Does anyone else see this as looking like pure fat? Is the real mystery that people just like fat?
I bought Wagyu for my birthday this month. Itβs currently frozen in my freezer. How do I go about making it the best way possible?
I had initially cooked it 1 minute on each side at room temperature last month (different wagyu steak) and it was a little tough in some areas - I think tendon.
I wonder if he seasoned the cutting board for this one
