That is NOT a CATFISH!!! (DANGEROUS)

got it yeah all right my friends welcome another video here we are at a bayou a creek fish right there we're at a bayou a creek it's pretty muddy um we have caught some huge fish from this creek y'all have seen us catch 100 pound alligator gar staff got a 50 pound catfish out of here the other day there are huge fish in here stove went and cast netted some mullet for us that's what we got this is just flowing so perfectly for big fish it's to the point where we don't need a sinker and where the the current will just carry our bait to a natural spot in the river and hopefully a big fish will pick it up we're gonna try and find something huge today big catfish big alligator gar thank you guys for watching my main setup here perfect catfish setup i got a speed demon pro flipping stick that's from casting in the cast king size 200 reel my new favorite catfish reel and 65 pound braid we still got a chance that guard today right oh yeah looks pretty good yeah and the spot really good run no no that was a catfish man do you think so yeah i mean it was flying off there really he's still pulling didn't he i can feel his tail kind of kicking he's got him you sure he's small jeez it's a flap it's your biggest fly that's your pb flathead dude oh okay i'm to try and get over here yeah i gotta land this thing dude oh come here dude i got him buddy let's go you want me to grab the fish no just don't let me fall in oh is that hook bad or do you think you can get it out i can get it out you got to hold the fish though uh get his tail more this way he's like flexing it the other way hail out nice man that's awesome you get one like sure you want you in it or just like that i kind of focused if you can you know it's awesome one last yeah he's 10 pounds don't you think yeah maybe a tad one took off healthy now we got another one going here this is on the tiniest little bait too all right you're the expert man what do you think how long should i wait it's dude if the bait is small enough not that one he took it i think that was a gar yeah but they won't roll when it's this cold oh man dude this bag sucks something's dude this ain't good no it's not a run at all it's weight and it's moving i don't know yeah yeah dude i'm moving it i'm moving it it's huge it's huge dude oh buddy no it's i don't know what it is leader oh my gosh buddy oh my gosh come here dude help me oh my gosh guys look at this critter dude that's insane come here and take the rod buddy i'm gonna go in for him all right keep it super tight okay keep it super tight it's not gonna break is it no i hope not just try and keep him like right there no keep keep him up because he's stuck on something now ready i mean it's gonna take me a minute i'm just gonna have to get in screw it oh man it might help to move this tree right here it keeps going under it that one right in front of you yeah just going to pull him this way are you going to grab him by the back i'm going to try and grab by the tail i got him no i know [Applause] all right guys check out this alligator snapping turtle that is a monster it's only about 40 to 50 pounds which is actually very small for this species they can get well over 150 pounds this is the only turtle that cannot put its head and its legs in its own body you can see right now it has no way of getting any of its limbs its extremities inside its body but the safest way to hold him as you can see i got him right behind the head right there and he cannot get to me and i got a hold of his tail back here way different from the common snapping turtle this one actually has a beak and a way stronger bite force be careful man you're super close all right guys these these turtles are actually protected it's illegal to keep them there's even a black market for them apparently and uh we just we got to get this guy back in the water now what an honor to catch this amazing animal you good all right guys one last look at this guy that's a small one which is crazy what an incredible animal there he goes i'm gonna get out of the water oh yeah that's going fast thinking kitty yeah actually yeah ready yeah soon because my line he's flying dude what's going on yes buddy oh boy oh look at him over there what is he oh nice blue dude nice blue he's so white man see how white he is [Applause] he's still pretty green [Applause] yeah i got it it took perfect right in the corner you want a picture uh it's all right let me just let him go sure don't make sure mine aren't running please they're both out i got it i thought he was a little bigger all right guys we got he caught i didn't even catch one fish you got a couple of blues and a nice flat head and the biggest flathead of your life right yeah and that was cool and then i'm super stoked about my turtle um those things are incredible critters how how old like that wasn't a that wasn't a big one but that would be like a 40. yeah easily older than me probably yeah so that was awesome experience of a lifetime for me that was a big turtle i've caught him over 100 pounds before but never in a video like that and just an awesome creature got it back in the water and it took off just
