is defeated in the name of jesus the world and the flesh has no power no hold over us as blood-washed saints of the lord and furthermore we're told that if we resist the devil he will flee we are told that in christ we are dead to the desires of our flesh and are made alive in the spirit jesus tells us not to fear the world because he has overcome the world we have nothing to fear from these enemies as long as we have god his spirit and his word we are more than conquerors in christ jesus and if there is one verse that i'd like for you to take away today it's psalms 34 verse 7 which reads the angel of the lord encamps around those who fear him and he delivers them another translation says for the angel of the lord is a guard he surrounds and defends all who fear him another reads his angel guards those who honor the lord and rescues them from danger the message here is that we have angelic protection when we fear god we have angelic protection when we honor the lord just think about an angel camping outside your home or an angel working with you in close proximity as a bodyguard would that's the level of protection offered it's not physical it's supernatural it's not limited it's divine the backup doesn't need to be called over the phone and then require you to wait until they arrive no this level of protection is heavenly saints god is with us god is with us and if he is with us who can stand against us who can stand against jesus no one no man no demon no devil so fear not we are protected we are covered we are secured the angel of the lord encamps around this prayer lord may you be glorified and honored i uplift your holy name for you alone are worthy to be praised in the mighty and precious name of jesus christ i pray amen someone once said i only pray when i'm in trouble but i'm in trouble all the time and so i pray all the time saints when life is good we should remember to pray when life is challenging we should remember to pray come rain or sunshine pray whether it floods or it's a dry season remember to pray whether it's a blizzard or a heat wave pray regardless of the season you're in you are protected by your prayers you are strengthened by your prayers now as a child of god we have many enemies we have the devil and his demons as an enemy we have the world and the flesh as enemies but i want you to understand that all of these enemies that we face as believers they have one thing in common they cannot win against the power of god they cannot overcome the blood of jesus they cannot destroy you when you abide under the shadow of the almighty the devil has been defeated and is defeated in the name of jesus the world and the flesh has no power no hold over us as blood washed saints of the lord and furthermore we're told that if we resist the devil he will flee we are told that in christ we are dead to the desires of our flesh and are made alive in the spirit jesus tells us not to fear the world because he has overcome the world we have nothing to fear from these enemies as long as we have god his spirit and his word we are more than conquerors in christ jesus and if there is one verse that i'd like for you to take away today it's psalms 34 7 which reads the angel of the lord encamps around those who fear him and he delivers them another translation says for the angel of the lord is a guard he surrounds and defends all who fear him another reads his angel guards those who honor the lord and rescues them from danger the message here is that we have angelic protection when we fear god we have angelic protection when we honor the lord just think about an angel camping outside your home or an angel working with you in close proximity as a bodyguard would that's the level of protection offered it's not physical it's supernatural it's not limited it's divine the backup doesn't need to be called over the phone and then require you to wait until they arrive no this level of protection is heavenly god is with us god is with us and if he is with us who can stand against us who can stand against jesus no one no man no demon no devil so fear not we are protected we are covered we are secured the chapter 6 elisha and his servant found themselves outnumbered they saw an army they saw horses and chariots everywhere second kings chapter 6 verse 15 says when the servant of the man of god got up and went out early the next morning an army with horses and chariots had surrounded the city oh no my lord what shall we do the servant test elisha's servant here saw that he and elisha were completely surrounded by their enemies people who were intent on killing them servant's reaction was one of panic because he said oh no what shall we do but elisha's reaction which is found in verse 16 and 17. is one of peace he reacted with confidence and boldness the bible says from verse 16 don't be afraid the prophet answered those who are with us are more than those who are with them and elisha prayed open his eyes lord so that he may see the lord opened the servant's eyes and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around elijah and that's what i would like to encourage you with today as a child of god they that are with us are more than they that are against us as a man or woman of god listening don't be afraid about what the future holds don't be afraid about how you will overcome they that are for us are more than they that are against us father god in the name of jesus i come to you with a thankful heart i bless your holy name for your have nothing to fear from these enemies as long as we have god his spirit and his word we are more than conquerors in christ jesus and if there is one verse that i'd like for you to take away today it's psalms 34 verse 7 which reads the angel of the lord encamps around those who fear him and he delivers them another translation says for the angel of the lord is a guard he surrounds and defends all who fear him another reads his angel guards those who honor the lord and rescues them from danger the message here is that we have angelic protection when we fear god we have angelic protection when we honor the lord just think about an angel camping outside your home or an angel working with you in close proximity as a bodyguard would that's the level of protection offered it's not physical it's supernatural it's not limited it's divine the backup doesn't need to be called over the phone and then require you to wait until they arrive no this level of protection is heavenly saints god is with us god is with us and if he is with us who can stand against us who can stand against jesus no one no man no demon no devil so fear not we are protected we are covered we are secured the angel of someone once said i only pray when i'm in trouble but i'm in trouble all the time and so i pray all the time saints when life is good we should remember to pray when life is challenging we should remember to pray come rain or sunshine pray whether it floods or it's a dry season remember to pray whether it's a blizzard or a heat wave pray regardless of the season you're in you are protected by your prayers you are strengthened by your prayers now as a child of god we have many enemies we have the devil and his demons as an enemy we have the world and the flesh as enemies but i want you to understand that all of these enemies that we face as believers they have one thing in common they cannot win against the power of god they cannot overcome the blood of jesus they cannot destroy you when you abide under the shadow of the almighty the devil has been defeated and is defeated in the name of jesus the world and the flesh has no power no hold over us as blood wash saints of the lord and furthermore we're told that if we resist the devil he will flee we are told that in christ we are dead to the desires of our flesh and are made alive in the spirit jesus tells us not to fear the world because he has overcome the world we have nothing to fear from these enemies as long as we have god his spirit and his word we are more than conquerors in christ jesus and if there is one verse that i'd like for you to take away today it's psalms 34 7 which reads the angel of the lord encamps around those who fear him and he delivers them another translation says for the angel of the lord is a guard he surrounds and defends all who fear him another reads his angel guards those who honor the lord and rescues them from danger the message here is that we have angelic protection when we fear god we have angelic protection when we honor the lord just think about an angel camping outside your home or an angel working with you in close proximity as a bodyguard would that's the level of help me to set my mind on heavenly things don't let me get caught up in the chaos of this world politics finances materialism all these things are minuscule in comparison to your vast and glorious plan of redemption for all mankind so father develop a deep sense of urgency in my heart so that i can do my part to spread the gospel give me a desire to live for jesus to pursue holiness and to honor you with everything that i have help me to live for the things that last not for temporary things that will fade away and at the end of my life may i be filled with peace may i rest in the knowledge that i did all i could with the time you gave me god don't let my life be characterized by bitterness or by regret over the things that i didn't do the words that i didn't say the shall we do the servant test elisha's servant here saw that he and elisha were completely surrounded by their enemies people who were intent on killing them the servant's reaction was one of panic because he said o no what shall we do but elisha's reaction which is found in verse 16 and 17 is one of peace he reacted with confidence and boldness the bible says from verse 16 don't be afraid the prophet answered those who are with us are more than those who are with them and elisha prayed open his eyes lord so that he may see then the lord opened the servant's eyes and he looked and saw the man or woman of god listening don't be afraid about what the future holds don't be afraid about how you will overcome they that are for us are more than they that are against us father god in the name anxious i'm no longer fearful in your presence goodness and mercy follow me when i am in your presence and just your presence alone it will solve every issue in my life because in your presence there is strength there is peace there is love and everlasting life that's why i draw near to you i desire to live a life that is close to you because when i'm close to you i am hidden from the enemy i believe that you lord jesus are the only thing that still remains certain even in this world that is filled with uncertainty i praise you for you are worthy you are god and you're god alone you are faithful you're a kind god you're the one who loves us and only wants the best for us lord i acknowledge you as the mighty creator all powerful perfect in all your ways and the one who is in total control over our lives father i thank you for listening to this prayer i thank you for hearing me lord it is in the mighty name of jesus christ that i pray this prayer amen heavenly father you are the god of every moment you stand outside of time so great and mighty are you lord that time does not limit you time does not apply to you because you are the ancient of days lord you alone are the alpha and the omega the beginning and the end i praise you god because a thousand years is like a day to you and you are mighty lord thank you for giving me the gift of life thank you for giving me the opportunity to glorify you lord help me to live wisely help me to be wise with how i spend my days father help me to treat each day as a blessing from you as your servant moses wrote teach me to number my days so that i may get a heart of wisdom don't let me take a single second for granted god don't let me coast through life seeking my own comfort and pleasure allow me never to get too comfortable but to always be vigilant to be prayerful to be watchful lord as i go about my everyday life please show me the things i should be doing show me the ways i can be serving your kingdom both big and small make me aware of my spiritual gifts and talents so that i can serve the body of christ more effectively help me to live each day as if it were my last because my life is like a mist that will quickly disappear the plans i have they may never come to pass but father yours will help me to set my mind on heavenly things don't let me get caught up in the chaos of this world politics finances materialism all these things are minuscule in comparison to your vast and glorious plan of redemption for all mankind so father develop a deep sense of urgency in my heart so that i can do my part to spread the gospel give me a desire to live for jesus to pursue holiness and to honor you with everything that i have help me to live for the things that last not for temporary things that will fade away and at the end of my life may i be filled with peace may i rest in the knowledge that i did all i could with the time you gave me god don't let my life be characterized by bitterness or by regret over the things that i didn't do the words that i didn't say the opportunities that i didn't take instead may i be a faithful steward of this short and precious life so that i may receive an even greater reward in eternity god i thank you for hearing my prayer it's in the mighty name of jesus that i pray and i give you thanks amen in second kings chapter 6 elisha and his servant found themselves outnumbered they saw an army they saw horses and chariots everywhere second kings chapter 6 verse 15 says when the servant of the man of god got up and went out early the next morning an army with horses and chariots had surrounded the city oh no my lord what shall we do the servant test elisha's servant here saw that he and elisha were completely surrounded by their enemies people who were intent on killing them the servant's reaction was one of panic because he said oh no what shall we do but elisha's reaction which is found in verse 16 and 17 is one of peace he reacted with confidence and boldness the bible says from verse 16 don't be afraid the prophet answered those who are with us are more than those who are with them and elisha prayed open his eyes lord so that he may see then the lord opened the servant's eyes and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around elijah and that's what i would like to encourage you with today as a child of god they that are with us are more than they that are against us as a man or woman of god listening don't be afraid about what the future holds don't be afraid about how you will overcome they that are for us are more than they that are against us father god in the name of jesus i come to you with a thankful heart i bless your holy name for your goodness and your mercy upon my life and my family thank you for your hand that has been upon me and my family and all my loved ones you are worthy of all the glory father and you are greatly to be praised in my life thank you for preserving me for protecting me for guiding me and leading me go before me lord let the captain of your army lead me you led your people from egypt and you led them with fire by night and with the cloud by day lord you led them to cross the red sea on dry ground and today my prayer is that you will part any sea that is before me i pray that any opposing army any challenges or any enemies any giants that may try to pursue me will be destroyed in the name of jesus christ thank you my heavenly father for all the battles that you have fought for me and on my behalf i give you all the glory and all the honor my loved ones lord i pray that you would give me the boldness to trust in you and to act upon my trust in you help me lord to make wise decisions based upon your word may i change for the better and so that i may press toward the mark of a higher calling i pray that you will bless me with great and tremendous faith in you lord give me a strategy for this year a strategy for success and victory but above all father help me to position myself correctly so that i may receive your blessings lord i pray and come against any remaining giants in my life give me the power and the strength to i may come across in the new year i commit my life my loved ones my family my health and all that is within me into your hands i thank you for listening to this prayer in the mighty and precious name of jesus christ i pray amen lord jesus i declare and confess your word in isaiah chapter 41 verse 18 i believe that you will make rivers flow on all barren ground in my life and you will make springs come to life within the dry valleys that i face you will turn the desert into pools of water before me you will restore all that has been lost and broken in my life father you know all of my deepest pain you know all that hurts me i pray that you would restore my vision so that i will be able to walk by faith and not by sight so that i can see beyond my current situation you are a sovereign god who has all power in his hands i pray that you would help me to have expectant faith as i wait for you to move and do a new thing in my life so i commit myself to you i trust you for restoration help me to be patient as i wait on you i pray for your presence to abide in my home and all around me lord with you around me then instead of fear i will have a sense of calm and safety i believe that you will restore my hope in life you will restore to me strong and trustful expectation in your word and in your promises i pray for divine restoration to each and every person under the sound of my voice health and healing will be restored in our bodies blessings and goodness will be restored in our lives peace and unity i pray in the name of jesus christ will be restored in our lives divine peace and unity will be restored in our homes in our families and in our marriages you are the god who makes all things new so i pray that you would meet the needs of the person who desperately longs for healing and restoration to those who are in need of financial breakthrough be their provision lord jesus in your word you say in john chapter 11 verse 25 i am the resurrection and the life the one who believes in me will live even though they die you are the resurrection of life king jesus so i ask that you resurrect my faith fuel my passion and fire for your kingdom quicken my spirit man today i fully surrender to you lord your word in john chapter 15 verse 5 says i am the vine you are the branches if you remain in me and i in you you will bear much fruit apart from me you can do nothing i pray king jesus that i would be effective and fruitful in your kingdom if i have lost my productivity or effectiveness as a christian i pray that you would restore it back to me so that i can bear much fruit in your kingdom psalm 71 verse 20 and 21 says though you have made me see troubles many and bitter you will restore my life again from the depths of the earth you will again bring me up you will increase my honor and comfort once more i will trust in you lord jesus to restore my life again to rebuild my hope faith and joy again and cause no trouble to overwhelm me i bless your name and i thank you for hearing my prayer in jesus name amen lord jesus you are great and mighty you are holy and worthy thank you for your faithfulness you have been good to me deuteronomy chapter 30 verse 16 says i command you today to love the lord your god to walk in his ways and to keep his commandments his statutes and his judgment that you may live and multiply and the lord your god will bless you in the land which you go to possess holy spirit will you help me to be obedient to god's word help me to walk in the way that pleases god help me to keep all of his commandments in my life may his statutes be close to my heart give me the strength to live in a manner that is indicative of someone who has been transformed by the love of christ i pray for your help and guidance holy ghost help me to stand up and stand out for christ the bible tells me not to be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of god transform my mind transform my way of thinking so that i may be focused on my relationship with you lord jesus give me a desire to chase after you lord i pray for a heart of worship like david so that i can worship you in spirit and in truth i pray that you would give me the strength and the boldness to refuse to bow down to anything and everything that seeks to take your place in my heart anything that seeks to take my attention away from you help me to be bold enough to remove it whether it be a career or a relationship help me not to bow down to any other gods or to any idols father i pray that you remove everything that is hindering me from my life [Music] remove everything that is blocking me from having a closer relationship with you take away those things that are a distraction those things that disengage me from you take away anything that wants or does demand my attention above you open my eyes so that i can see it so that i can discern those areas which are competing with you in my life and i pray that you would give me the strength not just to identify but to remove those things i desire to be more and more like you lord first john chapter 1 verse 6 says if we say that we have fellowship with him and walk in darkness we lie and do not practice the truth i pray that i may always walk in the light that is your word the bible says your word is like a lamp unto my feet i pray that you would help me lord to keep your word on my heart may i be focused and attentive to your word which is sharper than any two-edged sword give me the grace to put you first to put you ahead and above all of my daily tasks my schedule and my responsibilities i will forever place you above all things i thank you for listening to this prayer lord may you be
