I just tried his fasting ACV recipe, it's honestly not bad. I can see how it would kill any hunger, it leaves a definite feeling of satiation. After social eating through the holidays, it's a nice tool to getting back to naturally not needing to eat until 2 or 3. Nice change from coffee, though it would be a good idea to brush your teeth afterwards, the low pH is probably damaging to teeth enamel.
Yup I drink coffee, tea/herbal teas, water, and sometimes ACV in water (but that's mostly because it's good for my polycystic ovarian syndrome), with the occasional diet soda as a treat. Sea salt not so much but every so often I'll add a little bit to some warm water so it feels like I'm sippin on some broth.
I don't. During fasting I have water and nothing else.
I'm starting OMAD today (hey, it's JAN 1). Researching intermittent fasting, I came across the video I linked. What does /r/omad think of using any/all of the products mentioned in the video?
Thanks.
How about MCT oil. I saw it in the video but he made no mention of it. r/OMAD will MCT oil break a fast?
