check this out guys 2017 Ford F-150 second gen 3.5 L EcoBoost the phasers fail all the time on these and they cause this crazy startup rattle this is how it sounds on Startup goes away a few seconds this is how it looks on the scan tool there's bank one up top there look it's dancing all over the place down below bank 2 that's how it should look and this is how it looks in inside the engine so right here is the bank one exhaust phaser that we had the erratic signal on earlier on the scan tool check it out it will not lock that's why we're getting the erratic signal it should be locked like this one like this one and like this one
