the hitches on these trailers are really nice you get hey hey what are you doing hey no stop we're not ready to do that yet chill dude you're getting carried away again get off dude you gotta calm down dude back away [Music] oh welcome to the channel today we go to look at my truck monster max it's my first truck ever i started all this off this truck this is my daily driver i took to construction every day we did so many crazy things with it i'll do literally freaking anything to it i just rebuild it every time it falls apart so i was still paying on monster max and they made me have full coverage on it and they're like is it modified because i had to put insurance on it because there's a loan on it so like is it modified at all and then can we have pictures of it so i sent them pictures they were like four years old and they're like good to go in reality it weighs more than the entire bank now earl dibbles jr came over for a music video and we were just having fun jumping it and the guy that built it specifically told me he didn't build it to jump it [Music] so i jumped it to see what would happen and it fell apart all right we are here at this shop in uh michigan where monster max is getting built it's a long ways from home so i don't come here very often um it's out in the middle of nowhere like like you you can't grasp it what it looks like on camera so they send me pictures like once every month or so i get updates on it um but they have the tires mounted they're from big bud the tractor goodyear lsw 1400 so they're 1400 millimeters wide the world's largest ag tire that you can possibly buy when there's no air they weren't mounted they came to my head they were head height so now that there's air somehow they grew like a foot the whole tire see i'm six foot tall and this tire is a foot above my head yet helped a lot i was worried it was going to be small i had to make custom wheels obviously to fit these now they weigh 2500 pounds per unit 2 461 pound but this this plate is like inch inch thick um where the wheel mounts to remember right it's uh 36 lug nuts to mount this one tire so we have four of those um as a base to start out what psi do you run these at 35 psi says the max load at 40 mile an hour is 23 000 pounds so that's per tire so that's that compared to those well i can fit in here and i'm six foot tall if that says anything i'm like this is comfortably i'm just comfortably sitting in here here's the truck now you can't tell maybe you can tell it's much larger than what you're seeing like this this shop ceiling is like 18 feet tall probably and the truck is not gonna not gonna fit out of that everyone's asking in the post everyone's asking how the truck is going to fit out of the shop oh he's got he's got to disable that entire wall to get it out i can't reach my door handle and the truck is not lifted okay it's lifted it's not like it's as low as it will possibly ever go like this goes another five feet in the air and i can't my hand is still below the door handle it has missiles yes um a lot of people said that that was stupid that was childish that we have missiles um well this is america and trucks without missiles are not as cool as trucks with missiles but our missiles are functional so they have they're gonna well those are our fuel tanks so they're 20 gallons a piece so we have two on each side and these these cones i said i wanted like this this shape so it matches like the shape of an actual missile they had these milled out of solid steel so those are like this from here up is solid so that weighs like 250 pounds a thousand pounds per side so 500 per missile now that's without fuel this is our gauge the top one will empty into the bottom one here and then you'll see it in the clear tube here in the bottom so the top one's going to drain into the bottom one and then it goes through the cradle and on the other side of the cradle we have two air dog lift pumps so the fuel tank is right here and the line is going to go straight into the lift pump the axles weigh eight thousand pounds apiece so my old ones my old ones are like 2 500 a piece so these weigh about four times what my old axles weighed something like that one single axle weighs as much as the truck does stock so like the original 2500 hd silverado is what my axle weighs so we got two of those we're at like 26 000 pounds and just just axles and steering and all this you can see the bar they got here six inch bars for the steering so so those puppies are are like obs like you you can't you guys don't even like see what i'm looking at here because you can't see proportion here but everyone's wondering since it's so much heavier now how is it going to move because last time the biggest complaint everyone had is like oh it can barely get out of its own way it could like couldn't hardly drive through mud truck started out a lot smaller than what we ended up putting on it so it wasn't built for the tires and everything that we end up putting on you can see we have a second engine in the back oh i need the step ladder to climb up there this is like a 10 foot step ladder there's a another secondary engine in the bed here so there's another lbz duramax so this truck now has 16 cylinders okay you may also be noticing the four massive cooling fans up there we'll get to that in a second in pictures this this looked tiny everyone's like oh that made the duramax look small like this is a whole lpc duramax engine dan's diesel performance is going to go through all this they're going to put new parts new uh turbo and everything on it so right now it's just like dropped in and they got it mounted and the steering components are on um so right here they have uh you can see those fans down there so they have electric fans for the front and rear engine all the wiring harnesses fuse box there's going to be a hood that just covers all this so these fans right here are for the transmissions i was used to joke about having like twin transmissions on my truck but now we actually have two transmissions here's one of our transmissions from dan's season performance so they're the same dominator transmission rate for uh 750 horsepower each cause it's not going to be like sled pulling and stuff it'll just be like house pulling so both of those transmissions have two coolers so that's what all those coolers in the bed for the way it sits right now is as low as it can possibly go so everyone's thinking like oh that's not gonna be able to do anything at all it's gonna get high centered in two seconds yeah if it was like dragging the ground with no shocks on it um this is this doesn't have tires on it obviously so so it's got tires so that puts the hub another four feet so that'll put that four feet off the ground and then it gets 30 inch travel shocks three on each one so there's gonna be 12 shocks so that's going to lift the body four feet plus another two and a half so this body goes six feet up in the air yet so so this right here is going to be a long ways up maybe like it'd be like shoulder height for the heim joints again like 8 000 i spent 90 grand on i spent 9 grand on those but um they're like as big as my hand like there's no hindrance they had to like carve those out of like a chunk of steel this is what i used to have on the old truck which we thought was huge but this is compared to the new one see the actually the thickness there too to steer all this like like just this rack alone weighs uh 500 and something pounds with the cylinders and everything so i had a company uh radial dynamics i want i want to be like push stuff down with my steering like if i get in between if i get in between two buildings i want to still be able to steer my wheels i said make me something that can do that for me and he does stuff for monster jam as well he designed something that supposedly will be able to turn literally anything i need to so so this drives from a belt there's gonna be a belt that goes off the crank for just the steering i don't know what makes them take so much power but each one takes 50 horsepower so we're looking at 100 horsepower out of that 1400 just to turn the steering so the front and rear engine has steering pumps so so that we have a whole engine driving the one engine powers the front axle and one power superior axle steering so you're probably wondering how we're going to make a front and a rear engine work because there's like pulling tractors and stuff that have multiple engines but they're all gas and the engines are next to each other and they use like serpentine belts so they can slip or whatever this is all i don't think this has been done before anything at all like this everyone's saying it's not going to work dropbox in the middle right there there's a chain in there that goes down and it drives the bottom shaft right there this is going to come off the end of the transmission so in between here and there there'll be a short shaft and then when you turn this you can see that turns right there like six feet down lower so that's how you get this huge lift without having stupid drive shaft angles is you have a drop box so since we have that box then the shaft in between here and here is going to be just straight across so right now it's actually the opposite way like it goes down from the axle so that when it's six feet in the air it'll be like level this box right here if you can see it's like two feet thick so it's got three layers of gussets and bolts holding it in the the old one had like just one one side with some bolts this has three pieces of steel holding it in and then a welded bracket on the bottom holding it in chain driven instead of gears so the old one we had from stripping out the gears [Music] what is that supposedly this one won't [Music] break um oh she is a goner [Music] dropbox number seven or eight nine since you only have like let's save another g here you're stripping out you only have like contact with two teeth at a time so this way since the chain would go around the gear you have contact with the whole bottom half of the sprocket so we don't have to worry about that anymore so everyone's worried about breaking drop boxes well now you know what's going on in here we don't think it's gonna break there's three chains in there or is three links wide since the the rear motor is gonna be spinning the other way because it's facing that way this has to be reversed on one side although they spin the opposite way of each other um the output is going to be spinning the same way that makes sense these here are also part of the steering he helped me pick out these reservoirs that i don't know what they do but he says they like they're going to make it work got other brackets up in here we're going to have the train horns twice they have like a k6 is what we had last time off a locomotive that means there's six train horns so we're hoping to get like a k24 or a k58 or something so there'll be 58 horns up under here because last time it was you know it was a train horn it was loud but you know it wasn't as loud as like 40 trains yeah there's a lot to hook up yet it's just like oh let's do this and this and this and we'll add that and why not have the axles weigh like as much as a pickup truck but then you got to upgrade all this other stuff so so then they had to like figure out you know how the heck are we going to do this because it's never been done before to get it to work we have to have them to shift this exact same time so both engines are driving both axles we thought about having one engine like like the rear engine drives the rear axle and the front drives the front axle but then you would have like the if the fronts lost traction you know it just it would it'd be weird like the back wheels could be spinning 20 mile an hour and the fronts would just be spinning like real slow so like when you put your foot to the floor they're both going to rev up at the same time there's not two pedals you know gonna wire the tcm's together so the transmissions will shift at the exact same time ecm should be fine if we're gonna have the same throttle control so the same input will go to both motors so we're hoping that they have the same mods and the same power they should rev up about the same and then we're hoping that the torque converter eats up if there's a little bit of difference if one's performing not quite as good he's gonna tune him also so we're gonna this after this is done here goes to dan zisa performance in uh illinois and then he's gonna go through all the motors he's gonna make sure they're all like top shape tune them up and he's gonna put all new turbos and each one's gonna make like 700 horsepower so that means technically we have like an extremely reliable 1400 horsepower but the the case is one to one i believe because the axles are one or uh 30 to one so for every 30 times the input spins the output spins once if you know how an axle's designed like this is this would be my ball joint here it's a kingpin like like this thing is as big as my hand so like to break that you know you're shearing off like like a six inch thick piece of metal to even break your ball joint which you know your axle swivels on right there it's a whole room under here you can see how far the the hub sticks out past the truck it sticks up hanging out past a semi trailer um wtf logistics is who i have all this and he bought a semi just to haul this truck with a detached loboy so so when when we load this i have to pull up on why i pull up on the trailer but my i straddle it so so that the tires are going to be outside of the trailer so the axle just goes over it and then when he attaches the lowboy and lifts it up then i can take my tires off so like it i don't park on the trailer until he raises it so i straddle the whole semi-trailer i think we're predicting it's going to weigh something around 50 000 pounds so far so yeah 325 spools of wire just just to uh just from that cradle and stuff that they've been doing they saved all the tools there's like a thousand pounds of welding wire in it so far and they're still not done okay you guys are you guys aren't trashing me the comments again for not building this myself right because you do realize that in any logical humans mind this isn't even physically possible for like one person to do right you're not legitimately stupid are you because this takes like a crap ton of time to just like people are like oh what's taking us so long because we got like four months to go yet and it's been here for six or whatever do you think took so long maybe it's like the missiles or something you can't just like order oh oh i need the steering rack for my 50 000 pound truck like you can't order this stuff so everything like i had to find uh some special random scientists to design the steering system for still have to design all this like some of this stuff is back ordered for like a year you know like like the steering system was ordered six months ago and they're just now you know getting it and getting installed there's still parts coming all this stuff it's like just oh we got to wait on it and then they got to like mock that up oh that didn't work and then they lost he ordered the uh the actual company the cylinders that come with these axles good lord that looks insane on camera right there brand name brand they wanted like 4 000 per cylinder so he found some that were cheaper and then they lost the pallet like it was the only ones he could find we do have a new color picked out so it won't be gray again last time it was kind of like a metal gray should we talk about the dent side everyone's wondering where my dent site's at where's my dent side don over here i didn't even see it it's ready for powder coat there's my dent side guys right there hanging on the ceiling some of it's up there and is that scrap or is that my half my trucks are here no okay so we're not using that one um but yeah there's my dent side we're putting an air suspension in it and a 1400 horsepower motor somehow all my stuff has 1400 horsepower i kind of forgot i had it honestly so we're looking another four months probably like um a week or something we're just gonna beat the crap out of it and then we have any problems it's still here to get work done on it that way because last time we took it back and like i figured out okay this doesn't work as good as what we thought so just to make sure that it's all good to go and we don't have to haul it back here again we're just gonna beat the crap out we're gonna ram it into brick walls and stuff for like four hours straight and if anything breaks then we know okay this isn't gonna work something like this a lot of youtubers would kill for a 572 part build series you know you could just milk that dry um you could have oh today we're doing the left side of the bottom half of the steering and you can make a whole video on that probably but i don't like to bore people with stuff that takes forever and isn't that exciting so this is the only build video you're gonna see on it the next time it'll be driving um a lot of the mud truck people this truck ends up on forums when i when i posted it with the missiles on it oh and up all the forums all the mud truck people thought it was stupid and childish they're used to their own typical tube frame mud trucks everyone loves the tube frame mud trucks they'll be like this they'll take all this tube and they'll bend it and i have like 500 pieces of this stuff that just makes up this whole frame mine is solid steel so obviously it weighs 10 times as much but that's because it needs to handle 10 times as much so you know i can't build the truck out of this if my link bars aren't like five times as big they would just bend this so that's not doable in this case i was like mentioning getting these axles and they're like that's stupid like those are absurd those are hideous get two and a half tons two and a half ton military axles because those are cool you know no that's not like a half ton that's a two and a half ton compared to my hub of my new axle this is what a lot of mud truck guys like to run right and you hit a one inch jump and it's gonna snap this i didn't recognize him because it's two bald dudes standing right next to each other that have the exact same posture like the same form standing right next to each other and i didn't know which one was shawn i met him like three hours ago but i met like a thousand people that day like like dude he was so mad that i didn't recognize him and like he showed it he was like irritating his videos like i didn't care that you didn't recognize me why'd you bring it up then like that's all you cared about how about don't post you to me on your insta on your youtube without like asking me about something first because i only i don't i think everyone thinks that i just start stuff with people all the time oh wisdom diesel loves to start drama they've done something for me to say something back okay so for me to open my my phone and see this person just trash talking to me the whole time when i had a great conversation with him the day before it's kind of weird and like i thought it was pretty disrespectful so so maybe like confront me next time and if you notice murder nova had encounters confrontations with like imp track employees that day and stuff and he's like oh i hope they invite me back because i was screaming at that guy over there and he wasn't doing his job right i'm pretty sure they were doing all they could because it was a busy night hence why you didn't get your helmet back in 30 seconds after i was done using it okay and it wasn't in my car so don't lie about it liar piece of trash not fun is it okay so be polite and be respectful maybe your discovery channel views won't go from like uh they probably were only like 50 000 or something i i don't honestly know how this dude gets paid it's probably why you started a youtube channel and made one hour long vlogs and put ads throughout the entire thing and made 27 part series of going to the freedom factory but but no disrespect have a good night
