is going to be a rather long video but I was thinking that because a lot of people still have troubles with League of Legends in general that I could at least provide you with this means to assist you in learning and improving at your own pace now while I no longer play the game in a ranking sense due to time constraints and overall daily things that I work on as well as the fact that I am completely unmotivated I used to be a diamond 4 and Diamond 3 player for numerous seasons on multiple servers with Teemo exclusively in multiple roles that being top support mid and jungle so for those who regard rank to be the end all and Beyond all I'd like to just point out that you do not have to play a game like this seriously or really even at all anymore to have a lot of information that you can contribute to the community as a whole to help others improve in sections that they have a lot of problems with Kemo can be played in a variety of ways but I do not recommend playing ADC ever unless he's accompanied by an enchanter a mage or even shako and goes full APC because he lacks Synergy and is simply not a strong fit for that role and for those who say otherwise go ahead and name every single Challenger Teemo ADC player right they don't exist because it's not a thing you'll always have a lot of naysayers but if you just say it's bad and you never actually try to rooll or build for yourself to understand it a little bit more you're just voting nonsense like how Teo mid and teimo jungle have been his best roles over the last few seasons asides from the few Nerfs that hit the jungle despite everyone making claims that he can't do anything but play topside he's normally fighting Mages and assassins and other roles which are generally much more easier to deal with than an immortal tank who is just going to stop you from being able to do what you do best control the lane and map While most top laners at least from the time of this video being released will only have to build hex Drinker and recur together to stack Shields which basically makes you feel absolutely useless it's just a matter of thinking of the bigger picture Mages and assassins are oppressive yes of course they are but they're so much more easier to kill and mitigate especially with the proper itemizations despite the fact that from the outside in teimo appears to be a very overly simplistic Champion with an obsolete kit for many of his matchups you must understand that there is much more here than meets the ey in this section we will be going further into the topics that may appear to be Niche however it all serves a purpose in some way shape of perform in many of your games I feel like many people appear to underestimate and undervalue teemo's passive abilities it's not only useful for increasing attack speed and using it as an ambush but it's also great for finding ways to sneak around and to survive such as going into the enemy's redside jungle without being noticed due to the fog of War at times and using specific locations like the pixel bush in the Top Lane to avoid damage from those unfamiliar with the interaction and how far it extends outwards along with many of the interactions like zonas or even B ultimate or the fact that you can move while in bushes while entering stealth which takes 2 seconds not 1.5 Seconds come on Riot fix your you've been doing a really good job with quality of life changes recently instead of standing still or simply the knowledge that you can teleport while in stealth and not be revealed until you teleport to the location or the fact that you can teleport into a bush so long as you are currently in stealth you will remain in stealth when you arrive if you truly grasp how to utilize your stealth more effectively there are numerous ways that you can use it to exploit it for yourself and your allies consider the following examples we once fought a hinger top who is a very oppressive laner who is typically tough to deal with because you spend so much time taking down his turrets then you do actually fighting him on equal terms so in this instance we had a Shen on our team either on support or on Jungle and we decided to teach him the Teemo Shen interaction waiting patiently for the himer Dinger to walk forward we respectfully Ash the Shen to ult us when he gets close enough and now that he's been caught off guard it's not difficult to deal with him there are plenty additional methods to Simply being annoying or to use your stealth effectively against another player who is extremely easy to control similar to how some Champions have a recall animation that they can use at the edge of a bush before teleporting back the base and then ducking back into the bushes waiting for their laner to walk forward to catch the mount you can while much more difficult to execute occasionally find yourself in situations where the player is unaware of this type of interaction with teimo which is entering the stealth at the edge of the Bush and then walking into the bushes the player may be willing to make a mistake that allows you to run the safety what annoys me the most is how people consider this a waste of information this is an interaction it's doable it may not be doable where you play a mat but it's doable where somebody else is playing a mat and that's all it really matters one big issue is that many players still don't seem to realize that this is season 14 not season 5 or season 4 and control Wards will not reveal Champions like teimo Vain and other Champions that have invisibility however they do reveal camouflage Champions like Evelyn twitch Rengar Senna and Pike but that doesn't seem to stop people from trying because they just don't understand or refuse to learn this interaction this is a perspective of a player when they are fighting a Teemo and have control Wards oracles and AOE and damage over time while Teo is in stealth he will flash white when he takes any form of damage the same can be said about other Champions which is why teimo is so good at tracking invisible Champions so long as he's poisoned them previously he can try to pinpoint where they are running to or positioning to like a shako or an aali for certain matchups and interactions if teimo has been in stealth and has been knocked back pulled pushed feared or even knocked up while also having a slow applied at the same time he will become revealed this is why you have different responses on what Champions can and cannot reveal him it's these minor interactions that are the most deadly which is why Darius can reveal him while Seth cannot unless somebody slows while Seth is pulling again if the Teemo takes bleed damage he cannot go into stealth though not all skills work like this a champion like Mor Kaiser does not have to slow with his skills yet he can still reveal him let's say you're in the top side you're fighting an enemy like Mor Kaiser he hits level six and you become scared why be scared when you can actually bait him out near a bush make him ult you and then hide into the bushes for his entire duration another interaction is that he can still go stealth if he's currently being ignited you probably didn't even know this and you've always had that one game where you question what the hell just happened these are the things that you could really learn about if you just open yourself up to it it's always been like this or the small interactions with Champions like Warwick who actually cause you to come out of stealth if he fears you and you as a player don't click the ground or press s there were some other small changes that made an issue with AFK timers causing Teemo to get a lever Buster just by utilizing a stealth and a lane Force single minute it's been fixed so you can continue ambushing people if you do feel like doing this in the Leaning phase if you'd like to check out more information regarding these types of matchups and interactions not only with his passive but many of his other skills you can definitely check it out on the PowerPoint to Teo that we have created I'd say that most Teo players are aware of the various ability orders that we can play but the most common inexperienced player will usually be playing EQ e w r for damage While others go ewq R for kiing and for matchups that we have the most potential at getting cheesed in due to their engagement such as Wukong Riven aelia and a few others Q E We R for the early survivability you'll see that no matter which one we choose the result is always 1131 at level six there's a very important reason for it but we'll get through that in a second everybody knows that teimo is a very frustrating Champion for a variety of reasons one of which is his ability to Blind targets enabling those who rely on auto attacks to miss Canon minions as well as the fact that he can naturally counter a lot of most basic Auto attack Champions by not allowing them to go wild in a team fight with a 3 to 4 second cool down down with a 3sec blind into the L game which can be absolutely devastating for a champion like kale or even Draven it's actually mostly used as a form of mitigation and Last Resort for defense to avoid specific basic attack skills like a Darius e slow or even a Garen Q because this is one of his primary methods for poking players they appear to double dip into the skill very early on when they should be prioritizing their e for csing and the ability to poke because you have no Mana early game unless you have maniflow band dor ring and optionally presence of mind which will grant you a ton of Mana sustainability to maintain the 70 to 9990 Mana cost cues while it is a powerful skill to use it shouldn't be used so often that it's always on cool down as it's a great indicator for a confident top laner to abuse once the skill is down to engage you if you ever find yourself in a 1 V one against a basic attack champion after all of their main skills are down and you're in a bind where you are about a few seconds away from flash or ignite and you need to buy yourself some time you can just blind them and stand still and just wait patiently this can save you from a vain condemn or even a trender ultimate as I stated before Riot games has actually been finally working on adding some quality of life changes throughout the last couple of patches mates and Seasons this time they finally fix the issue regarding blinding a champion that leaps with a basic attack in this case we use Jax as an example previously a very high ranked Jax player would only need to use W and Q into Teemo to deal damage no matter if the Teemo blinded him while he was jumping it would always go through with a Q and The W Jax's Q is an ability similar to volibear with his W when it's activated twice so both of these skills cannot be blinded but since Jax's W is a basic a powered Auto attack it will now be properly blinded even if he's jumping towards you volley bear is a great example to use next to Jax because Jax uses his qw to engage whereas volibear uses his WQ to engage side by side you can see just how different both of these Champions are Jax cannot be blinded with his q but volibear can be blinded with his Q which is empowered Basic Auto attack stun so if we look at the W's now Jack can be blinded but volibear cannot you can probably assume just how difficult this is for a new player to understand or even a person who's trying to pick up Teemo for the first time once again we do go into the mobile fire guide and the PowerPoint to Teemo to give you this information so so you don't have to figure it out for yourself you would be shocked with just how often people pick up Teemo and then complain about just how slow he actually is meanwhile they're the types of players who are not buying boots Tier 1 or tier 2 for like 25 minutes first return back to base at 6 minutes always 6 minutes preferably you will always want to buy your tier one or even tier 2 boots if you can afford it look it's common knowledge most champions in the Top Lane have at least 15 to 30 flat movement speed advantage on Teo in the first few levels you move faster when you get your W but you still have a worse Bas movement speed than every other champion in the game so you do not want to take damage otherwise you will lose this movement speed this also allows you to run across the map or return to Lane faster allowing you to avoid losing Lane sooner and to evade ganks more efficiently than dying every single time you spot somebody ganking the lane it's important to note that if you've been slowed by any form of skill that being a nasis Wither a oloff q it becomes very very important that you do not activate this skill until that slow has stopped if you do you're wasting the full potential of this ability because once you are slowed you will never go back above 330 movement speed because that slow is absolutely crippling your ability to be mobile this is why a lot of people often take either swifties or Merk threads into certain Champions because the tenacity and the slow resistance helps them out so much more than having to be literally crippled for 5 seconds by a nasis Wither that's slowing You by 95% for 5 seconds while also the ation of his refresh is 5 seconds so good luck trying to escape anasis with teleport ghost there really isn't much to say about teimo or his eeve it applies an on hit which is why we always put three points into it before level six because it greatly AIDS in your ability to CS especially if you get stuck under Tower it also applies a lot of poison damage to enemy Champions which allows you to kill more squishier targets and take control of that lane entirely I don't know why but some people still don't realize that LeAndre has never and will never activate your e it is a passive not an ability the same can be stated about most most items and most of his skills the only real item that it can actually activate is textech alternator all by itself otherwise other items like lichbane need to be activated by other skills which is also the reason why we usually complement it with nashers as it's also an onit AP item that scales what AP though that item is more of a preference and not everybody really agrees with it you really only need to put three points into the skill for a good laning phase some people can get away with just two if they know how to see us properly but I recommend you start with three because you are technically still doing damage to an enemy Champion for up to 4 seconds it extends the duration of runes like electrocute and let you use a Double Summon a proc always keep in mind that if you hit an enemy Champion while they're under Tower do not go anywhere near that tower for 4 seconds because you will take damage and it could turn the tides in his favor I'd like to go more into detail about his shrooms because once again many people just throw them everywhere instead of maximizing their full potential on choke points such as bouncing especially at level two and level three over Baron pit and dragon pits to create a flank or prevent them from escaping into that section of the map while your allies come from the opposite opposite side as a flanking maneuver or just killing them all because none of them are paying attention as multiple shrooms bounce into them and behind them if you are unfamiliar with autop pathing as I stated in the previous video when you click anywhere on the mini map from any location no matter where you are a line will be created from you to that location this is often the quickest route to get to the precise point and you will travel the entire distance without changing your course so dropping shrooms in every single one of these locations is considerably more efficient at catching people by surprise while also tossing others in less path location controlled by manual input when you have an overabundance of shrooms that being said you always always want to have at least one shroom in your inventory for emergency shroom drops at your feet or into a minion wave nearby to apply a slow to an enemy Champion without having them to step directly on it while also managing to never have a full stack of shrooms in your inventory I do recommend that you never place a shroom adjacent to one another instead use the radius of the shrooms AOE to get a mental note to Mark at least three shrooms apart in every direction this is not only going to make it more difficult for people to clear it with oracles but it also causes the shrooms effect and slow to reapply at the end of the duration because they do not stack with the initial damage poison or slow many people do not appear to use their shroom strategically when attempting to fight somebody beneath their Tower next time you have full control over your lane shove your opponent under the tower when they are low on HP and walk forward at this point you're going to toss the shroom between their towers front and rear choke point preventing them from running behind their Tower from that angle this leaves them with four options turn around and stand still to take down the shroom while in range of your auto attacks walk around the tower from the opposite side or step on the shroom and die from Panic of course sometimes they will Flash in panic making it so much more easier to kill them often times when you do this they may use their main form of damage or engage to try to catch you out because when you do damage to them under their Tower the tower is going to kill you but since you didn't actually hit them they're wasting all the their skills so long as you can tank that damage you'll be able to easily kill them because now they're on top of you and you still have your flash and your ignite and your full damage though you do want to be careful about Champions that can taunt you because if you get taunted under Tower you are going to start taking damage from that Tower though this tends to only be gallo and Shen if you ever see somebody teleporting into their Lane onto their Tower they will always teleport into the back so if you drop a shroom before they teleport in you'll be able to slow them which is very helpful against Champions that have a lot of Base movement speed or end up taking ghost and please for the Love of All That is teimo stop building riy crystal scepter on him especially you iron and bronze players it does nothing but get overpowered by his RS slow which is more stronger than the riy effect it is not stacking rather it is wasted potential and a stat stick yes it's a cheap item and yes you can slow people with your queue but it's only for 1 second if you spend more time perfecting your itemization it allows you to deliver more damage without giving up a lot of the actual effects it actually really irritates me that so many people fall for all of the entertainment content that YouTubers post for all types of Champions slapping on the title of rank number one mathematically correct and just general clickbait that you will always we see only for the builds in question to be completely devoid of actual math and damage compared to the real builds that do what they do not people are always curious on how to do the most nuclear shroom damage the burst damage or even on hit damage and then they are duped into builds that are not legitimately tested or fully developed by the community but rather their half-ass attempts to Garner views so since this video is already an hour long I didn't really want to dig too far into this topic but let's do this anyways an item like nasher's tooth is an item that is very helpful for those that need the extra attack speed to duel kite or just CS more effectively or for those who rely more solely on their e as their main form of damage normally this is the pressy attack play style however the item itself has everything that Teemo as a champion needs to succeed attack speed AP AP scaling and ability haste there will always be various opinions for a lot of items everywhere both high rank and low rank are neither correct nor incorrect if you believe that you play better with nasher's tooth choose it as your first item if you believe it inhibits your ability to snowball so be it but do not put down other players because you don't think it's an optimal build you are playing the game the way it makes you feel comfortable and so are they does this mean that you always need to take this item as a first pick no it's a really good first pick item into the early game but it falls short into the late game it's great into bruisers that are letting you freely poke them and kite them the same could be said about squishies who are very easy to kill or into tanks where you're not really ever going to kill them outside of lane or level six so you concentrate on your Cs and your AB ility to kite to survive that matchup now we talking about an item like leandre's it's more designed for Q andr oriented play Styles letting you do more safe Pok and damage and also clear waves more quickly but you're sacrificing the ability to be mobile due to as we previously discussed ability Max instead of investing solely into your e and into your W the mass majority will always invest into their e and their q no matter what build they're playing because they believe that if they do more damage they will kill them before they get killed that's really such a backwards way of thinking about it think of it like cooking you want to cook an egg so you put the burner on high which burns the egg and makes it taste bad however cooking it on low to medium gradually Cooks the egg and it tastes much better while also avoiding a burnt pan that you will now have to scrape clean because you were too eager to get it over with sure you're going to get more out of your damage when you're actually fighting a lane that is in your benefit like kale vain or singed but as soon as you get caught out or are in a matchup against Garen Darius and Seth you're absolutely going to see a difference in your ability to survive if you do a void W and emac play Styles this is very critical since there are numerous things that you can do with or add to Teemo to improve or degrade your performance this is me for example playing summon ARA after playing my dualist and split pushing build for so long I've been conditioned to playing it far superior than any other build and I'm unwilling to change my play style Behavior because I understand the full extent and limitations of this specific build I have not forgotten how to play the other builds it's just it does not work with my personal play play style the second that I give up on the runes and itemization that make me play to my own strengths is where you notice I cannot play Teemo as well as I should be able to because I am unwilling to change similar to a lot of people who only play shrooms or burst play style figure out what you're good at and continue cultivating it to become stronger or diversify your builds so you can adapt to any situation instead of being conditioned like the rest of us I will die a lot more often and have to rely on my team this makes more sense for a high rank player but for a low ranked player it can be a hindrance where you just want to snowball and close out the game as fast as possible but when you're fighting tanks or bruisers who build properly and play well a rune like summon area is just not going to cut it it's a great learning Rune it's great for safe poke and somewhat okay for team fights but compared to a high stack dark Harvest play style or 4sec Arcane comets that deal more damage in a wide area to more players with a full build you're going to see more success because they are better designed for snowballing and hard carrying into the mid to late game yes Comet sucks early but that's the only drawback it's one of the best play styles for the late game shroom builds because it's consistent so without pressy attack nashers and Greaves as well as the appropriate sub runes and shards I will always be useless even in the lower ranks of iron to Silver not because I'm a horrible player but because I cannot play well against these players because the style of gameplay does not suit me because I've become so a conditioned to those builds that revolves around them because again I want to split push and close out games the easiest way that I know how and not waste time this is why if you ever do see me playing a play style that I do not play often I adjust the runes and items to fit more into a play style that I can work with as you can see with this example malignance is a great first pick if you're playing support it's cheap it activates your shrooms much more sooner and it'll be around the time when you have level six but Solo laning or going into the jungle it's not going to be a great pick because the other items do more overall giving you bonus attack speed Health damage percentage damage and even more while this item alone is giving you absolutely nothing but mana and shroom damage that is all it's great as a third pick or a fourth pick after the lane is over shadowflame is extremely useful when you're snowballing it's got so much for you and all of your other early game items nasher's tooth into if or LeAndre including all of the poison and on hit effects and runes will be able to crit when they fall below 35% HP which is very easy to do when you're playing Teemo while also combining together with prey attacks 8% leandre's 2 to 6% and Shadow Flames 25% bonus damage people just don't seem to understand it's not 8% plus 2 to 6% plus 25% for 39% bonus extra damage it's actually 1.08 * 1.02 or 1.06 time 1.25 which equals 37.4% bonus damage that's not even including kudagra or any of the other runes that increase your percentages when you fall below a specific amount of health so the next time that you snowball out of control think think about the type of play that you're playing and instead of wasting all of your gold on pointless items that are holding you back purchase the ones that are actually going to help you close out a game like with myself for example I would much rather build anthemus chains for defense and health or at the very least I used to when it had great Synergy with the item force of nature reducing a specific mage's damage by 47.5% when fully stacked up on both of the items while also granting a ton of HP survivability and damage along with Mobility but unfortunately that interaction no longer exists meaning me that as a player you have to adapt you can't just keep doing the same thing over and over and over again because it worked many years ago the same thing could be said for Kraken Slayer which finally did get a sizable Nerf making it feel less than it was previously it really does suck but you again have to adapt because nothing is ever going to stay the same and instead of jumping to conclusions you should definitely look over the patch notes because you'd be surprised with how many people don't do that and the end up still building the items that are absolutely useless nowadays builds change so often that it makes it really hard to relay what what kind of builds are best at any given point in time but just keep in mind that a lot of the stuff that you see online especially on YouTube are majorly clickbait and not accurate or fully understood especially for a champion like teimo that has a god- awful insane amount of depth to him and his build optimizations I've gone into details about this more often than I would like to admit and I would much prefer you be referenced the written guide for more understanding or the comment pin below about the best shroom builds or qually known as the mathematically correct Teemo so in this coaching video I want you to feel like I'm actually here to teach you you not little Timmy and not little Tommy over there but you as an actual player and we will attempt to make this as interactive as possible for you this is a very vital step in determining whether you actually want to improve as a player or if you're simply here looking for sources of instant feedback to cover up everything with copium and to stroke your own little ego for whatever reason that may be my question to you is why do you want to climb go ahead and pause the video and just think about that seriously for a few moments a lot of people don't really have a solid reason to improve or very yet they have no incentive to push themselves forward but when they do it's generally something is Trivial as a friend and I use that term loosely laughing and putting you down as a player or even just curiosity on how far that you can actually push yourself but that's usually either a low motivation or high depending on how obsessed you are at truly obtaining achievements and improving yourself as a whole in my case at some point in my life it was more at a spite because people used to say that I was only a goal player who didn't know anything about the game when I was just playing the game for the skin and the border every year so I took it out of spite to get the diamond where the exact same players said the exact same thing but now for climbing to Grandmas or even Challenger sometimes this is enough motivation for people to push themselves harder to get to Challenger and then rub it in that person's face only to see that they didn't actually give a but hey they motivated you to push yourself hard enough to reach your goals though for other players like myself the motivation to show them up washes away because at the end of the day who the hell actually cares what some random person on the internet has to say when the majority of these players do nothing but watch High ranked players and pro play only to project the players that they see on the screen through themselves as they claim that they know so much more than everybody else around them while they're still stuck in Platinum so if you have no reason it's a bit harder to actually want to sit down and get better because just like going to work or school it's a chore more than it is something that you actually want to do especially once you reach a point where it actually does become a chore to maintain what you have currently acquired when you have to spend at least 12 hours a day just farming to maintain your rank this generally creates a sense of urgency to Simply obtain the desired ranks by any means necessary rather than truly playing to improve like a using a meta or severe bug like everyone was doing recently with Teemo and a lot of other enchanters in the support meta once the meta is over they either stop playing once to win right tanks or they keep trying to push or hell they even get themselves boosted by other players only to continue playing after they get to a specific rank only to return to where they belong rankwise once it's all said and done you know the types of players I'm talking about be honest with yourself when I say that these are the types of players that open up their opgg shifting through their own stats claiming that they are better than everybody up until Master tier rather than comparing their stats to their own division where they belong and while they are seeing such large gaps in skill level they are absolutely in no way comparable to higher ranked games they need to compare their own skills to their own Rank and figure out what exactly is going on and what they can do to fix it and start climbing through those specific ranks you climb by maintaining consistency and knowing the game as a whole there are numerous elements that you can employ to improve yourself throughout time it's not something that you can accomplish and improve in an hour it takes time to practice much like going out and exercising or going on a diet you steadily improve so long as you maintain that consistency throughout so if you're not willing to put in the time and effort this video is pointless to you as I'm trying to genuinely help you understand more specifically how to play Teemo and the game in general so while we're still here on this website let's go ahead and check the stats to determine the type of player that you are looking at the main page of your porofessor profile do you see anything that you can improve on if you're better than a typical player in your division that is all that matters but if you see certain similarities or you aren't performing well in certain stats take note of the those problems and write them down for later scrolling down through teimo stats or whatever Champion you're referring to click on their name and access the stats panel then navigate to the farming panel you may notice that your panel appears to dip at 5 to 10 or even 15 minutes and then suddenly come back at 25 minutes this is all because of the phrase a ramming which means that everybody wants to kill each other like they're playing the game mode aam so they all tend to group mid lane at around 5 to 10 to 15 minutes especially after the first Tower Falls no matter which one it is this basically does nothing but waste your time and siphon a lot of exp from everyone around you so suddenly you take a look at the map and see that one enemy player solo split pushing who is now level 18 while the rest of you are level 12 it is a very common issue with low rank players the one player may not have many kills but they have level Cs and gold to take you all on especially if they're playing a champion like yorck or even a champion like trendir it's very important to note that kills do not guarantee that you will win more games yes they can help you buy items and yes they can make you feel good as a player but they don't mean much especially if it's just you getting kills and nobody else your team is getting a single assist or you're not giving them any kills when you can it makes it more pointless and more selfish for you as a player if you feel like you can give a kill to an ally or an assist it's much more effective for you to do that overall as a team orale thing so instead of running around for 5 to 15 minutes and wasting a lot of time and exsp try getting out of Lane before 12 minutes by taking the enemy Tower by being as aggressive as you possibly can this won't always be easy especially if you're fighting somebody like a Scion top because they have really good control of their minion waves Teo does more when he attempts to take control this may seem very scary for some players especially those who are scared and can easily be panicked or just old people but if you're not willing to be aggressive and see what you can and can't get away with as a laner especially in your own rank you'll always drift towards team fights which you do not want to do with Teemo in the lower ranks because you do not have a team 90% of the time because by the time you get to a team fight they're already dead or they've already left you to die to the enemy Champions there are a few ways to actually fix a lot of these issues which we will cover now a very good and simple way to gauge how aggressive you can and can't be in the current game is by checking the champions in the lobby phase gauge the enemy composition and figure out then and there how useful your passive can be for you if you're fighting a Seth with a Mastery as a jungler there really isn't much that they can do to really stop you from controlling the lane as they have nothing that they can use to kill you or reveal you if you play your skills correctly now if you are facing a Darius top and a shacko jungle then suddenly it becomes a completely different situation where you can easily lose that lane by being too aggressive and not watching out for the constant ganks that are going to be applied to you because you are such a easy target for that specific composition and now your passive becomes a death sentence so maxing your W and potentially getting a play style that is more mobile and less burst and poke orientated will do so much for you as a player understanding when you need to be passive aggressive and purely aggressive is very important to know so that you know when you need to go and back off and then go in based on the enemy's body motions if you've been shoving somebody like Darius under their Tower the entire game and suddenly he starts to move forward especially when there's still a big wave on your side what has changed it's plainly obvious to see they're preparing preparing for a gank so that would be your cue to back off and not hide but rather run but for Champions that cannot reveal you and not kill you easily in stealth this is very easy to avoid there are numerous types of players including passive players aggressive players passive aggressive players and toxic players so let's be honest with ourselves I'm an extremely aggressive player who despises losing regardless of why we lost or what game it is and I expect people to play as a fourman team and listen to pings this definitely does come off as self-centered which is very common in this game I personally believe that because of my interest in leading I want people to listen to calls and play around things that I apply to them I'll pretty much do anything to get a lead besides abusing bugs and exploits if that doesn't work I don't do too well with switching into a passive play style because I dislike playing passively or as part of the team unless I'm actually playing a very high rank game which I rarely ever want to do this really does not translate well so you must modify your mindset so that you can always make adjustments when necessary especially when no one wants to support others and would prefer playing a 1v5 so if you can't fight and win by yourself there's no use in maintaining that play style so tone it down or up the intensity depending on how your opponent is currently playing I should probably point out that if you are an iron to Gold player you should definitely continue to play aggressive and don't play Passive until you absolutely have to nothing is more terrible to see than a Teemo player that has zero confidence in their own ability to play their Lane and actually win while that's happening if you do by chance notice somebody on your team that is on the same mental wavelength and reacting to you when you need them the most without pings or even asking that is somebody who you want to be supporting throughout the entire game see Teemo is a champion that needs at least one other person on his team to play in sync with him or at least do very well so that they can both 2 V8 the enemy composition he really doesn't do well in a 1 v9 situation even when he's very fed against certain compositions so I want you to ask yourself what kind of player are you again pause the video and think about this for a moment the typical responses that I usually get from people are I'm a great player but my team is or I'm scared and nobody helps me in my lane or I usually win my lanes and I can't do anything for my team but these things are not often true this could be due to the variety of factors including matchup comprehens ention Champion understanding or simply your inability to react under stress with so much adrenaline running through you as you start to become anxious some of these things can actually be controll to what others may be a bit more difficult to control especially if you're not comfortable with what you are doing it's absolutely okay if you load up your next game and experience that strain sensation in your stomach that makes you feel apprehensive terrified or simply uncomfortable we all get that sensation it's because you're not confident with your own current play style or abilities as a player so you try to hide behind runes and items to compensate for it when reality these feelings are usually directed at easy Champions while it makes more sense to have that feeling towards Champions like NASA with Comet emac or even an Olaf and many of the other tank Champions that will literally make you feel obsolete when they are being played properly if you don't know the matchup buy that champion or play them on the free rotation and test them in the practice tool sure you might not actually be playing that champion but if you understand that champion more physically you'll find all of their weaknesses and strengths and know exactly what you need to do instead of complaining about how hard of a champion they are to deal with with knowledge is a very important thing when you play a champion like Teemo or any others that don't really rely heavily on pressing one button to win their games ask yourself are you comfortable playing the champion or play style that you currently play many players aren't it could be the role the build the style or even the matchups it doesn't always work out for everybody so you do have to find something that complement your strengths as a player if you have to change up your play style or even your runes or builds to make that happen so be it for example I'm never been a fan of topside so I adjusted to go back into the jungle with its inherent sustainability and flexibility to roam anywhere that I want and kill anybody I want as I felt it was much better fit for me than sitting topside and just being bored out of my mind dealing with unkillable raid bosses that will literally One-Shot you while also developing a strategy that really worked well for me which was the ignite Smite timer rotations allowing for the use of ignite twice in the first 6 minutes for a guaranteed First Blood on the enemy in a vertical top rotation and then a possible assist or even a kill once the full rotation is over at top or jungle again at 5 minutes and 30 seconds before the next back at 6 minutes this is all due to the knowledge of knowing that te is a very strong Champion during the first five levels once he hits level six most people on the top side jungle and every other lane will always be able to take you down because if you don't get a lead early you're going to have a hard time actually killing anybody and getting ahead there's no worse feeling than playing Teemo and getting behind and not being able to do anything besides cry behind your Tower I just really wish people would understand it a bit more the higher you climb doesn't actually mean the game gets better it actually becomes pure racism hate griefing trolls it doesn't get better it only gets worse because guess what you're in a rank where you actually have have something to lose your time your sanity and of course your high LP due to the fact that the vast majority of people up there like we previously stated are mostly abusing metas or more specifically are playing to maintain that rank that they acquired by stockpiling their DK Shields without losing hopefully which we previously stated is nothing but a chore and there in lies the problem not to mention the amount of players who get themselves boosted from gold to Diamond where they do not belong which is why you often see so many bad players up there more than anywhere else that you play it could be that they're just having a really bad game but more often than not it's because they don't belong there especially if you're a brand new player or a player who's been playing for many years and you've made a new account this account will not start in a low rank it actually starts in Gold to platinum MMR and then evens out your rank after you play about 60 games which is very discouraging for most new players you can say that low ranked players are worse than high ranked players but they are some of the most chill and fun players to play around because this is not a serious and mental strain on most of them who just want to have a life outside of wanting to legitimately kill themselves over the stress that this G causes so once more think about the type of player that you are how you behave and if it really is something that you find appropriate for your mental and physical health especially if you're planning on trying to climb through the higher ranks so everybody has their dread at matchups and others would definitely disagree on how you label certain things as a threat just because most of us can deal with Champions like Darius better than you can does not mean that you cannot learn how to effectively deal with them so if you're a lowering player you'll definitely see a lot of kha'zix players Katarina players Mastery players and alongside ELO trendir sing kale and whatnot since they are often times much more common you'll be better off Banning such Champions as Katarina or Zed for the overall idea that they are very common snowball Champions people love to play in the low ranks to be a showmaker it's also very common that you'll see Champions like cion Orin yuo or yon or very obnoxious tanks that are horribly annoying to deal with or even effectively giving you the capability of sieging their Tower the only way to actually alleviate this would be to ban that champion or to switch your Ro to support mid or jungle because thinking about it you have a lot of freedom in the mid support or jungle role than you do top side when you can actually do things and get around the map more effectively that being said since we're on this topic it's quite a good choice for you to first pick Teemo if you are playing an off meta role because you can often times trip up the enemy top laner into countering themselves all you would really have to do is Ban one of your most hated Top Lane matchups and just go to your normal role that isn't top and though this may sound boring and trust me it actually is as you advance in League of Legends it becomes increasingly crucial to maintain a quality of Cs of at least 6.5 and preferably higher than seven as well as a lot of vision score of at least 20 to 25 by 30 minutes once again utilizing the poal professor website as a reference after playing X number of games you can identify where you're experiencing issues and begin your self trining so if you notice that your average is higher than 6.5 or even higher than that you can definitely skip this lesson if not please stay here and let's go over how to improve your CS first before we dive into Vision score which is a little bit more complicated and does require an understanding of basic rotations and map tracking to understand it more effectively in depth to the point where you don't even need to use words even though you should still put them down because you'll learn basic tracking to always know where the enemy junglers are currently positioned if you notice that your CS here on average is less than 6.5 which indicat that you have less than 65 CS after 10 minutes you'll need to open up the practice tool and begin practicing which is quite dull but understand this you're entering practice tool with no items no levels no abilities and no runes you are training yourself with a really challenging restriction you may even exceed 6.5 or even 7 CS per minute under this condition knowing this and practicing with last hitting exclusively as well as controlling and thinning out waves when they need to be so they do not crash into your Tower means that you will never have to worry about CS being lost as at this level of practice you have no damage to last hit under Tower you may only get 3.4 in your first try maybe even four or even less than that but the more you practice the better you will grow and then you slap on all those bonus on hit items the AP skills and runes and wow suddenly you've Advanced to a consistent 7 CS or even above that since the items add to your over the extensive CS knowledge and potential and all it takes is for you to take that first step forward so while you are practicing in this game mode do nothing but last hit and as the lane becomes overcrowded begin thinning out the Mages before it crashes after 10 minutes stop what you're doing and evaluate your outcomes when you can see yourself getting a consistent 6.5 average you're ready to move on and this is after a couple of games not just one game I would honestly recommend you do this at least once or at least twice a day one in the morning and one in the afternoon as it is something you're training yourself to do sub consciously without having to focus on it directly condition yourself and you'll have much more of an easier time when taking it into a real game now Vision score is slightly more streamlined let's explain as plainly as possible remember to use these four timers in the early game 2 minutes 30 seconds 4 minutes 20 seconds 6 minutes 10 seconds and 8 minutes precisely why are these timers so important actually it's very simple I want you to go to a recent game that you've played and download the replay follow along with me and my example you see the average jungler will always finish their jungle at 2 minutes and 30 seconds and begin moving to the next one giving you 60 seconds after setting the initial Ward at 2 minutes and 30 seconds to 2 minutes and 40 seconds if they do choose to go from blue side or red side into you next I understand that this is not always going to be what's going to happen but these are the most common timers for consistency so if they don't show up you should know that by 4 minutes to 4 minutes and 20 they will be finishing their topside jungle clear and will be competing for the Scuttle crab or ganking top side looking at these timers you'll notice that they are in the same places they usually are if they aren't it's either because they did a terrible clear early or are playing Champions that go for red gank early game cheese or are simply attempting to go for kills instead of actually being consistent with their leveling regardless of what happens in the early game at 6 minutes and 10 seconds they will typically return to their initial clear after attempting to kill void grumblings at 5 minutes and by 8 minutes they should be mostly prepared to face the dragon or again coming topside now I said it once but I'll say it again it's not always guaranteed to be precise and you must periodically consult the map to determine the course traveled by the enemy jungler if they did show up on the map somewhere at a specific time as well as performing other mental calculations it may sound complex but it's actually rather simple and extremely strong when employed by a skill player for example I as a Teo jungler use this information to track enemies we cannot currently see so in this example we cleared Elisa's jungle alone because our top laner decided to go AFK and not assist me doing red to Raptor because if we did Red to kug we would have to fight her at a disadvantage once we reached Raptors we do have to reveal ourselves to the current wave on the map because we didn't obtain a leash which we will go into detail shortly about this normally would have required us to stand still and wait for the minion wave to pass which would have allowed for her to be in the jungle with us and also give her enough time to rotate on the other side of the map to take my jungle but in this case I opted to just go for it hoping that she would be blind enough to not notice and use the information as a way to track her which was the ward that we drop at 2 minutes so she completes her blue side jungle at 2 minutes and 30 seconds indicated by her location in the bushes at 2 minutes and 40 and then decides to double back around this immediately changes my focus to returning to my own jungle as a level three rather than a level two to contest and defend because using basic information there is nothing for her on that side of the map she just cleared everything there so we get there and shut her down pinging her current location to our allies for assistance so throughout everything we've just been playing timers and now we check the map and realize that there is only one potential outcome for her or take while we did just reveal ourselves that we were very low HP around redside and that is to invade my blue side while I'm on red but it seems like people really underestimate teo's ability to sustain well in the jungle so we do get back to 100% HP and we do what needs to be done swiftly finish red and meet her where we expect her to be keeping her out of the early game so you just like this so much as it many other players because it's very oppressive knowing when and where people will appear based on basic information provided by the mini map is extremely helpful and I understand that many people do not have the attention span for this type of tracking but using the basic timer comp compensates for this so you don't have to worry about it too much as long as you remember these timers you can generally pinpoint where they are and when you need to start placing your Wards during the laning phase Teo like many other Champions has a very good early game clear in the jungle therefore he can easily match and occasionally outmatch his opponents in his clear speed if he does have a leash which takes me to the next point so if you are playing anybody topside and your jungle requests a leash please just grant it to them it is a team game and while you may want to selfishly set up a level one cheese the negative mental retaliation that can result from not playing as a team can ultimately cost you more games than wins especially if they throw a tant trump and run it down or even abandon you to the faith of the ganks that you're going to be getting you didn't leash me so you're not getting anything from me it's partially true but it's also both of your faults well yes it could be frustrating when a champion starts topside blue or topside red it's common courtesy for you to be there for them as a team giving them no more than six and no less than five Auto attacks this will prevent you from losing any minions and keeping them content and eager to assist you later on if you do need a gank another reason for doing five to six Auto attacks is so that your poison doesn't end up killing it while we're on the subject of mentality let me explain how things typically unfold for the average normal Teemo player a good Teo player will use all of his knowledge to make Top Lane as miserable as possible for their opponents he is an anti-fun champion who is an expert at causing a lot of mental damage which often results in them typing up a 10 page essay on how their jungler is useless and how they need help or how pathetic you are as a player because you're playing Teo but because of this toxic mentality it becomes more likely that they will want this specific player to lose this game because it's much more satisfying to hurt somebody on your team than it is to show them up in skill so at a below average team home frequently what happens is they behave in this manner they lose their Lane because they play Super passively into Champions that they can generally do very well into but because of their own inability to take control and learn how to change their perspective on the current situation they rely way too heavily on their allies to pick up their slack just as they do with the runes and the items that they choose It's A coping mechanism for their failure to adjust as they and many other players similar to a 013 yo need to find a scapegoat to cover up for them to make them look better than they actually ever will be this is what's going to make you lose more games out of spite because nobody likes a sore loser think about it for a second so you've been playing League of Legends all day you lost your last matchup and you recued for another game you're still pissed off about that last game so you go into an equally more frustrating game you're more likely to say I'd rather the team of mine lose than try to put any effort into actually winning this you should always take a nice long break after losing a game so what ends up happening is even if your teammates are doing really really well you've just gone into two back-to-back games where you've lost your lane and you can't do anything so it makes you feel miserable and project all of that rage onto that new team which again can destroy their mental and make you lose because they put in the same mentality which is you're a bad player so you don't deserve the win this just adds even more fuel to the fire because it's like gambling this game is very toxically addictive you've now lost two games because of your own attitude getting in the way so you think to yourself I need to play one more game to get back to LP I just lost one loss turns into two losses two losses turns into 16 straight losses if your MMR is absolutely where you're gaining like 5 LP and then losing 27 you're going to have to play upwards to three or four games to get the lp you just lost from that one game it's absolutely demoralizing this is why people would instill do buy and create new accounts with a fresh MMR reset because your MMR goes higher than what you actually have so winning a game grants you anywhere from 28 LP and you end up losing 5 LP because it's in good standing so the next time you win or lose check your LP gains if you're gaining 15 and losing 15 it means that you're an average player it's going to be rough to climb because once you lose and win it means you don't make much progress if you're winning 5 to8 LP and losing 23 or more you're in a rank where you do not belong and the game is definitely trying to push you down meaning one loss means you need to win at least three or four games to get that LP back that is extremely frustrating and I can understand that now if you're playing and winning about 25 to 28 LP and only losing 5 to six you're either a new player with a fresh MMR account or a Smurf meaning that if you lose five games in a row that leaves literally zero impact on your climb regardless you can see how frustrating it can be when you see a high ranked player like myself or other players playing from Iron to platinum and winning with a 80 to 95 win rate in hundreds of games and then managing to get to a high rank without so much as lifting a finger this is often times because it's a fresh account with very high MMR which means we see so little of the actual lower ranks because we're skipping all of the Bots trolls Griefers and Smurfs this is all because of the promotional times to skip if you're playing far superior to what normally would be possible for that division with long win rates and an overall high performance you will skip to the higher tiers so you can see a ton of players doing this while Duo which is the most frustrating part because then they claim it's super easy to climb out it's not they remove every single aspect that makes it difficult to climb the afks the Bots the trolls the Griefers the Mindless abandon of objectives and team oriented play Styles all so that they can skip to a higher division they can't even reach with their normal MMR on their main accounts I've done it they've done it and you've probably tried to do it at some point in your life as well because it is the easiest way to climb into the higher ranks without actually having to try and just jumping to a higher rank saying it's extremely easy to climb when it actually is not because we're actually abusing A system that helps us get out of that type of situation which is playing with a lot of bad players it's called ELO hell for a reason compared to actually having to play 300 games perfectly to make an actual impact and climb out of that hell MMR is very hard to adjust once you're stuck you need to either make a new account or play at least 60 games for it to start relocating you and if you're wondering no MMR does not dek meaning that if you don't play your account for 2 years it's always going to stay where you were last time meaning if I went back to my main accounts which I rarely ever do I'm going to have to fight Master players and I really don't want to do that nor do I want to play 60 games to reallocate my account down to a lower ranking here's a pretty good tip by the way for when you're starting your ranked climb you can dodge as many as the 10 placements as you want without actually losing your placement or LP think of this place as a safe haven so you see people griefing and trolling you can take a 5-minute Dodge timer however you want to be careful because after a back-to-back Dodge you will get either a 15 minutes or 30 minute Dodge timer if you dodge three times in a row you'll be either banned for 12 hours or you'll get placed in a five-game lever Buster which means that you now have to wait 30 minutes for each game I'll definitely take the first two Dodges and then call it a day for that server and then move on to a different account but for those who do not like doing this or for those who do not have a secondary account you can find either a secondary Champion to play or in my case just teleport Yumi Smite the Ally that Target banned you so what will they do you did nothing wrong and now they are the ones that get punished so long as you don't type and just play normally while griefing them them here and there just like dodging games so long as you keep this to a minimum you'll never get reported and you'll never get banned so long as you don't do it like 10 games in a row just keep in mind that mentality can play a huge role in you winning or losing while we're on the subject of mentality there are several things that you can do to make it much more easier for you to focus on your game rather than wasting time arguing with the community as doing so is similar to walking into a preschool for today's children disrespectful cares only about themselves always yelling always swearing always saying it's somebody else's fault it's a complete waste of your time you can't really talk sens to anybody these days therefore it's a very nice optional thing for you to do and I strongly encourage it to Simply disable all chat and team chat you do not need these functions period pings alone can help you get through the low and mid-range tiar now that we're also on the subject of settings make sure you have a comfortable configuration you should aim for a variety of things I do observe that many player settings all over the world for whatever reason are just a mess of issues holding them back quite a bit simple things like their contrast being set to maximum maybe they have a dark screen that's perfectly fine but if you don't have one that's really going to cause issues you're not going to be able to see things around you or having your mouse set to the smallest size possible and also the fastest speed possible it's going to be very hard for you to actually hit any of your targets when you're trying to kite and fight maybe you don't like using qw R and you'd rather have that set to 1 2 3 4 while also having WD set for your camera settings it's really up to you generally you want to respond quickly and be able to see what you're doing but let's go over some of these settings that Teo players really should be focusing on disabling and enabling since again he needs to respond quickly and needs certain functions to play better your main hockey should be set to Quick cast again the remaining selections for your abilities and items are optional you can edit these as you see fit and by default quickcast indicator is enabled so you should definitely disable this or your skills will be delayed causing you to miss a blind or take too long to throw down a shroom this is also optional but you can assign your laugh dance and other emotes to a single button for example I enjoy spamming laugh but I hate pressing control 4 thus it is placed on the space bar where my thumb patiently rests giving me more ease of access pings and sound effects are all you really need in terms of sound to warn and help you focus more than hearing an ally has been slain which is very loud and unpleasant your chat should also be set to zero and plac into the top left corner of the screen where you cannot see or even interact with it allowing you to concentrate on the game as a whole I actually had a friend that kept chat directly in the center so he can easily talk other players when they said something personally I enjoy my mini map at the maximum since it allows you to take short glances and get the bigger picture of what's Happening without having to take too much of your time which does allow you to focus more on your surroundings in Lane but most players will say that they can't because it's too huge and gets in the way when they accidentally click on it the general problem that I see is that they also have everything else set to Max that being their HUD their chat so it's very difficult to see or do anything so you need to find something with the settings big enough so you can see things but also small enough that you can actually play with removing the names above your character can help you focus more some may find it distracting because it can't obscure minions HP enough for you to miss your mouse setting should be rapid and controllable you're not here playing an RTS like Starcraft with micromanagement and speed movements nor are you playing a casual idler game where you don't really have to make many inputs you must be able to make a quick and accurate response so you want to select parameters that work best for you a really good example of this would be recently I got myself a new mouse the previous mouse that I had was a slightly lower DPI and adjust it and tailored to my personal preference I had that Mouse for 6 years and you can imagine how difficult it was to get used to the new settings you can see more of the game if you have your camera locked and positioned with the fixed offset settings or these semick settings to always have eyes on your character and your surroundings this is an often debated topic as it's more of a personal preference if you're coming from a game like Dota or other RTS genres where you're constantly controlling the camera it makes more sense to have it unlocked but for Teo he doesn't really need to look away from himself because it's a good way to get yourself killed and having it set to semick camera in my opinion gives you the best of both without fully committing to either of them this is the same concept as flash on D or Flash on F some people become extremely aggressive and condescending to others that do not follow the same path that they do as a player yet somehow we still have plenty of people of varying ranks using both Styles and still climbing this final setting is extremely important many players have it enabled but you should always have it disabled by default because it will make Teemo have a harder time using his passive and escaping because it would automatically attack minions and champions nearby without your consent often times you'll see players just standing there not moving idle allowing the game to play itself which is something you should never do what you should be doing is actually playing the game moving around and not standing still because the more you stand still the much more easier it is for a top laner to hit you with a skill shot and a lot more easier it is for them to get away if you haven't positioned to get behind them when they've made a fatal mistake even if you have the most convoluted keybinds known to man so long as it works for you it's none of our business you shouldn't have to listen mimic and bend before some egotistical who expects you to perform precisely like them you are yourself play inside your comfort zone I suppose I should add one more thing Teo is not zerth or a champion that really needs to play with an unlocked camera I've just always found it more of a hindrance since I use the mini map in HP pools to see what's actually going on around the map and if I need any further information I can just press f2 F3 F4 or F5 to see my other allies and then immediately snapping back to to my Champion as this is often a good way to get yourself killed because you're so focused on something else but yourself believe me when I say that if somebody encourages you to play one Rune and one build only to easily and effortlessly climb to a higher rank it's not really taking your current Rank and your understanding of the game into consideration something like playing Fleet foot grasp or phase rush for example from Iron to Diamond it's just not the same as dominating from Iron to gold with dark Harvest or electrocute and then taking full control of your games and all of the mistakes that they make and it also makes it vastly more difficult for you to get used to multiple play Styles because you get conditioned into the benefits of that one play style making it feel terrible to change and adapt to many of the other play styles that do not feel the same so let's just say you are playing something like grasp the undying and you're playing that very passively or passive aggressively and then you see other Teo players around the world playing something like dark Harvest and they're absolutely dominating everybody they're getting dark Harvest Stacks up to 30 60 and they're just one-shotting everybody with one shroom meanwhile you're playing grasp of the undying and then you try to adapt the build by taking those items and putting them into a grass play style but it's the runes and items together working to give you that kind of damage but if you're playing something like grassp of the undying and a different play style it just doesn't feel the same and it doesn't do the same a true Teo player will always adjust and take control of the present situation based on which runes and items will assist them in winning even in the most difficult Lanes so climbing to a higher rank with something like Fleet foot from Diamond Plus makes a lot more sense because you're not alone you actually have a team and you have fewer OPP opportunities to take control of the lane by yourself because you tend to fight more Fighters and bruisers than you do in the lower ranks like atrox or Jace than in the lower ranks where they're mostly playing nothing but tanks so again trying to play something like Fleet foot that does barely any damage compared to something that's going to actually deal damage to a tank in the earlier levels to help you get out of Lane and rotate to help your teammates makes more sense instead of letting them scale to the mid to late game and take control so if you are a new player I always recommend playing summon Ary or Comet because these play Styles while they are different and not very powerful in helping you win games will allow you to gain infinite Mana allowing you to focus on the game and match up knowledge as a whole once you feel like you've mastered the champion Basics you can start removing some of these runes and play styles to adjust for what you feel like you need and what makes you more comfortable so not everybody will agree with every Rune build because everybody needs something to help them be a slightly better player many players tend to leave their Lane when they observe a large fight or even a minor Skirmish going on around Scuttle crab at around 4 minutes or even slightly later around 10 minutes while they are tracked behind a tower and a large minion wave you must understand why we try to take control of the early game by shoving most of our early game waves and punishing the enemy top laner as much as we can especially while getting a level to Advantage it's so that if they do by chance fight top side around 4 minutes and 20 seconds you will be able to leave your lane and rotate while having the advantage to do so which we call Priority so this allows you to avoid losing many if not all of the enemy minions because the enemy Tower is thinning out yours making it impossible for your minions to kill their minions however if the top laner rotates with you they will lose a lot of gold and exp allowing you to gain ground on them in terms of both level and in Gold doing this will offer you about 15 to 20 seconds to help depending on the size of your wave and also if it's a Canon minion wave but do not chase them if they start running away it's best to return to maintain your lane and focus on getting out sooner rather than what we spoke about prior which is wasting time utilizing previously mentioned timer rotations if you and your team manage to sneak into the enemy side and steal their red or if you're convinced that they are the champions Who start red it will be up at 7 minutes and 10 seconds or slightly after that you might be wondering how is this significant to you as a player well that would be because of your first back to base at 6 minutes this allows you to buy your tier 2 boots first as well as some damage items and of course a control Ward which you should always buy and always place down if your current control Ward is being taken down you'll have a lot of people complain that doing this is a waste of your own gold but think about it this way you're giving the enemy free exp and free gold if you don't using both tracking in Lane priority you can crash the next wave which is a Canon minion wave and then rotate into the enemy jungle to take their red because most people at 6 minutes and 10 seconds will either be botside doing their common second clear or by 7 minutes and 20 and 10 minutes and 30 will be ready to either gank go botside midside or will continue clearing to go through their topside jungle meaning it just takes 15 seconds to get in steal their buff and even kill them if they aren't paying attention giving you an even bigger lead on your top laner with increased sustainability and damage while also missing about one to two minions the reason why that we don't mention blue side is because it's not a good buff for team out and it isn't easy to escape due to the blast cone that is right beside the baron pit getting you out of Harm's Way if top and mid try to collapse on your location it's actually one of the reasons why he has a higher win rate on red side than he does on blue side however unlike them I like playing on blue side because you have more agency and more safe plays on that side of the map when you're in the red jungle being able to blast cone over Baron pit and also hide in the pixel bush in the top side however if you reverse my rolles and give me jungle I do way better on red side because it has way more Agency on doing vertical top rotations sure you can still try to steal the enemy blue buff but again if you have any issues with Mana that's a u problem not taking the right runes and items to maintain Mana as we previously mentioned it's all personal preference really well yes there are core builds that a lot of players simply copy from websites and from the recommended shop order which is dedicated by the millions of players playing Teemo on that server and whatever Champion you are playing in the current state of the meta play and build what you feel comfortable on and what helps you do more in your games not mine not his or hers yours so some people love GBS because it offers the attack speed a lot of players like myself feel like they can't do without but also hate nasher's tooth because they want to deal damage with something like leandre's so they take Greaves as a replacement for the speed of nashers and then go leandre's While others prefer a more e priority and go Greaves with nashers and other AP on hit items whereas other players would prefer taking sorceries or of course swifties for more of the harder matchups there are just way too many builds yet many of them make sense While others are created by people who haven't read what the items do or how they affect Teemo if you don't know anything about the item item You're Building look it up on the Wikipedia The Tool tip doesn't provide enough information even after you use shift to expand into that information and if you still can't understand it there are tons of communities that are willing to help you understand it's actually intentionally dumb down to confuse you with the way that they often wear things while omitting critical details that the community provides with these in-depth explanations and even sometimes minor things like synergies no matter who you are what rank you hold what your play style is or your opinions are you will always have the opportunity to learn something new from anybody you interact with Teo was one of the most knowledge Reliant champions in the game because he relies significantly on your comprehension as a player think about that for a second you've just played 10,000 games of Teemo and eventually climb to Diamond or higher only to suddenly say that I want to play another champion who is actually good at playing and winning without much effort but all of the knowledge that you gained from Teo has now become a second nature which like csing causes you to play naturally far better than you ever could have without learning these things and with such a handicap such as Teemo teimo is well versed in Solo pushing and not being a part of the team in low ranks and controll ring the lane of map with vision and impressive shroom plays whereas if two or three players from the enemy team come up to kill you your allies can now shove as four while your shrooms pick people off this does become progressively more difficult at the higher ranks as you're more focused Less on trying to get a lead but more on the survivability and trying to group with your allies to help you win together rather than being dragged down by bad players from Iron to Gold over the last couple years it's actually been quite depressing to see so many content creators just making clickbait content with builds that you would see from a website like ultimate bravery and then using their ranks to to make it look like it's super strong and viable to those who just do not know any better there are a lot of players who would genuinely like to climb out of lower rank but with how high ranked players look down upon them it's tough when ego mentalities claim it's super easy when often times they go down to a lower Rank and doo que with other Diamond Plus players removing every single issue that you see with the lower ranks it's just upsetting because it's not easy depending on what the situation is one of the biggest issues a lot of people fail to realize is that because you're in the lower tiers Teemo is a very common Champion there and thus he is most likely to be played or banned compared to the higher tiers because everybody hates him or everybody loves him this alone makes it almost impossible to play him exclusively as a one-trick pony and again is why I would always recommend that you either pick up a backup Champion to play or just Dodge or force a Dodge when you eventually break past those tiers and see the top ranks it's less about having fun and more about you using your experience to survive play well and avoid major mistakes because higher ranked players will know how to deal with you compared to the lower ranks they will know the right builds itemizations and what your main strength is which is your optimization as well as your capacity to fall behind severely and become completely useless at level six and onwards I do sincerely hope that this in-depth coaching guide of the fundamentals as well as the understanding of Teemo will assist you and many other players in playing a little bit better in attempting to understand why they are horrible or why they may need to improve videos like this take weeks if not months to complete and I doubt I'll be doing any more League of Legends videos because I have a lot more fun playing other and new games however if you still have any questions on Teemo you need not worry because all of the resources are there for your viewing and listening Pleasures if you still have any questions after everything we've gone over with the written and spoken dialogue you can always ask us on our teos unit at Community Discord server or the Teo talk subreddit we all love you and we hope that you enjoy what you all enjoyed
