Surprise Morph Bullsnakes! I Can't Believe It!

if you've been following the channel you'll remember that we bred Mr Wilson our hypo albino bull snake to two ladies this year first was Mrs Wilson whose eggs have already hatched and they were super exciting and we also brought him to Missy since she was his mistress and her eggs were due to hatch about a week ago and we have been so anxiously waiting for her eggs to hatch and today about 45 minutes before I have to leave for a two-week business trip to Milwaukee they're starting to hatch check this out [Music] one of their heads poking out it was this one right here I'll try to flip it back oh look at the tongue flakes this one is a bit lighter in color so it is appearing to be a hypo which is exactly what we were expecting wonder if we can see some of the pattern over here um yeah a little bit it's kind of hard to see under that leathery eggshell then there's another one that pipped here and this one just pipsy the slice that's a fresh slice and we have four then left that haven't uh started so what we're going to do is I'm going to take a razor blade and I'm going to cut open and exit basically for these snakes and then when the remaining four eggs are ready to exit then they can just go right on out sometimes baby snakes don't have an egg tooth or it's too dull to slice open the egg with and snakes need an egg tooth to get out of the egg otherwise they drown in their own fluids in the wild natural selection would take place and those babies with improperly developed egg tooths they would just die but in captivity we've we're kind of babying them anyway by keeping them in nice clean habitats feeding them on a regular schedule so we feel like there's no reason for a baby snake to die just because it has an underdeveloped egg tooth so that's why we do open up the eggs just to give them that opening whoa whoa look at look at this that that's too light to be a hypo I haven't seen his nose yet do you have red eyes even no don't give me so shy I think oh we're gonna have to open that up okay we're gonna jump right into it guys because I wasn't expecting this let's use this one I think we'll use this razor blade just to open up this little flap I think we might have a surprise here they should all just be hypo's head albino but this one looks like it has red eyes and it's yellow which makes me think all right we moved the eggs into the light so you can see them a little bit better but look oh that's an albino I can't believe that ah you're excited too that's insane and I did see oh man there's like orange over there and then high white over here that must be his tail I was able to see his face and he does have red eyes too so do you know what this means this this means okay so Dad Mr Wilson was hyper well by now and mom was just a hypo so we thought but this tells us that she was actually hit albino as well so some of their babies are showing up as albinos I can't believe this what a what an awesome surprise uh moved him back over here so that I can cut them open a little easier and let's see what else we have going on will we have more albinos will there be just typos you know since Mom was a hypo this should actually be a hypo albino or high bino we'll have to see when that one comes out I mean it makes sense it should be hypo as well all the babies should be see what's in this one and I'm just barely putting the blade underneath the shell here and being very careful of course not to hit the baby you see tongue flicks yeah that's adorable he's about ready to come out yeah okay inside of this one just a hypo and you uh we can tell it's uh hypo because there's a lot of yellow and it's like a lighter brown because of the way it is and that light yellow color tells me that it's a hypo too okay we have a hypo hypo High bino what's in the next egg by the way eggs feel like like leather and once the baby comes out the eggshells will dry up and become pretty crunchy and this goop is just the fluid that's keeping the baby hydrated on the inside it's going to ooze out like this it's completely normal and since one baby pipped actually two of them did that means that the rest of the clutch in this container is ready to go as well so what have we got oh I see a lot of red and yellows guys I'm gonna open it up a little more this is like Christmas in July I can't believe this and that's normal too I didn't cut the snake there's just some veins running through just under underneath the eggshell and those break naturally as the snake comes out that oh that's it's a yolk there's the snake see that that's another albino look at all the yellows and oranges wow all right we have two High by nose let's see what's in the next egg oh I can't believe it this is insane I was expecting an entire clutch just with babies with a little bit more yellow because they were hypos but look at this oh my gosh that amount of yellow tells me that inside there's yet another albino oh my god wow okay we have two eggs left man had I known this clutch would have been so exciting I would have done a live stream but also I guess since I'm rushing to head on my trip even 45 minutes yeah I have to leave soon so I'll probably put this video together while I'm out of town oh it looks deflating like see the size shrink that's another one oh my gosh whoa this one's like really white oh is that a snow and yes this red is normal these are you can actually see the vein structure right here they run underneath the shell I did not cut the baby I swear he is that oh my gosh I think that is a snow so does that mean mom was hit exanthic too you think I guess we'll see when it comes out but that to me it looks like a snow because if you look at how white that one is and compare it to how yellow these babies are oh my gosh all right last egg this is a big one now the last time we had a really big egg like this and it was recent too it was just a single baby on the inside but it had passed away so we think the egg was larger than normal because the fluids weren't contributing to the embryo and instead they were just Building inside of the egg and making it expand or grow so I don't have huge hopes for this egg we're going to open it though just in case who knows maybe it'll be twins but no I don't have my hopes up a lot of goop oh look at it shrink brace yourselves wow oh it's hard to tell I'm here but yeah it's like the white in here oh that's his belly right here so that's why it's a little bit wider okay I'm gonna open it up a little bit more to see what's inside hopefully it's alive I'm not sure oh I think I see a face there's a face oh you're moving you're alive hi welcome to the world what are you I see red eyes so albino something yeah I guess it's a little tiny Hotel on that there aren't two in here are there the exciting time Emily doesn't care what happens with the camera yeah I'm sorry what are you these two are mystery something yeah Mysteries and we have hi there's your little face hi bino a lot he's got an orange band that's so pretty hi bino hibino hi bino hypo head albino hypo head albino upside down mystery and really white colored mystery and there's our clutch this is crazy I wasn't oh my gosh I am speechless I don't really know what to say this tells me that the mom though was at least albino maybe hit exanthic if that's a snow and maybe head Whiteside who knows we'll see when these last two mystery babies come out what they look like here's our hypo albino how beautiful here is our just normal hypo still awesome here's another hypo albino oh yeah there we go there we go hyper oil by now another hypo albino quickly in here we have a little hypo face hi cutie yeah lots of tongue flicks and then in here we have is that a snow who knows we'll see when it comes out to me it looks like a snow with how white it is and then in here we're kind of looking at us looking at the world hi the important thing is that he's alive of course this is albino something or another again we'll have to wait until he comes out or a high bino probably we'll see I have to leave for my trip again for two weeks so I don't get to see these babies for like two weeks but Ed does and Ed will try to do a an update like video clip showing what they all look like when they come out of the eggs and I'm going to be putting this video together while I'm out of town and if it works out there will be a clip after this one to show you what they all look like if not though I will put it together when I get back so fingers crossed that after this you see another
