TECH SUPPORT SCAMMER CALLS THE WRONG PERSON!

i'm calling you from microsoft all system already hacked madam okay why my server failure and warning message from your computer tell me yeah that is why i'm calling you to help you madam so don't worry okay you don't listen to me i will call the police police will arrest you okay yeah you first you go ahead and turn on your computer then i show you each and everything is english-speaking countries like australia canada the uk and the us sometimes though i get access to different parts of a call center that scan people from countries that don't have english as their primary language in what is called a day shift the specific scammers we are looking at today are trying to scam people in germany my name is jack william un h ben roofey save is different of course but all these guys had one thing in common which was that their german was terrible most of the time because of their creepy understanding of this language these cameras did not open the call in german they simply just started it in english hello sir my name is david and i am calling you from windows technical department this call is about your computer laptop okay this is a service check-up call for your computer the reason of my call because your computer license id sending some report our microsoft department some failure and one new mistake an online hacker infection get inside your computer and receive your compute to some criminal activity that's the reason so i'm calling you i remove all the problem okay okay i speak german sir i speak little little german okay first of all first of all sir you open or you open in your computer then microsoft connect your computer our german department with this call the scammer said his name was david which is definitely a fake name in this call center it seemed like everyone's name was david my name is gabriel hello yes my name is david to me it was not surprising that this attempt of scamming german people was very unsuccessful i got these cameras back in february of 2021 and i've only seen them scam someone successfully once it is a very weird situation for the potential victims in germany to get a robocall early in the morning from microsoft talking about hackers in your computer german people have a good understanding of english and that is why the scammers are targeting them not only do they know english very well they are also good at recognizing accents which does not play out in favor of the scammers especially if you don't sound american whilst you're claiming to be from california i say i am calling for the usa california you know that so you yell usa california the headquarters of microsoft this is the official language of microsoft english okay when my scammer was not on a call i could hear other scammers in the background talking to their victims i could tell that they were not only targeting germany spanish people were also being flooded with robocalls and being connected to people that were very terrible at speaking their own language as well these cameras are obviously not from microsoft then it is also clear they are not from california their ipg location reveals to me that they are actually based in india specifically in the city of kolkata like i mentioned before i did catch these cameras successfully scamming someone once in the german campaign let's take a very quick look at how this person got tricked by these scammers you see so many files so many unknown unwanted files are downloading your computer without your knowledge and without permission see that coding run dll file in your computer download in your computer i i don't tell user anything i have to check in a google which kind of file is it and you have to read it this one your personal data your internet banking here all the data has been not secure sir and you do online banking right sir hackers are know your all the data and i will try to remove the hackers in your all the details yeah you do one thing sir you write down your bank name and i have to check sir your bank is secure and not okay oh my god you see this bank is not secure warnings error errors hackers have the details in your bank okay you see the web page this camera is using to supposedly check if the victim's entire banking company is safe or not this is obviously complete bogus the only thing this webpage does is to check if a script coded in the html language is valid or if there's any errors in the script scammer then goes on to tell the victim that his entire banking company has been compromised by hackers and that he needs to give security in the victim's banking account and that the victim has to log into his banking account i have to give you the security in your bank you have to log into your bank by yourself and all your all the details is encrypted into an encrypted okay i don't need anything i don't want anything with your computer okay the scammer makes the victim type in his username and password and then decrypts the password from the victim through html inspect by changing the text type from password to plain text he then copies the password makes the victim press on login and checks the balance so that he knows how much money he can steal from this man that makes the victim log out so the victim won't get suspicious when his computer screen is black and tired by the scammers while steve is still logged into his banking page right now the thing is they are trying to hack you from everywhere because they have got to know that uh microsoft is connected so now what i'm going to do is from from my account from my uh bank i am sending you uh five thousand nearly about five thousand one hundred or five thousand two hundred euros sir because we have to confuse them that you are not connected to the microsoft and you are doing the normal thing which you do in the computer sir so it will be in front of your computer after i will give you the service you can check your online banking and you will check your online banking that if you get the money from me or not okay because from my account only the minimum amount i can send is five thousand euros yeah so you just talk to mr gerry nixon till then i'm prepa i am trying to send you the money scammer goes on to manipulate the victim's banking page whilst he's doing this he sends his colleague on a mission to distract the man so that he won't notice anything suspicious going on on his computer screen yeah you do one thing sir you have a router right you do one thing you take your vlog because we have to give you the security in your internet we need your router number you go to uh you go to your router in front of your router and check this router number is completely useless the scammers don't save it anywhere if the victim tells them the ruler number it's just made so that the victim is not in front of his computer because the scammers were too stupid to blacken out his screen with teamviewer or any desk this is not a real this is the demo page uh to distract the hackers okay don't be worried this is not here we are not to the right to as you could hear the scammer that is manipulating the banking page is constantly giving the guy on the phone commands to me it seemed like the guy on the computer was the big smart boss with the guy on the phone as his worker but then this happened [Music] scammer then manipulates the banking page of the victim with the right numbers this time and goes on to show it to the victim so is this your bank you just check everything i have sended you 5429 euros to your account okay everything is looks okay now i'll start the service now you do one thing you log out from your bank now okay after this the scammer attempts to wire money to an italian bank account under the name fabio chester i decided this was going too far and had to step in the only problem was i did not have the man's phone number to warn him so i decided to call his bank instead then this is what happened hello yeah do you speak english yes of course i can see they are trying to scam somebody that's with your bank right now yeah and how are they scamming someone uh they are trying to make a transfer uh wire transfer to italy they're trying to make a transfer of 5 000 euros to an italian bank okay one moment i'll try to um download our law department okay um i talked to the department maybe you can give me the account number of the person getting scammed i went on to give him the account number of the victim and after five minutes of being put on hold i got the following message okay i'll just have a look and the account number doesn't exist at our bank so i can't give you any information about it but this is spark costs and noise i can see this number on the on his screen so i don't know yeah but i'm not allowed to give you any information about our customers yeah i don't need any information i just want to make sure he doesn't get scammed maybe i go to the police for example they can help you with that but for data security reasons we are not allowed to give you any information about our customers or about our account numbers yeah i don't need any i already have his logins if i wanted to do something bad i could log into his bank and give myself all the money but uh i'm just trying to prevent a scam here i trust you but uh for data security reasons we are not allowed to give you any information about it if you want to avoid him from uh being scammed you have to go to the police that the where you have to go oh he's probably gonna call the number uh after you get scammed so just know that i warned you and if you don't do anything about it that's your choice there's nothing i can do for your help all right thank you very much have a nice day have a pleasant day oh hope was lost and it seemed like this man was gonna get scammed there was nothing else i could do after the call at the bank though it seemed like the victim was getting suspicious i don't know if the bank did end up calling him or if he himself got onto the scam but the scammers eventually started losing him hello hello hello hello hello hello the scammer deleted all the victims information shut down all his programs and turned off his computer this victim was safe a few days later i decided to call the scammers myself and destroy one of their machines whilst on the call with them type in any desk a n y d e s k desk okay just hold on a moment sir now we are going to transfer this call to our technician because there is some kind of problem like some hackers have put some kind of virus on your device so we have to remove that virus at first so be with me on the line i'm going to transfer this call to the technical department all right now you are successfully connected
