2022 Newmar New Aire

[Music] hi i'm angie i want to welcome you to national indoor rv centers where we specialize in the sales storage service and detailing of only high-end new and used coaches so basically we do it all [Music] hi i'm angie morrell with national indoor rv centers and today i'm so excited to show you the all new 2022 newmar newer so this is the first lifestyle change for the new air since it was introduced in 2018 so we have a new front and rear end cap we have a mobile eye is now standard for new air so that's something that you're going to love and you'll notice that when we start talking about this big windshield so let's start at the top here the very top you're going to see three marker lights and then you'll see the the first camera that's going to give us our 360 bird's eye view of the coach once we're inside and so i'll point out those cameras as we go along today then we've got the beautiful windshield you know i love the big windshield because why again our trip starts when we get in that captain's chair co-captain's chair and we get to see this beautiful country through that windshield you'll notice this little rectangle box at the bottom of the windshield that's for your mobile eye so that's going to get be your lane detection system and it will give you an audible sound inside the coach if you start to veer from your lane so just another safety feature that they've packed in the newer has the chrome exterior mirrors convex mirrors internally controlled and heated we've got the marker light here and then as we come around the side of the passenger side we have our first camera here that's going to be the camera when you turn on your right turn signal you're going to be able to see down the full length of the coach from the driver's seat so that's really nice to have newer has three new colorways for 2022 so this is the berkeley exterior and the berkeley interior we're going to do the 35 43 today so 35 is the length of the coach this goes for all numerals the first two numbers are the length the last two numbers are the floor plan in the new bear you get three different floor plans so 35 43 35 41 and 35 45. they've gone to just strictly the 35 foot floor plan since it's been so popular with the 450 horsepower engine and the king-size bed most of our customers were leaning towards that so that's what they went with but check that beautiful berkeley exterior then we've got our front entry door a couple things i want to point out look at that beautiful window that we have for the co-captain i mean there's no screen interrupting your view now i'll show you how the screen works it's really handy and very easy to work then we've got our nice pretty door handle here there are three ways to get into your coach so you can use the keyless pad here so you can set your own unique code that way if you want to let the grandkids in or if you've got a service technician that needs to get into your coach and you're away from it you can give them the code and they can have access to your coach easily then you've got the key key fob here where you can lock and unlock the entry door you can also lock and unlock your cargo base so that's really nice as well then obviously we have our key here now the new air comes with the 305 michelin tires all the way around which is great michigan michelin is known for its quality and again newmar just continues to pack quality and extra benefits into this coach another thing that i love that newmar does is they've got a steel plate here that's right behind your front tires that's protecting the fuel line so another great safety feature we've got aluminum wheels with accu shield so that's going to help prevent color change and corrosion over the years the first marker light for the passenger side of the coach are 90 gallon diesel fuel tank and this is dual fill so you can fill it from the passenger side and the driver's side which is a great option first docking light for the passenger side of the coach you're going to notice the window by the co-captain so that actually will open that's pretty cool i'll show you that once we get inside how easy that is to open just above that we've got our patio light and then let's talk about our awnings so there are a lot of choices for awnings now we've gone with the gerard window awnings the gerard slide toppers and the gerard integrated awnings with the nova pitch so we have that extra shade when we extend them another great thing about the gerard onions is that you have a little remote control so you can be out here sitting in your lawn chair watching tv and you can bring out those awnings when you need them so you're just going to hit the unlock button and then you're going to have the zero come up the zero is going to bring out your first and second awning together or you can channel through and just bring out the first awning or just the second awning but i'm going to do them together and i'm just going to hit the out button and here comes the shade isn't that great nice amount of shade on this beautiful day you can totally be outside because now you've got this nice amount of shade another thing that you can do is it gets darker and you mean you can turn on your lights so super easy to turn your lights on and off here now if it's too windy and you're afraid to bring out your big gerard awnings there is a shake sensor on those but i always say only have your awnings out when you're at your coach because a big gust of wind can come along and move those awnings you know rip you know pull them up rip them you don't want to do that so i always just want to be outside in case of you know the wind really picks up you want to bring those in but you can put out your window awnings and the controls for those are inside the coach and i'll show you those once we get inside now that we have our gerard awnings out we've got this great shade i'm gonna go ahead and bring out my entertainment center so we have this samsung 43 inch tv and it's on a swivel here so you can direct that towards your guests the other thing that's really nice that they've added is a tilt so a lot of times the sun's coming in just at that right angle so there's a little knob back here you're just gonna pull that forward and that will allow the tv to tilt and sometimes that's all you need is that little extra tilt and we have this bose sound bar to the left of the tv we have two 110 outlets and two usb outlets and then just below here in this bottom left-hand corner we've got the dial that makes it very easy to bring the speaker so the speakers are on the tv or you can turn them off if you just want to watch the game and have conversation not have the you know the noise from the tv you can turn that off completely so say you've got the xm radio at the dash plane the station that you just love and you want to pipe that outside you can just easily turn that to dash radio and you'll have it out here let's check out our storage space you're going to be amazed at how much storage you have in this 35 foot coach now a lot of people will go to the 35 newer because they want a standard 40 feet so this is a great option and you don't give up a lot of space by doing so first compartment here we have our dometic freezer this is a new edition for 2022 nice and deep oh so nice and cold in there but you can set the temperature so you can make this a freezer or refrigerator if you just want to have friends over and have drinks in the cooler and you not have to go into the coach this is a great way to do it or if you want to carry you know deep freeze a lot of meats and stuff and have those with you so you can barbecue as you travel that's another option but that is nice and it extends nice and far out so you can lift up that lid and then this is where you'll adjust the temperature and then it just pushes right back in and locks into place so easy now this is one of the smaller compartments for the new air but they still give you that option and you can also option in the power trays or the manual trays or you don't have to get the trays at all depending on how you want to use it and what works best for all of your gear but we did option in the power tray on this it's a small narrow tray but you can see that it's quite long so it helps you get you know make the most use of that space and actually i'll just kind of leave these all open so you can see the whole space and then we get to our big compartment here now this opens both ways so look at that big area you have for lots of space we've got the power trays and these just go one direction they're not pass through and so that is a lot of space for this size of a coach and you can see that we still have the star foundation so we have that strong true and robust foundation that's going to take the beating of the road and not have that house fill it at all this is the new air sits on the spartan or the freightliner chassis you can choose which one you prefer a few things that you might notice here in the trays is we've got the kit for our central vacuum kit which has all the hoses and everything in there and then these are for if you ever happen to have a situation where your slide room won't come in those will help you do it manually you can call newmar you call national indoor rv centers and we'll help you walk you through that doesn't happen very often but it's great to have the backup in case it does and then of course pneuma always gives you a few extra tiles in case you have any issues with your interior tiles you'll have tiles from the same batch and they'll match if we ever have to replace them in this compartment we have a whole bunch of controls so hopefully you never need to worry about where these are but in case you do here so you've got controls for your shades you've got your gerard awning controls here for your window awnings you have your backup for your slide rooms if you need um to bring those slide rooms in or out here is your backup and we've got our excite solutions this is going to bring all those cameras that i'm going to point out today from the front to the side and the rear bring those together and that's what will work to give you that bird's eye view the 360 camera that i've talked about two 110 outlets and another just big nice compartment just above this compartment we've got our marker light for the midship of the coach passenger security light and then just right over here is our second camera that's going to contribute to that 360 bird's eye view the second docking light for the passenger side of the coach another nice big compartment here you can see we've got the led lighting strip in there so it makes it really easy to see everything inside that compartment and then to the all-important chassis batteries here they are ta-da so we have our chassis batteries and our chassis battery disconnects now those disconnects are very important if you are storing your coach somewhere other than national indoor rv centers where we keep you plugged into 50 amp service at all times you need to make sure you disconnect those batteries because you don't want to have any parasitic draw you don't want to come back to a dead coach here we have the power control center for the back end of the coach so fuses anything that goes out tail light goes out the fuse would be behind this panel here we have our air dryer our engine air filter and our secondary engine air filters those filters are super important when you fill up with gas if you have any water or condensation in there that gets in there they're going to filter that out or debris they're going to filter that out so your engine runs more efficiently all right back to the rear cap here notice the beautiful new details of the new rear cap of the new air love the graphics and then we've got our camera here for our 360 camera and our rear view camera and we also have the high brake light which is nice so if you've got a toad or a tow vehicle the people beyond the tow vehicle be able to see that brake light now if you're planning on towing a car i want you to go and watch one of my shorter videos i promise real short on tow packages national indoor rv center does more tow packages than anyone in the country and we do it the right way so go check that out short 15 minute video and it will teach you all you need to know now let's go into the engine compartment here it's very easy just hold that little lever and super easy to bring that door up which is always nice and we'll start talking about what's back in here we've got the coolant for our oasis hydronic heating module we have our steering power steering fluid hydraulic oil here our fill there now down below here you can see this little this is a speaker actually and it gives you that swishing sound when you or the beep when you're backing up when you're in reverse so that's a safety feature if you ever needed to disconnect that it's right there but i don't recommend it so you didn't hear that for me we've got our engine block heater here so say it's um snowmageddon like we had in texas this year and you're gonna you have no power in your house you're actually you're sticks and brooks house so you're gonna live in your motorhome you're going to come back here and you're going to want to plug that in before you start up that engine and just warm that up then we've got our engine oil fill here and the dipstick for our oil and we've got the transmission fluid fill and dipstick here then this is our engine coolant so you've got a little bulb here you can see that it's completely full you want to make sure that's always full and you fill it here and just a word to the wise um one of these little tips that i give on my rving 101 series that you can go and watch but if you say that you're you know mid-trip uh you have some check engine light that comes on and you come back here and you see that that needs to be filled you don't want to do that after you've been driving your coach that's very hot and you'll get burned so you want to give your engine a chance to cool down before you fill that so just something that you should probably check in the morning before you leave for a trip here's our air air filter minder when that little yellow line gets up to the red line it's time to change your air filter that's very important something that you want to make sure you're always checking because you want to have clean air filtering into your engine and talking about clean air coming into your engine i want to have you look right up here so you see the little grading system here on the side of the coach it looks like it's just detail they do a great job of just integrating that into the coach but that's actually where ambient air can come into the engine to this tube here and then it's going to go into the air the engine air cleaner and then into the engine so i like to refer to the new air as the rocket ship of motor coaches because we've got a 35 foot coach with a 450 horsepower diesel engine so lots of tim the tool manpower back here on this little new air now we've got our hitch here even though it is a 450 horsepower you can only tow 10 000 pounds on this chassis so just remember that when you're setting up when you're looking for your tow vehicle that you don't get something that's over ten thousand pounds and then we've got our seven way that's for our lights and then we have the airline for our brakes for our tow vehicle that they hook right into the coach there and then if you look below we've got the beautiful newmar mud flap another bonus of the new air is a 35 foot coach with a side radiator so side radiator is nice for a couple reasons first first reason you just saw back in the engine compartment very easy to get to um everything in the engine compartment to service because the radiator radiator is on the side then we've also got the ambient air that's going to come into this side radiator to help cool that fan which is going to give you more horsepower now radiator maintenance just something you ought to do every once in a while is get out your garden hose no power washers just your garden hose and gently rinse off the fans of the radiator just to keep it working more efficiently the next compartment is our def tank so we've got a 15 gallon def tank here that's our diesel exhaust fluid so one of the things to know about def is that it doesn't like sunlight or heat so just keep those in mind and it usually has a shelf life of about one year so just make sure you're always turning that tank over the first docking light for the driver's side of the coach and then we've got the exhaust here now that's gonna be for our our oasis hydronic heating system which i'll talk a little bit more later but that's going to give you your on demand hot water and your furnace for the coach once you drop below like 35 degrees so our wet bay here first of all i love that newmar gives us this nice stainless steel plate it just makes it look luxurious like this coach is plus they've got all the instructions that we need everything here is nicely labeled so we can go here first to we've got our display here for our tanks so we've got our fresh tank which is 105 gallons our black tank which is 40 and our gray tank which is 60 and it will tell us how full they are which is really nice and you can also turn lights on here you can turn on your water pump here uh you can water pump your auto fill on and off and back to your home button we've got the nice led lighting in here as well then we've got our shower so we've got our little external shower this is great if you've been hiking all day and you're muddy and dirty maybe your furry friends got dirty too you can wash them off outside which is nice and you've got hot and cold and it just stores nicely there we've got our gray tank rinse and we've got our black tank rinse our auto tank fill and auto city supply and so you just move this to wherever whatever you're doing the city supply auto override or the manual tank fill here we've got a water tap here so you want to hook up a hose here you can do that right here black and gray tank low point drains so if you're going to winterize your coach if you're not storing again with national indoor rv centers where you don't need a winterize because we keep you indoors and always plugged into 50 amp service uh then you'll want to win a ride your coach so you'll need to know where those drains are you'll also need this and you've got your winterizing instructions right here so they make it really easy and here are low point drains for our hot and cold i've got my t-bar here for my gray tank and my t-bar for my black tank and here is our stinky slinky right here and we can just thread that through this hole right there and note that this is all in a tub-like container so we know the wet bay is going to get wet newmar's given us this protective coating or you know tub basically for our wet bay and then i love this we've got our water hose here and it's on the auto reel so we can just take it right back in we also have the grommets here so we can hook up everything and then shut off our wet bay area so no critters get in again if you want to see how i hook up everything when i get to a campsite you can watch my rving 101 series our water filter for the whole coach here and the connection here for our sewer hose now just above the wet bay we have this door now if you're not familiar with newmar they're one of the only uh manufacturers that put in an emergency egress store so you can only open this from inside the coach and i'll show you that when we're inside the bathroom i'll demonstrate that for you but it's a nice again another safety feature we have our pa our driver side security light and our fourth camera for that 360 bird's eye view after the wet bay we've got our bay that houses our oasis hydronic heating system so new for 2022 we have the chinook dual loop system so the dual loop part refers to the furnace so before you only had one loop so if you wanted to heat just the the front of the coach it may heat the back of the coach and then the front now with the dual loop system you can heat the back of the coach or the front of the coach here is the connection for your cable input we've got our 50 amp shore power cord and these are quite heavy if you've never had to work with a shore power co cord especially on a cold morning you have to reel this in without a power reel you're struggling it's a lot of work so i do love this typically i have a washcloth in my hand so as this as i pull it in i kind of wipe it off as i go in makes it so easy now also in here we have our central vac so this is where you would um you can turn that on you can also hook up your hose here if you want to vacuum out your car or the bays you can do that right here and we have our little rv power monitor that's just going to be a display screen that tells us the power that's coming into the coach right behind the power reel we have the rv power protection transfer switch our midship marker light for the coach now this is uh you can see where the tray stops on the other side so we have a nice compartment here and you can also see our xantrex pure sine inverter that's a three 3000 watt inverter so we've got a little storage space here you want to give a little breathing room around your inverter because they do get a little bit hot so they work better if they have a little bit of breathing room and then we have our eight house batteries and you just pull out these pins on either side here and you can easily pull out that tray for any kind of maintenance the newer comes standard with the dual paned tinted windows now just take note of those windows they look like they're very automotively installed if you think they look good from the outside the coach just wait for the surprise when i get inside the coach because the windows make the new error we have new windows this year and they're fantastic and our exhaust for our generator that's what that is right here so again if you've been running that generator and you come out here and you're working in this area that's going to be super hot so make sure you don't touch it now inside here we have extra fuses and we have all the fuses and kind of the compower control center for the front side of the coach so if we have a front light that's not working or if we have a powered chair that's not working these this is where those fuses are going to be and we've newmar always gives us the extra fuses which i love and then we've got the t-bar here when we pull this we're going to release the compartment for the generator here's the camera for the left side of the coach so when we turn on that left blinker we're going to be able to see down the full length of the left side of the coach makes it super easy to drive these big rigs now let's talk about what's under the front cap here windshield wiper fluid air horns you want to make sure you always have those on you've got your little wussy horns right here now this is something i'll love it's the hot water line um to the generator area here so you can hook up a hose to this when you get to your campsite you've got all those bugs across your front cap and your windshield you want to always wash those off so it's great that you have hot water here right at the front of your coach and then just behind that we've got a quick air connect airline there so if you want to blow up the kids rafts or basketballs fuel oil filter for our oasis system then we have our 8 000 watt onan generator now if you happen to trip the breaker while you're going down the road this is where you would reset that um you can turn your generator on and off from here and this is where you feel the coolant and the oil we have a nice light for this compartment in case we need that to do any work here always nice to be able to see right finally time to go check out the inside of that all new 2022 new air so many new features to show you i can't wait now uh right before we go in though one of the things that i love is these compartments that you can put your dirty shoes leashes pet food whatever and i love that and then the great grab bars as you walk into the coach let's go take a look as i walk into the new arrow a couple of things i want to point out first of all we've got great grab bars both on the right and the left hand side so you're secure walking in and out of the coach and then you've got the nice handle on the outside of the coach as well right as you come in you've got a panel here that is your baggage lock and unlock so you've got it on your key fob but you can also just reach inside the door and unlock your cargo bays here and your patio light and then your battery disconnect light that's always nice to have handy there as you're leaving or coming back to the coach you can just flip that on really easily and then at the bottom there we've got our fire extinguisher now that's in a nice um centrally loaded located place if you're outside anita or if you're inside and need it but also one of the things i want you to go and take a look at is my protang video fire suppression system the only national indoor rv center sells at national indoor rv centers we only sell products that we truly believe in no snake oil here so protein fire suppression system go check out that video there are so many things new for 2022 in the new era i'm excited to show you so one of the first things are the cabinets so look at the beautiful cabinetry in the 2022 newer these are styled like the 2020 kingier cabinets and they've got a suede finish on them you can also get it in high gloss but this is the dover rift oak cabinets here just beautiful almost looks like it almost looks and feels like suede i love them i just think they're gorgeous so let's go ahead and see what we've got in our cabinets storage here a little bit of storage but mainly you've got the controllers for your rear and your front your main awnings those the controllers that i showed you in your baggage compartments those were for your power window awnings now we have a lot more storage here and if you want to see how you can use some of that storage check out my rv in 101 videos the very first video i think or the second one when i go on a trip i have some customers that give some of their tips and tricks and tell you how they've used this area here and how they store items there made like little book stops there so they can keep manuals up there and stuff lots of good ideas and then this is a very important panel because obviously we've got a lot of controls in here so i'm going to go ahead and start at the top our girard control awning so we can do that from the remote control or we can do it here in the in the coach we've got our over-the-air antenna so we're just going to press search and it's going to lock on to local stations that we can get here we have our wi-fi router so we've optioned in the wi-fi router which is in this cabinet we have our entry step so we want to hit this button once we're at a campground and we know we're going to stay there for a while we don't want that stuff going in and out every time we open the door so you can just hit this button and it will keep it out until you turn on the coach it will bring it in automatically if you don't do it here first our exterior led lights then we have our driver side slide out control and our passenger side slide out control our entry door awning and our intradoor awning light and then we have our driver privacy drape so that's going to be there to the left of the driver our front privacy drape the door of privacy drape and the passenger privacy drape and we have our drivers security lights driver side and our passenger side security light and then this is a deutsche plug here where a technician at national indoor rv centers can plug into that to learn more about issues that you may be having with the coach now this is a nice big cabinet we've got the travelers hd satellite for high definition tv here satellite and then we also have our wi-fi router you'll note that this cabinet is vented in the back it can get kind of hot in this cabinet from the sun outside and then obviously from the equipment in here so they go ahead and vent it but we have a nice big space here another new item for 2022 is that you've got an app that you can put on your phone and i haven't downloaded it since i have to connect to the wi-fi and i'm not able to do that right now but this is systems control here so from that app you'll download that then mostly items that you can control from your silverleaf panel that i'll show you in a little bit you can do straight from your phone as long as you're in a reasonable distance of your coach so that's cool and that's new for 2022. more storage and more storage again just love the look and feel of those cabinets as you all know the interiors are my favorite part and i think they knocked it out of the ballpark with the new air this year so first of all we've got williamsburg furniture so our chairs our theater seating our booth it's beautiful very residential looking and super comfortable now i've turned the captain and the co-captain's chairs around because i want you to see how many people you can actually entertain in the coach so one two three four five six comfortably and then there's a little device here you're probably wondering what that is for on the arm there so you can just stick this in and you can put your kindle on here or your ipad and make it work for you but i can go and do my work right here watch a movie if i want to do that right here so i have that when i'm going down the road or when i'm just here enjoying my living room so really handy nice feature there and then very comfortable chairs i'll kind of go over those when i go to the cockpit but again look at this beautiful interior this is the berkeley interior now one of the things with newmar that i always like to tell my customers is that you can customize your coach so you could have a sofa here there's lots of different options the option for the fireplace is another option so you want to make sure you call us at national indoor rv centers and talk to one of our rv lifestyle specialists or give me a call so that we can tell you what's standard and what's optional on the coach because as i go through this coach the exterior freezer that's an option the dishwasher that's an option those are things that you can either add or delete to your coach so to really customize it and then if you want to do some more custom changes we can do that for you too at national indoor rv centers all of our locations all of our locations have a design center so you can see the backsplash the wall board the countertop the floor we can build your whole coach and you really take ownership at that moment because you get to pick everything and make it beautiful so that's one of the things that you can do with national indoor rv center so make sure you give us a call also new for 2022 is a beautiful new ceiling treatment beautiful new tile floors porcelain tile floors and we also have new hardware as well so lots of new fun things and in the bedroom we have new lighting so oh and one of the things that i just love love love is check out the new fascia i love it they just have a little bit of the inset of the ultra leather along with the suede i think it looks beautiful and it kind of just blends into this coach so one of the new features for 22 well actually my most most most most favorite feature for 2022 are the new windows game changer i'm telling you you get them in the new air and in the king air only and it really opens up this coach and again we're in a 35-foot coach so it may feel a little bit smaller in the living room once you open up the windows i'm telling you it's like you're bringing the outdoors in part of the reason the windows feel so big is that they pretty much eliminated the valance and i just love that clean look so you just have more window more window which i that i'm all about bringing the nature in and opening those windows you know and seeing what's outside now also we have beautiful day and night shades and those are all powered and they're on our panel here that i'm going to go over in a minute before i go there i want to mention the first thermistor for the coach now this is what communicates with the thermostat to keep your temperature nice and pleasant another thing as we're talking about temperature are ac units so you're going to have two ac units um with heat pumps on the new air and then you're going to notice that in new mars you never have a ceiling fan in the bedroom it's because their ac systems run down the center of the coach so when the slide rooms come in the ac is still fully exposed and it's super easy to change your vents so all you have to do in the new air is you just pull this panel down and it's attached there so you can then just pop out your vent take it over wash it off and with heels on it's super easy because i can reach that no problem snap it right into place and then you just snap the panel right back up doesn't get any easier than that i'm sure you're anxious to see what kind of storage we have in the new air i love the storage because it's not divided so you can really use that to its max you can get whatever you need inside there and then we have the beautiful theater seating so this is an option you can have the theater seating or sofa i love the theater so you can get so comfortable and then you have your powered chairs so this is dangerous i could just lay back and take a nap right now so they almost go i'm going to keep them going oh goodness that far so really comfortable who needs an extra bed when you've got theater seats that are this comfy i mean these are plush really really comfortable seats and we've got our cup holders and the cup holders are lit kind of fun huh and then we have storage in here along with two 110 outlets and two usb charging ports now over here to the side i've got one of our kib control panels and i'm going to go over this many of the panels have the same information on on them so i at the very entrance when you walk in the door you have all lights on and all lights off on that kib panel so we're on our home screen now i'm going to go to lighting and i can do my ceiling lights overhead lights the left reading lights the right reading lights which are right above me accent lights courtesy lights and then you can adjust those levels just very easily right there go back to the home button do our shades so we can do our day shades our forward day shades our forward night shades aft day shade and aft night shade and then our back day shade back night shade and our living room day shades and our living room night shades so that will bring them all up or down really nice and easy you'll get to be really loving those buttons because it makes us a little bit lazier fans so you've got your kitchen fan and your bathroom fan and you can turn those on and off here you can override the rain sensor if you want that to stay open and you can set it to high medium or low systems so this is great because we can turn on our water pump here we can also do our tv lift so if i hit that button up once and my big 50 inch samsung smart tv is going to come up and we can start movie night monitor panel so this is where i can see the power that's coming into the coach my house batteries my chassis batteries and my tank levels right here so you can do that for me the switches window awnings so this is where i can take out my window awnings from here so the living room awnings or the kitchen awnings dresser awnings all from this button right here and then i can change the display brightness right there so very easy to use and you've got these panels throughout the coach so i'll point them out as we go the beautiful booth dinette we've got an extension here so this will extend and we've got two leaves so that's comes way out and then you have two extra folding chairs so i said you could get six in here but really you can get eight with your two extra folding chairs eight people comfortably in the coach we've got storage above this is our av cabinet now you'll notice that there's no more blu-ray dvd player you can get that on your own they have eliminated that for 2022 because a lot of people are streaming things so they don't always need those but you know very inexpensive you want to add it yourself you've got your hdmi input there your cable inputs 110 outlets so everything you need there and we've gone to a new sound bar in 2022 upgraded bose soundbar now a lot of people wonder what this is now this is a header just like you have when you're building a home so it's going to give you that extra strength in your walls just like you would if you were building a sticks and bricks home you want to have a good foundation we've got the nice foundation with the spartan or freightliner chassis we have 16 inch on center aluminum studs in the sidewall and maybe even more depending on how the floor plan is so you're going to have a strong sidewall with two and a half inch thick walls so nicely insulated roof walls and basement so it's very very quiet in the newer so the booth you'll notice that you have a big table a lot of times when you have a booth dinette they give you sort of a smaller table you can easily get four plates on here also you got another kib panel here with the kitchen lights overhead lights and then all the functions that i showed you on the last panel and we've got two 110 outlets right there it's easy to see here another thing i love about the booth is it kind of becomes another lounge so it's just as comfortable to sit this way so really when you've got guests over they can become very comfortable and you get a little extra storage with your booth too so each seat has a pull out drawer look how far that comes out so that's a lot of space if you want to put placemats or plates magazines lots of space there underneath your booth dinette so here behind the theater seating we have the two 110 outlets and two usb charging ports so you've got that there plus you've got it in the little ottoman between the seats and we have our cabinet here i love this little hutch it's pretty but very functional as well again in my rv 101 series you can see how you can buy containers nice square rectangle containers that will fit in there and that will store a lot more than you think it will very surprisingly you can put in the optional fireplace now this is a feature that i absolutely love it be a must-have for me first of all i think it's beautiful but you can change the color of the flame you can also set the temperature so it's the quickest way to take the chill off your coach now another thing that you have that comes with the new air is the heated floors and those are electrically heated floors so they're in like um five by five mats basically electrical systems throughout so it gives you a very evenly heated floor and we have an extra drawer here for storage and right below that is our kick plate here for our what i call the dust pan so you can just sweep everything over to that little spot and then it will suck it away love that now look at all the cabinet or the counter space that you get in this new earth again 35 feet remember that so we have the stove top covers that second as cutting boards so very useful and then we have the induction cooktop so anything any pan that a magnet will stick to will work on this induction cooktop and the other bonus to this is that it's removable so you can take this outside and you just plug it in um you can plug it in from the basement get an extension cord plug it in you can cook your salmon you can cook your maybe bacon that might get a little messy inside the couch outside then you can cover that back up if you're not using this stove you've got all that extra counter space now i also want to note that you have this big window another outlet here in the middle part of the kitchen countertop beautiful solid surface and residential faucets and then look at this cool round sink for 2021 with the sink covers again i always like my sink covers because you can kind of still have dirty dishes and then just hide them away and we have great storage in the kitchen as well so nice shelf here which is adjustable that's a great compartment if you don't want that shelf there if you want to put something taller in there maybe an airfryer or an insta pot that's very easy to do take that shelf out or move it all the way to the top another big compartment here with the pull out shelf which is nice for those of us that are um vertically challenged i'm not today because i'm in heels but that way you can easily get to the back of that cabinet and then new for 2022 is the samsung microwave convection oven this is similar to the ge advantium so an upgrade in that for sure now right below the stovetop we've got this big drawer you can see it's loaded with remotes and our technicians at national and rv centers we'll show you how all those work below that we have our dishwasher again that's an optional item and then we've got look at all those drawers and the one thing that i love about the drawers is that they are soft clothes so no slamming doors here in this kitchen big compartment here with our flip down and then the one that i've saved for last we have a spot for our garbage which i love so it's a small garbage but typically there's only going to be two of you in the coach so you can change that daily not a problem at all now we have our samsung refrigerator freezer look at that beautiful refrigerator freezer freezer with ice maker and nice deep trays there and it comes with the lock so when you're traveling you just put that lock on in my rv in 101 series i have a checklist this is on it if you want a copy of that checklist just email me at angie at nirvc dot com and i'd be happy to send it to you last but certainly not least in the kitchen is the pantry now these have a locking shelf so you just push in and then you can extend them all the way so you can get to everything in the back of your cabinet which that means that you have full use of that whole drawer which gives you a lot of space now here we have our central vac so we can hook in here to vacuum out our entire coach front to back and our courtesy light and then we come up to another panel here that same features as i've already pointed out to you and then we get to our silver leaf panel so this is very important this is the control panel for your coach now new for 22 like i mentioned there's an app that you can download to your phone so most of the functions that you can do here you can do on that app as well so i'm going to walk you through this panel we have our home button which is going to tell us the level of our tanks and our house batteries and our chassis batteries and our generator our shore power that we're connected to shore power right now and then what amps we're pulling on each leg then we go to ac power and it's going to let us know that we are plugged into 30 amp right now and our inverter is in the standby mode also it will shut the load this load shed will shed it will turn off acs and different things if we're over taxing the system it will shut the load for us and then we have our dc power which is letting us know the level of our battery and that we're in a float charge right now generator so we can manually start and stop our generator from here and this gives us our auto gen start settings so on this page we can set the trigger voltage for that auto gin start to start the top off voltage where we want it to stop and then our top off run time so how long we want it to run as it tries to top off those batteries we have again our tank level here our water pump we can turn that on and off we can do our autofill on and off here and our top off now climate control so this is going to be all zones we have the living room zone the bathroom the bedroom we can control the ac and the heat cool auto and heat and then we can set temperature settings so if we want it to cool for a certain part of the day and then when we return we want it to come back on we can set it away and hold that system so lots of options here to customize your hvac system our block heater you can turn that on and off from here and i mentioned that you have four feet in the new air so you have a front control a rear control and a midship so again you don't have to heat the entire coach if you'd like to keep the bedroom nice and cool you can keep it off back there but boy i sure love to jump out of my bed and have my feet hit a warm floor you can go to your camera here and then scroll through different screens this is great when you're in the campground at night or during the day and you hear a sound outside or you're nervous about something you can just check your cam cameras very easily that way and then this is our configuration screen here so we have our monitor diagnostics tank confederate configuration view ac power history customize monitor and monitor configuration and then we can set the brightness of our display to where it's almost off or very bright or just kind of mid so i didn't go fully into depth on all of those options but you can customize this screen to your liking and our technicians at national indoor rv centers are be happy to go through that thoroughly with you when you come for your delivery plan on spending a day with one of our technicians one-on-one they'll teach you everything and then we want you to stay a couple nights with us so that you can push all the buttons and make sure you're comfortable with your coach before you leave new for 2022 we have newly designed pocket doors you just push that lock down and you can see the pretty panel doors there and we have a full-length mirror on the inside of the pocket door which is nice to have so you can check out your outfit before you leave for the day now this bathroom is our midship and only bathroom but very roomy i love the mirror the accent lights in the mirror and then we've got the vanity behind that which has the two 110 outlets and another big cabinet here the note the beautiful backsplash so in the bathroom i forgot to mention that in the kitchen it's really pretty in the kitchen too kind of has a chevron look but it has this chrome beautiful subway tiles a little different take on the subway tiles and i love that then our solid surface countertop with our bowl sink residential faucets there we have another kib panel here with all the features that i've gone through another 110 outlet here cabinet for storage another cabinet for nice storage here we've got the toilet paper holder and then here is where we flush the toilet so we've got our toilet here with the push button controls now this oh before i get there okay we've got the towel holder and we've got another towel holder you can never have too many now this is not a towel holder this is actually a handle because this is our emergency egress door so i talked about it on the outside of the coach but newmar gives us a way to get out of our coach that's other than an emergency exit window so we have our emergency egress door we're going to unlock the door now note on the window see how nice these windows are nice and framed you get the full window then you're just going to open that up you're going to remove the panel here velcro and there you go it's that easy and you are easy access to outside the coach another nice thing about the emergency egress door is that it can be used multiple times it's not just a one-time use so if you want to use it for loading and unloading the coach or if you need to sneak out the coach because you've got guests that are driving you crazy i'm kidding you would never do that right um anyway it's very easy to use and again can be used as many times as you want so i love that now the shower is really nice in the new hour first of all check out the the tile on the floor the rocks i love that the way it feels on your feet is totally cool this is a nice big shower it's 40 by 32 new tile wall on the shower for 2022 we've got the shampoo conditioner body wash and then we have the rain shower head plus the handheld i love having both of those and then don't forget we have the aqua view shower miser so that is really cool because you no longer have to waste any water waiting for it to get warm so i've heard people tell me stories that they while they're waiting for the water to get warm they fill up a pitcher of water and that's what they use for their coffee pot so you don't need to do that because at the aquaview shower miser what you do is you just turn the knob and then the water will recirculate through once the water is warm which just takes a minute or so this little bulb will light up that's when you know your water is warm you go ahead and you turn the knob here down so that the water is cut or actually i think you turn it up so the water is coming out and you've got warm water the only cold water is what's going to be in the shower cord here so just that little bit because that's obviously not recirculating so you're going to love that feature that's a favorite we've got the grab handle here that's an addition that you can add another safety feature and then you've got the locking device here so when you're in travel mode you can make sure that your glass door stays shut so welcome to the master bedroom isn't it beautiful we have the king size bed all new headboard for 2022 so you've got the nice plush soft headboard that you can lean up against and the higher window again balances that a little that are very close to the wall there so you have windows on both sides so you can have little cross brace and then we've got storage above and we have outlet up there as well so two 110 outlets in case you want to have like a cpap machine put that up there and then you've got a place where you can thread cords through here we also have the night lights and then on our kib switch here we have a all lights off yay love that because you're laying in bed did i turn off the bathroom light did i turn off the living room light don't need to worry about that anymore just hit the all lights off and you're ready for bed we have the new lights for 2022 that are so pretty and we have the solid surface countertop on either side of the bed for a little nightstand and also notice look at this i can put my hand in between the bed and the countertop so you can easily make your bed on both sides then we have a little drawer here we've got speakers and then we have a little cabinet here now inside the cabinet you're going to have two 110 outlets and two usb outlets and that's on both sides of your nightstand and underneath the bed we've got more storage it's not super deep but it is nice and long and you can store shoes or folded t-shirts there towels sheets whatever then we've got our next um display or lighting panel here with all the same features i've walked you through before we also also have our slide out control here for the bedroom slide so this is where you would do that and then look at the beautiful configuration that we have for the dresser side opposite the bed very similar to that of the bedroom in the king air floor plan so great cabinets with adjustable shelves our 43 inch samsung tv another big cabinet and all of our av hookups here so we've got our hdmi cable our cable input 110 outlet everything you need right there handy another big window and then beautiful solid surface countertop and six drawers again all soft clothes nice and big and deep drawers here in the rear of our coach is our last thermistor again that's going to help keep our bedroom nice and cool communicate with the thermostat and then we've got our closet so nice big closet we've got our two leafs for our table in there and we've got our safe shoe storage our extra leaves and our breaker box here on the wall of the closet also when you open the closet doors the lights come on and go off automatically my husband will love that because i tend to leave that closet door light on when i shouldn't and then we have our beautiful splendid washer and dryer so you have all the comforts at home in this beautiful 35-foot coach so this is the 35-43 i always like to show the floor plan with the slides in it's a little bit tighter but you can still easily get to your pantry items and into your refrigerator you can easily get into the bathroom no problem there no problem at the kitchen area it does get a slight bit tight as we move into the living room area and through by the chair here but you just have to kind of go sideways and you can get through all right finally to the captain's chairs now these i'm telling you they're super comfortable williamsburg designed and made they're new for 2022 and you can even get an oversized one for the co-captain if you want to order that in say if um your furry friends like to sit with you so you have that option and they are powered so forward and back and up and down get it just right and then you've got your lumbar support here and then this is your backrest so you can lean that back or forward whatever is more comfortable for you and this will extend your foot rest when it is turned around in the living room won't do it when i'm in this position here and one of my favorite buttons heated seats because my husband always keeps the couch too cold so i like to go with my low heat or high heat if i'm really cold or off is in the middle now on my left side you can't see it but there is a lever you just pull up and when you do that that's what it makes it so that you can rotate the captain and co-captain's chairs around now let's start over and go over everything here to the left of my chair all right once we get to the campground and we're ready to level the coach we've got the auto leveling jacks so we're just going to go ahead and push auto level you can hear the air coming out of the system you can also hear the jacks coming down now when we get all four corners with red dots that means that we are level now if this lights up that means it's an excessive slope and we're not going to be able to level so we're going to have to try again now you don't want to try too many times in a row or you're going to burn up that pump so try it twice if it doesn't work you may want to wait give it 20 30 minutes before you try again all right you can see that the auto level light is off the travel mode light is off that's not green anymore and we've got four red corners which means we're level and we are good to go now let's say we're done camping trips over we're ready to head out we want to raise those jacks so we're just going to go ahead and hit auto store and bring them all back up next up is our allison transmission reverse neutral drive mode this is where you can manually shift if you're climbing a mountain if you need to and you can shift with the plus or minus buttons also if you hit the plus and minus together it's going to give you the trans information so you're going to go to oil level is invalid because we haven't been running but you can scroll through oil life 99 filters okay trans health okay no codes the control for your exterior mirrors so left and right and then your defrost button power window button a feature that you'll all love is the power window especially for those of you that like to stick your head out the window and see where your tire is and mark it on the parking spot very easy to open and close engine brake so you always want to make sure that especially if you're going in the mountains that you've got that on and your atc override so if you're in a slippery situation whether it's mud or ice you might need a little bit more traction and then you could hit that button but typically i just keep that in auto then we've got our cup holders too it's nice to have one for the coffee and the diet coke marker lights and headlight or high beam so marker lights if you want to say thank you and a truckers let you know that it's safe to move back in you might want to hit those three times to thank him if you want to let a trucker know that it's safe for him to move in front of you you can hit your brights now your bright and your dim are going to brighten these back lights on all your button functions or dim them so if you're driving at night and they're too bright you can dim those or brighten them as needed now this is your battery boost super important button here because this is what you're going to use if you come back to your coach you've been out shopping having a great time all day and your coach is dead so now you want to tie your house and your chassis batteries together to give you enough boost to start your generator and then start your coach dome lights which are right above the captain's seat and then we have our intelligent high beams so resume basically you've got your high beams on and when a car comes towards you it will detect that and then turn off automatically and if you want to not have that on you can just cancel it turn it off altogether now we've got my favorite thing here because cell phone charger i always have to chill start charge my cell phone this is a wire wireless or cordless charger here and then right above it we've got our lights so we can go to auto lights so they'll come on automatically our parking lights headlights and our fog lights parking brake pull to apply and push to release to the left and below the the dash functions here we've got our two usb ports and then an input and another usb port and then a little storage area here for all kinds of miscellaneous things i'm sure i'll find something so this petal here will allow you to tilt and telescope your steering column and then right next to it is the deutsche plug which a technician at national indoor rv centers can plug into to communicate with the coach and see what kind of diagnostics codes it's throwing on the column we have our hazard button now i've yet to go to an rv show where someone hasn't turned on the hazards and then they don't know how to turn them off all you have to do is hit the turn button turn knob up or down and that will turn them off now on the knob here itself we have our cruise control so we could turn it to the off or we can turn it on pull forward for our brights and then we set our control cruise by just pushing that button in right there you can bluetooth your phone and connect it to the coach so you can call you can hang up and answer calls then we've got our windshield wiper controls here so our fluid here and then our high and low here this will allow you to do an intermittent windshield wiper so you can hit it then count one one thousand two one thousand hit it again and then it will go at that pace one one thousand two one thousand and so on so you can set that yourself if you like and then just turn those off here we have the volume control for the radio so we can easily do that without having to take our hands off the steering wheel obviously we have our horn in front here we've got our air horn on that's what i want to have on so everyone can hear me coming and over here we can have all the information on our dash so i'm going to go to the home button and i'll see the different options that i can scroll through them and look at that beautiful dash there they're very easy to see so i can go up to brightness and then i can hit ok and i can change the brightness on the dash and then hit ok to lock it back in messages i'm low on fuel right now so it's letting me know that and go to settings this is an important button here because our comfort drive is in here and so is our tpms so if i go up to the top go to our tpms and it's going to give me the pressure and temperature of my tires i can also topple connected i still say no but if i want to say yes then it's going to ask me what kind of toe do i have four on the ground or i can scroll through different options there also we can adjust the sound the beeping here in the coach if i want to adjust that and comfort drive now so this is super important this is our computer aided driving assist so if i want more if i want the steering column to feel like it's stiffer and tighter when i'm going down the road which is what i prefer i'll keep it high if i'm in a parking lot and i want this to move more easily i'll take it all the way down to one you can adjust this while driving too just get it to the setting that you like hit ok and lock that in then you've got your service diagnostic configuration different options there then we can go back to our trip information so it's going to tell us the fuel used average speed average miles per gallon information here engine load and i can scroll through different information that i want there and set that for whatever i like to see on my screen and then i can go back to my quick tpms to just see what my tire pressure is quickly and this is my adaptive cruise control i've got it set to short distance so that it will go off on my following distances short but if i want to change that i can disable it go long medium or short and then lock that in to accept so it's super easy and again the dash is very easy to see your fuel your temperature your oil everything is nicely labeled up there and very clear so you've got your petals your break and your gas and you can also adjust those forward or back to your comfort level so if you're a little bit taller you may want them further back a little bit shorter you'll want to bring those all the way up so we have our push button start so you push it once for accessory mode and it will be yellow dial push it again for engine mode and that will be another yellow dowel then if you're ready to start it go ahead and put your foot on the brake green button push and hold and the coach will start so to turn off the coach you can push and hold the button for about five seconds and it will go off or if you want it to go off quicker you'll go ahead and push the pedal down and the button and it will turn right off then we have our nice big at 10 inch monitors so we can go through our menu here radio media center xm radio bluetooth hdmi our auxiliary input camera control nav system so new for 2022 we no longer have the rand mcnally we have nab and go which is great because you can put in your height all those requirements and it has over-the-air updates so no more sim cards or anything like that so that's great and new for 22. we can also go to our camera so this is how we can look at different views of our camera that's my favorite the 360 view there but you can change those just a push of a button and see what's out in front of us here so we're behind us the garage door very easy to do back to our menu so that's what you can do from camera control there's nav and go mobileye so that's your lane detection system and your beep volume headway monitoring volume and lane departure volume so if those are too loud for you you can adjust those totally customize it again now all these buttons below so we have the pedal button that's going to bring those petals forward or back so if you're a little vertically challenged you might want to bring the your brake and your accelerator all the way forward you have your visor so that's your day visor for the driver front visor for the driver and passenger then you've got your shade for the driver and passenger bring that up or down you've got your docking lights of course those are super important that you definitely want to have those on as you're going into a campground especially at night your overhead fans to help defrost the big windshield and then we've got the high medium and low for your overhead fans your front fan you can have that on high or off and then we've got our generator start and stop button here so i can start my generator right here my entry door lock i can lock that door my air horn of course i always have mine on courtesy lights and visor for the passenger so here we have the hvac system for the driver and we can make that so the passenger can control their own or we can turn that on for both to work together so we've got the fan different settings here cool and hot and then we can direct that um airflow to different parts of our body obviously our feet face feet just like your automobile great drawers below here we've got our keys in there another little drawer here in the co-captain's chair i'm super comfy as well we've got the same button so forward and back up down and we can recline that seat a little and my foot rest does go out because i'm not driving so that's really nice i've got the ceiling light which i can turn on and off my step cover now that's super important so as you're traveling down the road if you jump up to grab a drink or get something for your pets that you don't fall in the stairwell there or that your pets or kids don't fall in the stairwell you have the visor so our day screen for the passenger here and then my map light that i can turn it on i also have a cordless charging pad for myself or co-captain and my hc hvac controls which i love that i love to have control because i'm always cooler than my husband so i like to have those options to control myself and then right behind that we've got the two 110 outlets usb charging ports so this is your the passenger the co-captain's screen so we're just going to power that on and you can source what you want to see here so you can use your auxiliary cord input here hdmi now this is to the camera so if you want to change what you're seeing on the camera you can do that here and that's my bird's eye view when i go to the camera that's what's going to show up or if i want to change that i can change what view i'm having so go back to source camera and we're back to the beginning here then our nav system so again i can be putting in the destination the driver can just worry about the road and traffic what's ahead of them and i can put in the destination here and watch that as we're going down the road so this is a feature that um i just love okay so are you ready to go for a test drive it's one of the things that we feel really strongly about at national indoor rv centers we want you to come and test drive when you're spending this much money we want to make sure you're happy and that you know what you're getting and that you're excited about it so if you've never driven a class idea before don't be afraid i we've all been there at one point in time you just have a few things you have to remember so your wheels are actually behind you so they're kind of back here where the back of my seat is so when you go to make a turn you don't start that turn until your the center of your front axle is at the turning point so you put your nose out there quite a bit and it's a little uncomfortable at first but you'll get used to it before you know it and believe me when people do come to test drive coaches i'm always like are you sure you want to drive because i like driving so much i'll drive them but i really want you to see um dry for yourself and see that it's really easy to do um i love it all right so i'm getting ready to turn i've got my right blinker on and go ahead and put my nose out a little bit more than i would normally if i was driving a car and you can see there's great mirrors on the coaches so i can totally watch the my side view mirror whatever way i'm turning and i can see the bot i can see my tires so if i'm going to hit the curb i i know it and basically if you hit the curb with your coach you're going to hit the curb with your tow vehicle too so what do you need to do just slow down correct and you're fine you're good to go that's a beautiful thing in an rv the best piece of advice i can give you is to not be in a hurry um when you're in a hurry that's when you're going to get in trouble another piece of advice i like to always give to is hug the left side of the lane that you're traveling in and it's really easy to do you'll see the the dotted line here i'm hugging the left side of it and i can see it in my side mirror here how close i'm getting to that so the other thing i can do is i can go to my camera and i've got my bird's eye view up here which i absolutely love and you can see right where i am in that lane did you hear that alarm so that's the mobile eye that's the mobile eye lane departure system that's going to give me that audible sound to let me know that i'm not staying in my lane and so if you have been driving too long and you're getting a little sleepy when you start to swerve out of your lane it's going to let me show you again let you know that you are not in your lane so anyway i love that feature just another safety feature the new air comes with collision mitigation system adaptive cruise control independent front suspension so it's going to be a nice gentle ride we just had a couple bumps right there and you've barely felt them and then you've got your lane departure system electronic stability control so many features that make this a dream to drive and again you can get this on the freightliner or spartan chassis i'm on the freeway and you're going to see a lot of big semi trucks go by me like you just did and i don't fill them i don't film at all and i know that's a concern of a lot of customers that i go and test drive with their they've been in a coach that's not as hardy that doesn't have a good of the foundation as the spartan or freightliner chassis give you and so those big semis go by and they almost scoot you over that's not going to happen in the new air you're just going to basically you're just here to keep the steering wheel going in the right direction and you've got comfort drive so comfort drive is great it's an auto it's basically helps computer aided driving assist is what i like to call it so as you're driving along if you've got this huge gust of wind that's pushing the coach it's going to detect that and then account for it and and kind of do a little bit of the driving for you so at the end of the day you're not going to have stress in your shoulders after you can go you know you can drive all day and you're not going to be tired from being stressed at the at the wheel here got my decibel reader going here 67.4 so it is nice and quiet in the newer i'm telling you you're going to love this ride so what do you need to do now you need to come and see us we've got five locations across the country so dallas atlanta phoenix las vegas and our newest location nashville that's where i am today we're in our temporary location there but we'll soon be in our new location hopefully in like a year in lebanon tennessee um just a suburb of nashville so come and visit us come and test drive it's the only way to really get a feel for these coaches and you will love it another thing i'm going to demonstrate for you and i don't know how well it will show up on on camera but i'm going to go ahead and just start my generator i'm going to start my generator i'm going to i want you to see how quiet it is hey did you even hear it i'm sure you didn't hear it because i i didn't even hear it i can tell there's a little bit of a rumble but i've got the generator running my ac is on and it's still so quiet i'm i can have a conversation with my co-pilot here just at a nice talking normal level no yelling involved it's a joy so really this is the best way to see our beautiful united states make every state your backyard make every national park your backyard you just decide when and where thank you so much for joining me today on my walkthrough of the all-new
