your homes right now we release the Holy Spirit in your communities let's worship Jesus like we actually know who he is that he was powerful and he came to save deliver and heal so let's worship Him come the moment we're just gonna buy heaven to come and fill our homes in such a sweet way here in just a moment other Lord had me a nester yesterday and I was just reading and encouraging some leaders and our state and our county and the story of Esther is amazing what caught my attention yesterday what the Lord was showing me is that she was promoted to Queen before the issue or the problem came to be so Esther becomes Queen has a place of influence God places her right where he wants her and then it says some time later a really wicked evil racist basically came up in the ranks of power who hated the Jews and started to persecute them and and had a plot to actually destroy them but God had already placed the solution in the palace and so what you see is you see this mordecai her uncle come and say listen it says in chapter 4 verse 14 if you keep quiet at a time like this deliverance and relief for the Jews will arise from some other place but you and your relatives will die who knows if perhaps you were made Queen for just such a time as this God has placed every single one of you out there watching right now right where he wants you you are surrounded by lost people you are surrounded by people who need the gospel he's placed you in workplaces before we even knew there was a challenge coming he's placed life to her 7 right here he's given us the people to be able to stream the Gospel message and the word of the Lord before an issue came up he already had a plan because that's who God is before a flood came he instructed Noah to build an ark before a famine came to Egypt he's put Joseph in a place of influence and before the church began to spread and and to reach out into all the world to actually fulfill the Great Commission he released the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost and pastor marks gonna be preaching a message on that here in just a few moments but here's here's my encouragement this morning is what the Lord is saying is that he's placed you in your neighborhood he's placed you and your jobs he's placed you right where he wants you before there was issues before he has a plan for every single one of us and so this morning here's what I like to do I like just three if you're not standing already please stand just with your family and we're just gonna invite heaven to come into your living room over your home and this is what we do at Life Church 7 we pray for his presence to surround our entire property that when people drive onto our property again soon that they just get over come with the presence of the Lord that they sense his presence before they even walk through the building so let's do that over our homes right now would would you agree with me on that let's just say let heaven come and just invite Holy Spirit was hovering over the years before people were here before God placed people here and them and nowhere in scripture doesn't say he's ever stopped so the presence of God is literally hovering looking for a place to land let's invite him to hover over our homes over our neighborhoods that when people drive by our houses they would sense something different about the home they're in front of let's do this the Holy Spirit we invites you to come in land come and land to hover and dwell for every household that's watching right now Lord that there be people drawn like a magnet to our homes that people would stop and just wonder what is different about this place what is different about these people God we just pray for divine appointments even this week Lord even today the Holy Spirit we invites you to hover and to fill every home we give you permission would you just do that just say that out loud say Holy Spirit we give you permission to come and we sing let heaven come let heaven come let's just do that for a moment this is just make this our cry of our heart come on yes Lord Holy Spirit calm Spiricom right now made every neighborhood of the seventh and beyond Lord from Benin City West Richland to Richland it's at Catterick in the passcodes affiliate of we say heaven calm good with your presence [Music] or this all event happened he placed a call on your life he placed in positions of influence for such a time as this and so we say collectively we say yes Lord use us what would you have us do it starts with your presence and starts with just dividing your Holy Spirit to hover and are in our neighborhoods or our homes and in workplaces Thank You God I literally see the presence of a lord just hovering over cubicles like little office spaces you get to work on Monday morning just invite him if you're still going into work or whenever this ends but just just invite the presence he always responds to our invitation always amen so good so good we just appreciate our worship team we appreciate our media team sounded media it's amazing you're we were just so ready to be back together in the mean time this has been amazing and it continues to be amazing and we're we're actually investing we are taking this opportunity as and honestly the Lord is just orchestrating it all to invest in getting the word out on line to bring increase to the lights and the sound and so our church is actually gonna make some investments into the mission of what God has called us to do and so we're gonna talk about that just a little bit and you'll hear more in the future but I just wanted to bring that to our attention so we're gonna transition at this point to you continue our worship by giving of our tithes and our offerings so this at this point of retreat we are actually charging forward in the kingdom and so we just want to say thank you just go ahead and give now so lord I just thank you for every gift and giver god I just thank you for everybody in every home right now where your kingdom is established God your kingdom is established in these homes and I thank you Lord I think you litter chizz n't this bill that God the church our individuals scattered throughout the seven cities and beyond God you are inhabiting your people but lo right now as we give our tithes and offering it was as we continue to worship through our giving just a portion back to you of what you so richly blessed us with are we we give with grateful hearts we give out of joy and a love for your kingdom it is a joy to give pray blessing on every gift Jesus name and Lord for those who are struggling God I just prophesy that the struggle is is is coming to an end I got breakthrough is coming to an end Thank You Lauren I think you that you're gonna return everything that was that that the enemy tried to steal or take you're gonna return it and then with extra measure because that's who you are I'll pray for every person who's struggling financially Jesus if you just encourage them give them a word God give them hope give them give them vision for what's just ahead your abundance in your provision we thank you Jesus thank you Jesus so gave me this Bible it's got large print so it looks really spiritual because it's huge but it's just cuz I have bad eyes but hey have you noticed that our culture loves transformation in fact I titled this message before and after I know there's some of you you are clamoring for a title on your note sheet right now before and after is the title of the message and we love transformation don't you know we love to see before and after pictures we love to see a house that was maybe flipped do you remember the show I don't have you ever watched I used to watch this show Extreme Makeover Home Edition you could not get through that show without crying you if you didn't cry by the end I don't know if you have a soul you know you got to the end you were crying at the end Dave Ramsey super popular if you listen to Dave Ramsey wanna think it's Dave Ramsey does it in his show it's people come on there and they say we're dead free and you're like yes I should try that you know like that's that is awesome so you know we are debt-free but it's just you know awesome but one of the things that I really think funny a show of transformation is this show where they would at an older show maybe you've seen it before where they would a friend they would they would have a friend or a family member who would have a bad wardrobe or a bad style and instead of being courageous and just saying to them hey you kind of need to figure this thing out they would secretly film them and send it into a national TV show called what not to wear and they get nominated and they go on to this show and they get a new wardrobe and then they get a haircut and you'd say okay I can see why they needed that right we love that show in fact during quarantine right now here's what I think is true I think we'd all be candidates for that show right now like if anybody started filming us how many of you probably watching in your sweatpants right now it's okay I've ran through all my silence I even thought about wearing sweatpants today for the sermon and some of you you know you've already given yourself a haircut you're like let me try bangs this didn't work out very good good thing I'm quarantined right like you know I'm saying like we just like it we like to see transformation it's it's who we are it's what we enjoy to see and I was thinking about this why do we love transformation why do we love transformation so here's why I think we love transformation is because transformation even in a makeover or a home changing it actually gives us a glimpse of the kingdom it's actually giving us a picture of what gods like of what Heaven's like Jesus came and he said behold I'm making all things new from death to life from dark to light from broken to whole from lost to found it is the story of God he loves the Transformus he loves the changes I wonder where do you need transformation in your life where do you need to be changed we're in the middle of a series called the power of the promise and we're looking at the book of Acts Jesus came he died he was resurrected and then he told his church he says there's a there's a gift coming there's a promise coming to the Holy Spirit in the book of Acts we see the promise fulfilled the Holy Spirit has come and you and I are living in the promise we are experiencing the promise Acts chapter 2 in Acts chapter 3 we see that after of a guy named Peter the before of Peters is the Peter we see in the Gospels but as I'm reading Acts this is a different Peter there's a before Peter in the Gospels and there's an after Peter in the book of Acts Peter was one of the twelve disciples Jesus called the twelve disciples in Peter when they list the disciples he's listed first which is important he was the leader and Peter had some interesting moments here's some highlights from Peter in the Gospels he walked on water and then he sank he he one of the things that he did is is Jesus asked the disciples says who do you say I am and Peter says you are the Messiah and Jesus says yes and you're Peter and on this rock I'll build my church and Peter's probably like yeah I am the rock and then moments later Jesus says I'm gonna die and need to be resurrected and Peter pulls Jesus aside and said Jesus you're scaring the troops this this isn't a good plan and what did Jesus say the Peter get behind me Satan Oh humility balm remember when Peter tried to pray in the garden the after and the Garden of Gethsemane Jesus is like would you guys please pray with me and Peter's like yeah I got it and then he fell asleep twice and when Jesus was in the upper room he went to wash the feet of the disciples and Peter's like what are you doing don't don't walk what are you doing and Jesus says unless I wash unless I wash you can't be clean then so Peter goes will wash all of me in then that's kind of awkward well I shall challah now I didn't mean that Peter right and then later on Jesus says well you guys are gonna deny me and Peter says no I'll never deny you and then Jesus said before the rooster crows you will deny me three times and Peter denies him three times he was called out of Nazareth to be a Fisher of men and then in the end of the Gospels the end of John we see him back in the Sea of Galilee and Nazareth fishing this is the before but something happens in Peter Jesus shows up he restores him he restores Peter in a powerful way and we're gonna talk about that in a bit Jesus appears after his resurrection he appears to all everybody for 40 days he ascends into heaven and then for ten days he tells them to wait for the promise Acts chapter two it's coming up in your screen would you read it with me it says this when the day of Pentecost had fully come they were all with one Accord and in one place and suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind and it filled the whole house where they were sitting then there appeared to them divided tongues as of fire and one sat upon each of them there's a hundred 20 people in this room and each one of them gets touched by the Holy Spirit and a verse four it says and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance this is the promise fulfilled this is the moment where they are all filth listen I want you to know that you are made to be filled by the Holy Spirit you were made to be filled this isn't just for them this message is for you you were made to be filled you're gonna fill your life with something but you were designed to be filled by the Holy Spirit he wants to fill you God wants to fill you with power they are filled and so much so that people are like they're so filled with joy are they drunk no we are not drunk as you suppose we are filled with the Holy Spirit listen when you get filled the Holy Spirit joy is the result you cannot help but be filled with joy they're filled with joy and then Peter sees this opportunity all these people are gathered together and Peter sees an opportunity I want to do what Jesus did you know what Jesus would have done when all these people are here he would have preached the kingdom so what am I gonna do I'm gonna do what Jesus did I'm gonna preach the kingdom he preaches the kingdom and 3,000 people are saved what happened in Peter that in the Gospels he keep messing it up but here he got it right I want to tell you what happened Peter is filled Peter was filled Peter is filled so what happens next Acts chapter 2 what happens next is this is is at the end of that they formed the church they start to meet each other's need they started to take care of each other and then the Acts chapter 3 what does Peter do next except for three verse one follow along on your screen it says now Peter and John went up together to the temple at the hour of prayer the ninth hour so they prayed three times a day they prayed at 9 a.m. 3 p.m. and it's sunset some of you were watching this you have a Catholic background you might get this this is like unusual for me this is a lot of Prayer this is great they're praying all the time and this is the 3 o'clock prayer that they're going to and they're going to the temple to pray now I know that might just you might just read through that and let's go to the next verse but let's just stop there for a second I want you to I want to ask you this question when do you think the last time they were at the temple was is it possible that the last time they wrote the temples with Jesus the last time they were at the temple is when Jesus was preaching because right after Jesus was resurrected you remember they were huddled up in a home afraid and now they're filled with boldness walking into the temple do you know who's at the temp there's not multiple temples there's only one and you know who's at the temple the religious leaders who killed Jesus do you know is that the temple the people who yelled crucify him he's going to the very place of the murderers of Jesus and he's doing it in boldness he's not afraid anymore he's been filled and verse 2 it says and a certain man lame from his mother's womb was carried whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called beautiful I circled that beautiful we'll get back to that and he asks alms for those who entered the temple whose seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple asked for alms so this guy has been lame from birth and he gets carried every day to the gate called beautiful the beautiful gate is the main entrance into the temple and this is the main place where they take the those who are lame who needed who beggars this is where they would go and beg this guy was an outsider and he was never allowed in because of his infirmity he had never been in the temple in his entire life he was always on the outside looking in and he sees Peter and John and he asked them for money why would he ask them for money while any good temple goer would give money to the poor on their way in to feel a little bit better about themselves that's what they do oh I want to feel better about so here you go here's a tip let me go in worship God it's literally what they do and Peter Peter sees the sky and it says in verse 4 it says in fixing his eyes on him with John Peter said look at us so he gave them his attention expecting to receive something from them and then Peter said silver and gold I do not have but what I do have I give to you in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up walk Peter and John say we don't have money now did they not have money or not I don't know that he probably had some change in their pocket but they didn't want to give this guy what he wanted they wanted to give him what he needed he didn't need more money he needed a healing power of God in his life that's what he needed so he says I don't have that but I'm gonna give you what you need it's my big idea so if you're taking notes write this down coming up on your screen is this you can only give what you have silver and gold I do not have but what I have I give to you rise up and walk you can only give what you have so what did Peter have what did Peter have an axe that he did not have in the Gospels he had an encounter something changed in Peter he had an encounter with the Lord he had been transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit his whole ministry his whole life was marked by what happened in Acts chapter 2 where he was filled by the power of the Holy Spirit he would never be the same you see when you encounter the Holy Spirit you will never be the same when you are baptized by the Holy Spirit you will never be the same see Peter Peter knew Jesus's teachings he sat with him for three years but here's the truth you can teach what you know but you impart who you are you can teach what you know I can I can teach my kids what I know but how many know I'm gonna impart Who I am you can teach people at your workplace what you know but you're gonna impart who you are you can teach your friends but you will impart who you are I remember an old friend who he tells the story he's a pastor he was my youth pastor of a long time but he tells this story about when he was first in ministry and he really was feeling led by the Lord to give a large gift and so he was praying about and he felt like God told him to give this gift so he took out his checkbook and he started to write and I know some of you were listening right now you're like what's a checkbook I know where the Apple pay cash app generation a checkbooks a thing that you write on it's a note it counts his money but he takes out his checkbook and he writes this cheque and he writes this check and it's a big check and he writes it and he gives it but he had one problem the amount that he wrote on the cheque wasn't in his bank account so he was Frank I hope God that you just fill my bank account but help me know what happened that didn't happen his check bounced his check bounced and he got a nice insufficient funds fee that's what happened and here's the principle I think I learned from that is how many of us are writing checks from an account that we don't have funds in and what I mean by that isn't a financial thing I mean that in a spiritual way you see whatever you deposit into your spirit into your soul you're gonna draw from that so if you are depositing worry in this season you're only gonna draw from worry if you're depositing anxiety in this season or fear in the season guess what you're gonna withdraw from guess what you're gonna write checks for only from that place I said some of you are watching this right now and you've been struggling with suicidal thoughts and the reason why is you've been depositing the wrong thing in your bank account and today the Holy Spirit's gonna deposit right into your spirit something new and you're gonna be freed in Jesus name something you have been depositing doubt or fear and what you've been pulling from in that is that I don't know if God's good I don't know if God can defeat this but how many know the Holy Spirit's gonna deposit hope right now into your spirit saying I know God's making all things though I know he's in charge I know he's the waymaker so I'm not gonna live and pull from that bank account some of you are wondering is my marriage gonna make it and you've been depositing doubt on your marriage you've been thinking at night I don't know if I can do this in another day and I believe that God right now he's gonna deposit into your spirit hope there's hope and there's gonna be transformation that happens you can only give what you have and I believe the Lord's gonna give you something amazing today he's gonna give you a spirit he's gonna give you his heart so I ask you today what have you been depositing into your soul what have you been putting on the inside what have you been partnering with if you've been partnering with fear you just go say I can't partner with that anymore I can't partner with worry anymore you cannot expect someone else experience the power of God when you yourself have not experienced the power of God I'll say the different way you can't expect someone else experience the power of God when you're living on an encounter you had twenty years ago God wants to give you a new account encounter a fresh fire today so Peter says in the name of Jesus rise up and walk verse seven we got to keep going verse seven go ahead and turn there's coming up on your screen right now and says he took him by the right hand and lifted him up and immediately his feet and ankles ankle bones received strength so he leaping up stood and walk and entered the temple with him walking and leaping and praising God and all the people saw him walking and praising God they then they knew that it was he who sat begging alms at the beautiful gate of the temple and they were filled with Wonder and amazement at what had happened to him Peter takes a risk Peter doesn't look at him and say oh I feel so bad for you God would you heal him okay I feel better about myself I said a passive prayer God you got to do the work I'm out know what he did it says I'm gonna put my hand out here and I believe when I take a risk and I put my hand out here God's gonna meet me in faith when I put my hand out and he's gonna heal him something's been passively praying for God to do something God's been waiting for you to put your hand out he said I'm gonna meet you when you take that risk God met Peter when he took a risk he took a risk and he's healed and he enters the temple for the first time in his life he sat on the outside his whole life and can you picture the anticipation as he goes the very place that he was told his whole life you can't go there no wonder he was walking and leaping and praising God no wonder he's so excited because he is now in the place where the presence of God and that time would have dwelt but how many know when Jesus came he said no longer does the Holy Spirit dwell in the temple that dwells in every human being that's given their life to Jesus so Peter said I'm gonna bring the spirit to you you don't need to go to the temple I'm gonna bring the temple to you and he is here this is a creative miracle think about the atrophied muscles think about the tendons he heals his muscles he heals his tendons he's not just walking he's leaping this is a miracle this is a creative miracle I wrote this down I heard this in a message I think it's so good walking represents physical healing leapin represents emotional healing and praising God represents spiritual healing when God heals you he doesn't heal part of it he heals all of you God doesn't want to just heal a little bitty part of it he wants all of you healed every single part of you healed he wants to your emotions he wants to heal you spiritually some of you here there's been something that's happened emotionally to you and today the Holy Spirit is gonna heal you some of you right now there's a spiritual thing there's been prayers that you prayed that weren't answered and somehow you got mad at God about that and there's gonna be healing that happens in your heart right now but God is actually saying I wasn't me I was with you the whole time and he goes to the beautiful gate don't you see the picture here you know the beautiful gate represents the beautiful gate is Jesus you see Peter just led him to the beautiful gate but he went in walking leaping and praising God Jesus is the beautiful gate jesus said I'm the way the truth and the life no one comes to the Father except through me you see it's Jesus who's the beautiful gate who opens up access to the very presence of God he's a beautiful gate and all of this happened because Peter gave what he had Peter just said I'm gonna give you what I have so what did Peter have I wrote down three things what did Peter have three things and we got it we got to run through these the first one is this he had a new boldness he had a new boldness now in the Gospels Peter was still bold right Peter still had a boldness in the Gospels like there's a time when Jesus was arrested and Peter takes out a sword and cuts off a guy's ear and Jesus prior like Peter again right really Peter man I gotta heal this guy's ear and I got a rebuke you Peter this isn't the kingdom we're going after here he was bold he was bold he was bold but it wasn't until his he had an encounter with the Lord that he realized that his boldness wasn't to bring his own kingdom his boldness was to bring the kingdom of God that his boldness was actually for him to go and bring their love of God to anyone anywhere to the temple later on we seem going to Cornelius house he was bold he was bold but when that boldness was partnered with the Holy Spirit he became a powerful powerful man of God I wonder are you bold for the right things we live in a time right now wherever he wants to share their opinion I will boldly share my opinion but are you bold for the right things Peter was bold but it wasn't until he had an encounter with the Holy Spirit that he became bold for the right things another thing that really I think is powerful Peter messed up Peter betrayed Jesus he finds himself on the Sea of Galilee fishing Jesus does another creative miracle throws the nets on the other side the same miracle that caught his attention the first time Peter knows it's Jesus he jumps from the boat he swims to the shore and he has lunch with Jesus and at that lunch Jesus asked some three questions do you love me do you love me do you love me and each time Jesus says yes I love you yes I love you and the last one you can see the heart change in he says Jesus you know I love you you know I love you and I believe that third time was when his heart began to change that third time was like oh I get why you're asking me three times this is about the betrayal and you're restoring me right now now I wanna I wanna ask a question if you're studying someone asked an important question did Jesus condemn Peter did Jesus punish Peter did Jesus put Peter in timeout no I think if Jesus would have done those things he would have introduced shame into the relationship and Peter would have been depositing shame I am ashamed of what I did you know we live in a place and I think it's actually true even with Christians Christians with other Christians we introduce shame into relationships and it actually hijacks people's really their power it hijacks who they're called to be and Jesus does not introduce shame now are there consequences for our decisions absolutely the Lord disciplines those that he loves but he's not punishing he's disciplining and there is a difference he doesn't discipline some of you right now you are walking in shame there is this boulder of shame on your back of something that you've done in the past and I'm here to tell you right now when you encounter Jesus when you encounter the Holy Spirit he doesn't say shame on you he says shame off you he takes the shame and he takes the boulder and he said I didn't die to put a boulder on your back my yoke is easy the burden I give you is light so he takes the shame off of you and gives you the chance to clean up your mess I'm telling you Peter made a mess and that's why Jesus asked three questions so that he would have the chance to clean up his mess some of you today you're full of shame and the Holy Spirit is giving you freedom right now there's literally a boulder that you've been walking around with but I just see in the supernatural it's coming off for you it's just coming off for you you're being freed right now he had a new boldness the second one is this he had new eyes he had new eyes so the miracle happens and everyone's amazed and this is what it says follow along we got some scripture to read here it says they all rushed out in amazement to Solomon's colonnade where the man was holding tightly to Peter and John isn't this so beautiful you know you're bringing the presence of God to somebody when they can't help but hold tightly to you here's what can sometimes happen what Christians is they can be judgmental and nobody wants to hold tightly to that in fact they're like I don't want any that but when you show the love of God when you show the power of God people cannot help but hold tightly to you oh that we'd be the Christians that people hold tightly to we want to be those Christians and it says in first 12 Peter saw his opportunity do you see that he saw his opportunity he's seeing in a new way and he addressed the crowd people of Israel he said what is so surprising about this and why stare at us as though we made this way man walk by our own power or godliness for it is the God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob the god of our ancestors who has brought glory to his servant Jesus by doing this this is the same Jesus whom you handed over and rejected before Pilate despite pilots decisions to release him you rejected this holy righteous one and instead demanded the release of a murderer you killed the author of life peter is not mincing words here but God raised him from the dead and we are witnesses of this fact through faith in the name of Jesus this man was healed and you know how crippled he was before faith in Jesus name has healed him before your very eyes Peter is giving Jesus glory who gets the glory you know when you've been transformed and filled when with your whole heart you want to give Jesus the glory he deserves Peter just wants to give Jesus the glory he deserves I want you to know there's a way this world wants you to view today there is a viewpoint the world wants you to look at Co vid 19 and I want to ask you what do you see how are you viewing this because when you've been filled with the power of God you cannot look at this situation without hope that man who came off the mat was given hope that crowd that saw this man walking leaping praising God was filled with hope I want to tell you right now there is no hopeless situation only hopeless people and when God gets involved he fills hope to every person that gives it to that ask him for it you might be looking at a situation and say it's hopeless no it's not hopeless when God's involved there is no hopeless situation God is the bringer of Hope are you looking at the world today with eyes of Hope I was watching the NFL Draft to go Seahawks today or this weekend not today this weekend and you know the theme of the NFL Draft was hope I was like you guys hijacked that from Jesus that is Jesus message man hope hope comes from Jesus I want to tell you might be looking at your finances right now and you've been laid off I want to tell you God is giving you hope today you might be looking at your health right now saying how in the world is this going to work God is giving you hope today you might be looking at your circumstance right now I want to tell you God is giving you hope today and finally as the band comes 0.3 is this as he had a new heart so he had new boldness he had new eyes and he had a new heart listen this verse 17 it says friends I realize that what you and your leaders did to Jesus was done in ignorance hold on you're calling these people friends these are the people that yelled crucify him these are the people that murdered Jesus friends doesn't Peter have the right to be angry or or vengeful or offended not when you've been filled with the Holy Spirit you get free to that stuff and you get filled with love he said you did this out of ignorance but God was fulfilling what all the prophets had foretold about the Messiah that he suffer these things verse 19 now repent of your sins turn to God so that your sins may be wiped away then times of refreshment all this is so good then times of refreshment will come from the presence of the Lord and he will again send you Jesus your appointed Messiah Peter says repent he gives him the invitation repent and your sins will be wiped away he's coming from a place of what he received from Jesus Jesus gave me the opportunity to repent and so since I have been given that I'm gonna give you the same opportunity repent and your sins will be wiped away and then times of refreshment will come I want to ask you a question do you need refreshment today do you need refreshment what you think about that and if the answer is yes if the answer is yes what's probably for most of us it's yes here's your first step you're ready to ready for the first step if you need refreshment the first step is to repent of allowing that very thing that has been robbing you over your refreshment because if you are in Christ you have the Holy Spirit living in you so times of refreshing is your normal that's who you are so if I'm not refreshed then I'll allowing something to take my refreshment because that's what I've received from Jesus is refreshment so if you are not feeling refreshed the first thing you needed you needed to us right now in your house if you're watching this in your car you need to do this right now got a repent of partner with fear it's been taking my refreshment God I repent of partnering with anger god I repent a partner with lust God I repent of partnering with doubt how would you refresh [Music] the Holy Spirit does when you do that is he always keeps his promises it says times the refreshment will come it's coming right now it's coming right now to you it's coming right now to you Peter had a new heart God wants to give you a new heart my testimony is I'm reading this like I'm just like looking at the life of Peter and I identify with Peter so much I feel like in my 20s I'm 33 this is my Jesus year in my 20s I feel like I was like Peter in the Gospels I got to write some of the time and then other times I got it wrong and what I was missing was a true encounter with the Lord what I really needed was an encounter with the Lord and I remember just living you can't live double minded we're not made to live double minded we're to have the mind of Christ I was just living double minded and I remember just living that way and it led me into a dark place of sin and I sinned greatly against God and against my wife there was consequences and those consequences on were so good they were just what I needed but I remember being assigned to Life Church seven coming to church here and remember sitting in Pastor West's office fast roasted pastor's here I know you can't see much from a pastor's here I remember sitting in your office our first meeting is Rachel me pastor Wes and we didn't have a lot of hope our pastor Wes was just sitting there and we're sitting there together he looks at me and he asked me this question have you been baptized in the Holy Spirit like of all the questions that's the question yes yeah I have Rachel have you been baptized in the Holy Spirit I look this is my wife Rachel so really why are you looking back at her that's my wife have you been baptized Rachel yes do you speak in tongues yeah Rachel do you speak in tongues yet well let's pray in tongues right now so we started to pray and tongue shut about us on that day they seen that I was on that out of some that we started to pray in tongues and the glory of God just filled the room I know some of your watch the saying is that real yes it's real it's real we began to pray in the spirit and God began to fill the room and I remember a pastor later hunt you said it was that moment that you said I think God's gonna save this marriage I think there's hope here some of you you are feeling hopeless you're feeling empty you've been depositing the wrong thing into your spirit I want to tell you I had an encounter and I've had encounters with the Lord because you weren't just made to have one encounter you don't feel your gas tanks once and say I'm good you got to feel that thing all the time it's the same way in your spirit you got to keep feeling keep filling me Lord keep filling I need more Lord I need more Lord keep filling me Lord some of you are empty right now you're burnt out I know there's pastors watching us right now you are burnt out and you just need an encounter with the Lord you just need an encounter you can even Peter head you just need to have a Peter hat that's what I've had that's what God wants to do for you so we're gonna sing fresh fire I want right now let's do this I believe right now through the screen right into your room right into your heart right into your car through the air pots however you're listening to this right now the Holy Spirit is gonna come on you and fill you so would you if you can't would you stand right now in every living room in your home would you just stand up right now open up your hands and it all starts with this welcome Holy Spirit just say that right now welcome Holy Spirit I'm you're gonna be filled I just believe that's a Baptist the Holy Spirit there are gonna be it's like tongues of fire it's gonna come into your room those are the people they're gonna be so filled you're gonna start speaking in tongues shut them out of so no not assume that in there but I'm sewing that out I vote on it you're gonna begin to speak in tongues right now it's the Holy Spirit it is gonna soul overwhelm you and so fill you with his presence you can only get what you have and what you need is what the lame man needed you need an encounter with the Lord so right now Holy Spirit we just pray that joy would be unleashed right now God at homes the laughter God the laughter would begin to fill homes right now the joy would begin to fill homes right now we need your presence God we need your power God come Holy Spirit Georgia refreshing times of refreshing our gear and now if you say I need refreshing say it right now Holy Spirit refresh me refresh me God revive me God now I can't do this down anymore I repent of all that person as they're watching this feet I pray Holy Spirit that you would touch them that you would fill them that people would begin to speak in other tongues that there be miracles there be healing there'll be transformation that your beautiful gate is wide open it may be narrow but it's wide open for all who will come and repent and turn to you so father I pray for anybody who's feeling
