The NFL HATES What The Denver Broncos Are Doing…

all right ladies and gentlemen welcome back to the channel so now we're going to be talking about the Denver Broncos and I'm going to explain why the NFL media is completely overreacting to their first preseason game Russell Wilson and the Broncos starters were out there for a chunk majority of the first half they're getting absolutely clowned on social media right now and here's the reality of the situation it was never intended to be a quick fix when Sean Payton came over in town for this Denver Broncos team now the Broncos last year were extremely injured and I'm not using that word lightly they were extremely injured the simple edition of Sean Payton and a healthy roster are enough to be a Difference Maker because this defense is so freaking good and there's so much talent on the offensive side but keep in mind that based on football's Outsiders adjusted games lost formula the Broncos were impacted by injuries more than anybody else in the league last season so with the law of averages you know injuries could be on their side in this upcoming season now they're getting inflamed so much for their past protection now I will admit the first couple of plays for the Broncos were not beautiful but here's the thing a lot of the issues with the Broncos offensive line or just the way the first couple of possessions of the game went most of it is timing mechanics just learning learning the system learning where to be learning where not to be right we're in pre-season football preseason football people are going to overreact to the highs they're going to overreact to the lows you know playing these starters you're gonna all you hear right now is oh what if these guys get injured but then you know if the Broncos didn't play their starters the entire preseason and they started slow in the first two or three games of the regular season it would be why didn't these guys you know why weren't the starters in in preseason like you can't win here's the thing all right here's the thing with that Broncos game and keep in mind this stat doesn't sound good but before we get into it if you guys enjoy it be this video be sure to hit that like button hit that sub the statistics all right Russell Wilson had 14 drop backs against the Arizona Cardinals on Friday out of those 14 dropbacks he completed seven passes he threw six incompletions three of those incompletions were drops and one of those was batted down at the line of scrimmage now also out of these 14 dropbacks Wilson was sacked once he was hurried four times and he was also hit four times now I will say most of that happened beginning in the game there was certainly improvement with the pass protection as the game went on especially with the starters I know especially you know once the first team went down in in the second half you know I know the Broncos offensive line continued to struggle but the stats aren't that bad okay but Russell Wilson only had a clean pocket three times in the preseason game all right he ended up being the most pressured quarterback over the first week of the preseason by Under by being under pressure 64 of the time Jared Stidham is third on the list facing pressure 59 of the time so I get it the overreactions and by the way those statistics coming from my hotreport.com a great website it's alarming but these are things we knew right we knew the Broncos past protection last season wasn't great we knew it was a huge point of emphasis and once again just to reiterate the point Rome wasn't built in a day like Rome was never built in a day these things take time here's what I think the Broncos season will look like for this upcoming year I think the offense like I said not a quick fix you're still going to have some issues you're still going to have some timing issues you're still going to make mistakes limit the penalties limit the turnovers put some points on the board you know convert touchdowns rather than vehicles I know these things go without saying but that defense for the entire next season is going to keep you in every football game this Broncos defense is top five to be it's completely loaded with defensive Talent maybe because there aren't like crazy big name High leverage dollar amount free agents that people know the Broncos defense is good but I don't think that they kind of understand just how the Broncos defense is for example in their preseason game they looked the defense looked unreal they looked unreal okay and these are not you know all starters playing so your defense Gonna Keep you a lot of football games but offensively even with mistakes even with hiccups Russell Wilson and Sean Payton Javonte Williams Jerry Judy there's so much talent on the offensive side of things that they're gonna put points on the board and their defense is going to keep you in football games so if you can move the chains you know if you can limit sax if you can limit holding calls offside calls you know stupid momentum killing offensive line penalties well the Broncos are gonna they're gonna win names all right you know I could see this Broncos team getting off to like a four and three start a five and four start something of sorts I don't think they'll be below 500 and then in the second half of the season that's when things start to click that's when Russell Wilson and Sean Payton begin their magic you're gonna see flashes you're gonna see glimpses we even saw some glimpses in Russell Wilson you know 7-13 93 yards in the touchdown he had a nice touchdown pass to Jerry Judy where he was getting pressured for uh was a 21-yard touchdown like they're gonna put up enough points on the board to win football games it's not going to be like it was last season because like I said statistically they were unbelievably injured but keep in mind they were so top heavy injured it really was quite crazy but I think people are really really really overreacting to that first preseason game and like we said people are going to overreact to the first preseason game regardless but that offensive line is going to improve it might not be perfect week one you might you know not be might not be good week one might not be good in the first month of the season but as long as Russell Wilson's healthy as long as these these main key players are healthy you're still going to put up points and you're still going to win football games so these are things we knew Russell Wilson and the starters or a lot of the starters rather playing in majority of the first half of the game we knew it right Broncos fans especially knew it they saw the dysfunctionality within the often specifically just stupid mistakes last season and Sean Payton you know one of the first things he said was I have to fix all of the chaos that was here from last season we have to fix these mistakes and learn the right Tendencies so it's not a quick fix and people are just already writing the Denver Broncos off because they lost to the Arizona Cardinals in the first preseason game Peyton Manning got his ass handed to him by what Ryan Lee 33-3 in his first ever preseason game and Broncos fans especially know how but Peyton Manning's career ended up so I get it we take it with a grain of salt mistakes are still mistakes but I'm gonna give the Broncos the benefit of the doubt because these are things we knew were going to happen at the end of the day you want to be running as a team you want to be hitting your stride hitting your momentum you want to be peaking as a team by the end of the season right if you're in the playoffs if you make the playoffs you have as good of a chance as anybody in the playoffs so with Sean Payton Russell Wilson Javonte Williams Jerry Judy the bloated defense that you have this team makes the playoffs well they're as good of a bet as anybody else in the playoffs now I don't want to jump the gun here but my point still stands the Denver Broncos will be more than fine but it's not going to be quick and you're going to have hiccups and you're gonna have you know moments of frustration but you have to be patient you have to trust and believe in the plan and I'm
