today we're going to make a hot pastrami sandwich look at that looks amazing we got our Double L Ranch pastrami dude this stuff's juicy you can hear we're a big fans the marbling looks good good fat content we're just going to cut this into strips and kind of dice it up and get it ready to throw on the Blackstone griddle this meat's not going to take very long we're probably going to cook this for 3 to 4 minutes just have it get a little sear on it just kind of cook some of that fat aside from everything that we're doing toasting the bones is super critical just get a good texture this Meats looking amazing super juicy it's cooking nicely and there's that toast we're talking about we're going to toss on some provolone cheese get it nice and melted it's starting to come together now we're going to start building our sandwich I can eat it just like this looks amazing we're going to put on some mayonnaise some aou can't forget the mustard and the peppercinis and we're done and just like that we have a hot pami sandwich that is going to be amazing this is Garrett with smokea fatty barbecue if this sandwich looks amazing please like And subscribe
