The Unexpected Outcome of Our Coin Flip Trip - Day 2

back it's day two of the coin flip trip if you want to see where this adventure ends up at just follow along yeah we're we going to end up today when we wake hear the birds and see the sun side by we'll just go that way or this way when we other and we'll figure that from there so we just came out to the edge of the state where let's flip the point in front of the state park sign want to yeah let's do that okay am I in there yes um come right here over over good all right so here we go heads to the left tails to the the right it is heads it's heads it's heads heads so we're going oh wait no that's Tails cuz that's heads there you go tails the Tails we're going to the right which is the way we came in this the way we came in so we may end up back where we came from okay well we just looked at the map and this road that we turned on is going to take us into Louisville Louisville Louisville Louisville how do you say that Louisville Louisville Mississippi anybody know um um it's going to take us directly into there and on that road we'll flip another coin what did what did I say left went to Cusco Mississippi and right went towards Alabama State Lions so we'll see what happens fun what do you think should what is your guess when we flip the coin I mean you have 50/50 chance here that's true 50/50 what's your guess Direction you want to go I kind of would love to go towards Alabama really that that's left I think it was left I can't remember I have to look at the map again but Alabama would be awesome left goes to Alabama it goes like taloa is okay cuz we are right on that Eastern edge of Mississippi right in the middle of the state yeah I can see left goes to I can see left going out which way would you like to go left towards Alabama or right towards flipped over seven times mean this is the way we came this little town right here check it out but this is the way we came in so now we're headed back well oh well it's 11:17 you want to do it every 30 minutes H or do you just want to flip it again that's I would love to flip it again cuz that's the direction I wanted to go it is so cute cute so are we going to drive an hour this direction um the right left left we're going to the left so I'm going to look at the map and we'll see where we're going Philadelphia Philadelphia 19 South 19 South South is a good direction we like south Mississippi South pretty road though so 30 minutes from nowm that's what we're doing okay ready going to shake it on it I'm not good at the flipping heads we go heads is left yeah this is interesting because it might just take us in a circle we'll see what happens yeah let's just let's just do it cuz this is the left and then when we get up here you have to turn again cuz it's a circle so we going to have to turn left again or are we going to flip the coin again um I mean you have to turn left right yeah here we didn't have a choice interesting situation yeah so I mean by looking at the map when we get up here we don't have a choice I don't think this road come back down here yeah that's we just got off no well sort of we may just have to flip a coin again that's what we did before right yeah cuz this road ends right up here at the stop side so you can flip it this time d heads Heads left a lot 15 South 15 South good thing it wasn't right cuz we'd be going back to Louisville let go back to C this is not the road we just came in on though is it uh no we were on 19 but I think it does connect to the road we just okay we're in uh Union City Union Union Union Mississippi Mississippi what did it say on the sign something about meets Southern Hospitality we'll have to look that up cute sign but we are turning well we are flipping a coin in 2 minutes we doing it be man this is fun maybe after this we'll kind of have it figured out like how we would do it again if you want to see it again I mean I want to do it again to you was fun I like it we're not at the moment when we look at the map we're not turning on random like roads that are street names or numbers we're I keep calling them Yellow Roads I'll show that on the map at some point what that means we have to turn on roads that are suitable to be able to drag a the camper through we can't just turn on I mean it would be cool if you could just turn on any road but you might end up in somebody's driveway if you do this in your card I mean maybe turn on any road yeah we did go in a circle earlier sort of Lewisville back around the Louisville different roads but a a turn around that was kind of cool one more minute we going flip this coin 102 flip away man you want to flip it I can't driv you can do it I'm driving you can flip it come on now flip it sure I mean you did yesterday I can flip it if you need oh man which way is it heads again so we're going left every time we flip it its heads which direction does left head us to we're going Northeast right now so it's going to take us back we'll see West B to what angle the road goes in this is we're going if we follow Yellow Roads we're going all the way up here now one thing I should mention to y'all is that we are avoiding Interstate at the moment so there's an interstate coming up but right past there there's a little Highway and that's the road we're going to go on cuz you know that's always more fun yeah you can just see more things and to see what the country looks like yes so we're Newton stopping get gas stopping get gas we've done uh 243 miles all together all together from the time we left yesterday 243 miles all together so we hadn't gone like a huge miles today uh yeah it was one maybe yeah yeah maybe 0 80 miles maybe something like that today so we're going to stop in Newton get Patrick some lunch probably walk the dogs and all that and uh we will be back on the road yeah once we make our turn and get on the road that we're going to be on then we'll turn around and we'll start the clock and we'll flip it again in 30 minutes yeah it works should we flip it on out I don't know you think 30 minutes is too fast uh might well keep it up at 30 minutes 30 minutes is what today is yesterday was an hour 30 minutes today so yeah let's just do that so excited about lunch you so excited about [Music] lunch up for a potty break [Music] to of n welcomes [Music] us it's lunch time it's lunch time on the road Subway Subway Missy miss good day mhm hanging out Walmart parking lot and eat this we're get back on the road well I think we're turning like right up here though this is our left yes this is our left heading our road goes that's part of the fun oh man what's it doing it's getting back on 19 we just on 19 yeah it's going from it's going back to Philadelphia should we make an exception what road is it there is that the yellow Road yes it's going to go back how far probably to Philadelphia all the way back to Philadelphia 30 minutes is Philadelphia yeah let's get a different quarter is this our turn right here no you sure you want to where's it can where's it it's not a yellow Road where does it go probably still towards Philadelphia I feel like we should veto the the heads is that cheating it's cheating I like people when hate it it's cheating it's part of it two circles in a day oh man back to Philadelphia where we did the first Circle I don't know if we'll make it Philadelphia in 30 minutes uh I don't know that you're right what if I do 10 m an hour for the next 30 minutes I only go 30 miles okay do that just take your time let's stop in this town we're going we're going to take our time did we say that you could stop hope you all understand because did you say did we say you couldn't stop and eat up your 30 minutes 19 it's fine it's part of the game otherwise it's not a go with the flow Right started this but here we are in Meridian which crazy enough we spent a lot of time here getting that the PV bus all right should we be able to like have a rule we can veto one coin toss you only get one veto maybe and this is it then we go back the other way yes what do we do I think we're just going to have to keep going just going to have to keep going just how it is just going to do 5 miles an hour yeah go slow Go real slow I think I passed them sticks right there before okay what do you think River you think we should just keep going this way huh what do you think 35 true let's get a different quarter get a dime let's flip a bny here's one with a tree on it we have switched quarters people and we're going to drive real slow one it'll land on heads maybe it's the way I'm flipping it I mean I was throwing it in my hands like this but it was on heads every time you did it too what what wrench could we throw in the game like what could we do to make it where if you turn left if you're going in a circle you can do this so the next time each of us need to have at least one veto you have a veto and I have a veto so if it lands the wrong direction and we go one to go but we can't say it's the wrong direction cuz that's the point of the game right the point of the game is following the letting fate take its course cor was wait is this an interstate cuz we weren't turning on interstat we're not turning on interstates rule change is this an inter State it's not an interstate listen if it's 35 mil and I do 40 we're not going to make it all the way there good now if you throw another we don't you throw another going back to maybe we should just pitch two coins and if it lands on heads on both of them we have to go that way if it lands on tails on both we have to go that way if it lands on heads and tails we have to go anyway we want to no that that's not following the quarter that's the whole point of the coin flip trip coin Trip Flip I don't even know about it anymore how many how many times have we thrown heads how many have we done in a row one two 3 four five six we have left six so from now on what we should do is we should actually do two out of three right you flip it three times and the best two out of three is the ones we have to go to maybe we should have it where if you go a certain direction six times which is what we've done I mean then you do best two out of three maybe ah yeah yeah so if it gets Heads next time we just I don't know I mean what do we do only I've ever gone 282 mies and I'm still in the same neighborhood best that's what we're going it doesn't matter because the do you want to know where the next yellow road is where phia really okay so the next right is going to be about 3 miles it is not a yellow road but the next yellow road is all the way back up to Philadelphia just drove 40 m hour we supposed to be going to the left AR we no tails we're going to the right where's the right Texas we're just going to go on this road and see what happens so are you going to put it in there that you flipped it three times yeah it was head twice yeah to the left man we need to go the other direction I mean we can go towards Union but then if we turn a right if we flip a right at that point we're going to Philadelphia if we do a left we're going down to Newton so so I think in this situation this is what we're doing we're going to the right I'm using my one V2 it's because of the one wrong turn that we took at the beginning we just changed it we just took it purp and swap it up we're changing Fate by going we're we're we're turning the wrong turn back over that's one way to look at it right look at this place though that's cool Salvage mhm yeah decided that we should do this outside this time because maybe it'll have more rotations it's going to go super hot I'm just it's going really hot go high heads I win tells you lose but we both win whoa that's way over there oh yeah do it look like heads Heads it is heads it is s bels please all right so we need to look can see which is the next Road Philadelphia yeah 30 minutes that's what we're doing we're going to the left on Highway 16 all right so we're going to do two more coin sauce two more Rod two more what's another hour with riding around basically Philadelphia is cuz guess where we're at Philadelphia people okay well so we drove from Philadelphia down to Meridian and right back up to Philadelphia something like that watch how you pitch your coins I feel like maybe we should look it up like maybe coins are just generally always going to land on heads heavier on the top yeah would be heavier on the bottom okay we're making our turn in Philadelphia we're making our Circle our [Music] [Music] rounds [Music] only last few hours ago we went that way now we're going to go this way no right it is kind of cool maybe we were supposed to stay here get that out your window what it looks like all that that's a big hotel we're back all right so we just passed through Carthage Mississippi and it's that time again for the point toss so we actually want it to be head this time we got to do another one oh no we got to do another we always lose it do I even have any more quers uh it's not there's some in here ready yeah get the going heads we're going left it's always heads I'm we're wondering if it's always heads so the next yellow Road past the interstate is natur St sparkway the natural St Parkway in a completely different spot it takes us the same direction as the interstate as well they both taking you to Jackson Mississippi but we like these I mean don't you think we like these roads better so after 10 coin toss today that was the 10th Co TOS that was the 10th Point toss we have now gone 353 miles all trip two days included about 160 uh miles 170 m per day uh today was a bunch of circles yeah today was a bunch of circles but it's been fun but we're going to close it out uh that is going to be our last thing we're going to start looking for a campground it's been a long ride but we're going to enjoy the natur T Parkway one more time love it that's crazy that it worked out that way um I mean just we saw Louisville twice today Philadelphia twice today basically we have we've gone in circles we started out this morning in Louisville when all the way down to Meridian Mississippi came all the way back up to Philadelphia Miss but none of it was straight shots we there was a lot of zigzags which we'll we'll put a map up with the video I'm sure but and this isn't the end we'll end the video in a little bit we'll show you some other things that we're actually going to do around here but cuz we're not going to do it tomorrow we have another day off right so tomorrow we're just going to we have a day to hang out and then we have a day to get back um but yeah so keep it good touch coin flip trip love [Music] [Music] it made it to a beautiful spot it is very close to town for sure it's this area right here it's really beautiful I mean we're still traveling for two more days yeah we still got a couple more days to hang out we're going to stay here tonight and tomorrow night and then uh we are going to head on back to where we are but we just want to show you what things look like tonight it's always something leave it to us to park at a campsite that they had a cone that said reserved but we didn't see that it said reserved reserved so I mean even though the cone we went up to pay for the spot and they were like uh somebody's coming in that spot today uhhuh but when you see the spot that we get to move to I'm pretty excited about the move other than it's going to take up some of our day so so we're getting ready to move Patrick says 30 minutes we can move over there so let's see it's 11:35 right now we're going to clock it and see how fast we can move over okay see an hour all together sitting oh okay setting it up now we've changed it to an hour I'm taking it down now that he's on a Time Clock [Music] okay [Music] you [Music] all right so we packed it up how many minutes 37 57 20 minutes so 17 minutes maybe yeah I didn't feel like 17 maybe it was faster than that no we didn't pack it up like we normally do we packed it up as if we're just going to move right around this corner over here a different spot but uh anyway we'll set this time lapse up you get to see how we how we do the rest stuff this going to be quick day cuz we got stuff to do yeah we want to enjoy our day man it's beautiful here it's funny how it worked out too um if you were following along in the videos we didn't know that we were going to come this way that's just the way it ended up with the coin flip trip we had actually talk about coming to uh this area Jackson Mississippi uh and scouting out some campsites for a wedding coming up this year yeah so we mean it's amazing that the flip started going that direction to here so that's so funny anyway we're are pulling in monthly rental spots here at Timber Lake campground not a bad price for campsites either seriously $45 a night right on the water is not terrible yeah this is [Music] beautiful [Music] look at how pretty the spot is Rivers enjoying the new smells we're going to do places like this we do the dogs one at a time she looks good out here man if y'all are in this area I would check this place out they do monthly rentals and that's wrap of the undoing we still get to go enjoy the rest of the day get our last day so our last that's what we're going to do we're we're just going to end this
