THE 20 COMMANDMENTS OF AN ALPHA MALE

[Music] hey guys what's going on in this video we'll be going through the 20 commandments of an alpha male and determine what truly makes someone an alpha male from my perspective of course so if you as it is in close relation to this one I'll link it down below with that being said let's move on to commandment number one thou shalt be ambitious and alpha male is on a mission he finds a higher purpose in life he is focused he doesn't let everyday time wasting activities affect his long-term goals without ambition of man is dead if you watch the Viking series and spoiler alert if you haven't and think about watching it or haven't finished watching it just skip the next 20 seconds of the video you see a Ragnar in his early days being ambitious full of energy ready to take on the world after a while he loses the ambition and died spiritually man he doesn't have the will to live anymore he even tried hanging himself from a tree number two he stands with his beliefs no matter what he doesn't give in to the norm from the pressure of other people around him an interesting example would be and I'm sure you've seen something similar a million times let's say a girl asks you which music do you prefer and you say you you say I listen to metal she goes a metal that's weird I don't like that kind of music it just random noise and screaming the worst thing you can do is go ah yeah you're right I mean I generally listen to you all John as you know I don't really chain myself to one in particular that's disgusting broke and Plus off topic here really hated when people give the response I listen to all genres really come on I would also like to show you two videos samples off Jordan Peterson and Christopher Hitchens not giving in to peer pressure whether you do or do not agree with their opinions it's irrelevant and are you prepared to suffer the consequences that society may deem you need to suffer because of your views I'm yes I'm prepared to do that well so what am I willing to do well I think that the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal is probably obligated by their own tangled web to to bring me in front of it if they find me I won't pay it if they put me in jail I'll go and a hunger strike I'm not doing this and that's that I'm not using the word words that other people require me to use but most men are pretty hopeless when new born bundles arrive and they're they're so incredibly impressed by how women appear to know what to do and then they think well I'll go off and do extra work and make some money and they just fight in that way Christopher I've heard you say this yeah obviously you're hearing me say it again no but my point would be that I think after the 70s that is actually not true that may have been true but I don't think that it's true that men are so less capable of dealing with children and that it's better they go go for learn money you know maybe the mother could go and earn some money never any one of mine there's work you know you know I won't you know if they don't need to work they can work they can if they like they don't have to you are joking no no no I would expect Elmi expertise okay look if you want me to have to Dad the attitude man stand your ground commandment number three he doesn't care what people think of him this is a major one and if you don't fix this you'll always be held back and not do what you want with your life and try some things because you'll always be afraid of what people will think of you instead of that and alpha-male doesn't give a crap he's gonna do or say the thing whether you like him for it or not he just does what he wants to do commandment number four thou shalt not complain this one is crucial as well an alpha male adopts duh it's all up to me mentality and never blames anyone or anything else for his shortcomings and failures whereas always playing the victim is the worst thing you can do that's a weakness whereas taking full responsibility and blaming yourself is a sign of maturity unfortunately a lot of people die without maturing and till the very last day think that they didn't succeed because of their president the screwed up system or whatever so stop whining and take control of your life it was hard for me to give up my old blame list it was so comfortable blaming the government and blaming my negative relatives and the company company policy unions wage scale economy interest rates prices and circumstances and all that that was difficult for me to give up that was quite a transition for me to make and blaming myself but mr. show up started out with something very very important let me give that to you he said it's not what happens that determines the major part of your future it's not what happens what happens happens to us all he said the key is what you do about it's not what happens it's what you do about it commandment number five he has control over his balls and mind what do I mean by this he masters when to use which one so during the workout he's not going to think so much while 225 pounds are over his head he unleashes the inner beast and absolutely kills it opposed to that when in attempted situation to give in to his cravings for whichever addiction he knows that it's time to use his brain and stay away from that so he doesn't have an alcohol problem he's not addicted to smoking or can't control himself and porn and masturbate three times a day he knows better he's also not going to give in to temptation and disappoint his wife and children when a lady of questionable morals approaches him so opposed to the belief of some dead and alpha male is someone who sleeps around with multiple women and can't control his urges no it's in fact the opposite he can do that but he knows better also adding to this which leads us to commandment number six he never lets emotions overpower him in a discussion so no a man who shouts at you and screams at you while you're having a discussion is not an alpha male as some I think so always use your head when having a discussion never let screaming and yelling of your opponent or comments sweep you off your feet and calm down to his or her level because they'll beat you with experience and you'll show a sign of weakness number seven he always speaks the truth no matter what the cost is even when it comes to the seemingly small things most people would go and say that they don't care without knowing the long-term consequences here's another clip from Jordan Peterson elaborating on this don't underestimate the power of truth there's nothing more powerful now in order to speak what you might regard as the truth you have to let go of the outcome you have to think all right I'm going to say what I think stupid as I am biased as I am ignorant as I am I'm going to state what I think as clearly as I can and I'm going to live with the consequences no matter what they are now the reason you think that that's an element of faith the idea is that nothing brings a better world into being than the stated truth now you might have to pay a price for that but that's fine you're gonna pay a price for every bloody thing you do and everything you don't do you don't get to choose to not pay a price you get to choose which poison you're going to take that's it so if you're going to stand up for something stand up for your truth it'll it'll shape you number eight he never gives up part of this is that he always stays true to himself and to other people and never gives up on making the promise he made to himself or to other people our reality so he sees failure as a stepping stone to reaching his goal not as a fitted and good enough excuse for quitting number nine thou shalt take care of his body and helped will already cover the opposite of this he does not ruin his body and helped with temptations he cannot overpower and on the opposite side he realizes the importance of taking care of his body and health which will produce the vital energy he needs for delivering his mission and achieving his goals and let's be honest it's certainly not a necessity but it sure is a plus probably when you picture of what you would want to look like as a fully developed alpha male you see yourself at least with 20 pounds more muscle than you have right now you don't see yourself skinny or overweight and hunched over which leads us to commandment number 10 thou shalt have a firm posture stick your chest out and keep your shoulders back number 11 he doesn't let anyone with authority mess with him this one is similar to and extends Commandments number two and number three what is meant by this is that his not afraid to break the rules set by someone who has authority over him not the law let's get a straight but the rules for example a kid who's not afraid to tell the teacher he or she is wrong if they appear to be while everyone else is quiet being afraid of what might happen if they speak up the little alpha doesn't care number 12 he is not dependent on anyone else and can provide for his family from a private business an alpha male is an entrepreneur he does not work 9:00 to 5:00 and depend on someone giving him a job and steady paychecks he has the skill and knowledge to make the money on his own and take care of his family he doesn't have a boss telling him what to do every single day number 13 he doesn't chase women we all know those guys spending two to three hours a day on Facebook tinder and chatted with multiple random women in hopes of hooking up with some of them then going out at the weekends with the same intentions and basically think about hooking up with women in their head 24/7 thinking that it's the highest source of pleasure one can get if this is you you're wasting your time so no goddamn Charlie Sheen from Two and a Half Men is not an alpha male a true offer works on himself improves and lets the women come his way number fourteen he doesn't bring other people down in order to lift himself up he invited them on the journey there's nothing more disgusting than this even though on the outside to some people someone may seem manly if they humiliate someone or put them down deep down that person is an insecure loser and has to do this sort of stuff in order to feel better about himself and lift himself up in the eyes of other people but Dedic so the next time someone tries that on you call them on their own BS number 15 he constantly improves I'm sure you've heard your parents or many other people saying how life is worse as you get older and that they had the most fun and lived best when they were in college high school or younger and that they would like to return to that period really the best time of your life was when you were a no-brain snot drooling kid well that's what happens when you don't constantly improve you don't just stagnant and stay the same no it starts getting worse and worse as you get older and myself man I can't wait to be 70 80 and see what happens when you work on yourself for the past 50 or 60 years you will never hear someone at 50 say god damn it I've been working on myself for the best years eating right training reading developing new skills and my life is awful big argument last year in Congress about the starting place should be five should be 555 well no it doesn't need to be five why not start with four it's a ladder right there's not a bed this is a ladder decline starts at four dollars now something said well should be five should be five well maybe if you're gonna stay at the bottom for the rest of your life and probably should be fine but that's kind of a pitiful way to live start not grow start not change start and not become more valuable hey the whole scenario of life is to start number one in what become more valuable number two commandment number sixteen thou shalt have a lot of kids now this may be controversial for some folks out there but I don't care when I imagine myself at forty something I don't see myself chasing women at the clubs that's pathetic I see myself having lots of well-behaved children besides me preferably sons don't get triggered that's amazing man passing on your knowledge to your kids fishing them how to behave well and go about life number seventeen and alpha male respect his woman his wife if she earns it of course she otherwise wouldn't even be there so that applies by default you don't respect people randomly the world would lose all its meaning them so extending this to command the number eighteen she does not cheat number nineteen he speaks loud with confidence now you don't have to yell right but speak from their stomach not from your throat and finally number twenty he is ready to sacrifice himself for the well-being of his family if someone even tries to lay a hand on his wife or kids they're in for a lot of trouble he has zero problem taking the bullet for his wife and so that'll be it guys hopefully you enjoyed the video and
