Charging towards the finish. Who's gonna get to that line first? Truly brilliant from Felix. Five for Felix, Singleton getting taught a lesson here. It's actually touching the ground a little bit there for Felix, but it doesn't bother him. He's done it. He can let go. He is a miracle of mankind' Well, Felix still unimpressed by that, but he´ll let it go. Yeah, we started this show with these two guys. Head to head in the deadlift - Felix taught him a lesson there - will he do it here? He is a good stone lifter, but Singleton has the height! Very fast start from singleton - just nudging
ahead of Felix - 20.88 is Stoltman´s time to beat. Felix now making up the time, pulling ahead. Well they're not going to
beat Stoltman's time, obviously. But a good time from Mark Felix
26.53 seconds - and where's Singleton? He's shouting about it, but Mark Felix is the
man there - and well very sporting good on him. Yeah He's got a firm grasp of the rules. Felix on the left he's also got long arms - just biomechanics. It´s not great - to have such long arms holding this weight out. I don't know if you've got a seven or eight year old son at
home - you can try lifting him out of arm's length ! That's probably about the right weight 30 kilos. Coming up to 40 seconds now. Felix looking strong. Hafthor struggling. How much more can he do? That's it for him. 45.22 but Felix still going. Darren Sadler, former World Strongest Man competitor gets them underways as referee. and Bishop, my
goodness, so deceptive is Bishop. Doesn't look like he holds up135 plus kilos of muscle, maybe 140 kilos now, and he's pipped Hicks's four. Felix though is the king of reps, slow and steady, is his usual metronome-like lifting. Still on seven, both of them. Bishop fatigues, so too Felix. 25 seconds to go though. Both fit men - one a rugby player - one renowned for his deadlifting reps, and it's Felix though who gets their first but that doesn't matter time is only a limit at
the end. Can Bishop pull something else out. He knows the answer. Left it all out
there in the mat. Seven and eight. Janashia, young and hungry at 26. Felix, a little bit older, but pretty hungry
though at 51. and we're away. It´s Felix... who gets off to the quicker start, but if you think about it - he is 51 years old, It's just remarkable the Georgian bull getting taught a lesson in driving by Mark Felix - who's gonna get to that line first. Felix from Blackburn, England. I don't believe it.He is a miracle of mankind This is a PB equal. His back strength is his forte. Yes Felix with the lift. Mark Felix with
the lift and it's a popular lift here Kaz. such a fight Neil right at the knees. I want to make sure this guy's so stronger, ¡here we go! 82 seconds this is World Record, I mean let's just focus on the time to beat 50.94 and we've seen. all of the times are down a little bit because of that Farmer's walk and they've really tested their grip already tonight and it's gonna be hard to see him going much over maybe a minute, minute and five be nice to see out of Felix, do hope he can win this. ¡Well! another second or so he'll have taken the event. He's done that. Is he getting more calm and relaxed I thought he was shaking in 40 seconds. Yeah, this could be a World Record in the
making. One minute 22 and change to beat. Well he's done it. Oh but has he done enough. it's when those pillars hit the pads. ¡Yes! he's done it. Of course he's done it. He's Mark Felix. Mark Felix was watching that. All to play for, for Felix. This is for a place on the podium. He's only three points behind Zageris at the moment. Zageris is next, so he needs to be quick. That was quick wasn't it. The first two there was the third quicker than the others. These are getting heavier remember. Oooh! struggling slightly. He needs to keep
that pace up. Well that's for in under 20 seconds. Luckily he was going so fast
in the others it hasn't cost him too much. Five. Only one man's done six. There's Belzak in 42. Can Felix do it. Come on Felix. He's done it. Excellent work. Well that
could well secure him a place on the podium. Now then, Mark Felix from Blackburn, England and, formerly Grenada against Jerry Pritchett. who's bulked himself up to nearly 170 kilos.
He's a massive man now. When I first saw him he was probably 20 kilos lighter, but he's just kept bulking and bulking. Deadlift of course is ¡uh! his thing. Max deadlift. He'll be taking
part in the World deadlift championships. That's the next Giants Live and he's almost slowed up at the second sack. Felix still ticking away not quite as quick as maybe a
Felix of old, but there we go. Puts a little sprint on. Now Benzel's time comes and goes. Pritchett's only done the third Felix if you can get this in quickly he might just be no best time. I think he's done it. Yes he has 4503 Those could be vital points to get him on the podium at the end. jHis back just never seems to tire. An enormous weight 770 pounds in the hands. So six reps to beat. 50 seconds to go. Felix pulling ahead. Looking very within himself at the moment. There's number five for Felix. Singleton getting taught a lesson here. He's struggling slightly. I mean it is hard going up against Felix here. Felix has equaled leading score so far. The bar is so thick
as well, it's probably about three times thicker than a normal bar. Felix's massive
hands no problem. 20 seconds to go. He's done it. Seven reps, he takes the lead so
far. What else does Singleton got though. Dunno, Six foot six. He's a big big guy. Well that's it. I think Felix has probably had
enough as well. Three reps then for Singleton. I think he thought he was going to take
Mark Felix to scalp them, but no chance. We are watching this somewhere in the world, and you don't know where Lancashire is, well its just to the side of Yorkshire! Which is where we are at the moment, the North of England, and it´s Felix. charging towards the finish line. It doesn't
last long when you're that good. Felix 12:12. One thing you never see Felix do is break out of that concentration the way we saw Brunning, grinning. Doesn't happen with Felix. He remains in the moment and just breathes. Well at one minute 19 he'll be over. One minute 24 is what we want for a World Record. Come on Mark. here we go. Another World Record, ¡yes!, courtesy of
Mark Felix. He's done it. He can let go. Just extraordinary. What more
could he give. ¡here we go! Two men who've been incredibly well decorated at the World's Strongest Man level. The world championship of the sport. Felix on the left from Blackburn in England, Terry Hollands from Dartford in Kent, England on the right. Both men pull well over 400 kilos. Hollands with the higher max. The fitness of Felix, seven reps, eight now to equal Forsmark, nine to take the lead and he's done exactly that. Thirty seconds have come and gone, my goodness. He's got still half the time to go if he needs it. Hollands, I think has blown a gasket at five.
Felix bangs out 11. No one's gonna get close to that, that's unbelievable. The same weight as last year and the likes of Bjornsson and Arsjo struggling on six, seven reps, So this is really brilliant. Truly brilliant from Felix. Hollands bullies
up another with a couple seconds to go. I'm not sure the hips were fully
locked there, but he'll take it. 12 reps for Felix, ¡wow! double the amount. ¡here we go!
People talk about him as being a power lifter but of course he's a great Strong Man
too. He's won Iceland's Strongest Man. Now, Mark Felix is who he's up against though, who has ¡uh! the ultimate grip and the man has just colossal hands. 12-inch wingspan from thumb to finger when he puts it down on the table. It's so enormous and ¡uh! it converts to a great grip. Look
at this. He's not letting go of that. Magnuson goes down though, 25 seconds wow he's close to Holland. He's just picked Holland. We've got the Hercules hole later on as well. This is pretty brutal considering we've got that later. It's gonna gonna make it even hard for Felix that event. Now then they both make it in one hit to the first 20 meter Mark. Just a straight run back then. Well Stoltman's height should help him a bit here. You really don't want this clanking down on the ground. ¡Yeah! this is actually touching the ground a little bit there for Felix. It doesn't
bother him. He's gonna make it. There he goes. I was worried he dropped it on his foot. I think it was a shout of joy 29.12 seconds for Felix. Felix is on the way, on the Hercules Hall. So
many times we've seen this remarkable athlete go that little bit further than he did the last
time. This is the man who holds the World Record The clock ticking away and still rocks solid
for Felix. 50 he's in the books for the man from Blackburn Lancashire, claws it in as he passes 115. It's in the box for more. How much have you got 120, Mark Felix you are all with a 120, 25, 26, 27. It's a World Record of 28, and there it is World Record ladies and gentlemen. Once again Mark felix. Mark there's a lot of 50 year old men in the world who want to know your secret to keep so healthy First get physical go. Go ahead back with those don't do things. Just try not to get
too stressed out, just get stuck in.
