right [Applause] today first I want to recognize our runnerup [Music] finishers on the PBA side he's a five-time champion of the PBA southwest region top 25 player on the p on the PBA national tour from Pasa Texas sha lavry spar he Tak over a check for $2,000 and his partner 15 time Regional Champion five time PBA 5 tour champion on the 2011 Masters and the 2021 pba50 tour rookie and bowler of the Year from Granger Iowa Tom [Applause] Hess Mr Don Ellis and Mike Austin doing our check presentations we'll have to get some more pictures here in a second guys as well and now here's what it's all about these guys bold outstanding they led a large portion of the tournament first of all on the PBA 50 side he's a 40 7 time champion on the PBA national tour 16 time he's won on the PBA 50 tour PBA and USBC Hall of Famer he is the all-time title leader in regionals this makes his 66th Regional Title from Oxford Florida Walter Ray Williams [Applause] Jr and his partner he was the youngest ever to win The Rook of the Year honors in the PBA Southwest region in 2020 at 17 years old this is his fourth title this year he's currently leading the points looks like he's got a pretty good chance to be the player of the year this year this makes his sixth overall Regional win from Rowan Oak Texas Dio [Applause] [Music] Bernard I have a lot of thank yous here so for those of you who don't know hosting an event really puts the centers to the test and these guys here doing such an outstanding job I want to thank Don Ellis for having us back Izzy mon mayor is trying to sneak away but I'm not going to let him he's got to go up there and get his picture taken as well Izzy is here every second we're in the building meets me here in the morning stays longer than I do and I really
