there's one thing that is essential to master and that is focus without Focus you cannot build skills or get any work done without Focus you become less effective and are not intentional with what you do throughout the day focus is attention with intention a life where you are in flow is a fulfilling one find things that you are naturally good at you will find that the more sessions of flow you have with a particular activity the more you come to like doing that activity meanwhile the opposite is also true there's a way to develop passion for things and that's to activate flow constantly and build Mastery within that skill if you want to develop a skill in something for any particular reason but you currently don't like it then spend a year or two practicing and using it and you will come to like it if you want to get ahead in life you must develop many skills that will provide value to people get used to training your skills and you will find life as enjoyable as a video game you might as well treat it as such as it is most likely a simulation anyway statistically you must spend your time developing your knowledge and pursue understanding through rigorous testing of that knowledge against different ideas when you develop your knowledge you'll be able to take different actions than most people and Achieve different results life is a set of choices that you make take some responsibility and focus on learning more about what you should be spending your time putting your attention toward you shouldn't care about anyone else's life online except your own you have people to take care of if not then you want people to care about you to do that you must provide some sort of value to to people no one will care about you if you're useless unless that person has been caring about you for their entire life that's just the nature of reality if no one cares about you then good at least you know where to start now start taking action as soon as possible there's no reason to complain or be bitter because that won't help the situation would it get rid of everything that doesn't serve you and focus on improving the areas of life that are lacking life is just a set of choices and you are where you are because of what you picked whether consciously created or not that fact is IND disputable but it also gives you power as you are in control of your choices you can affect the types of choices you make by becoming more aware of yourself and improving your knowledge if you don't believe that you deserve anything then your mind will block off all action concerning making meaningful progress in life and it will sabotage itself you must change your negative beliefs if you have any about yourself as it quite literally would change your life your beliefs influence your actions and your actions influence your life you must learn to adopt to the beliefs you think would enable you to create meaningful action toward life you are in control of what you think what you do and what will happen in life it's nobody's fault but yours for where you end up in life you must upgrade your mind you must also surround yourself with people who you would like to become you being around them will influence your thoughts which then will influence your actions and then ultimately your life it's not selfish to think this way because who else is going to care for you at the end of the day you have to care for yourself as everyone else is also busy caring for themselves as well you can decide to do whatever you want once you've taken care of yourself if you want to take care of people then you must have the necessary resources to do so which requires you to focus on yourself and develop your mind to achieve that so regardless it will all come back to you
