[Music] this 2013 Newar King Air just arrived at the Motor Coach store in Bradington Florida and is priced to sell for $277,745 this is on the Spartan K3 chassis with the 600 horsepower cumings got 77,000 M on it and there's another King Air here that is available for $299,999 this is also a 2013 with 65,000 M and the photographs for this coach are available at the Motorcoach store.com but this other 13 just rolled in it has not been listed anywhere else so I wanted to get you guys a sneak preview now those of you that follow the channel know I'm a big fan of the King Air this is going to have the 200g diesel fuel tank and this is num Mar's Flagship coach and I've talked about it in previous videos I think numar is the highest quality production motor home on the market before you go into the for travel new preo range but this coach priced at 277 777 is a lot of equipment now you'll notice that the wipers are tucked below here so that they're out of the Sun and not getting beat up while they're going down the road and the King Air has a classy design with that stainless steel front end and this is a triple F wall slide coach so the slide rooms are out right now this just came in so we're going to take a quick tour of this coach today and I'm seeing Michelin tires up front here on the steers these are going to be the 365's but I'm not seeing a date Cod on this particular Tire it's probably on the inside and as soon as this coach goes through the check-in sheet at the Motor Coach store they will post all of that online now keep in mind for them to post these coaches online they've got to take photographs have a technician go through collect all of the information they're going to get the build sheet from numar they're going to collect as much information as possible and when you go on the motor coach store website you'll see every coach is going to have the bill sheet check-in sheet so we're always trying to get you guys a sneak preview but as soon as it does get listed you can find all of that info on their website now I'm going to show you it's a little bit tight quarters in here this first Bay up front is the dedic cooler on a slide tray everything is very clean in this coach that I've seen and then this Bay is going to be a full pass through Bay with the power slide tray that will go out both ways that's got 1,000 lb carrying capacity and then the next phas is going to be another full pass through Bay with the power slide tray looks like some extra tiles are housed in this Bay and I do want want to point out you know at some point someone did what I almost just did and just scratched that I'm going to point out any little imperfections I see we just went through the interior of this coach it was very clean I'm very impressed for 77,000 Mi you could tell the previous owners cared for it here we have another large storage Bay looks like they've got some of these uh Magna Shades right here with the magnetics to help keep the sunlight out of the coach these michelins are looking fresh but I am not finding a date code and I'm usually pretty good at finding the date codes so I think they they're probably on the insides here and as we go around this coach I like to point out the smaller details that the King Air has like the paint Scheme flows through the sides of the slide rooms and this coach is pretty dirty right now it's been raining out here it has not gone through the detail process yet but it's still very clean overall and this is cool to see two King airs a little bit different paint schemes on these uh this has a little different style but both are very similar colors you can see those big backup cameras on both of them and then they've got this mesh grill and behind that we've got that ISX with 600 horsepower you have nice easy access to your engine if you need to replace a belt and this is on the sparton K3 chassis with a 15,000lb towing capacity later Newar did go to the 20,000lb towing capacity we still have 600 horsepower and that Allison 4,000 transmission so very robust piece of equipment and I believe back in 13 I believe new was still at 18,500 so it's been cool to see the industry improve towing capacity on these coaches and this is a full wall slide so it's a triple full wall slide coach you'll notice the power awnings on the windows and I'll go below the slide room to access this Plumbing Bay has not been detailed yet but you can see here's the manifold system power hose reel tank monitors a water tap black and gray tank rinses all very well labeled and it's held up very well over time then here's the power 50 amp cord reel we also have a gen start and stop button back here and then this Bay is going to be the Oasis hydronic heating system Dirt Devil and here's the other side of that full pass through Bay with a power slide tray that'll come out both ways and then this next pH is going to be the other side of the forward full pass through with the slide tray and then up front is going to be our battery bank for the house batteries and then below the driver area is a compartment that's going to have some fuses and then this is the button to extend the generator the coach has to be running to extend that 125 diesel generator and then this is something cool there's a spot to house a little bug scrubber when you own one of these always nice to have that you just need to knock some bugs off and then when you're done with it you can just put it right here this is a cool coach on the exterior but I think you're going to be impressed with the interior let's take a look inside as we open the screen door here right away cool detail work with that King Air logo it does need to be detailed here you've got that stainless piece there and then we also have some storage here uh for maybe dog leashes or shoes nice deep storage right there and I also want to point out here's the keys we can unlock and lock the bay doors with the remote just so much equipment for $277,745 all right guys let's cruise [Music] [Music] inside to the interior of this coach has a very classy Rich feel to it and this coach is in excellent condition everything I'm touching and feeling it shows that this coach was well cared for I love the two-tone seats with a charcoal inlay and you'll notice the King Air embroidery on the captain's chair armrest both of these are massaging seats and then we can turn these around if we want to make them part of the living area I've got to slide it up a little bit first and then spin it around it's really nice to add that extra seat to the living area and the passenger chair is very wide as well I believe they call that a buddy seat now this is the classic King Air cockpit with the carbon fiber look on the steering wheel and then this carbon fiber material I don't believe this is real carbon fiber but still has that nice look and then this is going to have the HWH leveling system as well as the Hadley leveling system the gear selector for the Allison 4000 transmission power window for your driver window if you want to pay a toll or talk to someone at a campground this does have the memory seats if you have different drivers driving the coach tag dump engine brake cupole ER very simple cockpit and this has the Comfort Drive as well where you can adjust the steering level from 1 to 5 and then the Bendix a blind spot monitoring system USB ports backup cameras shade controls very simple cockpit area coming back here into the coach everything is in excellent condition and this is a very popular floor plan with the opposing sofas and then the large booth area and I like the way they have this slight curve so if you uh want to kind of kick up and watch the TV up front you can do that there also is a TV on a televator we just press that button one time and that will automatically come up and normally we would edit through this but you guys are asking us to show you in real time how stuff comes out so we'll let you hear that and see that and then it has a nice uh piece that matches the countertop above the TV TV so it sits flat uh flush when it's all together and then we've got some nice storage overhead and for 2013 everything is in very good condition and this is all Villa Furniture so this will turn into sleeping we have the pullout sleeper on this sofa and again more storage overhead and this is just such a buy so much coach for 277,000 $77 I've never seen a King Air price this low so it's awesome that a coach like this is obtainable especially with you some of the financing options you can keep a payment pretty low on something like this and this is just a lot of coach for the money with all of the high-end finishes and when the new king airs are at 1.6 million this is an incredible buy you'll notice this wood grain cover for the vent with a fan and when we look at the intricate detail like the indirect lighting and all of the woodwork the W this has got the rooftop AC's and the way numar Ducks the AC's when the slide rooms come in you're still getting that airflow into the coach I love the hardware that they used and you can really feel that numar quality on this Cabinetry when we pull out this a drawer you'll see that dovetail construction and in this cabinet door numar is going to put the paint codes some of the vehicle information here we can see the gross vehicle weight of this coach is 54,000 lb another little Nook for storage here and when we open and close these cabinets you really feel that quality and beautiful dark countertops and you'll notice a slight lip here on the edge of the countertop to prevent liquids from spilling if you have a little liquid on the countertop it's not going to drip down on the face of those beautiful cabinets and I don't believe there's a dishwasher in this coach but that does leave for a lot more drawer space I know people like myself that uh prefer to use uh paper plates when camping uh can appreciate having that extra storage space and then again more drawer space you can see the silverware dividers all of those high-end finishes like we find in a king Aon and more storage below the sink again a pull out drawer and I'm thinking when you look on the market if you were going to buy something new in this price range the amount of equipment and the build quality of a Newar I'm just I'm seeing a deal here ladies and gentlemen bath and a half coach and here's a washer and dryer in the middle of the coach nice convenient location where you have a lot of room here and then maybe if you want to pull clothes out of the dryer put them right here maybe fold them on this table or take them back to the bedroom nice convenient spot for that this does have the whirlpool Residential Refrigerator you'll notice the face of this cabinet door is ventilated here we've got the Wine Guard traveler Bose stereo some of the AV components and we have a good amount of drawer space here again you can notice that Dov tail construction and more Pantry space here a lot of drawers in this coach and this is a bath and a half coach and this is just a simple simple coach this is before they went into a lot of the technical stuff so it's all manual switches all of your light switches are manual here's the slide room control for the rear slide room really easy to operate let me get some lights kicked on in the half bathro here and this coach is in incredible condition at this price point this amount of equipment this is one I'm getting excited about guys we've got a vent in the half bathroom again with that nice cover that has the same face like we see in the cabinets and a cool wallpaper with a diamond pattern and then we've got a nice little medicine cabinet and everything I'm hoping is showing a really clean Coach we got the techma toilet and plenty of room here I think our good friend Matt from Matt's RV reviews would definitely give this a pass and talking about Matt we've got to give him a huge congratulations on his new company liquefied RV toilet treatment it's a treatment that breaks down the waist in your black tank keep smells out he did a lot of product get a free bottle I think there's about 5,000 left right now coming back to this half bath door I prefer this door over the swiveling door the newer numar started to have more of a swiveling door but this is just a nice robust door with that pattern in the wood and the inlay of the door very cool style and then coming back into the rear Suite with the full wall slide we have a very large entry and a lot of room back here with the king-size bed and I love the styling that they did with the headboard with that square pattern and you have windows on both sides of the bed and it looks like they've got some extra blankets and stuff stored up there right now usually that's the best spot for that nice storage above your bed and very clean and I like to point out the way that numar brings this extension out here with this Puck lighting with that beautiful Woodwork and then another slight drop and more Puck lighting back here just lots of cool intricate details that really take it over the top and again indirect lighting when we look at the ceiling with that suede inlay and then that Center ducted air here in the rear of the coach as well lgtv we have some nice storage on this side as well and then a good amount of drawer space here now in later models numar did go to uh all tile on the slide room as well so this does have carpet on the slide room but it is in excellent condition and at this price point I think you might have to make a big jump up to get into another year that doesn't have carpet and I'm going to need to look and figure out what year numar went uh from the carpet to no carpet I want to say it was around the 2014 2015 era but if any of you out there know and could drop a comment I'd appreciate that we're always trying to learn and I think they may have you know brought it on the king ER Orin originally and then slowly went down to the Dutch star and even Ventana I believe they may have gone away with Carpets on the Ventanas as well and then coming into the rear bathroom we have a huge rear bathroom now there is a small step up and I actually forgot to point out even in the salon these beautiful tile floors with this cool inlay very high-end detail work and a really cool style in your rear bathroom with the Dual sinks again that lip that will keep drips from going on those beautiful cabinets the same style of cabinets that we saw in the kitchen again with that dovetail construction I've got to point that out because all those little high-end details really add up and when you see how well these coaches hold up over time when they have all of the high-end details like that and that extra work that's done in the build process really makes a difference now the rear closet doors have that same style like we saw on the headboard with the square pattern inlays and we have a large closet in the back adjustable shelv over here and then we've got double hanging space on this side so we can have long hanging space for dresses or race car suits and a lot of space and then a very large shower as well with a teak seat and it has a really cool tile inlay here very cool styling by numar and if you want to take a seat while you're taking a shower that's always nice to have that as well all right guys so this coach just rolled in here to the motor coach store and I wanted to give you a sneak preview and this coach has not been pded or deeply detailed yet it just got a quick wash so now that I know that it tells even more of a story of you how well this coach was cared for and I'm sure once the motor coach door detail Department goes deep in it it's going to be really tight and that's one of the best parts about this coach is it is available at the Motor Coach store in Bradenton Florida a boutique dealership where you can expect to receive a completely different experience than any big box store out there when you take delivery of this coach you'll have a trained technician make sure you understand all of the system you can stay the night or several nights and make sure everything is operating properly and that you understand the coach so to have all of that support at the price of $277,745 this King Air
