Testing GOOD Rain Products

hey everybody Welcome to a video where I test things so you don't have to and I've been waiting a long time to test this video because it hardly ever rains here in Southern California and when it does it's usually just at night but today it is raining outside a storm is up ruin so we are going to test rain products ready here's what we got we have a lightweight rain coat it goes from head to toe so we're going to see how it feels is it too stuffy does it Act actually work next product it is I want a rain hat and it's warm on the inside it's fuzzy we are going to be warm cozy and protected and stylish next product this is an all weather pen you got to work outside in the rain you have to write things down you use this but you're like oh what about my paper it gets wet boom waterproof notebook done son oh what I should open this first or else it's you're you're like just going to see a package and that's going to make hold on give me a second oh I have to start a fire in the rain but the weather keeps putting my match Out waterproof lighter done oh wait what is this I have an electric car to figure out says I have an electric car and I need to charge it but it's pouring rain you can't use electricity in the rain yes you can when you have one here it is did you fart it stinks a cover for your electrical charging plug thing car next produ don't you hate it when you're driving and you look in your side mirrors and they're rained out you can't see anything that's why you have to have a visor thingy myob for your car did it lastly oh what if I don't like those visor thingies and there's rain all over my car side mirrors what do I do well you obviously buy a mini extended squeegee [Music] thing done don't why would you jump and eat this why is that the process it's a stick it's metal gentle [Music] gentle idiot all right let's go get wet oh God there's something in my eye that was weird ready let's begin all right the first thing we're obviously going to do is try the rain cat on right this is for men and women supposed to go from from your heads to your toes and we're going to put this puppy on and they give you don't jump for it and we're going to see how dry I stay right should I put a light colored shirt on so you can see if I'm getting wet it's very lightweight and long all right I'm going to go put a light colored shirt on so you can see if it's getting wet right that makes sense you can't see when Black's getting wet my pants are a light color you can see that but my shirt we got to do this right y'all we got to do this right all right so we've come outside I put a light colored jacket on we're standing in the rain and we're going to see if if I get wet but while we do that we're going to see if my waterproof pen and waterproof notepad work in the rain so here we go um I love my mom it seems to be working hold on let's smudge it around oh it doesn't smudge too much look at that I mean do don't normal pens work in the rain is this special I could get that the notepad is special please sub to my page Oh it's leaking what is this what what is this it's leaking would that be the pen or the paper I feel like it's the Pen's full I don't believe that this is all weather hold on look at at look at it oh the paper's holding up let's draw a sunset on the ocean Oh it's leaking look at this that is a depressing Sunset over the ocean the pen is trash but I really like the notepad it's not falling apart the notepad is nice it doesn't work with gel pins is this a gel pin no I bought this together okay consensus this sucks it's just like a normal pen feel like any pen can write in the rain notep pad's good and I don't feel like I'm getting wet I feel like I'm doing pretty good so next thing we have to test is my hat let's see if the Hat Works I am fashion I have to say the hat is way better than a hood because it Jets out and it's not getting on my face and it's warm on the inside so it's like when weing a beanie but I have a little I have a little lip look oh my goodness look at how wet my pant is compared to the part that's been hidden oh okay well now it's just getting wet don't do that all right um I'm just going to keep existing in the rain I'll test my car products and see how wet I get getting quite cold I'm still in my outfit even though we're in the garage listen I don't want to take it on and off but now we're going to test the things that are supposed to go on your side mirrors boom didly Doom I dropped it okay well I dropped it that's fine that's fine don't worry about it what you're supposed to do how is it it doesn't fit it doesn't fit okay let's see if it works on the truck cuz if mhm mhm let's test the truck hold on wait here it doesn't fit on the truck either let me see if it fits on aby's car I have to say I'm loving my FIT I feel like I could take on the rain all day long all you dropped I caught you don't worry about it I got you I got you don't stress here we go all right there it is okay hold on let's see if it [Music] fits this does not fit on any car mirror and it's not like you can break it this is made of like like metal aluminum something physics of periodic table of elements what in the world all right well we can see if the squeegee thing works let's try try that oh my goodness I cannot see out of my mirror I got to turn the car on what do I do have no fear squeegee dude is here so you roll down your window [Music] and oh my God that's adorable are you kidding me oh oh my God my car is getting so wet stop it stop okay oh but what about all the way over there you just extend it hold on hold on got this roll down my window just a little bit hold on and whoop whoop whoop whoop roll it up shut at the front door this is so amazing you know sometimes your mirrors even fog are you kidding this is an amazing invention I'm obsessed with this and it collapses so small hey it fits right there it fits right there I'm sorry but that's the best product so far probably the entire thing are you kidding oh my God I'm obsessed with that that's 1,000% yeah that is so freaking cute next okay the lighting is terrible I'm sorry how do I how do I make the lighting better there we go hi so waterproof lighter right I don't quite understand the concept because like while this can create a thing oh there's a flashlight anyway well that can do it but I'm like I'm going to light some cardboard on Fire won't this get wet this isn't waterproof maybe like this can fall into a thing of water and then still work doesn't make sense though cuz it's electric hold on here we go ready I'm in the rain in the rain I don't quite get it because like yeah this is lighting but this isn't so like what's the point of having a lighter that can light in the rain if you can't light anything on fire maybe I'm just not well versed in the nature maybe I just don't understand things very well I don't get it I don't get what I'm supposed to do here maybe it's like oh this was in the rain yeah I mean it lights it's lighting while I'm in the rain I just don't understand what I'm supposed to light on fire it smokes maybe I should get something more flammable it's a piece of paper all right piece of paper I feel like is more flammable than cardboard it's on fire it it went out it's still on fire it went out hold on oh I did it oh I did it look at me okay well all [Music] right I did it I just needed something more flammable all right this works this is for camping situations look it I burnt it do not play with fire it is not a toy don't burn things or L them adult supervision required I am technically adult I have supervised myself okay this works I like this a lot squeegee works and I got to say this outfit is killing it do I have anything else hold on all right so a lot of people are complaining that when you go to charge your electric car when it's pouring rain there's going to get water in your electrical spout right that's where this comes in so you want to do this I don't quite know how this works there were no instructions hold on wa oh is this magnetic it is oh shoot okay let me get my car not my car my phone it's my key to my car hold on oh I'm excited give give me a second okay so I got to be down I'm going to do this not in the rain though so I can figure it out first always figure it out before so you open your little doodad it's open right you grab your charger and you put your charger through this hole and then plug it in boom Oh wait hold on I don't know if that's going to work hold on hold on hold on so it's like this you got this here and if this is magnetic so oh look at that it's bendy magnetic and it goes all the way around so when you're charging it's like this cuz yeah you have the little door that opens up on the Tesla up like this and so you're slightly protected from the rain but not fully and then like that boom yeah okay and then when you're done right you just go in here press the little thing off okay take that store it boom I mean that is pretty nifty and then this guy's own thing and you roll it up the other direction there's a direction you have to follow okay roll this up sham sh blam sh blam I think it's pretty good for a light drizzle or whatever obviously in like a tropical storm or a hurricane it's not going to work that well but I think it's better than nothing I think this was a pretty smart invention I never really thought about having to charge your car in the rain because I mine's in the garage but that's pretty freaking Nifty I'm going to keep this in my car in case I go on road trips and I have to charge out and about oh yeah that's a good one where do I put this I'm going to put it in the trunk all right now I'm going to stand in the rain for a little bit get as wet as possible and then we're going to take this off see how dry I am and then go stand in the rain and see how quickly I get wet without this on so we know that this works right I want to protected okay my face didn't get that wet here we go examine my body examine it dry pants a dry hoodie now see what happens how wet I get without it oh hold on no hold on I'm going to put my hair in my hood cuz who's just standing out without a hood on right you got to have a hood here we go Bo that was half the time look how wet I am look at look at me look at me look at it guys it obviously works it's a poncho but it's it's lightweight it's cheap it comes with a lot of them you can see your bomb outfit through it if you need and they come in black and white I'm sorry but this is pretty dope this is good and weirdly as ugly as the hat is like let's be real the Hat's really ugly it keeps your head warm and it really does keep the rain from getting to your face like just this little bit of cover does a lot I was getting pelt for a second I had to move my hood again so this also in the wind oh yeah oh yeah that's going to strap you on you can't get that off son if you don't care what you look like you could stay quite dry and warm yeah all right I think that's it to the outro all right guys that's it for today I hope you enjoyed this video I certainly did I love getting new products that help me for 4 days of the year remember to stay dry out there stay warm I mean if you're staying dry you're probably going to be warmer than if you were wet and that's just a fact every everything was great except the pen the pen smeared on the paper so I don't know why it's saying like oh all weather no you didn't work in the rain that's when I needed you to work but if you want any
