how much time do you spend self-reflecting do you spend more time thinking about unimportant things like watching your favorite shows instead of focusing on improving your life what are your values what is your vision for the future and how would you like to go about achieving that do you always ask people who are more successful than you what do you think I should do with my life I have no idea what I should do can you help people always try to find the answer outside of themselves and neglect where the true growth is you never confront yourself and ask yourself what you want from life although asking others for guidance is important please do not neglect the only person who can give you the answers you ultimately need you to self-reflect all you need to do is turn off all your devices turn off the lights and really think about what frustrates you as a person what problems are you facing are you poor and want to provide for your family what actions have you taken to address that do you want friends and people to care about have you gone and improved your charisma through whatever resources are necessary it's Times Like These when I think that most people simply do not care about about their problems because they rarely invest time to address the things that really matter do you want a successful life what does that look like to you will you do anything in your power to achieve that Vision I know it's the day after Christmas and most of you will listen to this and then move on with life you take no action towards the things that need to be done no self-reflection nothing just distraction and procrastination but if you really do care and I mean you genuinely want to change then you will lock yourself alone in your room in the dark and think about your goals for several hours once you have defined them you must create a plan to tackle your goals please watch this video on how to do so it's useful if you genuinely care about changing your life in a significant way please take care
