I worked at a music store when this came out. It was almost the perfect soundtrack after 9/11 happened. A good chunk of the songs were eerily relatable to what I felt everyone/myself/the world was dealing with at the time, if that makes sense. I hated 'Nu Metal' with a passion, but SOAD always transcended their nu metal label they got back then. Great album.

I remember when I was in middle school there was an infomercial type ad for their album toxicity and showcased their single/video chop suey!

I was intrigued. So I hopped onto limewire and downloaded the song and I fell in love.

Saved my allowance, bought the whole CD and listened to it nonstop.

To this day, favorite album ever.
