we need to pray we actually need to fight to pray right now I want to speak to the person who has a desire to make their prayer life more effective I want to speak to the individuals who genuinely want to pray fervently and passionately [Music] the first thing I want to tell you is that you need the Holy Spirit you need to welcome the Holy Spirit you need to seek to be filled by the Holy Spirit and you need to invite him in Vite him into your prayer closet the Bible says over in Romans 8 verses 26 through 27. likewise the spirit helps us in our weakness for we do not know what to pray for as we ought but the spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words and he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the spirit because the spirit intercedes for the Saints according to the will of God do you see the importance of the Holy Spirit when it comes to your prayer life he's the one who helps us in our weakness and believe me a lot of the time we were all too weak to pray and at times we don't know what to pray not outside of the usual requests that we have but you see it's the Holy Ghost who empowers us and he intercedes for us Matthew 6 verse 7 says and when you pray do not Heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do for they think that they will be heard for their many words you see one of the biggest mistakes we can make is to pray without the guidance leadership or influence of the Holy Spirit because on our own our prayers will be empty they will just be vain repetitions but when we yield to the Holy Spirit and pray he's the one who intercedes for us according to the will of God holy spirit is the perfect helper because he's the one who makes our prayers effective Ephesians 6 verses 17 and 18 say and take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the spirit which is the word of God praying at all times in the spirit with all prayer and supplication to that end keep alert with all perseverance making supplication for all the saints did you notice how we're told to pray in the spirit at all times and so Saints I want you to invite the Holy Spirit into your lives indeed invite him into your prayer closet and right now I invite him into this time of prayer with us not only do I invite him in with us but I ask him to lead us regarding what we are to pray so let's pray father God I pray for each and every person under the sound of my voice I pray for every heart that's crying out to know you more God we ask that you will pour your spirit out over our lives look 11 verse 13 says if you then who are evil know how to give good gifts to your children how much more will the heavenly father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him so God right now we're asking fill us with your Holy Spirit transform our prayer lives God may we be people who fellowship with the Holy Spirit may we be people who are under the guidance and counsel of your spirit Lord Jesus teach us to pray in the spirit so that our prayers may have a sweet Aroma to you Lord father wig knowledge that we need the Holy Spirit may he operate in such a mighty way in our lives Lord as we read your word I pray that the Holy Spirit would bring understanding to our minds may he open our inner ears and our eyes so that we can see the treasure that's in the word Lord Jesus I pray that the Holy Spirit would bring the scriptures to Life as we read your word and may that very word Pierce through every doubt every eye of skepticism and every anxious mind God it's through the power of the holy spirit that we can truly intercede for our families and for our homes the holy spirit's the one who empowers us to overcome any spiritual opposition that may be hidden in the dark [Music] Lord will you please give us more discernment open our spiritual eyes so that we can see all of the devil's attacks and then we can rebuke and overcome them in Jesus name your word says in Ephesians 5 verses 18 through 20. and do not get drunk with wine for that is debauchery but be filled with the spirit addressing one another in Psalms and hymns and spiritual songs singing and making Melody to the Lord with your heart giving thanks always and for everything to God the father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ indeed Lord fill us with your spirit God let there be a mighty outpouring of the Holy Ghost over our lives let that outpouring be so strong that it'll bring Revival in our hearts that it'll bring Revival within our families and in our communities it so desperately needs you and Lord let the outpouring be so strong that it brings Revival across the land father don't let us be filled with wickedness or corruption but let us only be filled by the Holy Spirit Lord we don't want to be filled with Envy drunkenness lust or pride no no we only want your spirit Lord we desire to only be filled by the Holy Spirit Romans 8 verse 15 says for you did not receive the spirit of Slavery to fall back into fear but you have received the spirit of adoption as Sons by whom we cry Abba Father thank you Abba Father for not giving us a spirit of slavery or spirit of fear but through your spirit we have been adopted as your children Holy Spirit women bite you to operate freely in our lives move within our homes speak to us minister to us convict us to repentance help us to live righteously and Chase righteousness Galatians 5. verses 16 and 17 say but I say walk by the spirit and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh for the desires of the flesh are against the spirit and the desires of the spirit are against the flesh for these are opposed to each other to keep you from doing the things you want to do Lord give us the strength and the grace to walk in the spirit and not to gratify the desires of the flesh Holy Spirit Empower us and lead us and father I thank you right now and I believe by faith that you have heard this prayer father continue to help us to desire the Holy Spirit to receive the Holy Spirit to walk in the Holy Spirit help us to be led by the Holy Spirit may he guide us not only in our prayers but in our walk with you each and every day God we're so grateful we magnify you and we pray this prayer the third day do you believe that Jesus Christ is alive today and seated on the right hand side of God the Father do you believe that one day Jesus will return and when he returns every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord do you believe that there is no other way to heaven other than Jesus do you believe that he is the way the truth and the life if you answered yes then you're on the right path now Philippians 3 verse 10 says I want to know Christ yes to know the power of his resurrection and participation in his sufferings becoming like him in his death when you know the power of his resurrection then you know that Jesus Christ still answers prayers today he still heals today he can still perform Miracles today When You Believe in the resurrected power of Christ then you know that there is power in his name now I believe that when the Lord Jesus ascended to Heaven he left us a helper the Holy Spirit I believe that the Holy Spirit has power I believe every word in Acts 2 verse 4 which says all of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the spirit enabled them I believe that to be a reality today I believe in being filled with the Holy Spirit and speaking in other tongues I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ we should not be ashamed of the gospel of Christ even in this hostile world we should never deny our Lord I am never going to deny that I love Jesus I follow Jesus I believe that you can be convicted in your hearts by the Holy Spirit I believe that he is a counselor a teacher a helper I believe every single word in Acts 2 verse 17 which says and it shall come to pass in the last days says God that I will pour out of my spirit on All Flesh your sons and your daughters shall prophesy your young men shall see visions your old men shall dream dreams if God has promised an outpouring of his spirit that I am determined not to miss it I am determined to be among those who receive An Almighty anointing from the Lord in the last days my household will be one where the spirit of God resides my sons and daughters will indeed prophesy dreams and Visions from the Lord will be the norm because of the spirit of God my prayer is that in these last days while others may be concerned with signs While others may be preoccupied trying to track down and pinpoint the exact identity of the Antichrist I simply want God to pour out his Spirit over my life I want to be involved in anything else that has nothing to do with Jesus all I want is an infilling of His Holy Spirit and I encourage you to desire this too for your lives now let us pray Heavenly Father we are so grateful for your love we are so grateful of your mercy so great is your mercy that you would save a sinful person like me I pray Lord that in these last days as you pour out your spirit as you fill those who love you with a fresh anointing may I be among those who receive from you I pray that our lives would be touched renewed and transformed by the Holy Spirit help us father not to be distracted by the things of this world but rather I pray that we would always be focused not to miss this Mighty outpouring of your spirit King Jesus let your Holy Spirit flow Over Our Lives May the Holy Spirit take control in our lives and lead us to walk in your way and in your will father we desire to have an experience with the Holy Spirit like the day of Pentecost in Acts 2 verse 2 to 4. which says and suddenly there came a sound from Heaven as of a rushing Mighty Wind and it filled the whole house where they were sitting then there appeared to them divided tongues as a fire and one sat upon each of them and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues as the spirit gave them utterance Lord May the Holy Spirit move in our lives with a mighty rushing wind May the Holy Ghost fill our homes your word in Mark 16 verse 17 says and these signs will follow those who believe in my name they will cast out demons they will speak with new tongues let these signs be a reality in our lives King Jesus let us be able to cast out demons in your name and to speak in new tongues I Praise You Lord Jesus you are great and awesome as we live our lives may it be pleasing to you may it be a life that is led by the Holy Spirit I pray that I may live a life that is dependent on the Holy Spirit may I live in obedience to his counsel I pray that my heart would be one that is reliant on the guidance of the Holy Ghost May the Holy Spirit give me the strength to resist the devil and to resist temptation I pray that he would teach me how to be a believer who is effective in the kingdom of God Lord my heart's desire is to walk in the spirit to be led by the Holy Spirit for my life to Bear the fruit of the spirit and to live in the spirit so I make the decision today to submit to yield to invite and to welcome the Holy Spirit into my heart I Praise You Lord For The Gift of the Holy Christian goes through this life without feeling weak in their faith at times but we all can take comfort in knowing that our God is Emmanuel he is with us in every season whether it's good or bad we can go from feeling joyful and close to the Lord in one season and then here comes a season where you feel like God is distant and all your prayers have gone unanswered I'm talking about Seasons where we wrestle with our doubts and questions wondering if God even hears us or if he's still with us it's the type of season that tests your faith and your resilience [Music] and the thing about faith through different seasons is that you'll hear people talk about faith when things are good I knew things would turn around if I just had faith you'll hear people recommend faith when they're not sure what to say I'm sorry you're going through a rough time just have faith and when others seem unfazed by life's obstacles they might tell you it's because they have faith but what does that mean Hebrews 11 verse 1 defines Faith as the substance of things hoped for the evidence of Things Not Seen Hebrews 11 verse 6 says and without faith it is impossible to please him for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him Faith causes us to act on what we haven't experienced yet it causes us to believe promises in the Bible that haven't been fulfilled yet and Faith causes us to trust God when our situations haven't changed yet consider this Bible scenario take David in the story of how he killed Goliath at the time David was a Shepherd boy not a warrior but when he saw Goliath mocking God's people David approached the king and asked to go down and fight just picture the babysitter next door or the kid who delivers your papers telling the president let me handle this one David's ability not to be shaken by Goliath's size resulted from David's faith in God David tells the king in first Samuel 17 37. the Lord who delivered me from the Paw of the Lion and from the Paw of the bear will deliver me from the hand of this philistine and Saul said to David go and the Lord be with you David had faith that God would defeat the giant and deliver his people what an amazing picture of what our lives can be when we have faith in God when we are right with God we never go into turmoil alone we have the creator of the universe on our side faith in God is what allows us to experience stability in the middle of instability when life feels out of control we take comfort in knowing that God is in control faith can do a lot of things in your life if you let it it will help you to grow up and wholly lean on rely on and Trust in Jesus Christ let us pray Heavenly Father thank you for helping me to make it through the difficult seasons of my life thank you for your love for me that never ends thank you for your powerful daily presence in my life I'm grateful that I can be assured of your thoughts towards me thoughts that are good and not of evil thank you that your eyes are over me and your ears are open to my prayers thank you that you've carried me through the uncertainty of deep Waters Through the flames of Trials and through the pain of hard losses Lord thank you that my comfort abounds through you thank you Lord that through every weakness and Hard Place your strength is displayed in my life may you continue to strengthen me Jesus give me the type of faith that can move mountains help me to depend on you to do what I think I cannot do and help me to remember that the gift of Christ Emmanuel is my greatest treasure fill me with your joy and the Peace of your spirit direct my heart and mind towards you let your strength alone sustain me teach me to come to you daily in faith your word in Luke 17 verse 5 says the apostles said to the Lord increase our faith Lord I need you to increase my faith increase my faith and make me a mover of mountains Lord Jesus you are the king of kings and your word says the righteous shall live by faith mold me in your image and fill my heart with faith in you your word in Mark 11 verses 22 through 24 says and Jesus answered them have faith in God truly I say to you whoever says to this mountain be taken up and thrown into the sea and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will come to pass it will be done for him therefore I tell you whatever you ask in prayer believe that you have received it and it will be yours guide my actions Lord so that I can live by faith and so that I can have life in you abundantly and eternally cleanse my thoughts of impurities Dear God keep my eyes fixed on you and you alone help me to keep walking beside you help me to be steadfast in my faith in you help me to trust in you without reservation James 1 verse 6 says but let him ask in faith with no doubting for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind Lord I pray that I would be filled with your Holy Spirit may I be filled by the holy spirit so that I will have no room for doubt and fear in my life thank you God for your faithfulness and thank you for the crown of joy that awaits me forever in your kingdom in Jesus name I pray amen King Jesus the Alpha and the Omega thank you for not passing Us by thank you for never ignoring us you have saved us in every way possible you have made each and every one of us complete in your love and mercy there is no one comparable to you o God and for this reason I bow and submit to you I bowed down and confess that you are Lord we need you in our lives Lord your people need just one touch from you and their entire situation will turn around just a touch of the Hem of your garment and our entire families can be restored our faith can be strengthened and restored because you are a Wonder working God we thank you for your all-encompassing protection we thank you in advance for keeping us safe and protected throughout the day and I thank you in advance King Jesus for defending me from the evil in the night have mercy on me and my family I thank you for being a God who has been faithful Through the Ages I ask that you would put our minds at ease despite what we're facing open our eyes and help us to see your hand in every situation steady our emotions father where we are anxious give us peace where we are troubled we give you our burdens you are the rock of all ages my strong tower and Fortress when we feel tired and weary we will wait on you to renew our strength your word is a lamp to my feet I pray that your strength renews us may so I will rejoice in all of your goodness and faithfulness I pray that your peace will guard our hearts and Minds even though we may not know every step of your plan we do know and trust that whatever your plan may be it will be for our good help us to embrace whatever comes our way with Grace and Faith and with a perspective that if you've allowed it into our lives then it will be for our good had faith that God would defeat the giant and deliver his people what an amazing picture of what our lives can be when we have faith in God when we are right with God we never go into turmoil alone we have the creator of the universe on our side faith in God is what allows us to experience stability in the middle of instability when life feels out of control we take comfort in knowing that God is in control faith can do a lot of things in your life if you let it it will help you to grow up and wholly lean on rely on and Trust in Jesus Christ let us pray Heavenly Father thank you for helping me to make it through the difficult seasons of my life thank you for your love for me that never ends thank you for your powerful daily presence in my life I'm grateful that I can be assured of your Spirit you need to welcome the Holy Spirit you need to seek to be filled by the Holy Spirit and you need to invite him in Vite him into your prayer closet the Bible says over in Romans 8 verses 26-27 likewise the spirit helps us in our weakness for we do not know what to pray for as we ought but the spirit himself intercedes for us with the groanings too deep for words and he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the spirit because the spirit intercedes for the Saints according to the will of God do you see the importance of the Holy Spirit when it comes to your prayer life he's the one who helps us in our weakness and believe me a lot of the time we were all too weak to pray and at times we don't know what to pray not outside of the usual requests that we have but you see it's the Holy Ghost who empowers us and he intercedes for us Matthew 6 verse 7 says and when you pray do not Heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do for they think that they will be heard for their many words you see one of the biggest mistakes we can make is to pray without the guidance leadership or influence of the Holy Spirit because on our own our prayers will be empty they will just be vain repetitions but when we yield to the Holy Spirit and pray he's the one who intercedes for us according to the will of God the holy spirit is the perfect helper because he's the one who makes our prayers effective Ephesians 6 verses 17 and 18 say and take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the spirit which is the word of God praying at all times in the spirit with all prayer and supplication to that end keep alert with all perseverance making supplication for all the saints did you notice how we're told to pray in the spirit at all times and so Saints I want you to invite the Holy Spirit into your lives indeed invite him into your prayer closet and right now I invite him into this time of prayer with us not only do I invite him in with us but I ask him to lead us regarding what we are to pray so let's pray father God I pray for each and every person under the sound of my voice I pray for every heart that's crying out to know you more God we ask that you will pour your spirit out over our lives Luke 11 13 says if you then who are evil know how to give good gifts to your children how much more will the heavenly father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him so God right now we're asking fill us with your Holy Spirit transform our prayer lives God may we be people who fellowship with the Holy Spirit may we be people who are under the guidance and counsel of your spirit Lord Jesus teach us to pray in the spirit so that our prayers may have a sweet Aroma to you Lord father we acknowledge that we need the Holy Spirit may he operate in such a mighty way in our lives Lord as we read your word I pray that the Holy Spirit would bring understanding to our minds may he open our inner ears and our eyes so that we can see the treasure that's in the word Lord Jesus I pray that the Holy Spirit would bring the scriptures to Life as we read your word and may that very word Pierce through every doubt every eye of skepticism and every anxious mind got it through the power of the holy spirit that we can truly intercede for our families and for our homes the holy spirit's the one who empowers us to overcome any spiritual opposition that may be hidden in the dark Lord will you please give us more discernment open our spiritual eyes so that we can see all of the devil's attacks and then we can rebuke and overcome them in Jesus name your word says in Ephesians 5 verses 18 through 20. and do not get drunk with wine for that is debauchery but be filled with the spirit addressing one another in Psalms and hymns and spiritual songs singing and making Melody to the Lord with your heart giving thanks always and for everything to God the father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ indeed Lord fill us with your spirit God let there be a mighty outpouring of the Holy Ghost over our lives let that outpouring be so strong that it'll bring Revival in our hearts that it'll bring Revival within our families and in our communities that so desperately need you and Lord let the outpouring be so strong that it brings Revival across the land father don't let us be filled with wickedness or corruption but let us only be filled by the Holy Spirit Lord we don't want spirit we have been adopted as your children Holy Spirit we invite you to operate freely in our lives move within our homes speak to us minister to us convict us to repentance help us to live righteously and Chase righteousness Galatians 5. verses 16 and 17 say but I say walk by the spirit and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh for the desires of the flesh are against the spirit participation in his sufferings becoming like him in his death when you know the power of his resurrection then you know that Jesus Christ still answers prayers today he still heals today he can still perform Miracles today When You Believe in the resurrected power of Christ then you know that there is power in his name now I believe that when the Lord Jesus ascended to Heaven he left us a helper the Holy Spirit I believe that the Holy Spirit has power I believe every word in Acts 2 verse 4 which says all of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the spirit enabled them I believe that to be a reality today I believe in being filled with the Holy Spirit and speaking in other tongues I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ we should not be ashamed of the gospel of Christ even in this hostile world we should never deny our Lord I am never going to deny that I love Jesus I follow Jesus I believe that you can be convicted in Your Heart by the Holy Spirit I believe that he is a counselor a teacher a helper I believe every single word in Acts 2 verse 17 which says and it shall come to pass in the last days says God that I will pour out of my spirit on All Flesh your sons and your daughters shall prophesy your young men shall see visions your old men shall dream dreams if God has promised an outpouring of his spirit that I am determined not to miss it I am determined to be among those who receive An Almighty anointing from the Lord in the last days my household will be one where the spirit of God resides my sons and daughters will indeed prophesy dreams and Visions from the Lord will be the norm because of the spirit of God my prayer is that in these last days while others may be concerned with signs While others may be preoccupied trying to track down and pinpoint the exact identity of the Antichrist I simply want God to pour out his Spirit over my life want to be involved in anything else that has nothing to do with Jesus all I want is an infilling of His Holy Spirit and I encourage you to desire this too for your lives now let us pray Heavenly Father we are so grateful for your love we are so grateful of your mercy so great is your mercy that you would save a sinful person like me I pray Lord that in these last days as you pour out your spirit as you fill those who love you with a fresh anointing may with our doubts and questions wondering if God even hears us or if he's still with us it's the type of season that tests your faith and your resilience and the thing about faith through different seasons is that you'll hear people talk about faith when things are good I knew things would turn around if I just had faith you'll hear people recommend faith when they're not sure what to say I'm sorry you're going through a rough time just have faith and when others seem unfazed by life's obstacles they might tell you it's because they have faith but what does that mean Hebrews 11 verse 1 defines Faith as the substance of things hoped for the evidence of Things Not Seen Hebrews 11 verse 6 says and without faith it is impossible to please him for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him Faith causes us to act on what we haven't experienced yet it causes us to believe promises in the Bible that haven't been fulfilled yet and Faith causes us to trust God when our situations haven't changed yet consider this Bible scenario take David in the story of how he killed Goliath at the time David was a Shepherd boy not a warrior but when he saw Goliath mocking God's people David approached the king and asked to go down and fight just pictured the babysitter next door or the kid who delivers your papers telling the president let me handle this one David's ability not to be shaken by Goliath's size resulted from David's faith in God David tells the king in first Samuel 17 37. the Lord who delivered me from the Paw of the Lion and from the Paw of the bear will deliver me from the hand of this philistine and Saul said to David go and the Lord be with you David had faith that God would defeat the giant and deliver his people what an amazing picture of what our lives can be when we have faith in God when we are right with God we never go into turmoil alone we have the creator of the universe on our side faith in God is what allows us to experience stability in the middle of instability when life feels out of control we take comfort in knowing that God is in control faith can do a lot of things in your life if you let it it will help you to grow up and wholly lean on rely on and Trust in Jesus Christ let us pray Heavenly Father thank you for helping me to make it through the difficult seasons Spirit you need to seek to be filled by the Holy Spirit and you need to invite him in Vite him into your prayer closet the Bible says over in Romans 8 verses 26 through 27. likewise the spirit helps us in our weakness for we do not know what to pray for as we ought but the spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words and he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the spirit because the spirit intercedes for the Saints according to the will of God do you see the importance of the Holy Spirit when it comes to your prayer life he's the one who helps us in our weakness and believe me a lot of the time we were all too weak to pray and at times we don't know what to pray not outside of the usual requests that we have but you see it's the Holy Ghost who empowers us and he intercedes for us Matthew 6 verse 7 says and when you pray do not Heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do for they think that they will be heard for their many words you see one of the biggest mistakes we can make is to pray without the guidance leadership or influence of the Holy Spirit because on our own our prayers will be empty they will just be vain repetitions but when we yield to the Holy Spirit and pray he's the one who intercedes for us according to the will of God the holy spirit is the perfect helper because he's the one who makes our prayers effective Ephesians 6 verses 17 and 18 say and take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the spirit which is the word of God praying at all times in the spirit with all prayer and supplication to that end keep alert with all perseverance making supplication for all the saints did you notice how we're told to pray in the spirit at all times and so Saints I want you to invite the Holy Spirit into your lives indeed invite him into your prayer closet and right now I invite him into this time of prayer with us not only do I invite him in with us but I ask him to lead us regarding what we are to pray so let's pray father God I pray for each and every person under the sound of my voice I pray for every heart that's crying out to know you more God we ask that you will pour your spirit out over our lives look 11 verse 13 says if you then who are evil know how to give good gifts to your children how much more will the heavenly father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him so God right now we're asking fill us with your Holy Spirit transform our prayer lives God may we be people who fellowship with the Holy Spirit may we be people who are under the guidance and counsel of your spirit Lord Jesus teach us to pray in the spirit so that our prayers may have a sweet Aroma to you Lord father we acknowledge that we need the Holy Spirit may he operate in such a mighty way in our lives Lord as we read your word I pray that the Holy Spirit would bring understanding to our minds may he open our inner ears and our eyes so that we can see the treasure that's in the word Lord Jesus I pray that the Holy Spirit would bring the scriptures to Life as we read your word and may that very word pierced through every doubt every eye of skepticism and every anxious mind God it's through the power of the holy spirit that we can truly intercede for our families and for our homes holy spirit's the one who empowers us to overcome any spiritual opposition that may be hidden in the dark Lord will you please give us more discernment open our spiritual eyes so that we can see all of the devil's attacks and then we can rebuke and overcome them in Jesus name your word says in Ephesians 5 verses 18 through 20. and do not get drunk with wine for that is debauchery but be filled with the spirit addressing one another in Psalms and hymns and spiritual songs singing and making Melody to the Lord with your heart giving thanks always and for everything to God the father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ indeed Lord fill us with your spirit God let there be a mighty outpouring of the Holy Ghost over our lives let that outpouring be so strong that it'll bring Revival in our hearts that it'll bring Revival within our families and in our communities that so desperately needs you and Lord let the helps us in our weakness and believe me a lot of the time we were all too weak to pray and at times we don't know what to pray not outside of the usual requests that we have but you see it's the Holy Ghost who empowers us and he intercedes for us Matthew 6 verse 7 says and when you pray do not Heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do for they think that they will be heard for their many words you see one of the biggest mistakes we can make is to pray without the guidance leadership or influence of the Holy Spirit because on our own our prayers will be empty they will just be vain repetitions but when we yield to the Holy Spirit and pray he's the one who intercedes for us according to the will of God the holy spirit is the perfect helper because he's the one who makes our prayers effective Ephesians 6 verses 17 and 18 say and take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the spirit which is the word of God praying at all times in the spirit with all prayer and supplication to that end keep alert with all perseverance making supplication for all the saints did you notice how we're told to pray in the spirit at all times and so Saints I want you to invite the Holy Spirit into your lives indeed invite them into your prayer closet and right now I invite him into this time of prayer with us not only do I invite him in with us but I ask him to lead us regarding what we are to pray so let's pray father God I pray for each and every person under the sound of my voice I pray for every heart that's crying out to know you more God we ask that you will pour your spirit out over our lives look 11 verse 13 says if you then who are evil know how to give good gifts to your children how much more will the heavenly father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him so God right now we're asking fill us with your Holy Spirit transform our prayer lives God may we be people who fellowship with the Holy Spirit may we be people who are under the guidance and counsel of your spirit Lord Jesus teach us to pray in the spirit so that our prayers may have a sweet Aroma to you Lord father wig knowledge that we need the Holy Spirit may he operate in such a mighty way in our lives Lord as we read your word I pray that the Holy Spirit would bring understanding to our minds may he open our inner ears and our eyes so that we can see the treasure that's in the word Lord Jesus I pray that the Holy Spirit would bring the scriptures to Life as we read your word and may that very word Pierce through every doubt every eye of skepticism and every anxious mind God it's through the power of the holy spirit that we can truly intercede for our families and for our homes the holy spirit's the one who empowers us to overcome any spiritual opposition that may be hidden in the dark Lord will you please give us more discernment open our spiritual eyes so that we can see all of the devil's attacks and then we can rebuke and overcome them in Jesus name your word says in Ephesians 5 verses 18 through 20. and do not get drunk with wine for that is debauchery but be filled with the spirit addressing one another in Psalms and hymns and spiritual songs singing and making Melody to the Lord with your heart giving thanks always and for everything to God the father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ indeed Lord fill us with your spirit God let there be a mighty outpouring of the Holy Ghost over our lives let that outpouring be so strong that it'll bring Revival in our hearts that it'll bring Revival within our families and in our communities that so desperately needs you and Lord let the outpouring be so strong that it brings Revival across the land father don't let us be filled with wickedness or corruption but let us only be filled by the Holy Spirit Lord we don't want to be filled with Envy drunkenness lust or pride no no we only want your spirit Lord we desire to only be filled by the Holy Spirit Romans 8 verse 15 says for you did not receive the spirit of Slavery to fall back into fear but you have received the spirit of adoption as Sons by whom we cry Abba Father thank you Abba Father for not giving us a spirit of slavery or spirit of fear but through your spirit we have been adopted as your children Holy Spirit we invite you to operate freely in our lives move within our homes speak to us minister to us convict us to repentance help us to live righteously and Chase righteousness Galatians 5. verses 16 and 17 say but I say walk by the spirit and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh for the desires of the flesh are against the spirit and the desires of the spirit are against the flesh for these are opposed to each other to keep you from doing the things you want to do Lord give us the strength and the grace to walk in the spirit and not to gratify the desires of the flesh Holy Spirit Empower us and lead us and father I thank you right now and I believe by faith that you have heard this prayer father continue to help us to desire the Holy Spirit to receive the Holy Spirit to walk in the Holy Spirit help us to be led by the Holy Spirit may he guide us not only in our prayers but in our walk with you each and every day participation in his sufferings becoming like him in his death when you know the power of his resurrection then you know that Jesus Christ still answers prayers today he still heals today he can still perform Miracles today When You Believe in the resurrected power of Christ then you know that there is power in his name now I believe that when the Lord Jesus ascended to Heaven he left us a helper the Holy Spirit I believe that the Holy Spirit has power I believe every word in Acts 2 verse 4 which says all of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the spirit enabled them I believe that to be a reality today I believe in being filled with the Holy Spirit and speaking in other tongues I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ we should not be ashamed of the gospel of Christ even in this hostile world we should never deny our Lord I am never going to deny that I love Jesus I follow Jesus I believe that you can be convicted in your hearts by the Holy Spirit I believe that he is a counselor a teacher a helper I believe every single word in Acts 2 verse 17 which says and it shall come to pass in the last days says God that I will pour out of my spirit on All Flesh your sons and your daughters shall prophesy your young men shall see visions your old men shall dream dreams if God has promised an outpouring of his spirit that I am determined not to miss it I am determined to be among those who receive An Almighty anointing from the Lord in the last days my household will be one where the spirit of God resides my sons and daughters will indeed prophesy dreams and Visions from the Lord will be the norm because of the spirit of God my prayer is that in these last days while others may be concerned with signs While others may be preoccupied trying to track down and pinpoint the exact identity of the Antichrist I simply want God to pour out his Spirit over my life I don't want to be involved in anything else that has nothing to do with Jesus all I want is an infilling of his holy spirit and I encourage you to desire this too for your lives now let us pray Heavenly Father we are so grateful for your love we are so grateful of your mercy so great is your mercy that you would save a sinful person like me I pray Lord that in these last days as you pour out your spirit as you fill those who love you with a fresh filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues as the spirit gave them utterance Lord May the Holy Spirit move in our lives with a mighty rushing wind May the Holy Ghost fill our homes your word in Mark 16 verse 17 says and these signs will follow those who believe in my name they will cast out demons they will speak with new tongues let these signs be a reality in our lives King Jesus let us be able to cast out demons in your name and to speak in new tongues I Praise You Lord Jesus you are great and awesome as we live our lives may it be pleasing to you may it be a life that is led by the Holy Spirit I pray that I may live a life that is dependent on the Holy Spirit may I live in obedience to his counsel I pray that my heart would be one that is reliant on the you feel like God is distant and all your prayers have gone unanswered I'm talking about Seasons where we wrestle with our doubts and questions wondering if God even hears us or if he's still with us it's the type of season that tests your faith and your resilience and the thing about faith through different seasons is that you'll hear people talk about faith when things are good I knew things would turn around if I just had faith you'll hear people recommend faith when they're not sure what to say I'm sorry you're going through a rough time just have faith and when others seem unfazed by life's obstacles they might tell you it's because they have faith but what does that mean Hebrews 11 verse 1 defines Faith as the substance of things hoped for the evidence of Things Not Seen Hebrews 11 verse 6 says and without faith it is impossible to please him for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him Faith causes us to act on what we haven't experienced yet it causes us to believe promises in the Bible that haven't been fulfilled yet and Faith causes us to trust God when our situations haven't changed yet consider this Bible scenario take David in the story of how he killed Goliath at the time David was a Shepherd boy not a warrior but when he saw Goliath mocking God's people David approached the king and asked to go down and fight just pictured the babysitter next door or the kid who delivers your papers telling the president let me handle this one David's ability not to be shaken by Goliath's size resulted from David's faith in God David tells the king in first Samuel 17 37. the Lord who delivered me from the Paw of the Lion and from the Paw of the bear will deliver me from the hand of this philistine and Saul said to David go and the Lord be with you David had faith that God would defeat the giant and deliver his people what an amazing picture of what our lives can be when we have faith in God when we are right with God we never go into turmoil alone we have the creator of the universe on our side faith in God is what allows us to experience stability in the middle of instability when life feels out of control we take comfort in knowing that God is in control faith can do a lot of things in your life if you let it it will help you to grow up and wholly lean on rely on and Trust in Jesus Christ let us pray Heavenly Father thank you for helping me to make it through the difficult seasons of my life thank you for your love for me that never ends thank you for your powerful daily presence in my life I'm grateful that I can be assured of your thoughts towards me thoughts that are good and not of evil thank you that your eyes are over me and your ears are open to my prayers thank you that you've carried me through the uncertainty of deep Waters Through the flames of Trials and through the pain of hard losses Lord thank you that my comfort abounds through you thank you Lord that through every weakness and Hard Place your strength is displayed in my life may you continue to strengthen me Jesus give me the type of faith that can move mountains help me to depend on you your word in Mark 11 verses 22 through 24 says and Jesus answered them have faith in God truly I say to you whoever says to this mountain be taken up and thrown into the sea and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will come to pass it will be done for him therefore I tell you whatever you ask in prayer believe that you have received it and it will be yours guide my actions Lord so that I can live by faith and so that I can have life in you abundantly and eternally cleanse my thoughts of impurities Dear God keep my eyes fixed on you and you alone help me to keep walking beside you help me to be steadfast in my faith in you help me to trust in you without reservation James 1 verse 6 says but let him ask in faith with no doubting for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind Lord I pray that I would be filled with your Holy Spirit may I be filled by the Holy Spirit so that I will have no room for doubt and fear in my life thank you God for your faithfulness and thank you for the crown of joy that awaits me forever in your kingdom in Jesus name I pray amen King Jesus the Alpha and the Omega thank you for not passing Us by thank you for never ignoring us you have saved us in every way possible you have made each and every one of us complete in your love and mercy there is no one comparable to you o God and for this touch of the Hem of your garment and our entire families can be restored our faith can be strengthened and restored because you are a Wonder working God we thank you for your all-encompassing protection we thank you in advance for keeping us safe and protected throughout the day and I thank you in advance King Jesus for defending me from the evil in the night have mercy on me and my family I thank you for being a God who has been faithful Through the Ages I ask that you would put our minds at ease despite what we're facing open our eyes and help us to see your hand in every situation your life if you let it it will help you to grow up and wholly lean on rely on and trust in Jesus Christ [Music] let us pray Heavenly Father thank you for helping me to make it through the difficult seasons of my life thank you for your love for me that never ends thank you for your powerful daily presence in my life I'm grateful that I can be assured of your thoughts towards me thoughts that are good and not of evil thank you that your eyes are over me and your ears are open to my prayers thank you that you've carried me through the uncertainty of deep Waters Through the flames of Trials and through the pain of hard losses Lord thank you that my comfort abounds through you thank you Lord that through every weakness and Hard Place your strength is displayed in my life may you continue to strengthen me Jesus give me the type of faith that can move mountains help me to depend on you to do what I think I cannot do and help me to remember that the gift of Christ Emmanuel is my greatest treasure fill me with your joy and the Peace of your spirit direct my heart and mind towards you let your strength alone sustain me teach me to come to you daily in faith your word in Luke 17 verse 5 says the apostles said to the Lord increase our faith Lord I need you to increase my faith increase my faith and make me a mover of mountains Lord Jesus you are the king of kings and your word says the righteous shall live by faith mold me in your image and fill my heart with faith in you your word in Mark 11 verses 22 through 24 says and Jesus answered them have faith in God truly I say to you whoever says to this mountain be taken up and thrown into the sea and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will come to pass it will be done for him therefore I tell you whatever you ask in prayer believe that you have received it and it will be yours [Music] guide my actions Lord so that I can live by faith and so that I can have life in you abundantly and eternally cleanse my thoughts of impurities Dear God keep my eyes fixed on you and you alone help me to keep walking beside you help me to be steadfast in my faith in you help me to trust in you without reservation James 1 verse 6 says but let him ask in faith with no doubting for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind Lord I pray that I would be filled with your Holy Spirit may I be filled by the Holy Spirit so that I will have no room for doubt and fear in my life thank you God for your faithfulness and thank you for the crown of joy that awaits me forever in your kingdom in Jesus name I pray amen King Jesus the Alpha and the Omega thank you for not passing Us by thank you for never ignoring us you have saved us in every way possible you have made each and every one of us complete in your love and mercy there is no one comparable to you o God and for this reason I bow and submit to you I bow down and confess that you are Lord we need you in our lives Lord your people need just one touch from you and their entire situation will turn around just a touch of the Hem of your garment and our entire families can be restored our faith can be strengthened and restored because you are a Wonder working God we thank you for your all-encompassing protection we thank you in advance for keeping us safe and protected throughout the day and I thank you in advance King Jesus for defending me from the evil in the night have mercy on me and my family I thank you for being a God who has been faithful Through the Ages I ask that you would put our minds at ease despite what we're facing open our eyes and help us to see your hand in every situation steady our emotions father where we are anxious give us peace where we are troubled we give you our burdens you are the rock of all ages my strong tower and Fortress when we feel tired and weary we will wait on you to renew our strength your word is a lamp to my feet I pray that your strength renews us may your presence be felt continuously in our hearts I will forever be confident that you are a faithful God and you will be my light in the toughest of times father it is your pure and holy light that eradicates the darkness and destroys the Trap set by the enemy May the joy of the Lord shine through me the joy spoken of in Philippians chapter 4 verse 4 to 6. rejoice in the Lord always again I will say rejoice let your gentleness be known to all men the Lord is at hand be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication with Thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God and so I will rejoice in all of your goodness and faithfulness I pray that your peace will guard our hearts and Minds even though we may not know every step of your plan we do know and trust that whatever your plan may be it will be for our good help us to embrace whatever comes our way with Grace and Faith and with a perspective that if you've allowed it into our lives then it will be for our good Lord Jesus may your will be done you are Mighty and Sovereign you control all things and you remain in control despite my circumstances I thank you for the promise in your word that when I call on you you will listen thank you for your promise that when I seek you with all of my heart I will find you may your love surround me may your glorious presence be wrapped around me may your precious powerful blood cover me in Jesus mighty name I pray amen [Music] we need to pray we actually need to fight to pray right now I want to speak to the person who has a desire to make their prayer life more effective I want to speak to the individuals who genuinely want to pray fervently and passionately the first thing I want to tell you is that you need the Holy Spirit you need to welcome the Holy Spirit you need to seek to be filled by the Holy Spirit and you need to invite him in Vite him into your prayer closet [Music] the Bible says over in Romans 8 verses 26-27 likewise the spirit helps us in our weakness for we do not know what to pray for as we ought but the spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words and he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the spirit because the spirit intercedes for the Saints according to the will of God do you see the importance of the Holy Spirit when it comes to your prayer life he's the one who helps us in our weakness and believe me a lot of the time we were all too weak to pray and at times we don't know what to pray not outside of the usual requests that we have but you see it's the Holy Ghost who empowers us and he intercedes for us Matthew 6 verse 7 says and when you pray do not Heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do for they think that they will be heard for their many words you see one of the biggest mistakes we can make is to pray without the guidance leadership or influence of the Holy Spirit because on our own our prayers will be empty they will just be vain repetitions but when we yield to the Holy Spirit and pray he's the one who intercedes for us according to the will of God the holy spirit is the perfect Helper because he's the one who makes our prayers effective Ephesians 6 verses 17 and 18 say and take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the spirit which is the word of God praying at all times in the spirit with all prayer and supplication to that end keep alert with all perseverance making supplication for all the saints did you notice how we're told to pray in the spirit at all times and so Saints I want you to invite the Holy Spirit into your lives indeed invite him into your prayer closet and right now I invite him into this time of prayer with us not only do I invite him in with us but I ask him to lead us regarding what we are to pray so let's pray father God I pray for each and every person under the sound of my voice I pray for every heart that's crying out to know you more God we ask that you will pour your spirit out over our lives look 11 13 says if you then who are evil know how to give good gifts to your children how much more will the heavenly father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him so God right now we're asking fill us with your Holy Spirit transform our prayer lives God may we be people who fellowship with the Holy Spirit may we be people who are under the guidance and counsel of your spirit Lord Jesus teach us to pray in the spirit so that our prayers may have a sweet Aroma to you Lord father wig knowledge that we need the Holy Spirit may he operate in such a mighty way in our lives Lord as we read your word I pray that the Holy Spirit would bring understanding to our minds may he open our inner ears and our eyes so that we can see the treasure that's in the word Lord Jesus I pray that the Holy Spirit would bring the scriptures to Life as we read your word and may that very word Pierce through every doubt every eye of skepticism and every anxious mind goddess through the power of the holy spirit that we can truly intercede for our families and for our homes the holy spirit's the one who empowers us to overcome any spiritual opposition that may be hidden in the dark Lord will you please give us more discernment open our spiritual eyes so that we can see all of the devil's attacks and then we can rebuke and overcome them in Jesus name your word says in Ephesians 5 verses 18 through 20. and do not get drunk with wine for that is debauchery but be filled with the spirit addressing one another in Psalms and hymns and spiritual songs singing and making Melody to the Lord with your heart giving thanks always and for everything to God the father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ indeed Lord fill us with your spirit God let there be a mighty outpouring of the Holy Ghost over our lives let that outpouring be so strong that it'll bring Revival in our hearts that it'll bring Revival within our families and in our communities that so desperately needs you and Lord let the outpouring be so strong that it brings Revival across the land father don't let us be filled with wickedness or corruption but let us only be filled by the Holy Spirit Lord we don't want to be filled with Envy drunkenness lust or pride no no we only want your spirit Lord we desire to only be filled by the Holy Spirit Romans 8 verse 15 says for you did not receive the spirit of Slavery to fall back into fear but you have received the spirit of adoption as Sons by whom we cry Abba Father thank you Abba Father for not giving us a spirit of slavery or spirit of fear but through your spirit we have been adopted as your children Holy Spirit we invite you to operate freely in our lives move within our homes speak to us minister to us convict us to repentance help us to live righteously and Chase righteousness Galatians 5. verses 16 and 17 say but I say walk by the spirit and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh for the desires of the flesh are against the spirit and the desires of the spirit are against the flesh for these are opposed to each other to keep you from doing the things you want to do Lord give us the strength and the grace to walk in the spirit and not to gratify the desires of the flesh Holy Spirit Empower us and lead us and father I thank you right now and I believe by faith that you have heard this prayer father continue to help us to desire the Holy Spirit to receive the Holy Spirit to walk in the Holy Spirit help us to be led by the Holy Spirit may he guide us not only in our prayers but in our walk with you each and every day God we're so grateful we
