[Music] oh man yeah I bet I bet so I see this whole setup and everything the car is really clean it's got welds on it so I know it's gonna be fast it's got welds on yeah what is the setup on the ascent for so what years this thing so it's a 1985 s 1085 actually that's 15 it's a GMC oh I apologize yeah I know some guys are very particular about that this has a three D eight LS motor with one 208 promod turbo today really our biggest goal is just to get out here and shake it up the MSD CIT box on valves new transmission new converter you made a lot of changes over winter yeah yeah drove drove seven hours from Joplin Missouri here let's see what we can do know what a power are you make it like on the big end it made 18 29 on the 918 29 a tune by JP over at Van Buren Arkansas and that's how much boost was that that was at 49 pounds you run more than that or is that pretty much max that's pretty much magic yeah I'm guys run it only so much on the dyno they come he runs more yeah yeah actually 4:58 on 41 pounds okay what classes what class or classes are you jumping into I'm gonna get a small tire and the true street figure dual enter yeah absolutely the big undertaking for some guys there's some heavy hitters though I mean Lea Oakes is over there Duane middle we got Mark Phillips right here in the car I live I know this car the cars man yeah yeah the competition's gonna be stick but it's cool because it's a prepped race at the flashlight start street race very very different what we're used to I was like probably flashlight would like pour your own puddle type deal but no prep track you'll actually start it's pretty cool I mean they're incorporating the street racing rules you know into another prep surface which we obviously love street racing we do it all the time to be nice but I think it'd be cool I mean no time slips no clocks no no that's right just the first one to the end like a street race with well man I love the truck like you see these tents a lot of times they're kind of beat-up LS thrown in them I was like well it looks like they actually painted this thing so they care a little bit you look under the hood amazing set up under the oh absolutely yeah then the turbos massive I don't even know if you can see it on our video but turbo is huge well thank you for bringing the truck out absolutely I love this thing good luck today hey thank you very much oh yeah [Music] didn't even have to try [Music] come here mr.
