting you and that's pretty much the first phase i hopefully went over everything i don't remember if i did so i'm gonna go ahead and bring him to his other body so in this form he puts a bomb on your head he can also summon more of himself block those lasers so he can also summon more of himself in normal and easy mode they're not too bad they don't do much damage but in chaos mode they are terrifying like they are so bad because i believe the gear that he launches does 20 of your hp i don't remember if that's the exact number but it's very annoying when there's multiple of them um oh he also did a green bite attack which can teleport you to a random spot in the map go ahead and block this laser okay um that's pretty much the rest of this fight oh and of course the timer's still there for when he uh does that like uh the gears dropping skill alright so this is when the laces are very annoying to block because they're like in a very awkward spot and the red one's spinning extremely fast so in chaos mode that is just terrible i hate it i also read somewhere that he can heal himself based on how many of like based on these uh extra paps oh he teleported so yeah that's uh i haven't seen that happen but i i just read somewhere that it could happen so anyway um that's pretty much the pap fight i think i went over everything trying to remember if i haven't yeah i don't remember also is it when the clock right here when it goes down to 30 seconds that he does it because then you have 30 seconds of this which does you know ten percent of your hp every second well is it ten percent that doesn't look no i guess that is ten percent yet um i think i went over everything i mean there's not much difference between chaos and normal um aside from the what do you call it the um oh what's it called the clocks like the alarm clocks that he summons aside from them doing quite a bit of damage or one hitting you i should say so um yeah i recommend bringing a party so you can block both lasers if you're not in a party then you have to do everything yourself of course because spot for that blue laser to be by the way because you have to jump and block it so annoying but anyway i should probably end the video i've already gone over everything i guess the red one would be easier to block from here maybe i don't know they're these lasers are just super annoying like look ah i tried to jump because it was moving up and they like just barely touched each other for like a
