Here is the best way to farm in BTD6 that’ll let you get a Paragon or even a VTSG by round 40. It all starts with Benjamin – you’ll want to place him down as early as you can. Once that's done, we'll get a banana farm and upgrade it to a 2-0-0. Repeat this step until you have 5 or 6 of these Farms down. Now we'll upgrade all our farms to 2-0-2s and sell them once we can afford a 0-4-0 heli pilot with the money. The reason we upgraded the farms to 2-0-2s is because Banana salvage increases how much they sell for by more than the cost of the upgrade, so you'll get several hundred more dollars from selling them this way. Once we have the Support Chinook, we’ll want to do the Punji Stall, which just means locking the chinook in place at the very start of the track (This works on every map). This will permanently stall any round as its blowback keeps the bloons off screen where they can’t be popped. This let’s us use the chinook’s ability a couple times per round, making us tons of money. Now, you can only use this ability for the first 3 minutes of every round (1 minute with fast forward on), meaning it can drop a max of 3 crates per round if its ability is ready right away and you activate it right when it comes off cooldown every time. To make sure that I got 3 uses every round, I used a tech bot, but this isn’t necessary as using supply drop twice per round will still be faster than any other farming method. From here, we’ll keep stalling the rounds, spamming supply drop and work towards another support chinook. I like to build this second one inside the range of 2 discount villages, but it isn’t necessary. Once we get the second chinook, lock it to the middle of the track and use it for defense, as we only need the first chinook to stall the rounds. And if you’re struggling pulling off the Punji stall, upgrading the first Chinook to a 0-4-2 seems to make it a bit easier. This will snowball out of control pretty quick as each chinook will be generating about $5,000 per round (if you use supply drop 3x per round). Just keep getting more and more of them and watch the money come flowing in. Just be careful of rounds with lead bloons, as chinooks can’t pop them, but placing an alchemist or bomb shooter near the stalling chinook will be enough to break that outer layer and start the stalling process. Once you have a few chinooks, buff them all with a monkey city as this will make every chinook produce 20% more money per round. Now, you can continue this as long as you want, but it does take a while as you have to wait for the abilities to come off cooldown several times every round. What I did was farm this way until the boss came on round 40, and afterwards switched over to a Banana Central and BRFs. And with this insane head start, I ended up with over $7,000,000 going into the elite tier 5 Vortex. I did this again later and managed to get a degree 30 Apex Plasma Master for the tier 1 boss, but that was very overkill. But that’s the fastest way to farm in BTD6. If you’re interested in taking this farming strat to the next level, you should watch Punji’s tutorial as he found this out and manage to get a VTSG with it by round 40.
