Not sure what they are making fun of but these were very funny.
Definitely no hate, but I live in a midwest college town and nothing reminds me more of this bit than hearing the students from California ask each other what part they're from.

This was always such a stupid concept to me when I first saw them years ago, but as a Californian, outside of the dumb ass accent (which may be real but I am Northern so have no idea), we do tend to overdo it with directions.
