This New Supercar is Absolute INSANITY - BeamNG Drive

oh hell yeah it's new car day this is the savetta skin tilla and finally we have a legit modern super car in beam ng this is a an official release by the way and it looks phenomenal it's also said to be the hardest car to design thus far um for many obvious reasons one being well check this out look at that we got fancy lambo doors it looks fantastic on the inside gps which is for some reason cut off not really sure why but yes there's a bunch of different versions of this car um i'm super excited to check it out today there's supposed to be some new missions we can do as well with this new massive update and it's nice to see finally we have an actual modern car in beam ng so many of the new cars have been you know old 80s 70s versions it's nice to see something that actually has technology in it so we can of course destroy it so just starting off with i just want to drive around for a little bit get some feel for this and uh yeah we'll try out some of the missions check out all the different versions and of course crash this thing many of times all right let's get this thing out on the highways just to see how fast this beast truly is i have to say when you're not going down city roads it feels fantastic very little wobble in the steering let's actually see how fast we're truly going though already at 280 kilometers an hour holy jesus all right you know what i'm gonna intentionally hit this and that hurt i didn't even have time to slow it down okay let's try that again and actually get it in slow motion seeing if those aren't those supposed to be filled with water i don't think they are they're essentially giant cement uh storage containers by the way we hit it at least um yeah i just wanted to see how this thing kind of crumples and uh it crumples very much all right i don't know if i'm gonna be able to redline it here i would like to actually see how fast this thing goes uh there's not much of a runway i mean there is a whole freaking highway but it's gonna take a long time to get this thing redlined and yeah it's looking like we're gonna end off at 3 30. i don't think i'm gonna slow this in time nope oh i don't know if they changed the sounds but the cockpit sounds so much better now to me and maybe it's just this car there's different modes how do i change the mode okay yeah we actually do have different modes so we have mode off strata i don't know what strata is we got sport corsa and drift let's try sport mode i don't know if it just changes the ui or if it actually changes the controls of this thing okay this feels a little bit faster and more responsive and yeah same runway i was able to get it a couple of kilometers faster i don't think it at least changed the top end much might have changed the suspension a bit though it's hard to tell one more cool feature of this is it has an automatic axle lift so you can go over speed bumps get into driveways and whatnot and uh it's pretty interesting it is automatic you could manually do it as well but if you're going slow as if you were going over a speed bump or into a a driveway it automatically lifts the car from 120 millimeters to 145 so i have it off right now we're just going to kind of test something and we got some speed bumps coming up we'll see if we can make it over these and first one i'm actually stuck all right so now we're gonna go to a mode that has axle lift on uh auto perfect so now when we start moving slowly you should see it goes up a little bit you can see it it kind of sunk down there when i stopped it's very minute but i mean this is a supercar you don't want to lift it too much that should be what we need to get over speed bumps you can see when i stop it just goes down ever so slightly so let's try this again i might be the only one that cares about technology like this but as you can see i mean we're still scraping this isn't perfect but i can at least get over them now and uh yeah move on all right we've only checked out two of the models i just wanted to show you the sheer amount of customization you can do we have different packages here from the spider to you know just generic ones pretty basic and then you get to something like oh my god i didn't even notice the freaking front tire in the front yes of course we have an off this is amazing we have an off-road edition with a diesel engine swap uh amazing i definitely want to try out that one a police car now we're getting into the aftermarket modified ones uh and then we go all the way up to insane things like this uh this was like a movie set one it said i believe this is the drift one this is drag and then we have a track one as well uh so yeah all of them extremely fast but uh there's so many different ones you can choose from i just love that we have off-road versions why not have a little bit of a drag race here wow did not expect the base models to be beating me oh god i'm spinning out how am i the one that's bad at driving okay have fun everybody oh damn it hold on timeout i i want to watch this all right track day is getting ahead now but i that off the line some of the base models were freaking flying this is kind of really interesting seeing all the different models go at once obviously some are not going to make it to the end sorry guys is anybody gonna get through this not track day we got a couple that made it through this is like a weird marble race and there we go the winners i don't know if they're technically winning or not that one got ripped in freaking half all right we got to give the diesel engine swap off-road dish and a little bit of a test here this should not be built into an off-roader obviously still extremely rigid i mean you can only put so much suspension in a supercar man i have to say doing better than expected until that happened oh i just love the sound of this thing who thinks of this you know i have a supercar with a v10 in it and change it out for a diesel engine and yeah working better than expected definitely not the best off-roader out there but i mean it's a supercar it shouldn't be the best off-roader it is holding up together quite well so yeah i could keep going on about these cars but we have some more things to check out as well uh obviously i'll be playing with these a lot probably the coolest supercar in the game now uh so yeah let's check out some of the other new features that have come out with this massive update okay so we have this garage mode i believe it was in the game before but this is essentially just an area where you can customize the car and not have to use the ugly beam ng menus you can also uh take wonderful screenshots here because you can play with the lighting so yeah this is nothing that's too insane and new but if you are a fan of modding cars i feel like this would be a better way so yeah you can obviously change your vehicle i don't want to do that you can paint these things and just drag around the slider which is nice because um in the vehicle spawner you can only choose from a specific view obviously you can customize each paint part as well depending on what car um obviously there'll be more paint parts we have different parts we can add this is essentially just ripped out of the options menu but it's nice that everything's kind of streamlined in this garage and then we can tune as well and uh yeah go absolutely insane with all these sliders because i don't know what the hell i'm doing when you're done modding you have different camera controls if you don't like moving your camera i guess you can turn on uh the lights and whatnot fog lights all that fun stuff light bar if you have one this one obviously does we also can even change the lighting inside the garage so if you're taking a photo uh you can get that perfect lighting that you want essentially this is just a great mode to take pictures of cars and i'm assuming they're going to maybe add the garage on to levels later on i'm not really sure what they're planning on doing with this uh but yeah when you're done you can just go out and test your weird design on any level that you were last on all right another big aspect of this update is the missions that are all around the maps now fun fact i thought these were all just scenarios that were ported over to the actual maps that they're on but no missions are mostly unique from scenarios so there's a hundred new missions to enjoy and i just thought they were all scenarios that were already in the game no they are indeed not so you can go pretty much anywhere and try different things i knew i know hyper milling is new um all the missions for hyper mailing are new i don't even know what that means for the record um it even says it's new so perfect so yeah we'll try out some of these missions and uh we'll see if i'm any good at them i'm also very curious how the missions differ from scenarios all right so here's the hyper milling mission drive as far as possible with 0.5 liters interesting uh i am not very fuel efficient we'll see if i can actually oh dude i wonder if i should like shut off the car and go down hills and whatnot all right so we can go anywhere we want we just got to get as far away as possible um this could get interesting okay so i'm gonna coast down obviously we're on the hills right now so i'm gonna turn off my engine i don't know the button to do that but i feel like this is our best bet fuel is at 97 oh we are gonna get some speed oh no no no did the engine turn back on no it sounds like it's on oh there's a truck that's why oh i am actually going to get too much speed to do this this corner so i might want to hit the brakes here yeah i'm going to slow down a bit i'm going to damage this thing and i do not want to damage it right now so we're going to try and take this corner there we go don't lose too much of that momentum we're going to turn on in a second here ah good what the frick get out of the way so i'm gonna try and feather the throttle not use any brakes that's that's really my only goal feather throttle turn off engine when i don't need it and don't hit anything i guess that's an important part too oh i have made a grave mistake i went back to the city somehow uh yeah i'm climbing a hill this is this is brilliant so you know what i'm gonna wait till we're we're pretty much out i'm gonna turn around and hopefully go all the way down this thing i should probably turn around now before i run out of fuel because this might need a little bit of gas nope there we go engine off we got three percent left okay we have a turn off going down over here can i oh i don't think i can get by there's a wall all the way i was hoping to go down that because i got a freaking hill i got to do up here oh you know what i wonder if i can make it to the freaking sewers i don't think i can but i'm gonna try if i can get over the sewer somehow i can go all the way down that i'm out of feel how the freak did i use three pers oh my god not even close well that's it we are over with 3 800 meters i don't know if that's good or not but there's leaderboards now the important part is i passed um has nobody done this job i i don't blame them not the funnest jobs to do all right another new mode that's hopefully more entertaining to watch is the ai races so yes you can now race other cars uh i have quite a powerful car because i want to win i don't know how hard the competition will be we'll put one lap on it's the entire highway here so it's gonna be quite a long lap and chances are i'll probably kill myself oh do i have to use their car okay i didn't know if i did or not because the last um job we did we used um the gavril d which is what i had spawned so it looks like we're all using the new car i might have a little bit more of a powerful one it'd be nice to win so i will not complain all right coming up to the tunnel you know what i ah jesus christ ah i'm just trying to be careful oh you jerks um is my car okay now we have a race on our hands i i have a vengeance now okay nope i think i i flatten my back tire yeah that tire shouldn't wobble like that how do you like it you little jerk oh god damn it he's fast i'm faster on turns okay okay i i feel better now look at that i made it to checkpoint four don't don't mean to brag or anything i don't think i'm these cars are too fast for me i am not a racer i can't even turn i have already okay wow that was aggressive all right well i've learned a valuable lesson um don't race because everybody's jerks in this all right this should be a lot more up my alley this is a mission where you got to jump off a cliff i mean you can't screw up this right you jump off a cliff you gotta tumble for as long as possible i can't even get to the cliff that's a bad sign all right speed full speed oh my god we are higher up than i thought there we go all right am i doing a good job thanks for the slow-mo i didn't even need to do that all right let's go all the way down to the freaking river bed no keep going keep going keep going all right i lost a lot of momentum there but i made it down to ground level i mean i guess if you think about it all ground is brown you know what i mean river level there we go how did i do why is the leaderboards not working i actually want to see how i'm doing i mean i only got silver though but i'll take it that's what i was looking for we have a new cannon mission i don't i don't even know what that means but yes please if it has to do with a cannon i am excited not a straightforward point-and-shoot cannon mission wait am i actually shooting is this like a i think i'm shooting things okay sweet all right so yeah this is essentially just cannon practice on top of italy interesting i shall try it i haven't used the cannon much but um we'll see it can i can i lower it with the controller that's as low as it goes all right i think that's it i don't know let's just try oh uh thanks for the camera i did hit it i saw it right on the side oh okay and we have a different cannon every time all right this one should be good what what the what what are these views i just want to see destruction i mean at least i'm hitting the things i also love that there's a damage score depending on how much damage you actually do please give me a good view because it goes in slow motion and it'd be so cool to see all right this one's a little bit of a harder shot we actually got to lob it mind you with this aimer there's really no challenge here because there's no timing but uh that looks good to me we'll go for it yes finally i was really hoping to hit it a bit lower but that's good i'll i'll i'll take a bronze all right so there's a lot of mission types i did want to check out one more and that is the run for your life mission no idea what that entails but uh yeah bring your own car in this never-ending scenario the question isn't whether your car will be wrecked but when how long can you last for in this scenario you'll have to keep avoiding the never-ending flow of obstacles so it's like flappy birds and beam ng is what i'm getting at uh i'll i guess i'll just use the gavril d i feel like it's a good car it's a good all-around car uh what the hell was that why why am i already getting hit by things oh god it literally is flappy bird okay uh so i guess i don't get to see what's ahead of me this is kind of interesting uh hold on camera keep up with me oh i gotta just keep going ball push plus one i don't even know what that mean oh god camera camera come oh my god this is actually hard okay i'm gonna hit that camper a bit wow i suck all right so there's actually strategy here you don't wanna get so far ahead where you can't react to what's coming oh it's randomized too that's freaking evil um i don't am i supposed to keep the ball uh but yeah you don't want to get so far ahead where you can't react to what you're seeing but obviously getting too far behind's a bad thing too oh my god that was insane this might be my favorite mission so far this is actually really cool break the gate okay i do like that it shows the arrows on what you want to hit oh that pole was harder than i thought that's a jump i didn't even know that was a jump okay i suck so i'm noticing that there's coins for repair do i earn coins by doing the little tasks that it wants me to do or is there coins that i can pick up i haven't even gotten far enough to find coins all right i'm getting better though i'm understanding how this kind of works what the hell's that i wanna i want that ah no the poll the poll has stuck me i want i thought that was the coin all right there's that thing yes it is coins okay so i'm not insane uh oh god so i'm supposed to last long enough to actually repair the car that's what you're telling me i haven't even gotten that far keep pushing that ball oh god oh god oh why did i hit the rock why did i hit the rock ah i i'm really bad at avoidance and now you know why all my beam ng episodes are just me crashing into things all right guys well that's gonna wrap it up for this episode of beam ng drive i hope you guys enjoyed the showcase of the new awesome updates to this game i gotta say i didn't expect the missions to be so fun i haven't done many of them obviously uh but yeah being that there's 200 new ones and a bunch of old ones as well maybe we'll do some more of those in the near future we'll definitely be playing more with this a lot because absolutely fantastic i love everything about this car and yeah i hope you guys enjoyed the
