So which is it -- baking powder or baking soda? Two different things.
Baking soda is also very handy for making snow, just mix it with PVA and blob it about.
Looks far more authentic than some of the snow texture paints you can get and costs a fraction of the amount.
I use Bob Smith Industries Maxi-Cure for my minis and terrain. Once it takes, (pretty fast- 20 seconds to set) it doesnβt go anywhere.
Not expensive either.
Does this actually work?
Fascinating. I've got a bottle that came with some (probably plastic) "filler" to build up on, but baking soda is an easier an interesting idea; seems like it should work. Have to give this a try. Huh!
