500 g / 1 pound Beef. Hello my friends 🤗😘. What is your favorite kind of meat? Beef, pork, chicken or seafood? Transfer the meat to a bowl. Add 1 tsp Baking soda. Rub the baking soda on your meat, making sure to cover all sides. Baking soda acts as a meat tenderizer by changing the physical composition of meat fibers. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes. 1 big clove garlic or 2 small. 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar. 1/2 tsp Black pepper. 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes. 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar. 2 tbsp Olive Oil. 1 tbsp Chili sauce. Mix well. Rinse the meat well with water. Blot moisture with a paper towel. 2 tbsp Olive oil. Place the meat in a pan and fry over high heat for 2 minutes on both sides. 1 Onion. Transfer the meat to a plate. 1 tbsp Butter. Add onion and fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. 1/2 Red bell pepper and 1/2 Green bell pepper. Add bell pepper to the pan and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Return the meat to the pan. Cover with sauce. Mix well and cook over low heat for 8-10 minutes. mmm…delicious 😋.
