TARPON Fishing at FLORIDA KEYS Bridges

good morning everyone we're here my brother Ricky today and Charles we were going to try to catch a tarpon tarpon one of the most popular fish down here in the Florida Keys make sure you're following these guys but Mary's marina on YouTube as opposed to Kesey TV on YouTube Charles is loading up the net right now there's some mullet up here flipping we're gonna see they can throw a pancake and get some fresh bait anyways guys stay tuned so as you can see catching bait is not always easy we got some which we got enough to go fishing but when you come down and go fishing bait is very important so sometimes you catch in five minutes and it takes hours someone's gotta use frozen Vic's it's all we can get so say we get one more throw on you guys we're down us one here and catch bait there's a crocodile this is a saltwater crocodile they're endangered swimming right there [Music] [Music] we just want a few more baits of Wingo fishing we've got bait now you guys we can go tarpon fishing we'll see out there soon all right guys we're underneath the bridge you can see that live mullet going out trying get a big tarpon a tarpon gonna explode in this pile on these beats [Music] Barracuda back there folks got smoked [Music] [Music] there we go while you're fishing for these tarpon there's some Barracuda in here to Cooter's are actually fun to catch when you want to catch them there we go first fish in the boat today big cooter you guys alright we've changed spots old one wasn't working out see some fish we're gonna give it a try here drag some baits around and try to hook up we're gonna eat the banana see if that does the trick tell me dr greg did you got it hi brother Ricky he's hooked up there tarpon right now chase them down we're gonna chase them down we don't want I'm going back in the bridge could break us off [Music] to make a jump here you ready Charles and that is why these are one of the most sought-after fish down here the Florida Keys they're big they jump and I fight great unbelievable big tarp in there you want to come down here the Florida Keys and try to get a big tarpon check us out at button Mary's calm there's 25 guides here that fish the springtime in early summer months we also catch times a year you can see he's putting a lot of drag and pressure on this fish we're trying to get him up close for a good picture for you guys yeah we like to fight them all day long you know we wait on this one for about 20 minutes but don't like to pull on these fish for more than 45 minutes if you only have two [Music] [Music] and we lost the underwater GoPro turbine we let him go he kind of swallowed the hook so we're just gonna cut it in that close put the boat in gear here and kind of give them a little Running Start all right here we go guys good job Ricki big torch Papa Murata rich fish in the Florida Keys all right I was tiring mr. big tarpon yeah for the bridge he's going for the bridge guys he's trying to break me off oh my god the pilings yeah oh jeez he went through the piling to go Charles since you've dropped a gopher on the water I think you should jump in with it that's gonna get ruined no I'll bring on the real well alrighty we are going to try to float the reel through here you guys [Music] so I don't recommend this but we really wanna catch this fish we're gonna try to get through those pilings there we go good luck buddy go get it tarpon go get it tarpon don't make it more expensive yeah might as well make the trip more expensive so we're gonna go around the piling here and see if we can get that right out and they look bad Ricky lost his GoPro so he wants me to lose my fishing rod he wants it to be even so we're down to 600 to the 300 I do hear it screaming come up the top there [Music] [Music] daddy's over there we got loose drag here we just floated the rod through the bridge the real actually stayed freeze-dried which is good now this fish is heading into the bay we're gonna chase them down baby let's do it there we go just like that baby that's how we do it good work captain team Ricky on the wheel we almost hit the bridge but he got us through look just like that we got him on baby let's go we got a my own baby silver King is owned as long as we don't lose and I'll be happy I'm just holding on to this go probe into your life right now all right here he comes you guys it's not a monster fish but a still a nice tarpon oh we got lightning out there I think we need to catch this fish and go to the barn there's lightning a big storm coming right now this could be you guys though come down here to the Florida Keys and go fishing there's tons of guides here there's a bunch of great ones here at our place but Mary's marina get in on the action [Music] here we go we're on the leader - right there and a little extra pressure with her hand to slow him down now these tarpon are smart he's heading for that bridge piling right there he wants to get underneath then try to break us up I'm adding extra pressure I don't want him going through there again [Music] he's been to a dance before I think trying to pull him away from it three comes a night jump oh yeah we're gonna jump awesome nice tarpon you guys look at that got a 50-pounder nice tarpon you guys awesome there we go [Music] -
