lots of people think that as a Buddhist nun is just do meditation but we believe that helping other is our religious and we think that sitting in one place doing meditation is not that much affected in these days [Music] [Music] [Music] our order to powder especially when it comes to nunnery this is an example for the rest of the female practitioner particular then you know for the rest of the women in general so when it comes to the male practice really traditionally a beautiful bed from tibet himalayas and always had position people look up back up to them but when it comes to the nunnery a female practitioner it's not as expected then none so further don't do much in our cases is a golden opportunity and we can do whatever you would like to there is no such restrictions for example during the spiritual spiritual dances the nulls never did it before moving into bed and all the never monks are always there they always do perform all these dances but we are very lucky and very fortunate to have those chances because our guru has given us freely sort of time so here in this energy we do it from top to bottom from the puja from the dances from the leading from office in everything presently I think we are around 500 nuns here in this memory the youngest one now is nine years old older there is no no such now in age it depends on your your original session and your motivation why you would like to become nuns I have telling that conquer is not for fighting alone usually many many people's thing like that but for me learning kung fu' is very important to our own inner meditations Kofu is I would say it's a it's an art it's an art you know which is not only designed for me and it really gives you immense sort of confidence mentally physical fitness [Music] that's why we come up with a couple three to do to learn every single month [Music] we have to take our own safety like safe defense because we have doing lots of potatoes I can gather we go out of our nanny very far [Music] our philosophy of motivation and devotion works with compassion and actions when we don't have this console that time whatever difficulty things come we get tired and we give up very quickly but we since we learned conceal we are mentally and physically fit in song so we thought that since we are a man and doing these things by doing we share with other young girls because young girls are our future if we teach them how to defend ourselves how to emotionally and physically strong it's very important many many people who don't like it like doing kung-fu by nuns you know it doesn't go with their mind every day they will definitely disagree and even the dances when it comes to spirituality many great masters they're sort of shocked they said we have never heard the female practitioner or the nuns performing such mask dances I really like it but then you know we have never stopped it you know because we have given the great opportunity by the master so you know there is no restriction so we do it by doing it the stereotypes or the that mindset seems to be sort of how to say dispelling language Hey yeah so so we are trying our best if we focus on criticism then we cannot walk outside so that's why I myself believe that we should never listen to criticize we I said none really wanted to help other even in a spiritual way or even in a social way you know until our breath is here we would like to serve this earth we would like to help locally so one day I hope that they there will be a level of men implement so there are no fear no less confidence no emotional torture for me for me I'm very proud to be a super orphan and the girls can walk the talk if they get opportunities [Music] [Music] you you
