50% ATTACK + 50% DEFENSE! Beyblade X UNICORN STING 5-60 GP (BX-26) Double Style Performance!

GG what's going on guys welcome back to another Beyblade X unboxing today we got the brand new unicorn sting this is bx26 so it is a pretty minor character in the anime or in the manga but still we're super excited because the Unicorn Avatar is coming back I know Brendan you're super excited right you guys know me my love for the Unicorn Bay runs deep but for real though if you don't even count the metal fight unicorn Bay it's been like what 8 years almost since the Beyblade burst unicorn where it just gives a lot of throw back to the memories that you had with the Unicorn Bay back in the days um so it's nice and the design looks pretty cool too the colors you have like the teal and the purple so let's take a look at the back of the box to see what you're going to get from this release unicorn sting this blade looks pretty cool they're calling this double style because you get both of the best world of of attack and defense one of the side of the blade is more attack oriented and then the other one is more defense oriented so we'll get to see how that's like once we open up the box I am a little bit concerned because that means that this Bay is going to be unbalanced is it going to tilt over right yeah kind of ironic because it's actually a Balan type but whatever like you said minor character anyways it's good for some variety and speaking of variety with Beyblade X we are getting a lot more female characters so this is uh uni the user of unicorn sting check out that hair bro so cool for the other parts we have 560 and gear points gear points is the brand new part introduced with this booster it's unboxing time let's go so with the Beyblade X stuff of course we get the code which we have to save so that way we can try to get some of those points and get a rare Bay even though we're losing all those one day we'll redeem ourselves finally after like maybe a 100 Bay purchases or something man I'm always a sucker for like the teal colorway looks pretty good to me so far 560 and the g p bit very purple it almost looks Hasbro like like this purple it's giving me Hasbro Vibes dang you're right kind of does but yo your point probably going to be sick yeah with this release we have the Beyblade X scale up guide so tells us next month's release which we already talked about in our BBG talks and also some customization that they recommend does anyone actually use these combinations or these recommendations I feel like we don't even actually look at the parts so let's dig right into unicorn sting so this Beyblade is pretty unique because uh the left and right side of the blade is actually different it's not balanced one side is mimicking the Horn of the Unicorn whereas the other part is more smooth and it looks kind of like the man of the Unicorn or the horse so one side rugged one side smooth depending on which blade you hit you might get more of an attack attribute or a defense attribute and looking in general it just does look like it's a pretty thick blade I mentioned in the last BBG talks episode that the shape kind of reminds me of a death Scyther do you guys see it especially with this like double blade design but yo the teal once again it's like such a classic unicorn color yeah it's so true it's almost like they are paying tribute to the previous unicorn colors like Ray Unicorno right because the blade itself is uneven I do expect it to behave a little erratic in the stadium but I'm actually looking forward to that I think it's going to be pretty fun to use in the stadium you might be able to pull off some new moves that you haven't seen before in babet X if it's really that unstable it's giving off death cyer Vibes man next up we have the 560 uh one thing I really like about this one is the color cuz like that white translucent and the teal just fits really well 560 is pretty decent too uh it could be a good part in your deck generally I feel like it does help a little bit with the balance part of the bay since uh you have five points we even used it in our three on three deck battle video that we did just a while back you're getting uneven and irregular texture you can see the the grooves here looks pretty cool though is it going to be able to stand upright properly if you tilt your launch right now moving on to the more exciting part is gear points we have seen all these gear releases recently and so what that means is you're getting getting the gear design all the way to the tip of the shaft of that bit and so we've seen the point bit before from Leon claw and that bit is actually really useful and generally pretty good for your customization so I do have high hopes for the gear points gear being a little bit faster and able to accelerate in the extreme line a bit better I'm expecting it to be uh pretty good at countering yeah it'll be able to extreme Dash a little bit better and more often but why do I get this feeling that the extra extended gears is going to ruin this bit that's already good maybe I'm just being a Debbie Downer here so what do you guys think if you're already rocking the point bit in your deck maybe now you can also Rock the gear point at the same time you guys are probably curious about the weight of the bay so let's take a look at the blade let's see 33.3 2 G so that weight is actually pretty decent it's healthy for Beyblade X so far it's not extremely heavy and it's like generally heavier than most of the uh Beyblade X releases so far with the exception of like Phoenix Wing or like Cobalt Drake yeah not bad like some of the older releases we're getting like 31 G 32 G so it being 33 G I think it makes sense uh let's see in combination of the rest of the parts right the whole combo weighs 42.1 16 gam and so the last balance type release we got was Leon claw and I know some of you guys are comparing between this one and like if you were trying to buy a balance s Bay then it's like you might be thinking of these two and so Leon claw 40.4 4 G it's on the lighter side and you're getting the regular Point bit so do you rather have gear point or just a regular Point all righty so we did put the bay together and actually the first thing I noticed was how big of a gap this is leaving between the chassis and the blade so I I guess it's thicker up top or something of that sort so I'm suspecting that this is prone to bursting all right so something to keep in mind if you guys are planning on getting this Bay or building a combo based on unicorn sting all right let's do a test Spin and then test battle three two 1 go shoot launch that one a little bit flat nice pretty quick that's like the signature Point movement right you can land in the center and then spiral out towards the extreme line yep got to get testing let go all right all right you're using the tack type first so 3 2 1 go Direct Hit nice defense power ooh wow yo that was sick yeah maybe I was a little too critical about the new gear Point showing its promises word up do it 3 2 1 Sho what hey would you look at that felt so Random see it started off unicorn was like chilling and the potential of a balance type going either attack or defense right seems like it's doing it same fate as John sword or what 3 2 1 go shoot oh my God I'm impressed like it feels real solid so that's pretty much it for the Unicorn sting unboxing it's pretty simple self-explanatory this is a nice balance type release I think it's going to be pretty fun in the stadium just because of how unbalanced it could get nice to see that gear Point seems to be a pretty strong bit we might have just found a successor to point already we'll probably be pretty useful and versatile in your Beyblade X collection man I'm just hyped up that the Unicorn Bay is back and is actually pretty decent so far can't wait to battle with it more yeah I agree especially when it's a booster it's probably easier or cheaper to grab your own so yeah we're going to do a lot more test
