hey you it's me i'm back and i'm filming my top favorite top five red lips some of them are glossy some of them are matte one of them is like a cream liquid lipstick and i'm gonna try them on for you today and show you how pretty they are and tell you what i like about them alrighty got my makeup wipe got my lip liner i'm gonna use the same one for all of them this is makeup forever 3c my favorite lip liner ever so i'm going to go ahead and take off this gloss and let's get started so i'm going to go in order of lightest to darkest because i don't want it to stain my lips early on so the first one is going to be the chanel rouge cocoa gloss in shade 106. this is so pretty that's what that looks like fun fact i was searching for the perfect gloss to look like basically megan fox because she's beautiful and i love her and like her transformer era she had these really pretty like juicy just big red lips and i maybe tried out like 30 glasses before i found this one and this one is the perfect one so i'm just going to start by lining my lips i was going to use a red lip liner but that's just too much work blend that out a little bit then i'm going to take my chanel gloss this one does have tiny glitter flecks in it too which is really nice so that's what that looks like with one layer kind of sheered out you can add more if you would like just to get more of like a reddish pink on there but that's what that one looks like it has such a nice reflectiveness to it and it's the closest thing i could find to me trying to be megan fox so there that is alrighty on to the next one so this one is also a gloss but it's just a shiny gloss it's not gonna have any glitter or anything in it it's the tower 28 shine on lip jelly in the shade spicy so that's what that looks like i know it looks a little bit intimidating in the tube but it comes off a lot more sheer on the lips so i'm going to line my lips again and then i'm going to take this tower 28 gloss see this one's a lot more of like a cherry red and it kind of has the same thing as the last glass where you can put it on in one layer and it's going to be kind of sheer or you can add another layer and make it a little bit more opaque like that so that is the tower 28 red gloss it's so juicy on the lips and it just makes the lips look larger than they really are which is always my goal so that's what this one looks like and then moving on to actual lipsticks so i have two bullet lipsticks next the first one is going to be my all-time favorite orange-y red ever and this one's from sephora the sephora collection they're lip stories this one's in first class it's a i want to say it's a matte formula i can't remember but this is only nine dollars and these formulas are so good so this is what this one looks like it's just like the perfect fiery orange red i don't like reds that have too much orange in them because then my teeth look yellow and nobody likes that so i'm just gonna line my lips again it's getting a little messy now and then i'm just going to take that sephora first class lipstick and apply that and they're so pigmented just in one swipe you get such amazing color payoff so i just attempted to fix the edges with a lip brush but that's what this one looks like it's just a lovely fire orangey red lipstick and i forgot how much i love this i just like really fell in love what i love about this one is even though it does have that orangey undertone it doesn't make your teeth look yellow which a lot of orangey undertones do so that's what this one looks like and this is going to be kind of a creamy matte formula so it has a pretty good staying power it's going to transfer onto things obviously it's just a normal lipstick so it doesn't have anything special in that way but it's gorgeous it lasts pretty long super easy to reapply it won't get clumpy or build up and on the upside it's only nine bucks from sephora so why not it's starting to get a little messy all right moving on my lips are starting to like get swollen gonna apply lip liner one more time just kidding two more times all right so the next one i have is also just a classic bullet lipstick um it's going to be a little bit on the more expensive side it's a luxury lipstick but it's the giorgio armani matte lipstick in the shade 400. this is just everybody knows about shade 400 if you don't that's totally fine too but now you know shade 400 from giorgio armani is like their iconic red it's just like a classic blue red gorgeous so this is my favorite like sultry red lip perfect for fall perfect for christmas thanksgiving honestly perfect for going to the grocery store whatever you want to do so as you can see this one's just like a classic red i love this one see that one swipe opacity all right application is not perfect honestly i just don't even know where my lips are anymore but that's what that one looks like so just a classic not too dark not too bright just regular blue red that's going to make your teeth look white it's very flattering perfect for holidays or wherever you want to wear it it is a fully matte formula so that one has immediately dried down to be pretty matte as you can see but it is gorgeous um it's minimal transfer because it is matte so it's going to transfer if you're trying to drink out of a cup or something i have my coffee here so i can test it yeah so very minimal not much at all but i mean if you try to like kiss somebody or something it's probably gonna come off how do i look we've reached the last one the final out of the five so let me just line my lips again very quickly for the last time my lips are getting so dry that's okay last one i'll push through so this last one is probably my all-time favorite classic red lip of every red lip in my collection this is the one i reach for if i know i'm going to be going out for a long time if i know i really need it to stay and not transfer and i don't want to worry about touch-ups or anything it's so good this one is the nars power matte lip pigment in the shade star woman classic nars packaging that soft touch black matte i love their packaging and this one's reasonably priced and it's gorgeous it definitely is a little bit of a deeper red a classic red and the applicator is amazing it's so easy to get a precise application i don't need a lip brush for this one this is what the applicator looks like it's just super tiny so i'm going to try and show you how easy it is to be accurate with this all right watch this and it's so pigmented look at that literally one swipe look how crisp that is wow i haven't even dipped back in so this was the last one definitely not least probably my favorite red lip just because of how reliable it is it is matte so it is a tad bit drying but you can put down a chapstick or something before and it will make it a little bit easier on the lips but also my lips i just applied five lipsticks so they are a little bit dry because i've been taking them on and off but this one is such a gorgeous classic red if you're looking for one red lipstick to buy that will not let you down this one right here nars power matte lip pigment in star woman so good and you can always add a gloss over it if you want to do a glossy red lip too it's super easy to use super user friendly transfer proof i'm going to wait till this dries down and i'll show you on my hand so this is the last one nars power mat yeah pretty much nothing and actually let me swatch all five on my hand right now so you can see the difference between them i'll go in the
