[Music] what's up victory family so good to see all of you right here at church online and to all of our online family watching in cities around the country and some pockets around the world welcome to victory church you know family one of the things that i've learned in my 18-year journey with the lord is that one of the most powerful experiences we will ever have in this life is when we hear from god and we hear from him clearly now i'm not talking about um some of that nonsense we see on social media where you know somebody was said they heard from god he told them what color shoes to put on what color outfits to put on god speaks to them every second of every day i'm not talking about that the truth is the majority of us we don't hear god's voice every second of every day we don't hear him clearly every single day but there are those moments in our christian journey when we hear from god so clearly he speaks to us and is undeniable it comes through his word it comes through a deep impression on the inside via the person of the holy spirit it comes through something we see in the stimulus around us something we see on television some word that comes up from a friend it is a very powerful thing when we hear directly from god himself and one of the things that i see as a major challenge in our culture is that oftentimes we trample under our foot the times when god speaks to us clearly i want you to think about the impact of an eternal heavenly being breaking through the cosmos to get a singular message to a human being on the earth how should we value when god communicates to us how should we value when god sends us a clear direct word of guidance of instruction of confirmation of encouragement how should we respond to when god speaks to us we should take the word that comes from the lord very very seriously and family what i want to do in this particular message in our time together uh today is a very very special day in the life of our church this is a very special message in the life of our church i want to use this message to share with you something that i am convinced that god spoke to me about very very clearly so let me take a moment to just pray for all of you that god will settle our hearts that i may share with you what i believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that god has spoken to me concerning our church in the future of where he's taken us eternal god and of a wise father we humble ourselves right now god in your presence we give you thanks and praise for who you are the creator of heaven and earth the lord of glory the one who said to us that your word is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our pathway the one who said that all of our days were written before one of them came to be the one who walks with us in every valley and meets us on every mountaintop the one who said you will never leave us nor forsake us father god i pray in the name of jesus as i prepare to communicate this word that you have given to me for our entire church family and for those who follow us in the city of atlanta father god i pray you would drive away every distraction every thought every worry every care that in this moment it does not matter but father god i pray across this platform wherever our family is gathered and scattered across the city of atlanta and its metropolitan area i pray spirit of the living god you would breathe on this time that we are together [Music] i pray you will draw every single man woman and teen to yourself i pray you will cause us to lean in with our heart to lean in with our soul to lean in with our spirit father i pray this word though everyone may not understand it would not fall on deaf ears but father god i pray it would fall on the good ground of hearts who are ready to move the gospel forward spirit of the living god meet us right where we are right in that home right in that car wherever we are gathered right now hearing this message together as a church scattered across the metro atlanta area help me holy father to communities communicate this clearly to your people in the mighty and majestic and matchless name of the lord jesus christ amen and amen and amen family it was january 2012 when my wife lena and i gathered in a small room in stockbridge georgia with 10 other believers we gathered in that room with those 10 other believers to cast vision for something that god had spoken to me about when i was 25 years of age it had been eight years from the time god spoke to me until the year 2012 when we gathered together in that room i want to remind somebody watching today that the promises of god they are yes and amen that god is not a liar he cannot lie the only thing that can ruin his plans for you and i is our disobedience or our inability to believe what he has spoken in january of 2012 12 of us gathered in that small hotel room we had no money we had no church experience we had no organizational backing for what i was about to share with the 10 other believers in that room in addition to my wife and i in that room i had taken something that god had placed in my heart when i was 25 years old and i began to cast vision to the 10 other believers in that room about a church that god had spoken to me and that the church that god had spoken to me was going to be a gospel center church a church that honored the preaching of god's word a church that spread the gospel from whatever pulpit it would begin a church that was going to be passionate about communicating the clarity of the love of jesus for every unbeliever a church that was going to venerate the name of god almighty was going to cause sinners to the cross in repentance a church that's going to bring people on the backside of the cross to let them know that there was hope in the lord jesus christ a church that was going to multiply disciples a church that i wanted to make noise in the city of atlanta to sound an alarm that god is alive his son is the lord jesus christ and that god had given us a mission born out of matthew chapter 28 that great commission of the lord jesus christ to carry the gospel to the four corners of the earth to call sinners to repentance to baptize to teach everything that jesus had commanded and i began to cast vision for a church that did not exist i began to cast vision for a ministry that did not exist a reality that did not exist it was only real on the computer that was in front of me but it was as real in my heart as it was on that computer it was as firm as the ground under my feet i had confidence in god that he had called us to start a church although i had no idea how we was going to pull that off i had no idea when we was going to get the capital to pull that off i had no idea where we was going to get the personnel resources to pull that off i had no idea where we was going to gather the only thing i had on that day in january 2012 was my faith and a word from god we were young we were inexperienced and let me tell you what was in that room not only was there 12 believers in that room but in that room fear was in that room anxiety was in that room worries was in that room unanswered questions was in that room doubt maybe was in that room some confusion was in that room speculation about how we was going to pull that off was in that room the unknown of what was going to happen when we left that room was in that room we had nothing but faith in god unanswered questions and a word that god had given me to start a church we believed that god has called us to step out of faith to give birth to a life giving ministry and in that room there were 10 other people that were actually crazy enough to believe this young preacher from queens new york that god had actually spoken to him about a church that meeting of 12 people grew to eventually 25 other believers and it was that growing gathering of radical christians 25 of us radical men and women it was those 25 radical men and women that stepped out on nothing to give birth to that mighty army that now assembles in the city of atlanta called victory church atl that mighty gathering of men and women from all walks of life that mighty gathering of millennials that mighty gathering of a sprinkle of seasoned saints that mighty gathering of people who stumbled out of darkness stumbled out of brokenness into the light that mighty gathering of people who jump in rooms and shout at the top of their lungs that mighty gathering of believers who caught fire for the lord jesus christ that mighty gathering of people who feel energy on that road who shout at the top of their lungs who sing songs to bring jesus glory who listen to the preaching of the gospel who carries out that preaching into the streets into the grocery stores into their communities sharing the gospel of other people was 25 of us that gave birth to that mighty army that assembles now in the city of atlanta called victory church that mighty army that assembles right now in the city of atlanta called victory church that mighty army where lives have been changed when marriages have been transformed with teenagers met the lord jesus christ where children were being discipled of all ages from crawlers all the way through high school that mighty gathering that was serious about communicating the gospel message beyond the four walls of where wherever we gathered it was 25 people that gave birth to what we know of today as victory church ato that mighty gospel preaching demon chasing territory taking church that we all have enjoyed for the last few years many of you know what i'm talking about this mighty gathering started in a small cafeteria in mount zion primary school in stockbridge a room no bigger than maybe 800 square feet it started in that small cafeteria and the gospel began to spread and people began to come by the tens by the 50s by the hundreds souls started getting saved people started walking hours and falling on the altar in tears men who felt like they had no father no sense of self-worth broken and dealing with insecurities came and fell down at the altar and gave their life to the lord jesus christ husbands who were far away from god became mighty followers of jesus christ now leading their wives and children in christian discipleship women who had no worth and value came and fell down at altars and found worth and value women who were formerly barren who heard the words of doctors say you would never give birth to a child had hands laid on them at the altars inside coretta scott king high school the altars at frederick douglass high school and now are carrying babies in their arms the evidence of god's faithfulness that his word is true and forever settled in heaven it was in these gatherings people found hope it was in these gatherings and many of you found friends family mothers fathers brothers and sisters accountability partners husbands and wives in that mighty gathering we found community shoulders to lean on when we was in trouble shoulders to lean on when we was going through life's most difficult seasons it was in that gathering we found people to text us when we was at our lowest point to call us when we strayed away from god to minister to us when we have need to bring us groceries when we was hungry to put clothes on our back when we was naked to put cars under our feet and homes when we didn't have it was through this gathering many of us found what we did not have before a true biblical community we spend time together in the city we went to movies and crashed restaurants we took over theaters and roamed the streets together and everywhere we went we seen stickers on the back of people bumpers we tossed flyers to invite people to church through the windows at restaurants people start to hear about this radical group of people that had no symbol of scruples because we were just fiery and and and and we know what that felt like and for all of eight years man we enjoyed the the growing movement of what god has been doing in the city of atlanta we sat in csk and frederick douglass and felt the outpourings of god's spirit times when god hijacked our programming hijacked the gathering poured out his spirit on us we've knelt down together in auditoriums and cried out to god we've seen signs wonders and miracles we've heard testimonies have life changed we've won over a thousand people to jesus in the eight years that we've been gathering hundreds more in cities all around the country that's never been in a physical gathering but we didn't stop there from just transforming lives we begin to lead people according to the great commission we let people from darkness to the cross and then through the waters of baptism thousands of people that have been baptized in these large outdoor gatherings the celebration of souls who go down in that watery grave and came out of that water brand new men and brand new women tears of joy feeling that sense of a washing and a refreshing that god had made them new creatures on that day under the pavilion of open heaven they rose out of waters to the sound of a church celebrating them signs wonders and miracles year after year baptizing men women teenagers and children and telling them don't go back to your life of sin but follow the lord jesus christ forward to everything that he has for you some of you you remember that day you came out the water you remember that day you came down to an altar you remember that day that god met you during an outpouring at coretta scott king of frederick douglass high school and we didn't stop there but continue to lead this growing gathering this army of people called victory church outside the four walls to honor matthew chapter 28 to honor matthew chapter 25 leading people into outreach we've marshaled hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of people into the thousands into outreach into the streets of atlanta we've partnered with over 25 organizations in the city of atlanta to still have those partnerships to those day mobilizing people to get out of their comfort zone to get out of the room to get out of those padded chairs to go out into the streets into the highways and the byways compelling sinners to the cross feeding people who were physically hungry feeding people who were spiritually hungry we put clothes on the backs of unknown numbers of people we put food in the stomach of unknown numbers of people we've knelt down on the concrete and held people outside we've cast demons out of people who were oppressed and weary the street man we've given people products to take care of their body man we've led we've led hundreds of people to jesus we have been serious about making sure the gospel is not handcuffed to a room we've multiplied disciples so many of you watching right now firm followers of the lord jesus christ because somebody invited you to victory or the holy spirit led you to victory men and women watch right now that it will take hell and fire and brimstone to pluck you out of the hand of the lord jesus christ you are so convinced about your relationship with jesus what he's done in you what he's doing through you what he's about to do for you that that happened in the gathering that we call victory church disciples being made committed followers of the lord jesus christ january of 2020 right this is no secret family we roll into january 2020 seeing record-breaking attendance over a thousand people in regular gatherings 9 30 and 11 30 a.m packing out these two gatherings at coretta scott king high school where we gather in the city we saw for the first time something i've dreamt about for eight years from the time we started our church over 500 people show up for a night of access in 30 degree weather some of you you remember that right it was all of 36 degrees outside dark in the middle of night january over 500 of us standing online to get into a building not to hear some superstar not to hear some all-star preacher not to hear some all-star r b star but there was only one star on that night the man christ jesus as we gathered together to lift him up in worship and to pray and to seek his face over 500 of us gathered for a prayer who's ever heard of 500 millennials gathering at 36 degrees at night to pray and worship jesus with no superstars in the room i preached to you optic the power of vision in february i preached to you unmask about transparency with god transparency with yourself transparency with others we was on our way to doing something great and then all of a sudden the world got rocked by a global pandemic none of us saw that coming and then all of a sudden we went from these powerful gatherings in person to that last time i made you all shout during not easily shaken to say to you that i just want to remind you this is what it feels like to be in the presence of other believers and we shouted and we jumped and we danced and we gave god glory before that pandemic hit and then was forced in only seven days time to create out of nowhere a virtual church and in those early days when people were dying from covert and people were afraid and nobody understood what was going on with the virus it was a handful of us who was risking our lives every single week leaving our families at home our children at home and leaving our homes risking our own lives to gather in a small studio to make sure that the preaching of the gospel to you across this platform does not fall to the floor to make sure that you can still worship in your home to make sure you can still hear the gospel in your home to make sure you can still have virtual v groups in your home it was a handful of us that came together risking our own lives to make sure that the preaching of the gospel to you through this platform did not fall to the floor and week after week we continued to risk our lives some of us getting sick from covert 19 some of us being hospitalized from cover 19 along that journey continued to come out and risk in our lives to make sure that we could continue to bring the preaching of the gospel to you this is where we've been for a year and a half continuing to risk our lives to make sure we bring to you the preaching of the gospel and as i'm talking to you i know so many of you have cried our pastor when will we return that we have been aggressively trying to locate a place where we could gather again in the city we have been aggressively trying to find any place where we could consistently gather every single month in the city until then we give you a worship gathering once a month as we continue to look for a gathering place for us in the city and as i'm talking to you we understand that yes that door in the city is still closed it has not yet opened back to us but i want to remind all of you who are watching me right now that closed doors either temporary or permanent temporary closed doors they're not new to the people of god they're not new to the mission of god they're not new to those who are on the battlefield for the preaching of the gospel luke who was a doctor and a historian a travel companion of the apostle paul a former murderer of christians converted to christianity in the first century records for us the birth of the church in the book of acts the spread of the gospel from 120 people to thousands around the mediterranean rim and the modern world at that time luke as he was traveling with the apostle paul penned something very very important that i want to read to you right now in acts chapter 16 verse 6 through 7 luke wrote this about his travels with the apostle paul paul and his companions traveled throughout the region of virginia and galatia having been kept by the holy spirit from preaching the word in the province of asia when they came to the border of messiah they tried to enter by thenia but the spirit of jesus watch would not allow them to do so of course i want you to look right here in the text paul and his companions are busy doing the father's business they are busy traveling spreading the gospel planting churches all around the modern world paul and his companions are busy doing exactly what god called him to do now here paul and his companions face watch a closed door no matter what their efforts was they were hindered by the holy spirit from preaching in a certain region it wasn't paul's fault that that door was closed it wasn't any acts of obedience or disobedience i should say that that door was closed paul had nothing to do with the fact that that door closed it was no fault of paul's it was no fault of his team they had no control over the external circumstances it was just an unforeseen closed door that god had chosen not to open up to them in that moment i talked to all my companions all of those who have been riding with me in the preaching of the gospel all of our servant leaders all of those who give faithfully all of those who are on staff all of our leaders my companions and i what have we been doing for the last eight years preaching the gospel teaching the scriptures calling sinners to repentance multiplying disciples baptizing people doing outreach doing exactly what the scriptures have called us to do but we could not control the pandemic the pandemic was no fault of our own aps closing csk was no fault of our own atlantic public schools shutting down our gathering location was no fault of our own other doors for us to gather that will not open is no fault of our own the real issue is or the real thing is that god has not yet reopened those doors to us and i want to just talk to somebody right now who's watching me beyond what i'm saying to you right now remember this for your personal life that often time closed doors even temporary are often god's grace to facilitate a redirection let me say that again oftentimes closed doors even temporary is god's grace to facilitate a redirection in your life and in minds in your ministry and in minds god would in different seasons and times sometimes temporarily closed doors in his love to redirect us down paths we otherwise would not have chosen for ourselves some of you watching right now you can testify of some door closed on you in one season and redirect you to something else and then you discover it all the while it was god who shut that door to give birth to something over here that you have now in your life so we learn as we walk with jesus that sometimes god and his wisdom will close doors to redirect us to something we otherwise would not have chosen for ourselves in this passage god closed a door where paul was preaching to redirect him to something else what was paul and his companion response to that closed door stand there and cry argue with jesus for not allowing them to preach where they wanted to preach be bitter be angry bow their heads and quit acts 16 verse 8 through 10 tells us paul's response and his team verse 8 so they passed by messiah and they went down to trolls in other words they didn't just stand still and roll over they continued to do what they needed to do the spread the gospel of the lord jesus christ they kept pressing forward to move the kingdom forward for us that pressing forward is akin to pastor philip and his team continuing to preach the gospel all being virtual that we're not going to complain that we don't have a location yet in the city we're not gonna not stream because we don't have a location in the city we're gonna do whatever what was necessary spend tens of thousands of dollars for equipment to make sure that the preaching of the gospel does not fall to the floor for us that pressing forward was extensive prayer seeking god god we need an open door in the city and until that door opened god show us your perfect will for us as a church give us guidance god in this season of our ministry verse nine i want everybody to pay close attention to verse nine and ten i'm getting ready to land the plane on our time together i want you to pay close attention to what i'm about to show you in verse nine and ten verse nine watch the word of god but during the night paul had a vision of a man of macedonia standing and begging him saying come over to macedonia and help us after paul had heard and seen the vision we got ready at once to leave from macedonia concluding that god had called us to preach the gospel to them pause this is a monumental text in the book of acts right here in chapter 16 in the middle of a closed door in the face of the fact that jesus hindered him from preaching the gospel where he was the lord spoke to paul in a vision in the middle of the night and showed up a man standing on another region begging him come over to macedonia and help us paul got a revelation from god almighty that there was a whole other region of people who was in need of the gospel of the lord jesus christ and not just the gospel but was in need of paul and his companions to bring it to them not just anybody not just joe schmoe but specifically paul and his companions to bring the gospel to them god could have given that command to anybody god could have given that charge to anybody but he saw fit to give that task that calling that charge to a man and a team he knew he could trust to deliver the gospel to those people there is a whole region of people in darkness a whole region of people far away from jesus a whole region of people who are going to die and go to hell they will be eternally separated from god and god in his love for them raises a paw and his team a trusted group of people and say i want you to go over to that region and bring the gospel to them hear them crying out for watch this word help why because they're in darkness help why because they're far away from jesus help why because they don't know the truth that there's a god who loves them in heaven help why because time is going to run out on those when the season of grace is over and god reveals to them that there's another assignment i have for you in the moment god knew he could trust paul his companions watch to not drown in depression that the place where they wanted to preach was closed but that they were so concerned with loyalty to the great commission that they followed jesus with the open and said lord wherever you want us to go that where we go there will we go and that will we do why because at the end of the day is not about paul and his companions at the end of the day it's about jesus and the kingdom and the people he's trying to gather onto that ark of safety himself before time is too late so paul and his companions was trusted to take the gospel to a whole nother region in macedonia you know family i uh my wife and i i'm getting ready to close look right at me don't no don't be distracted look right at me for the last couple months my wife and i have been attending a cardio fitness class with a group of unbelievers a group of people who i don't even know let me just say this if they have faith in the lord or where they are in this spiritual journey i don't know and for the last couple months my wife and i have been in this cardio class going every single morning at eight a.m and over the months that we have been going to that cardio class we begin to fall in love with all of the people in that class they became to us in a sense like family they are our family we love them we pray for them we laugh with them we eat with them we enjoy them we work out together we lose weight together we get fit together they are our fitness family in a sense as the months went on going to that cardio class this burden start to develop in my heart as i begin to look at them one by one and start thinking to myself where does this one go to church i wonder where she goes to church and i wonder where he goes to church where does that couple go to church and and not knowing if any one of them were connected to any gathering or underneath any kind of godly shepherd this burden started to grow in my heart for this cardio class there's some 20 or 25 of us that meet every single morning at 8 a.m for the most part maybe non-believers i don't know and i began to pray and talk to my wife about this burden that god was giving me because now the shepherd of me was thinking well god who's pastoring these people and my wife and i begin to talk about this burden we get to talk about our cardio class we begin to look around and wondering well who was shepherding them the burdens start to grow week by week and month by month and and lena and i start start feeling some signs that maybe god was talking to us about doing something that was not on our radar it was a burden he was starting to give us for the south side of the metro atlanta area where that cardio class gathers an area of the city where i had never thought about doing ministry was never on my radar and it wasn't preaching in this area my heart has always been connected to the inner parts of our city i'm an urban brother i'm from queens new york i i i love sidewalks and and noise and sirens and so just being in the city it just it's just natural for me to be in the center of atlanta but god started giving me this burden for a whole nother region that that i i had never thought about before it wasn't really praying about before but but beginning with this cardio class of men and women who some of them may be far away from god some of them may know god i don't know god began to give us this burden for the south area of the city of atlanta and while we still was pressing to try to restore gatherings to our city family lena and i start to feel in a sense a macedonian call a macedonian call to a whole region of the metro atlanta area that to my knowledge there's not that many progressive churches like victory in this area and we begin to toil and wrestle and fast and see god and in our time of fasting and our time of praying elena and i came up one day from prayer on our knees i have tears in my eyes and settled in my heart that god had had given us a macedonian call to a whole nother region of the metro atlanta area the south part of the metro atlanta area and what is our response as a church being called by god to bring the gospel to a whole other region that was not even on our radar our response to that macedonian call is victory church south the planting of a brand new church our second location in the south part of the metro atlanta area to do again what we did the first time eight years ago when we planted a church in the city we feel god calling us right now as your spiritual leaders to plant a second location for victory victory church south in the southern part of the metro atlanta area victory city victory south and you say pastor why would you do that because i feel compelled right now to follow that macedonian call to an area of the country or area of the metro atlanta area that desperately needs the preaching of the lord jesus christ i'm learning right now to not question everything that god is saying to me but to just follow his favor in whatever direction the wind is blowing he said well pastor man uh we're not so sure about that i wasn't so sure too but god began to confirm that calling with his favor and what is the evidence of god's favor the evidence of his calling to the southern part of our city man the evidence of god's calling to the southern part of our city to plant a second location that evidence is in my pocket when the owner of the fitness facilities in the southern part of our city heard that i was a pastor of a church in atlanta and had a burden to start a second location in the south that owner came up to me and put in my hand the evidence of jesus's calling a key to a 7 000 square foot facility 5 000 of that space auditorium the space i'm standing in right now the space right now where you see behind me we are spending resources to put together and to put in sound and make sure we have lights and make sure we have chairs and everything that you need the room i'm standing in right now is the evidence of god's calling a key in my hand to a 7 000 square foot facility to start in-person gatherings on october 3rd during our nine-year anniversary i got a key with no contract i got a key without asking i got a key without kicking in any doors when god saw my heart pivot and said yes lord send me send our team send our church we will bring the gospel to the south side of atlanta god responded to my yes with his favor and i'm standing in the room right now where on october 3rd we will launch victory church south to bring the gospel to a whole other region of people who desperately need to hear the message of the lord jesus christ it was exactly look right at me nine months ago when my wife and i were driving into the south just thinking to ourselves what would it be like to have a second location at that time god had not spoken we was just feeling ambitious and we found a building on the south side of atlanta we went and we walked through that building and we looked around that building and walked out of that building never knowing that exactly nine months later god would hand me a key to the building that lena and i had stood in just nine months ago the building i'm standing in right now was the building that lena and i stood in nine months ago just wondering in our hearts what would it feel like to have a second location for our church god gave us a key to plant southern gatherings and you said to me well pastor it's not the city it's not dark out there like it's the suburbs pastor that's down in the burbs but family look right at me yeah i i i'm closing i know i know it's the suburbs and i know we think the city is the only dark place that needs the gospel but you know what i've learned moving around the suburbs that behind these manicured lawns and beautiful doors and nice houses are broken marriages in the hundreds and in the thousands behind these manicured lawns and beautiful homes are men who are putting their kids on the altar and training time with their kids for upward mobile advancement in corporate america behind these doors are women who are home have husbands who are gone and feeling lonely and depressed and suicidal behind these doors are thousands of teenagers battling suicidal thoughts parents don't even know they're going into their rooms at night they're strumming through social media looking for hope being led away by demonic spirits right in the room behind these beautiful doors and manicured lords are broken families broken husbands broken wives broken people people far away from god people who are wealthy people who are set up nice cars nice jobs 401k and pensions and think that they are comfortable they don't need god they don't need jesus they think their money is going to make them safe in the afterlife behind these doors are people so comfortable they think they have no need for god behind these doors are people so comfortable at the same time are so far away from god behind these manicured laws of the suburbs are tens of thousands of men women teenagers and children who live lives so cushy and so comfortable that the lord is probably not even on their radar behind these manicure laws is macedonia a whole region of the southern atlanta area in desperate need of the gospel and it is us victory church atl that god has tasked with the responsibility of joining those who are in the south to bring the message of the lord jesus christ to this southern region of our people imagine what will happen when the gospel begin to spread in this area imagine husbands who turn to jesus and begin to lead their homes the way they need to lead their homes imagine families that begin to sit down and have bible studies together imagine what will happen when wives turn to jesus and husbands turn to jesus and teenagers turn to jesus imagine what will happen when whole bloodlines are shifted because one man one father decided he would no longer trade his children on the altar for for material gain imagine what's going to happen in the southern region when they start to hear a noise a sound rising up in the south beginning to spread across this area the message of jesus the preaching of the gospel souls being saved lives being transformed the suburb is receiving an outpouring of the spirit revival coming to the south part of atlanta because a group of radical people from the city called victory church responded to the call of jesus christ to bring the gospel to a whole region of the metro atlanta area that was not even on our radar what is the path to doing that family look right at me i believe that god has given me an anointing to call sinners to repentance and to lead people to the feet of jesus i believe that god has given me a passion to multiply disciples i believe that god has given me a voice that pierces the most darkest areas of people's hearts people's homes people's minds to call them out of those dark areas into the light of the kingdom i believe that god has allowed me to give birth to a radical gospel preaching demon chasing church in the city of atlanta not to be capped to just a city but to spread our wings into other areas to be trusted to bring the gospel to those who are crying out we need help i believe that god has given me a clear macedonian call to bring the gospel to the south side of the atlanta area and all i'm asking families who's going to join me in that mission who's going to join me in the mission that macedonian called to bring the gospel to the south side of atlanta so i speak to all of you my brothers and sisters who call yourself the family of victory church three things i ask of you as we prepare to plant our second location victory church south first i ask you to join me in prayer that god will provide for us the resources that we need the wisdom that we need the favor that we need as we prepare to plant a church in this southern region of the metro atlanta area secondly i ask you those of you who are victory family to join me in getting the south location off the ground for all of our servant leaders who live in the southern part of the metro atlanta area to join me to be a part of our pioneering team to launch victory church south if you live anywhere in the south part of the metro atlanta area east point riverdale rex morrow stockbridge mcdonough locust grove shoot if you gangster and live in the city or you live in the east or far west and you feel bold enough to make the drive i say a church alive is worth the drive and you want to be a part of our pioneering team man get gangsta and join me to be a part of a life giving ministry on the south side we want to prophesy and make noise like we speak to the valley of dry bones telling people to come alive and come out of these dark places in building on october 3rd 2021 and for those of you who live in the south side of atlanta area to all of my family join me to be a part of our pioneering team join us in the launch of victory church atl south and i say to everybody that's watching you see that the room is not finished we are working to finish this room for october 3rd by god's grace whatever we got we're going to do come october 3rd but you could also all of my family help me just by continuing to be generous becoming a faithful financial supporter of the ministry is going to cost us tens of thousands of dollars to get this second location off the ground literally we can't do that without your help so i'm asking you i'm making a bold appeal not afraid to help me with your generosity to be a faithful giver if you was a faithful given off become a faithful giver again if you've never been a faithful giver help us to make victory church ato south a reality you know one of my mentors taught me recently shared with me that you know the south part of atlanta is a very dark place i didn't think that because it was the suburbs but to me she helped me realize that this southern area is like almost a barren wasteland it doesn't have the amount of churches we have in the city doesn't have the amount of churches they have in the north i believe this is macedonia [Music] victory family join me in bringing the gospel of jesus christ to the south side of atlanta join me in making a difference in the south side of atlanta join me in reaching new souls in the south side of atlanta help me family raise up a new army of found men found women found teenagers and children in the south side of atlanta help me honor the call of god upon our church that macedonian call to bring the gospel to the south side of atlanta let's work together to move the gospel forward into this new region let's work together to take new territory for the lord jesus christ our soon coming king as we remember the greatest territory that
