The Ultimate Police Mod for GTA 5 (RDE)

let's face it GTA 5's police system isn't the best boring cars stupid Ai and way to trigger every police officers that is why I installed a mod that completely overhauls the entire police system made by the rde team and many others rebalanced dispatched enhanced completely overhauls the entire police system making being chased by the police actually fun and engaging I never thought I would actually say that anyways the link to the mod is in the description let's see how the police system in GTA 5 should have looked like starting in the world of vanilla GTA 5 there are three main police agencies the lsbd sheriff and SWAT you might see news fib and the Ia show up in some story missions but outside of these they're almost never used with this mod you can now expect these agencies to show up in free mode gameplay alongside an additional eight new agencies to chase after the player Blan County Sheriff Los santal Sheriff Port Police Park Rangers and Highway Patrol will now all be dispatched in their respective Patrol locations the US Coast Guard will try to apprehend you at Sea and when heavier force is needed the US Marshall service together with the existing news and FIB units will swiftly take care of you and if you cause enough chaos you will even attract the attention of the US military I will cover these new military tactics and units later in the video even some special regions like Merryweather have their very own police force Now red and white security vehicles will come after you if you disturb their base of operations and if you have a mod or training that lets you travel back to North Yankton rde makes even this part of the world feel more alive with a functional traffic system and even a dedicated police force they use all of the assets from the pric missions with a few tweaks to both the cars and the pets speaking of pets almost all of the pets have gotten the graphic update you will now see unique faces you've never seen before for both female and male officers trying to arrest you instead of the same ball officer coming after you this is a breath of fresh air after playing this game for over 10 years every agency also has new units that can be called up from K9 unit with docks motorbike units coming at speed and the cff detectives blending in and when leaving the main roads off-road units will try to chase you in a dirty sand also this police system adaptively reacts to what vehicles you're in when you are in a faster land vehicle progressively faster police units will attempt to catch you when hiding behind armor in a bullet vehicle they will quickly send heavier units to break through your defenses the same applies to weaponized Vehicles as they will deploy similarly armed units to meure Firepower when escaping via sea air units and boats will be dispatched to your location even hiding in the depth of the ocean offers no real Advantage as the US ghost guard will send submarines to find you in the deep dark Waters escaping f a helicopter or jet also proves ineffective Fort Nudo will dispatch anti-air units hunters and lasers to shoot you out of the air if you do manage to shake those off you will need to fly below the radar like in some story mode Visions this creates both a realistic and challenging experience apart from the police rde changed the world of Los Santos itself with a well-known mod called World of Variety this is fully integrated with the mod this mod changed the behavior of the pets on GTA 5 you will find now a lot more unique scenarios and events and Pats will react more realistically to the world and their surroundings spawning in the world are all the available DLC cars alongside that police units especially in the city will spawn a lot more frequently making partaking in crime related activities a lot more riskier the police also have gotten better loadouts using more fed weapons MK2 variants and the Marksman in the police Shoppers even have laser sites to more effectively get their shot on target as you can see rde changed the police system for the better making it more fun and refreshing however rde does not have many AI related changes and that is where the many add-ons of rde come in like project enhancement fee San Andreas law enforcement this mod is entirely compatible with rde and add a lot more more AI related changes to make the gameplay of police searches and chases more fun and rewarding but at the same time adding much needed realis to GTA 5 first off this adom brings the search radius you are familiar with from GTA 4 into GTA 5 make it feel like the LSPD is locking the entire city for you down when trying to leave this parameter and approach its Edge more roadblock will spawn I think to the immersion of a full wide City Lockdown in normal GTA V gameplay the cops know where you're hiding at any moment this mod removes that feature and let police actively search at your less known location they will gradually expand their search to find you exiting the police vehicles and checking Alleyways to try to find you this makes hiding in cars bushes and other locations a lot more effective while you watch the police s by when they do catch you you will now have an option to let yourself be busted by the police by standing still even Beyond one star which was previously Impossible on GTA V however when you reach five stars this option disappears as now the 5 will only shoot at you your only option from now is to fight the police head on when engaging in a shootout with the police your heat level will gradually rise with heavier units dispatched to the chaos Federal units like news and FIB will try to take you down with the very own juggernauts which are extremely hard to kill they won't rag being shot or being exploded and will need multiple well- aimed sniper bullets to the face to be taken down when even they are not enough to take the player out you will gather the attention of the US Military and I promise you they will take you down from standard military personnel in armored cars and the same juggernauts from earlier trying to kill you paratroopers will parachute down to a in combat eventually annihilators sometimes accompanied with minigun turrets Will Rain hell from above and ultimately apcs turreted squatties and even an armored tank will be dispatched just like in the P score it is a shame they aren't airlift like in the mission but I guess that would be the nightmare the goat as you can tell all of these changes refresh the police system of GTA 5 and makes it a lot more enjoyable there are also some Easter eggs I have not shown in this video which you can discover on your own the best thing is this mod is fully compatible with the GTA V story even some missions featuring the new models like on the wrapup proper FB tactical units and during Pac-Man the highway police chasing Trevor Lamar and Franklin as I said before the link to the mod is in the description
