These Beyblades FINALLY have MIDFAKES!

yo what's going on guys it's your boy Zach AKA Exotics and today today's video will either make you really happy or really annoyed but before we get into that let me tell you guys the story it was the evening of January 19th 2024 when all of a sudden I started getting tons of Discord pings and calls I open up Discord to find the news that J Jupiter and dual Uranus have mid fakes jumping to present day we now have said mid fakes provided to me by Bas and Bricks if you guys are interested in buying a thing make sure to use code Exotics at 7 for 7% off at checkout on Bas and Bricks but anyway here we are I really don't know how I feel about this considering the fact that I am a reseller seeing mid fakes of these high value Bays doesn't really give me the best feeling however before I fully judge let's properly check them out so without wasting any time let's get right into today's video setting the box to the side as you guys can see here we have midf fake Duo Uranus and mid fake Jade Jupiter I guess we might as well just start off with The Duo Uranus um I I got to say before we get into this uh part of me does like the idea of having mid fakes of these however I will never personally endorse mid fakes I still I'm I'm 100% a collector at heart so even if there's something that is nearly identical to the authentic thing for $10 I still rather spend the $150 or $200 to get the real thing like this one right here so just like all my other mid fake videos we're going to be cracking this open and then we will compare it to the real one that I just put off to the side that you guys saw um for some odd reason these don't come in any boxes which is pretty interesting but so and unfortunately I don't have a takar told me dual Uranus sticker sheet to compare this to but looking at it it doesn't look too bad the paper feels really thin and flimsy though so definitely don't know how I feel about that we'll throw that to the side and I guess the duo is in a separate little bag here and then the track and tip are preut together and I can already see a problem Straight Out The Gate with this but we'll get into that in a minute let's go ahead and cut open the actual uh metal wheel and everything at first glance this definitely doesn't look to be too bad my camera honestly makes this uh look a little too nice in my opinion but okay you guys can definitely see some like crust on there and stuff there actually is an A1 in the center there also that's very interesting all right so what we're going to do is let's go ahead and take apart the bay and we'll lay out the parts here but all right so now that we have these taken apart let's start off with the face bolt mid fake on the left and authentic on the right okay so authentic um the tattoo is definitely darker a more solid black on there as far as the color goes I feel like they're pretty evenly matched to be honest on this one and then they're actually doesn't seem to be okay maybe a little bit right there maybe a little bit of excess plastic on the bottom but really not too bad of quality not too bad at all moving on to the energy ring I think I see a slight color difference here yeah the okay so the mid fake is this one and this is the authentic one the mid fake one does seem to be more blue than the authentic one they're very very similar though okay let me I'm going to put down the authentic one for a minute do we have any codes on this I am not seeing any codes on this on the mid fake energy ring do we have any codes on the authentic okay yes on the authentic one there is an A3 right up here but on the mid fake there is no code on the energy ring at all so of course that is going to be another fantastic way for you guys to be able to tell um Mid fakes and uh authentic Bays apart is always look for codes on the parts of the bay um usually within the face bolt there there should honestly be a code on just about everything there's very rare instances where um the authentic Bay does not actually have codes on some of the parts but for these um definitely make sure you look for the code for the energy ring um let me see if there's a code in the face bolt actually so on the authentic one I this probably not going to pick up on camera it might there is a code in there on the authentic face bolt and on the mid fake one there is not so that's another thing that you guys need to look out for it's really hard to pick up on camera but you guys can tell in person if you were to hold one of these all right so now let's start with the top core piece this is going to be the midf fake one right here and it does look like it has an A2 right there so it does actually have the code which is pretty scary honestly and then on the authentic one we also have a code up there which is going to be an A1 however it's much smaller font than the mid fake one that you guys see here on the left so that's that's another thing I've noticed uh being a trend with mid fakes is that the the codes when they put them on the ports for whatever reason they like to make the codes like way bigger than it's supposed to be for the authentic one but all right let's go ahead and move on to the bottom of the metal wheel go ahead and check it out first on the mid fake here it does look really like crusty and stuff like just dirty I know you guys see all that right now but there is a code in there it is an A1 um not really seeing any I mean there is definitely some excess metal in the center there as you guys can see around the uh face ball hole and everything but the actual metal wheel itself doesn't look too bad outside of the uh dirty look I guess it has on it and then here is the authentic one to compare I don't see any lacking of detail to be honest on the mid fake on this one the A on the bottom might be a little bit different same goes for the S on the sides here but what's the code on the original one the code is going to be an A2 on the original and it's going to be A1 on the mid fake all right so moving on to the part that I immediately noticed when I opened it is this is the mid fake 230 and this is the authentic you guys can very easily tell that there's a color difference here well unless you're color blind which I'm sorry if I offended you by saying that but um the one on the left is clearly a very different shade of gold compared to the authentic taromi one so that is a dead giveaway not really much other comparison needed here and actually same thing goes for the performance tip WD the uh mid fake one is a much lighter and actually wait a second is there a crack on this is that cracked no I think that's just like a shitty um molding or something on it there actually is a code in here yo that's terrifying guys there is an A2 inside the midf fake WD yo that's really scary and the the authentic one is going to be an A3 but yeah the color difference obvious like to me it gives it away 100% And honestly the uh the whole I I don't I don't know what what you call like a gradient there's a there's a different gradient kind of design to the authentic one compared to the mid fake but all right let me go ahead and put this back really tighten it much more I don't want to snap the faceball or anything but we're going to go ahead put the mid fake to the side we'll throw the authentic one also off to the side because we don't need to be doing any more comparisons for now we're going to move on to the Jade Jupiter the Jade Jupiter moist favorite Beyblade shout out to you moist if you are watching this right now if you guys don't know about my buddy moist mercenary make sure you guys check out his channel after today's video as well but let's go ahead and move on to the mid fake Jade Jupiter this one is a very hype for people and so there was a few people that actually did get these in before I did already which is pretty surprising but they were saying that uh there's two variations of the RB on the mid fake Jade one is good and one is um kind of recessed into the actual plastic okay these stickers I'm going be honest look terrible my camera makes everything look good but like these stickers are really shitty and this is even more flimsy paper than the other one like I I don't know about that we'll throw that to the side though cuz I'm not going to even bother comparing stickers cuz I don't really put stickers on my base too much but here is the mid fake Jade Jupiter first glance definitely not too bad seeing some weird stuff going on with the face bolt but we'll get into that in a second this is like really shiny it's like really shiny that looks like red it's pink but it looks more red than pink huh the metal bows sound like they're made out of different material listen of that mid fake authentic that's very interesting but all right just like we did with the Dual Uranus let's go ahead and separate all the parts okay so now we have both of the Bays completely separated we'll start off with the face bolt because I did already notice something so here is the mid fake face bolt for Jade Jupiter you guys can see that massive chunk of excess plastic right there and there's some like weird mold um thing going on here on the corner as well turning it around some excess plastic on the bottom here as well and more on the corner here does it have a code does it have a code it does not look like there's a code on that side oh my God okay there actually is a code in here on this one it's definitely not going to pick up on camera but there's an a stamped on the inside of the mid fake face bolt that's scary uh here is the authentic one I'm also noticing I feel like the authentic one is a slightly darker face bolt yeah it definitely is you guys can see that but so the authentic one obviously doesn't have any of that excess plastic or anything on here and there is a code on the inside of the authentic one as well which is actually also an a that's interesting and then there's there's a tiny little bit of uh excess plastic on the real one ax as as well all right moving on to the energy Rings um let me see if it's my lighting that's doing that nope it's definitely just okay yeah the mid fake one on the left here uh because my authentic one has stickers on it already uh the mid fake one is definitely a slightly lighter purple color as you guys can see it's definitely lighter than the authentic one aside from that do we have a code on the fake one yes yes we do we have a code right up here A4 on the mid fake and on the authentic one we have what is that we have an A1 right there on the authentic one okay so these things are I'm not going to lie these things are like really scarily close to each other however this has me very interested to know what is going on here cuz like I said listen this sound this is the mid fake one okay and this is the authentic one that's a very different sound coming from that metal so looking at the design of the actual metal wheel let's see yeah there's a huge color difference here actually so that's another pretty good way to see this is way more red than pink you know what I've notice with these uh these mid fake whoever's making the mid fakes they just cannot get pink to be um correct cuz if you guys have seen the midf fake Samurai Pegasus and then there was another mid fake Bay that had um like a more pink uh part on it and they they always make the pink way more red than pink cuz it's supposed to be like this and this is definitely more red than uh than pink I don't know what's going on with that why does that sound like that authentic mid fake they have to be using some like crappy like metal or something I I almost want to say the balls might be like aluminum or something I don't know you know what I want to do something real quick actually we we'll do it right after this let's let's continue finishing the parts I do want to weigh the uh top pieces of the metal wheel just to see if there's a big difference okay now the bottom of the metal wheel straight off the bat I can see the code on the mid fake and that's going to be an A1 and the authentic one has a a two okay here's something else I'm also noticing and I mean it's really making my opinion on these mid fakes even worse um I almost want to call it straight up and trash because this feels substantially lighter than this like substantially lighter than the authentic one but we're going to we're going to find out in a minute when we weigh them moving on to the S130 authentic on the right mid fake looks to be a little bit darker I'm not seeing any mold issues on the mid fake kind of going to speed through that cuz s13 is not too important but then here is the main issue with the midf fake Jade as you guys can see and this is a used Jade Jupiter that I have in my collection and the rubber ball is far um sticking out far more than the midf Fig one here on the left it's very recessed in so this probably does not perform nearly as good as the authentic one we'll also get to some testing shortly here but all right let me go grab my scale we'll check out the weight of these all right guys so now we have my scale here we'll go ahead and start off with the mid fake Jade metal wheel and we'll weigh that and that's going to clock in at 21.92 G let's go ahead and put that we'll put that like right here and then let's go ahead and weigh the authentic one so remember the mid fake was 21.92 the authentic is 22.6 five 64 65 22.65% feels like vastly different to me let's see if I'm right mid fake core is going to be 1526 0.25 26 it keeps changing okay 1526 we'll just say it's 15.26% see I knew that there was a big difference there there's a 2 G difference so if you total it up it should be a 3 G difference between these two metal wheels so mid fake complete 37.1 n and then the authentic metal wheel is 39.722380 okay mid fake is properly together now let me put the authentic one together so that we can weigh them in full and compare okay so here is the authentic J Jupiter all put together we'll go ahead and start by weighing the midf fake one here and that is going to clock in at 45.1 seven G and the authentic one is going to clock in at 48.1 so we got 4811 on the authentic and 45.1 S on the mid fake so I was correct there's a three G difference you guys can tell how different these bays are directly next to each other the J Jupiter mid fake is dog you guys can put me on blast call me out it's dog Three G difference between the authentic and the mid fake the quality on the Jade feels really shitty that metal ball sounds very uh just bad quality compared to the authentic Jade Jupiter I know my boy moist would agree with me nobody should be buying garbage buy the authentic Jade spend the money be smart all right let's go ahead and compare whoops let's compare the mid fake Duo to the authentic one as far as weight goes I'm not going to separate them we'll just weigh them completely so midf fig going up first is clocking in at 50.1 s g whereas the authentic one right here come on Focus there we go oh the authentic one is going to clock in at 50.83 so this is far far closer in weight compared to the mid fake Jade you know what I'm too curious let's wait just the duo Wheels I'm going to put the authentic parts on my right so I don't mix them up okay mid fake Duo metal wheel only is clocking in at 42.2 G whereas the authentic one here is clocking in at 42.5 4 so pretty negligible difference there about um quarter of a gram which really isn't that big of a difference but all right this video is already really long so let's go ahead and switch over to my bb10 stadium and let's see how different these Bays perform all right guys now we are over at the bb10 stadium it has been quite a while since I have used my bb10 but let's go ahead and start off by well we we'll give you the example with the authentic Duo Uranus first just so you guys can see how it performs I mean it may not be pretty different cuz it's WD and WD is a pretty stable tip but 3 2 1 go Sho all right and as expected dual Uranus is going to just kind of sit there in the stadium now let's go ahead and launch the mid fake one this one definitely moves around a bit more probably due to the shittier mold of wide defense all right throw the mid fake to the side now on to the ones that I think are going to be drastically different the mid fake J Jupiter versus the authentic well not not versus I'm not battling them but let's go ahead and launch the authentic J Jupiter first three two one go okay so as expected it is a bit of aggressive since my RB is a little bit worn down and is not a mint one but as you guys can see it's settled down in the center here now so let's go ahead and stop that and let's test out the midf fake J Jupiter which we saw has a much more sunken in RB interesting it's actually much more um stationary that's the word I think it's not moving around nearly as much as the authentic one which is interesting but all right let's stop that let's go ahead and do a battle between the two mid fakes but first let's do a battle between the two authentic ones all right three two one go go Okay Jade is going to take the first round there we'll just do first to three points for both the battles three two one go sh and remember these are the authentic ones damn I'm so used to X I'm not used to uh the slowness of metal fight anymore okay so dual Urus is going to take that round I'm actually just do first to two points since that's pretty slow so we'll see uh the the next Point wins either dual Uranus or the authentic Jade Jupiter I'm not very big into competitive for metal fight anymore I honestly haven't been since 2013 but uh if you guys are interested in uh like competitive stuff you guys would have to tell me whether or not the mid figes perform well for competitive because I don't do testing like that I just keep my base stocking looking pretty wow Jade actually outs spun Duo that's pretty impressive I'm not going to lie all right so Jade is going to win against the or for the authentic battle now let's do the mid fakes like I said I don't really expect any crazy uh performance difference just stock but let's go 3 two one goes this Jade feels so light and I I don't know if you guys can tell on camera but I definitely can uh in real life the mid fake Jade is a lot lower to the stadium than the authentic one because of how recessed in that RB is so like I said I don't do competitive so I don't know that' be a good thing or a bad thing I don't think this quality is up to par for the WBO though but I also don't manage anything for the WBO so that would obviously be up to them to decide but I I personally would not recommend buying uh this J Jupiter at all I think it's absolute you're definitely much better off just saving for the authentic one all right so the mid fake dual Urus is going to take the first battle there let's go again but yeah I I honestly wouldn't tell you guys to waste your money on these These are really shitty compared to the to the uh authentic ones and I know everybody's like oh Exotics why do you hate on Mid fakes so much blah blah blah they're not that bad no they're terrible I will never stop saying that mid fakes are don't add me you're obviously free to have your own opinion and everything but in my opinion mid fakes are and a complete waste of money and this pathetic excuse for a j Jupiter is proof of that this thing sucks get out of here and honestly the Dual Uranus is also ass so in conclusion just save up your money guys and buy the authentic ones I hope you guys enjoyed if you did make sure to subscribe be to the channel and smash the
