I love her videos, theyβre always very informative and educational! Sheβs also very beautiful
They should make an app to see if colors will match with your shade and level of contrast
She has so many good videos

I'm not sure how to actually make this work. I've been messing around in photoshop taking color swatches of my skin (from a natural light photo that represents the skin tone I have IRL the most) and finding the shade match in blue, green etc, but all of the blues and greens that come out of that are shades that make me look horribly washed out. The colors that I think, in real life, look best on me are colors/shades that according to this video don't match me at all.
I love this. In think the one thing she missed was the reflectiveness of the fabric. In that Rihanna pic with the second red dress she says the colour has more white in but I think that's the reflection of the flash. So if you are going to be photographed with flash or other bright lighting you either need to match the light absorption of the fabric to your skin, wear a slightly darker if your skin absorbs light or a lighter shade if your skin reflects. On average the lighter your skin the more reflective it is but obviously highlighting makeup or oily skin can also make it more reflective and matt makeup less so.
