This small Class C RV behind me is the BT Cruiser 5210 by Gulf Stream Coach. Today, I am going to give you a full tour inside and out of this small motorhome. Now this is built on the Ford E-350 chassis, and it is 22 and a half feet long. It also features a dry bath. This video is sponsored by Gulf Stream Coach. I'm going to start the tour of this small RV from the inside. The first time we heard of this small class C RV was through friends of ours who bought one. They were actually shopping for a class B, but couldn't find anything that suited them, and they wanted more room. So they ended up going with this BT Cruiser. Both of these are jackknife sofas. There are three seatbelts on each side, so you can carry a total of eight people with seatbelts. When you're ready to go to sleep at night, these are very easy to pull out. Just remove the two armrests. Lift and pull. Now, as you can see, the jackknife sofas don't come together, but I like that, because when you're sleeping at night, this gives you the option to get out of bed and go to the bathroom and be able to walk out without having to crawl over to the other side. Now, I am 5'11, and as you can see, there is plenty of room in here for me. The sofa bed is actually quite comfortable, but if you don't like the little dip in the middle from the cushions, you can always get a mattress topper and put that here as well to kind of make it a bit more of a traditional bed, but I like it. And when you're not sleeping, there is a table. And now, the table is set up, and you're good to entertain. Have a number of guests over because there is plenty of room for seating. The other nice thing I like about this area are the two big windows on either side. They do open, and they are awning-style windows so you can have them open when it's raining and not worry about rain coming into your RV. If you're in here working or just need to charge your devices, there are two 120 outlets below the cabinets, as well as USB charging ports. There's a large TV up front. It does pull away from the wall, and then you can swivel it to either side. This is also pre-wired for auxiliary input sources, and there are two speakers in the ceiling. On either side of the TV, there are nice-sized storage cabinets. Now in terms of privacy when you're in here, there is a front shade that clips in up here, and then there are these nighttime shades that you can pull down to any level for when you're ready to go to sleep. The interior height in this small RV is 77 inches. I'm 5'11. I've got my thick shoes on. So to give you some idea of the headroom in here, there is plenty. There are cabinets on both sides. Now, the cabinet doors themselves are stained hardwood, and they go all the way through so you can put longer items in there. Above the living room area, there is a vent fan. There is ducted AC. So there are two ducts up front, and then up the middle of the coach. The nice thing about the ducted AC is it helps distribute the cold air a lot better, plus it tends to be quieter than the units that just have the cold air blowing from here. There's LED lighting along the roof, as well as under the cabinets. And then here are the speakers that I mentioned earlier. In the kitchen, there is this countertop where you can remove the cover off of the stainless steel sink. There's a two-burner gas stove top, along with a microwave and a hood vent. Underneath the sink, there's a cabinet, a cubby area under the stove, and a large drawer. Above the sink is another cabinet with an outlet for the microwave. Opposite the kitchen is this 12-volt fridge. There's a freezer at the top, and this nice drawer down below. And behind me is the dry bath. One of the features I really liked about this small RV, is the fact that it has a dry bath, meaning the shower, toilet, sink are separate from each other, unlike a wet bath where it's all in one. Now what's nice is, when you're taking a shower, close the door, all the water stays in here. Your toilet and everything else remain dry. Surprisingly, there's actually enough room in here for me to take a shower. There is a skylight above the shower and a vent and fan above the toilet. You've got a cabinet under the sink, as well as a medicine cabinet up above. In terms of tank sizes, this has 41 gallons of freshwater. It has a 26-gallon gray water tank, so this is all the water from the sinks as well as the shower, and then a 26-gallon black water tank for the toilet. Now, for the hot water in here, there is a 6-gallon hot water heater that works off of either propane or electric. Now, I mentioned the ducted AC earlier. This also has a 25,000 BTU propane heater. There are ducts in the living room on the floor, as well as a duct in the bathroom. And at the very back of the coach, there is a hanging closet, and two more drawers. Now, next to the door is the control panel. Here, you have the controls for some of your lights, your water heater, your water pump. This does not have slide-outs, but they do make models that do. Awning, in and out. This will show you the status of your battery in your gray, black, and fresh tanks. And this will start your generator. As we've been filming this video, we've been running everything off of the single 12-volt house battery. This has been powering the lights, the refrigerator. Anything that's 12-volt power inside of the coach has been running off of this battery. Now this will run it for a little bit, but if you want to extend that run time, you can get an optional 200-watt solar panel on the roof. Now for the other things you're going to run in the camper such as the air conditioning and the outlets, you'll either need to be plugged into shore power, or running the 4,000-watt Onan generator. And this is running off the fuel in your gas tank. The nice thing about this is if you are off-grid and you're running this generator, there is a cutoff switch that if you get down to a quarter tank of fuel, this will stop so that you're not stuck somewhere and can't drive out without any gas. This is the freshwater fill for the 41-gallon tank. Black tank flush, shore power connection, city water connection. So if you're at a campground and you want pressurized water, you just plug into here, and you don't have to use your water pump. There is an outdoor shower, and then an input for cable or satellite. Down here is where the sewer outlet is for the black and gray tanks. At the back of this small motorhome is a full-size spare. 7,500-pound hitch, a ladder up to the walkable roof. Now the roof itself is a one-piece fiberglass roof, and then the end cap here is one-piece fiberglass as well. On the passenger side, here's where the water heater is. Down below, this is access to the 42-pound propane tank, and a quick connect so that you can hook up an outdoor stove or barbeque. And here is an exterior storage bay. Now the nice thing with this storage bay is that it's steel and not plastic or some other composite material so it's gonna be nice and sturdy. One other feature they've added to the exterior of this coach are cameras on both sides so that you can see when you're changing lanes and that on the head unit inside the cab. And there is a nice-size awning. Let's talk about some of the features on the 5210 that you can't see. First and foremost, Gulf Stream Coach is a family-owned and independent RV company. When they receive these chassis from Ford, they get sent off to MORryde who then extends the chassis. Four steel trusses are then added to the chassis for weight support. This is gonna help smooth out the ride when you're going down the road. The floors are welded and built in-house, as well as the exterior walls. The side walls are aluminum encased in fiberglass with an Azdel substrate. Standard, these come with a high-gloss champagne exterior, and there is the option for a partial paint exterior and full paint exterior with ultra high-gloss gel coat. The other advantage that this small C has over something like a class B, for example, is that this has a 12,500-pound GVWR. As built with full tanks and two passengers, you're looking at having 2,000 pounds of carrying capacity. Now this is for all of your stuff that's gonna go in there. And fully loaded, this has a 5,000-pound towing capacity. Now, let's talk about everyone's favorite subject: price. The MSRP of the BT Cruiser 5210 is $129,500. Now, Gulf Stream Coach has said that these prices will vary substantially depending on dealers, so check with your local Gulf Stream Coach dealer for the best prices. So that is the complete tour of this BT Cruiser 5210. I would love to know what you think down in the comments below, and tell me what your favorite feature of the 5210 is. Mine is still that dry bath. I think it's great having something like that in such a small motorhome.
