From a filmmaking standpoint it's impressive to me how dedicated he is to things like b-roll when he's on vacation.
Loved the vid, great sense of adventure with a lot of heart thrown in. One of the underlooked elements of Casey's work is how great he is at finding music that helps him tell a story and this video is a great example.
I am going to be a dad for the first time in 1-week. I want to do stuff like this with soon-to-be-him.

He really took his time with this video and it shows. I really like the idea of 'scrapbooking' his adventure instead of just filming it.

Glad the Vlog is over so we get more of this! (no sarcasm) (really none). It has the long-missed non-vlog tropes of stop animation, voice-overs, top-down maps, busted up teeth, 100%-un-primered sunglasses.
