thousands of people watched my previous video on this content repurposing and automation system and started implementing this into their businesses I'm excited to show you today that we have a new update and it's bigger and better than ever it's going to make your content creation process so much easier than ever before you don't know me yet my name is Mitch ASO and at the start of the year I built this automation system for my own internal team I have a pet care company it does more than half a million dollars a year and I used to working at 6 days a week but at the moment I now working at less than one day a week because of this Automation and a couple of others that my virtual assistants use every single day in order to produce the same quality or even better quality work than what I would do myself and they can move so much faster than ever before I started sharing about this on YouTube recently and thousands of people started using it in their business as well so here we are with version 2.0 I'm going to give you the new features I'm going to show you how we actually use the workflow in my own company and then I'm going to give you the step-by-step process of how you can steal my system and implement it into your own business if you are here and watching for the first time then we've made it super easy for you to skip through the videos to the certain parts that you need to watch so for example if you have not seen how this works and you may want to skip directly to the demo before you begin to look at the new features that I'm about to talk about or if you have seen the old video or you're in the community already and you just want to see the new features that we've added in then continue watching finally if you just want to learn how to build your own automations but using the same techniques that we do then you could skip the demo all together and move to the workflows that are later in this video remember I'm going to be giving you everything you need to build your own workflows using the same systems and the same techniques that I have been using to create this automation system now of course if you don't want to spend that 20 to 30 hours building it yourself I do have this template available for sale completely up to you it's a no-brainer offer I'm going to share more about that in a second but first let's dive into these new features of what is included in what I'm calling the content automation operating system let's dive in the first feature I want to talk about is a complete rebuild of the make scenario so it's so much easier to build but also so that now you can use any AI model what used to happen as you can see on the screen here is that if we wanted to use chat BT we had to build out our own chat BT workflow same as when we were using anthropic and same as when we're using perplexity then we would trigger it in here from a filter and it will go through that particular work flow as you can imagine that took a long time to set up and if we wanted to add in any other models like Gemini for example then we would have to rebuild that entire workflow again but what we've done now is we've simplified it we now have just the one workflow for any model that you want to use and we're doing that through open router open router supports many dozens of llms that you can use for your copyrighting and your workflows and we now simply map those AI models in via air table through open rout us to produce the output that you would normally get from tapping into each of those llms individually now the other benefit of this is that it makes this template completely future proof in order to upgrade your models so let's say open AI brings out chat GPT 5 then all you need to do is add the code into your Air table and you don't have to even rebuild make all of the time this is one of the biggest Pains of using your own no code tools and using make.com is that anytime a new model came out that you want to use you'd have to rebuild it well we've made a way for you to not have to do that anymore by using this open router solution so that you can focus on creating content and not having to rebuild your systems all of the time now of course you use open router there is a small payment on top of what we would normally pay if we're going directly into open AI or directly into anthropic for example but you can find out all of this information here at open r. a/ terms # payment and you'll be able to see all of this information here where you can pay via stripe or you can also pay via coinbase and use crypto as well so if you do have a bit of extra crypto and you want to use it from here then you can do that as well but basically it works out you know rough calculations of about 5 to six maybe 7% and it's really just looking at it and like okay if we're only using $30 per month which is basically what we're using right now $30 per month of of AI usage and we times that by let's call it 0.06% so that's what $180 so my back the napkin calculations are okay if we have to rebuild our make.com scenarios every 3 to six months for adding all of these new models and new workflows into the system how much is that going to cost me so like it's probably 2 to three hours per uh workflow times say $30 for a contractor so that's $60 maybe every three or four months so that's what $120 $180 per year so would I rather pay $180 per month or $180 per year pretty self-explanatory but if you're using thousands of dollars of AI credits per month then maybe you do want to spend that little bit extra building out your own workflows for your own models so keep in mind there's a tiny extra cost on top of that I think it's very reasonable and it makes it so much easier for you down the track the next feature we've added is a community this is by far being our most requested feature of somewhere where entrepreneurs who are on the leading edge of adopting this technology building out their own workflows where can we come together and help each other and grow together so I've created this circle community and anyone who purchases any of my templates gets lifetime access into here now if you do buy the template it's a one-time payment only I'm not charging a monthly subscription for these particular things but you'll still get access into the community anyway where you can support others where you can ask questions and get answers to any technical issues that you're having along the way as you're setting up these templates it's a perfect place for everybody to grow together and to adopt this technology in the best way possible so that we can be 10 times more productive than what we are right now the next big feature we have is that you can now post directly to your social media profiles from inside of air table we've made it a comprehensive place to not only create the social media content but manage it and publish it as well and I'm going to dive into exactly how we do this further along in this video where you'll be able to see how the workflow actually operates but for now you get to create your content it comes into into this tab and then you move it across you tell it when you're going to publish it you choose your platforms and we've even added a place where you can create your images directly from in here as well so we'll tap into Del there are other options which I'm going to go through later in this video as well of how we're creating really high quality AI images as well and then it comes into these dashboards where you can begin to see how it's going to look on your profiles for example this is our Instagram view so this is showing all the posts that are going to get sent in to Instagram and how that looks or maybe in Facebook groups as well so we have some different uh posts that we put into our groups and we've got all of these different views now for each of our social channels and made it so much easier to manage whether you are handing this off to a VA and then approving those posts or if you're doing it yourself you'll be able to see it visually in a very nicely laid out way so that you can brain can approve these posts and get them scheduled as soon as possible like I said I'm going to show you how this entire Dash Bo Works later in the video as well now by far the biggest comment that I've received about this particular template is that it is the most wellth thought out content automation template that anybody has ever seen and I appreciate that because I do believe that it's the small details that really matter for context over the last eight years I've built a number of Brands to communities of more than 100,000 people I've generated over a million email subscribers for my own Brands and others so I have a lot of experience of how to actually use these workflows in a way that makes sense for business owners whereas sometimes there's other people out there that are just automating things for the sake of automating it and I don't believe in that at all I believe that if you're going to automate something it must be effective and it must be well thought out in order to produce quality results for you and your team and your business otherwise it's not worth it at all it's just a distraction so one of the small details that has become very important because I notice there's a lot of people all around the world who are watching my videos and purchasing the template that I do have is that some people operate in different languages and what they used to have to do was go and translate all of the make.com automations and the prompts that I added into those into their own language which were timec consuming for them and I thought there could be a easier way and there can be all you need to do now is fill out this brand assets Tab and choose the language that you want all outputs to be in and we've built the automations in a way that references this language every single time and provides the outputs into that language so as long as that language is supported by the llm model that you choose then you're going to get the output in that particular language now unfortunately I can't speak any other languages I wish I could so I don't know the quality of those outputs but I've been told that they're really good like I said it's the small details that really matter and also the workflow needs to operate in a way that helps you in your business and I can promise you based on all of the comments and testimonials and feedback that I have from people in my community that this template does do that and finally I do want to point this out because I get this question all the time yes this template can be built on the free version of air table I know this is important for a lot of people so I made sure to build it in a way that you can continue to use the free plan as long as you stay within the free plan requirements of up to 1,000 records per base and less than 1 GB of attachments now I do have workarounds for all of those particular things which I share more about inside the community as well so so the total cost to use this template that I'm going to show you today that you can steal from me and build yourself is as follows air table completely free make.com you do need to use the premium versions and that's anywhere from $9 to $18 a month open router module for m.com so this is a one-time payment just so you can get access to the module €3 37 however if you do buy the template I have a 20% discount code that you'll find inside the members area as well then the rest is really up to you so you'll need to fund over open router for all of your AI usage and you'll need to findun open AI for all of your usage there because we still do use that for d e as well and creating images but as you can see that is all and then of course just the onetime payment for the template if you do want to buy it from me but like I said you can also spend 20 to 30 hours building this template yourself or if you do buy the template then you'll just need to spend 2 to three hours to set that template up as you can see it is very affordable and the reason why I built this template initially was because we had six or seven different AI tools that we were using that we're paying anywhere between $30 to $99 a month for so that added up so quickly and what I realized is that we could rebuild our own workflows that mimicked what these SAS tools were actually doing for us but we had the extra benefit of being able to customize it to our own unique workflows for our own unique business that is the benefit of using these no code tools and building on top of air table is that you can customize it to be exactly how you want it now you don't have a nice user interface to work on like all of the different SAS tools but you have it fully customized for you and your business so you can operate so much faster now finally to celebrate version 2.0 and if you do want to use this template then use the coupon code content 30 at checkout and I'll give you 30% off this is my way of saying thank you and to welcome you into the AI automation Community where we can all grow together and begin to adopt this incredible technology so that we can be so much more productive with our workflow okay let's dive in and do a demonstration now and the first part here is filling in the brand assets tab so what do I mean by this it is so important that if you're going to use any AI tools at all whether that's a chat GPT dashboard these AI automations or even an AI software tool you need to provide it context about you and your business things like the brand voice guidelines things like excluded words things like writing grade level things like the language of the output you want those outputs to be in if the tools you are using are not asking these particular questions and getting that information from you then you're not producing the highest quality work that you could be and people don't want average work they want high quality work so let's make sure we use it in the right way so how do we use this tab we use this tab by completing all of these sections here now you can see that on the left we have the ability to add as many Brands as we want and when you add a new brand it will be referenced in each of the other dashboards or each of the other workflows that we use as well so that one brand might have different brand voice guidelines and excluded words than another brand or that you can have multiple brands with different languages in the same dashboard so whether you're an agency that manages multiple clients or if you have your own internal Brands where you have a few of them you only need this one automation system in order to operate all of them which is pretty special so all we need to do is add the business name here which is going to be referenced through all of the other workflows then you can add all of your brand voice guidelines so we write a little bit here that we're relatable friendly it should be like a conversation with a friend we have a voice of the pet owner and we write in second person you can also add in excluded words and these are some of the main words that AI seems to write all the time so leave them in the template if you do want to use them and you can add your own here as well so for example AI loves saying furry friend when they talk about pets for some reason I absolutely hate it so I add that in there however it doesn't always follow those instructions bit hid and Miss still but as the AI models get better and better it starts to follow follow those instructions so much more then of course your writing grade levels worldwide most people read and write at a fifth grade level some Brands like Coca-Cola I would say would use like a fifth grade level for their writing and their marketing and everything they speak about whereas a more sophisticated brand like a law firm potentially would might use like a seventh eighth or ninth grade level when they're speaking to their particular clients so it's up to you you can have any of these particular writing grade levels and I find that when you add this into a prompt it just improves it so much more so we have that there available of course we've got our languages here which I mentioned then over to the right you'll see that we've added in the links to all of our social media profiles and the reason why we do this is because it's interl or it's a linked record with the social post Tab and I'm going to get into this more later on but basically it allows us to then track and store our posts that have been automated from the social post tab so we plan all of our brand stuff here in the beginning before we start to move along to any of the dashboards because everything in this workflow gets referenced so what do I mean by that let's go into the ideas tab now to begin with so the first column in the ideas tab is to choose your brand asset and if I open that up you can see that we have both of our Brands here that we've added into the brand asset tab what this does in the background is that the make.com automation reference all of those things that we just spoke about inside every single automation so that you can get the most accurate output as possible so here we are in the ideas improver and we're going to add in an idea that we have that we want to expand on and the way this works is I'm going to choose our pet Summit brand and let's say we're going to create a newsletter and I want to create a newsletter on the most effective diet for dogs and how I can feed my dog in the healthiest and most affordable way so what We Now can do is let's say that's our idea we want to expand on that idea a whole lot more now what I have done is created these idea template prompts and this is the premise of how almost all of our automations work where I give you the control on how you can actually use this automation system in in an automated way but with full control of the outcomes and the inputs that actually go into so as you can see we've got a few options of how you can expand on that so we might want to ask an expert and then that is going to feed this prompt here into the Automation and reference this section here what is the most effective diet for dogs and it's going to provide that output here in the next tab now where are these selections coming from so this is linked to what we call the ideas template prompts so this is all the way over here and we put in all of our prompts here that we want to use now I've added a few prompts to get you started but the idea here is for you to add any prompts that you want to use for yourself so you can add these to be specific for your own business your own industry it could be for your own workflows and what you're actually creating this gives you so much more control than having to go inside make and adjust the prompts all the time like you see on so many other automations secondly you can also add as many as you want so I could add three here and or more I could add all of them if I wanted to and that is going to run through each of those automations one at a time and just iterate through each of them so let's do that so what I've done now is I've triggered the web hwk inside make.com and as you can see it now says that it is AI writing so it's g off into the background and it is written all of our prompts and then when it's done it is saying now that it has been complete so if we come across here then here it is written over here we've got our first idea expanded upon in this particular section here we've got our next idea expanded upon in this particular section here so it's talking about feeding your dog dog can be tricky um it's talking about dog needs a balance of proteins fats and carbs and so forth so it's giving us all of our ideas that we've requested into the next tab so that's great but we can't do much with an idea we've just built out this idea to be a little bit more so let's say that okay now we have that idea what do we want to do with it next so let's say we're going to create a newsletter or a blog post and in fact what I like to do is I like to combine some of these workflows in order to produce the best quality output and what I like about the blog post tab which I'm going to talk about next is that we have an Automation in here that where it goes out and it completes some research to help verify and substantiate any claims that we're making so that's what I'm going to do in this one so I'm going to come in I'm going to create this brand asset again um I'm going to manage this myself publish date I'm going to leave out it's going to be fun and relatable and the blog post is going to be the healthiest and most afford aordable diet for dogs and now I can provide extra context of what I want this blog post to include so I actually want include and talk about raw and natural food supplements and the environmental toxins and how that plays a part I do not want to recommend feeding kibble so I provided this extra context for when the AI starts to create the post that it can actually look at that context and use that within the actual blog post itself rather than me just fully relying on the AI to handle absolutely everything now the other thing that I want to do here is I want to research a little bit about dog diets so I'm going to use perplexity in this instance we can choose the perplexity model and I'm going to go complete research now what you'll see happen here is that it's going to go off into make do and start to complete some research for this particular automation so as as we can see now in this section here it said that it is complete and it has provided an output here in this section here so if I go expand it now has provided us with that research that I've asked it to do so the first question I thought that we should answer is what percentage of dogs develop health issues due to nutrient deficiencies in common commercial Kibbles has provided us with some sources there now it's always beneficial to go and double check that AI producing the factual stuff so you always want to go and check these claims but it's a really great start in order to get you on the right track and this is the Ben another benefit of these this automation that I've built is that you can reference different models at different times of your workflows for example doing research right now perplexity is still the better option for doing research however when you're writing and doing copyrighting I'm finding that Claude is actually the better option so if I wanted to use this in my workflow then I'm H and I'm happy with this now I can use a different model to actually go and write the blog post itself and there are different types of blog posts so I've added a few examples in here as well where you can choose from but again basically we're referencing another tab across here called the blog post template prompts and it references these particular sections in order to produce the type of blog post that you like so I have examples of how-to guides listic call comparison posts checklists and so on and if I don't have it in here you can write your own prompt in order to train these automations to write blog post exactly how you want them so again this is what I'm saying you can mix and match these automations and then you can also use them in a way that is perfect for you and your business but let's keep it simple let's just say we want to write a how-to guide and then we come across a little bit further it said it's waiting for the AI here and we can choose which model now that we want to write this blog post with so we can go create blog posts with anthropic and it's accepted we've sent this trigger off into.com it is writing now as we can see in this particular column here and is writing in the background basically what it's going to do now is first it's going to create an outline and as you can see we've done that in these other versions up here it's create an outline first and then I'm going to show you the automation later in this video but it's the way that it's working through the automation is that it's referencing the whole outline it's working through each individual section one at a time it's referencing what's going to what came before and what's going to come after the section that it's writing so this creates a really comprehensive article which is way better than anything you can get inside of the chat GPT dashboard itself so as you can see now that we do have the AI complete and it has added all of these output across here so let's dive into them so if I go expand post I can now see firstly the out line that it created for me next here is the final output that It produced for this particular blog post so it started with an introduction then it wrote this part here about understanding the risks of commercial kibble it added in those studies that we did in the research step and then adding in the section of benefits of raw natural diets toxins which we asked it to and then it went and rewrote some of it into some bullet points so it did get it out of context here and I'm keeping this in the video because it doesn't always get 100% correct just like chat check BT dashboard doesn't but what you can do is you can grab some of these particular bullet points and this was the purpose of this section was to mix up the the blog post itself and create some bullet points so it's easier for you to read as a person who's reading the blog posts so you could just copy and paste a couple of these put it into the right section and then delete out the other sections that are not relevant it does a bit of a cost comparison which is cool add is add some more sources in here any additional resources that you should look at and an extra conclusion so again it gets a little bit off track but the other parts here that are really beneficial is now that it it now creates an AI meta description as well it then re does a double check to see if there are any other facts that we talked about that you could look up so it's checking again what claims were made and then what questions you can potentially go out and ask perplexity for example to just check and make sure that the facts that are getting written in your posts are 100% factually true and correct it then takes those questions that it comes up with and it does a second check inside perplexity for you as well the other cool part about this is now that we do ask it to create a thumbnail prompts and then we create that thumbnail inside Deli now warning before I even check this sometimes the d e image is not so great so let's see it's actually pretty good this is one of the better D images that I've actually created and the reason why I get the prompt added into air table is because let's say that you're not happy with the image that creates in Deli all you need to do then is just copy this prompt come across into let's say your chat GPT dashboard and say create me an image of a joyful Healthy dog enjoying a meal and see what it comes up with for you also you could add it into met. and get an image from in there or you could go into mid journey and add it in there so that's why I left the prompt inside air table so that you have multiple places that you can take that prompt and go and find your images so here I would just ask it to do a wide image so I would have asked that if I was to do this uh normally for myself but you can see now you not just relying on the API you have multiple options at this point now if you do use this one in the from the API make sure you save that and then upload it into your Air table base because after a little while then that link will actually disappear and it won't be available anymore so at this point we've got all the information we need to create a great blog post we upload our thumbnail here and then my recommendation is now to create a human edited version in this section here so I'm not going to do that to save time because this is just a demo but you would just add in your human edited version into this section here and then you can go along and complete the rest of the workflow now some extra things that we talk about inside the community are ways to directly import this post here directly into your WordPress website or wherever you're creating your blog there are other automations you can add on top now remember this template is just a template it's something for you to get started with and customize yourself on top of what I've created so you can add your website blog post URL here once you have that created as well as we continue along in this workflow you can create a promo email and turn all of this into social media content which I'm going to get to later but what I want to get to next is actually not creating a blog post remember I'm actually using this blog post to create a newsletter so now I'm in the General content tab we're going to go through and create a newsletter so first I'm going to select my pet Summit brand and then I'm going to say the healthiest and most affordable diet for your dog and I'm going to TA paste in that content that we just generated that has references that talks about all the things that we want to talk about but now we're going to turn it into a newsletter structure so I've gone content to newsletter as my prompt here and again this is across thep top here in our email templates section where you can add as many templates as you wish so whether you want to create a newsletter I've got other templates in here for creating an affiliate promotion blog post promotion podcast promotion you name it you can add any of your own templates in here I add in the template into the general content of turning the content to newsletter and now I'm going to ask it to create my promo email or my newsletter so again off it goes into the background and it is writing this newsletter now and it's going to provide us with an output inside the all promo emails tab so let me just remove this particular record here so that we can see the new one that is going to get created it's going to input all of these details here including some subject lines here we go it's already done while I was explaining this so this one was much faster so first it's going to give us some subject lines as well so I've written The Prompt in a way that it asks for subject lines to include emojis if you don't like emojis you can delete them you can also edit the make.com automation prompt if you do wish but it gives you a bunch of variations here to choose from so let's say that I do like boost your dogs Health Food Health with ra food that's pretty cool and then let's say that we want to use this as our preview text so I would just copy this one here and then add that in there and I'm just going to delete these other ones so now we have a subject line we have a preview text for our particular email next it is now referenced the content from that blog post that we created and turned it into a more digestable email or or newsletter that we can send in our emails so as you can say see here today I'll teach you about the benefits of royal natural food diets for dogs feeding your dog the right diet is crucial for their overall health and well-being a healthier diet can lead to fewer healthy issues and a longer and happier life for your dog many dog owners stick to commercial kibble without realizing the potential Health side effect potential health risks so as you can see this is a way better email than you ever get just by going into chat GPT saying hey write me an email about healthy diets for dogs it just doesn't happen like this down here it references all of those studies that we talked about you can't get this type of workflow inside the dashboard and this is why I built it I'm not interested in AI content at all but I am very very interested in highquality AI assisted content that produc produces the same or better results than what I can do after 10 years of experience of marketing that's what I'm very interested in and that's what this dashboard does but it doesn't end there we can now take this and create social media bits and so much more so let's do that now so let's say we're happy with this General content and we want to also turn this into social media prompts now we use the same structure as well where you can choose any of these social media templates that I have and it will reference that information that we've been creating and produce as many templates as you wish so let's add in a few random ones now and not all of these templates make sense every single time and you can definitely create your own so let's just create a three variations here and we're going to now go create social posts so again what this is doing is that it is pulling in these social post templates that I've created and what I did to create these was there's this website that I never used to share but I'm going to share it with you right now it's called types share. and basically what happens is they go out and look at all of the biggest social media influences and they turn their social media viral posts into templates where you just fill in the blanks and the idea is that it gives you a starting point to write really high quality social media posts that are tested and proven to go viral and I thought well sure we could do that manually or why can't we just get the AI to reference it and fill in the blank so that we don't have to do it manually and it worked so let's have a look at the output that I have from those social posts and see if they're actually any good so here we go we can see these last three uh outputs here and it references those templates with the fill in the blank sections and produces some really great social media posts let's have a look and see if they make sense another benefit of raw natural diets better skin and coat switching your dog to a raw natural diet can improve their skin and coat this is because these diets are richer and essential nutrients and oils that help maintain skin and a healthy Skin Barrier and promote a shiny coat that's a pretty solid social post right compared to you know if you're just writing write me a social media post here's another template that is filled in how I used to feed my dog the bad approach I used to feed my dog commercial kibble I didn't consider nutrient deficiencies I overlook potential tox tox how I do it now I switched to a raw on natural diet I added beneficial supplements like omega-3 and a focus on providing a healthier diet to avoid long-term issues and reduce fat bills another great social post and then finally these things ruin you as a dog owner now that one probably doesn't really make sense it's may be a little bit too aggressive so I would definitely change that headline but number one feeding Only commercial kibble adds in the studies that we talked about ignoring environmental toxins not considering a raw on natural diet skipping beneficial supplements so now I hope you can see how much potential there is and remember I just added in three templates here I have 8 templates that I've added in for you you can probably add another 85 to 100 more imagine every single time that you create a long form piece of content you can automatically trigger an automation that runs through dozens and dozens maybe even hundreds of templates that you like that is beneficial to you and your business and it does that fully on autopilot even if you were to do that inside the chat GPT dashboard it's going to take you hours to produce on your own this template does it all completely automated this is why I'm so excited about this this is why I'm shouting from the rooftops now finally once we are in the social post section like I said we can now create images from in here and then post directly into the social platforms as well so let's say that we're super happy with this particular post here how I used to feed my dog so all I need to do now is come across and we can start to plan out this particular social post and create the images so let's say we're going to post this tomorrow and this is our content pillar you can add your own content pillars in here for your own uh business but this is our pet nutrition pillar and we're going to do some image posts for this one and we're going to choose a Facebook image post and we're going to choose an Instagram post and a LinkedIn image post so what this actually does is this determines what images we create so we have filters in this automation here which I'm going to explain later in the video that creates the right sized images for each of these platforms so we have all of that ready now and I'm just going to go create images and this is going to send off into Del and start creating those images for us so here as you can see it's just provided us with the actual image prompt that it's going to use so this is the image prompt that is created and again the reason why I get this added into the platform is so that I can come across in the chat GPT or mid Journey or meta AI ask it to create an image if not happy with what actually comes through via the API so let's let that one work in the background and go and see if we have our versions over here so it's create an image for Instagram let's have a look at that one I mean that's a pretty weird looking image it's probably not one I'm going to use I can understand the concept that it was going for but it totally missed the it didn't get that one right at all let's see if it and same here it's got It's got a little bit confused I mean that one's much closer and much much better but still a bit of a rough version let's see if the chat GPT dashboard has got it any better it's slightly better right so we have a a different version here me personally I love using mid journey and a lot of people are say well why don't you automate mid journey to automate mid Journey actually goes against the current terms of services so do with that information what you will but we definitely don't want to get anybody in trouble for automating Mid Journey so we stay away from that however take the The Prompt and add it into the actual Discord dashboard if you are using using mid Journey so let's say that we're happy with that then we would download the attachment let's just download this one for anyway and what I like to do before I re-upload it into the air table dashboard is to just reduce the file size a little bit so we only need an 800 by 800 and then I would typically go in and just go compress PNG as well and we would just add that in download that as a compressed version and then upload it into the attachments section here so I also need to just grab this post again from across here and bring it across and put this into the Instagram caption section I just want to remove the some of the formatting that we used for the automations to run so just going to remove that and you would do any of your edits as well to make sure that you're happy with the post and you can add hashtags here as well so we just go dog nutrition so what happens now is that we have the ability to see this in our Instagram post tab so we can see what it's going to look like and if we're happy with what we've created we can go ready to be published and what that will do is drop it into this approved post view now we have another Automation in the background that is watching this View and it triggers every 15 minutes and it says if the date of these posts in this view are now or before then schedule on social media so when it comes to past 11:39 a.m. tomorrow uh then the automation will pick up that it can now posts this directly into Instagram once it does that then it removes it out of this section to say that it's been published and you'll see it again inside your Instagram dashboard so that's the power of this particular platform from start to finish now this is not all of the features and there not all of the workflows there's so much more so what I'm going to do now is hopefully you can see the potential hopefully you're excited hopefully you are ready to improve your productivity immensely and remember the way this template operates now is the worse it will ever operate as the AI models get better and better it'll follow the instructions so much more and it'll be and'll produce better outputs so building it now you're ready for all of the improvements as they come in future but what I'm going to show you is exactly how to build all of these particular workflows and automations and I'm going to open up and show you make.com and how they all operate so that you can go ahead and build them yourself now of course like I said it's going to take 20 to 30 hours to build it yourself you're more than welcome to do that if you just want to spend two to three hours setting up the templates that I've created then make sure you check out the link in the description below Okay so we've already talked about the brand assets tab next I'm going to talk about the ideas improver but before I get there I want to let you know how important it is to understand the overall context of how this template works so there's a lot of of different bases or tables across the top here in this particular base that references different tables within this base so what I mean by that is over here on at the end you can see that we've got all of our template prompts so a lot of these get referenced in certain bases we also have our reels where we can we've got some reels we've got our outputs for our emails and our output outputs for our social posts which we just went through we need to make sure we're linking all of these records to the right places also brand assets need to be linked into the right places as well so when it comes to IDE improver the First Column here you can see is actually a formula we do this to create a an ID for this particular idea that we're going to create which is it references the content to create and it's an idea for the brand asset so brand asset should be the first one you add and you do that by adding a linked record and then pulling in the brand assets next is the content to create and I've added a few examples here but you can also add your own in a single select uh column here and next is the idea so this is where we add in the idea that we want to turn into something bigger and better and eventually into content next is the ideas template so first we need to link This Record across to our ideas template tab which I just spoke about and next we want to then create what you call a rollup so if you add a column there is an option for a lookup which means it looks up a certain link record and it finds other fields within that particular record in this instance we want to use a rollup why because we want to add a formula on top of the information that we're looking at so we can concatenate the values from this particular roll up so what does that mean that means if we add multiple prompts that we want to use then it's going to roll up those prompts into a the output that we the information that we need to feed into our make.com automation so that runs through each of those prompts individually one at a time and I'm going to get to that in a second we do that via an iterator I'm going to talk about that in just a moment next you want to have your AI models which is another single select and here you add in the code directly from open router so when you go into open router you have all of the information that you need here so go to docs and then models and these are all the models that you can use via open router so when you sign up for open router you will create an account you'll connect in via the API key and then you'll credit your account from up here in your profile but next you want to then choose whatever AI model that you want to use so you can see here we've got different models from open chat mraw mixw fire like perplexity Google Gemini all of these are here and you just need to copy this code underneath the models here and then then add that into your single select in order to use that model and what will happen is that we will send this information into make.com and directly into the open router module where it gets mapped into here next you want to have an AI status so something that you can't see is if the automation is working in the background or not unless you add a status so we add the status of prea AI writing do do do and AI complete this is used in every single workflow so that we can see whether it's working or not now the harder part which becomes a bit complex to add into air table which would be ideal but I decided to keep it out is if it errors we don't actually get the error message inside air table but you will get an error message from your email so just keep that in mind next and this is the way that we can make this work without having to pay for air table is we trigger these automations via a web hook so this is the formula here you use a concatenate formula and attach the record ID which a record is simply a row inside air table on top of that web hook and when you click the button inside air table it it triggers the web hook with that record ID sends all of the information inside your record or inside your row so a record is simply just a row across in air table and it triggers that into make.com so inside make.com then that means we need to capture that web hook so your first trigger is the web hook and and it gives you the information that you need for that web hook to actually go and work next is then we want to pull all of the information that is triggered from Air table and get all of that information so we go get a record and then we map in the record ID in this section here and it'll pull all the information that we need next and this is a more advanced version and I didn't have this in my first version because I didn't understand how important it was but the more advanced you get the more you realize how much more beneficial it is to set your own variables up front so I set these variables mostly for people who buy the automation when I didn't do this what used to happen was if you're mapping in your own automations it resets everything so you'd have to map in all of these here in the AI module yourself again so the setup time was huge when we first got started the setup time was like four or five or six hours for some people to set up now we've reduced that down to basically 2 hours or less if you're at if you have some understanding of this or if you completely new then there is a little bit more of a learning curve but you quickly get it now the one downside of the templates is that you will need to remap air table there's no way around that it's just the way air table and make work together so you have to remap all of those yourself but they're fairly easy to do you just have a quick look before you actually start to remap as to where all the variables should go and typically you're only using these tool variables or these output variables from open router and it's so so much easier to map than it was before the other thing that we're doing here is we're updating air table and we're doing this in order to change the status of our AI so as you can see here we're changing this to AI writing and that is the reason for this particular one and then at the end we need to close that off to say that the AI is now complete and then we tick this button here that the yes that checks the Box inside air table to say that it's AI complete so that's the parts around the automation now let's get to the automation itself self so remember I said that we are feeding in the packaged prompt templates as a rollup into the automation so that it runs over and over again we do that by setting the variable here first as input brief then we feed this iterator with this particular form formula which is split the input brief by the semicolon there and new line plus new line so the way that we have this built out inside of make.com allows it to go through multiple times and that's why we have the concatenate formula written as it is as well then it will feed each section through or each prompt through the open router connection like I said it will reference this model um which is the AO model that you set inside air table and it will provide some system prompts here which is the brand voice excluded words and writing grade level as I mentioned that's what we set in the brand assets Tab and then here's the prompt here so it references the idea that you want to create it references the content type that you want to create whether it's a newsletter YouTube video and so forth here is where you're adding in your output must be in the language that you selected and then here is the template that it should follow which is the value from the iterator that we're feeding in each of those prompts individually one at a time down the bottom we also set a few Advanced controls which is we want the max token output to be 2024 tokens and I'd like to keep the temperature much lower than if you were to use the chat GPT dashboard for example so I typically operate anywhere between 0.3 to 0.5 or 6 when it comes to temperature and the reason why I do that is because it stays so much more focused on the prompts that I give it and don't it doesn't provide me with any crazy words that just you just weird and that AI seems to love so I keep the temperature really low which is also why I get so much better outputs inside the API rather than working inside of chat GPT itself next it then creates a new record in air table so what it does is that it actually feeds all of the new records into the all ideas tab so we plan the ideas in the ID improver and then it feeds the output into all ideas the reason we do that is because we're using the iterator so we need the iterator to drop in a new record every single time so we can't really feed it into our initial record and unless it just works out so much easier and more efficient doing it this way way because you can then feed as many ideas through as you wish so it'll feed the output into here as many times as we need so let's say we have three iterations it'll do one feed it into create record then it'll do another one feed it into create record and then the third one and then it will close out the air table record once it's completed all of those and it tells us that our ideas are ready now you can simply come in here you can then approve them if you wish and you can add anything else to this particular section here as well but basically I like to feed the IDE into here we have the IDE ID very similar format where we're creating a formula as the idea and then we now have this place for us to build Upon Our ideas there's a few hidden fields in the background as well like the brand asset so if you want that to show you can and let's say you're working with multiple Brands then you can actually duplicate this View and you can change up your filters for your different brands so let's say that we just wanted to have it for the pet Sumit brand then we would add that in there and you can change the view to say it's just for the pet Summits brand if you just understand these two workflows in a nutshell that's what everything else does but it's just being programmed and created and developed in a way that is specific for each of the other different workflows so the other things we do is we create newsletters we create YouTube videos we create podcast episodes we create blog posts and then we create just general content so this can be absolutely anything that you want to create inside General content for anything from a newsletter to uh creating an ebook to anything you can think of you can create your own promps in order to feed it through this General content tab so that's basically how it works if you don't watch any more of this video you can take that same concept and build each of your own workflows using this same concept but if you do want to keep watching then I'm going to go through each of these other workflows individually as well let's continue the next tab we have now is the newsletter tab so like I showed in the demonstration we created a newsletter from scratch this tab is to repurpose that newsletter and create all of the other things that you need when you are actually going to put your newsletter and schedule it out into your audience so again all of the same things are happening here with adding in our brand assets this time we do have a production status so we have ideas to do in progress and done so this is just a way for us to keep ourselves organized and on track then we have a name of the newsletter here which you can add in just give it a name initially because we actually have a automation that creates some subject line variations as well you can add your schedule date in here so you can understand it and if you wanted to add a calendar view so you can see how far ahead of schedule you are then you're more than welcome to do that as well we have our subject line preview text and then the human draft so what I would do is I would take the human draft that we created and that we got into from our all promo email all promo emails tab here I would take that and then I would put it into the human draft section so we can then add an image as well if we have an image created and then we can also provide extra context especially if you have a team member so a lot of the times you might not want to send your newsletter to everybody on your email list so you can choose what part of your list or what tags to send this email to and which ones to exclude but in this instance let's say we want to send to our whole database so we just say all and our suppression list is none once it's scheduled inside of your uh CRM you can then add the link to that particular newsletter here so for example we use convertkit if we had it scheduled then we can add our convert Kint link here so that if we need to come in and reference it back later or if somebody needs to approve it first before it goes out we just need to click this link takes us directly to the dashboard we check it and then we approve it to say that it's ready to go then of course we have our AI status and AI models which I've already talked about so I'm not going to talk about that here and then we have our trigger for our newsletter assets so what this trigger does is exactly like before it triggers a web hook it pulls in all of the information from Air table it sets all of the variables that we need to set that we're going to use inside of these automations and then it sends it through to the AI model that we want to actually use so first I've got some prompts in here and some training on how to create really solid subject lines so it references all the information that we've added ahead of time which I just went through and then it's create subject lines for us next I have one to follow a story framework and it provide me a report to say does this particular workflow follow the the framework that I want to follow and then if it doesn't it will give me some improvements now it's never told me that I followed the framework it always gives me some improvements and also you may have a different framework that you want to use but when we're writing newsletters we try to go for Point story metaphor and summary that's how we like to send our emails but feel free to change this prompt to make it work for you as well next I ask it to suggest any improvements so I get it to read the human draft that I added into air table and I ask it to suggest some improvements that I can make to my newsletter to make it even better and then for the newsletter we have a thumbnail prompt as well so I'm asking it to create a prompt that we can use if we want to go off and create our thumbnails which I'm going to get to so after we've done all that then it sends all of that information back into air table for for us so as you can see we've got our 20 subject lines here to choose from um it tells it's telling me that it does not follow the framework that I suggested uh so what improvements I could make there it's also got here all of the improvements so it's saying here's the original sentence you could improve that sentence by doing this here's the original sentence you could improve it by doing this pretty valuable thing to look at now it doesn't always get it right I like to write a little bit differently to what AI does but it's good to reference that and just double check yourself once you've done that then maybe you would want to create or use some of those Improvement suggestions so you put your final human edited version here now if you don't then I would suggest that you also put in your final version here even if you don't make any improvements because this section does get reference further along in the automation as well that AI thumbnail prompt that I asked for then it puts it in here and as we work across now we have the same type of workflow but to create a thumbnail but the big difference here is we can actually suggest which size thumbnail we want by selecting it from this drop- down menu So currently the API for Del supports these three dimensions here and you can choose that from inside air table rather than having to adapt your different m.com automations and then it will map it directly into air table and once that's ready you then select create thumbnail it will then reference this prompt it reference this thumbnail size reference the final human edited version and then it will create a thumbnail for this particular newsletter so what does that look like a very simple automation again web Hulk pull the information from Air table set your variables update your record to say that it's writing and then we have the thumbnail generator here so for this one you need to connect in with open Ai and fund your open AI developer account but the instruction is simple it's basically here's the prompt critical instruction do not ever use text or words in the image here's the thumbnail size that we're mapping and here I want you to create a HD quality and you can choose your style here so maybe you want more of a vivid style I just go for natural and then the response format is the URL what it does is it sends this URL back into air table then you can open it up if you're happy with it download it and then add it to your thumbnail attachment section here because this URL will actually disappear or the image will disappear from that URL in future so that's basically the newsletter workflow but like I said I thought this template out to be very thorough so that you don't have to chop and change all the time so we have the same type of social media post workflow inside of here with the big difference of it references the newsletter and instead of you having to move it to a different tab so again we've already gone through this but it we can choose as many different templates as we like here it will roll up those templates into the value and concatenate those values so you need to add the concatenate formula here and then it'll run through every single template individually one at a time so what does that auto automation look like let's have a look so again this is very similar to what I've shown before for the ideas we trigger the web hook we get the record we set our valuables we update our record to say the AI is writing and now the iterator iterates as many times as the prompts that we've selected and it sends all of those templates through into the AI module so again it references what's in the newsletter with this prompt here here um it talks about our brand voice our excluded words our writing grade level and then it says here's the template I'm going to feed this template through and you need to complete that template must be in this language and here's the AO model that we're going to be using for this particular option now what it's doing is like I said these social posts have been linked to this record over here and all of these templates are now available for us to use inside of our newsletter workflow so we can choose as many of these templates as we like it will then uh structure the templates like this in our rollup uh field and then it will feed each of those templates through one at a time through our automations and run our entire social media content creation on autopilot which is super cool once it's run through all of the templates it will then trigger to say that AI is complete it will tick this box to say that it's done and you'll be able to find all of your Social posts inside the social post tab if you go across to the left we've already gone through this but the outputs will be here and you can come in you can edit them then you move them across into and choose your social channels and then you've got your Instagram caption your Instagram hashtags your images and then Facebook post LinkedIn post and so forth across here which I'm going to run through more of this dashboard a little bit later as well so that's how it works now that's just social posts but we can also create reals as well so the exact same thing happens the same workflows the same scenarios in make the same linked records but I have the reels structured in a slightly different way basically I'm asking it to Pro to create a reel with certain Hooks and then three key talking points for that particular reel so let's have a look at the re's templates so the video reels hooks so I've got all of these hooks in here there's more than 100 almost 200 hooks that you can use and the prompt says use these hooks to complete the template and reference the the newsletter that we're creating and then provide three talking points so that you can come into your all reals to do and you can open this up and say okay what I need to do to record this reel is here's how adopting a senior Dog Led to unexpected Joy so you simply hold up your phone start recording here's how adopting a senior Dog Led to unexpected joy and then you can go through your three key talking points so senior dogs are this blah blah blah so I can't be to share how excited I was to figure all this stuff out like it makes the content creation process unbelievably easy so there's no excuses now so that's how the newslet workflow operates and works and of course like with all of these workflows if you have different ways that you operate or if you want to add extra pieces then do it customize it this is the beauty of having no code automations you can easily jump in and customize them exactly how you want them you don't have have to do it how I do it you don't have to do it how a SAS tool makes you operate it's completely up to you the next workflow we have now is for YouTube so again starting with the same format YouTube ID we've got our brand asset added in and just to reiterate we do have a few hidden Fields here that we've added that we've just hidden away that are lookup fields from our brand assets like the language like the brand voice guidelines because we need to reference those inside the automations themselves you can add your assign in here so if you're working with team members then add them in then we've got our status so what status are we at add your own statuses if you need them what is the working title and then if you have a keyword that you want to include in the description then you would add that in here as well you can then add in your playlists so you have two options here you could write it here individually or you could change this to a single select if you just have a few different playlist that you want to choose from completely up to you I also added in another column for the the style of video so if you want to be able to track what type of video You're creating and then you can look at creating different views down here for those different playlists or the different tracks or the video style you have that ability to do so and to filter and sort and keep yourself organized so much more I like to have a section here about affiliate links and it's not just affiliate links but any links sometimes as I'm creating videos I'll reference another video that I've created in the past so after I've done that then I'll add that into here as well so I remember to add it to the descrip description when I'm creating it next we have our recording date and so that if you are planning then you know when the recording is coming up and then of course the publish date so you can see how long you have to edit that video as well then you can add some recording notes so that you do have the ability to come in and do your recordings you can check these notes to make sure you cover off all the points that you do want to cover next I also added a store link so let's say you're storing this on Google Drive or all of your raw files in a certain place Google Drive Dropbox one drive wherever that is then you can add that store link so that people on your team can find those recordings easily and then once you've created a thumbnail for your YouTube then you can upload that here as well so the reason why I like putting the thumbnail in here is because of what I just showed you before you can create a view a gallery view here so you can see what videos you've created over time and then find them so much easier it's so much easier to find a video based on a thumbnail than it is to try and go through a thousand records to find that particular video once you've published it then you can add your video URL here as well so you can reference it easily later so you would add that in later before or after you've done the rest of this workflow so what happens now is if you want to create a YouTube script then use the general content tab but once you've created that script and recorded it then the rest of the workflow operates to help you create everything else you need around this particular video so once you've done that you've uploaded into YouTube then you want to add your video script into this section so you can grab your YouTube transcript from here and you can just copy and paste this all the way down and then paste that in and if you do it this way you'll get when we ask it to create the the time stamps it will get it perfectly correct but if you add in other transcripts where it doesn't have as many timestamps in it then the time stamp output won't be uh as accurate but again we've got now our AIS status our AI model and then we trigger this particular automation via a web hook as normal so again it triggers it the same way triggers a web hook gets the record sets the variables updates the record to say the AI is writing now again we've trained it to create some different titles so 10 variations five titles that capture attention and five titles based on keywords and it gives you a few examples next we ask it to create a description and we've got some best practices in here of how to write a great description it also then references your SEO keyword as well next we ask it to provide the YouTube's timestamps and it should be written like this and the we've provided some scope around how many words it should use in the timestamp as well next we then talk about the thumbnail for YouTube so if you want to add text to your thumbnail we've actually trained this prompt on some of the thumbnail prompts of a Diary of a CEO it's a podcast that I occasionally watch but I know how much testing do for their YouTube thumbnails so we trained this particular prompt on some of their best thumbnails so that you can benefit from that particular strategy as well once that's done it's all then fed back into the air table dashboard where you can find all of those things here and then we've got this human edited version where you can accumulate or aggregate all of this information into your final human human edited version and then when you upload your YouTube video you can just copy and paste from the human EDI version section and and then you're already good to go so again for the AI thumbnail section we have 10 outputs that we get and you can pick and choose what outputs you want to use on top of your thumbnail now like a little hack if you're wanting to scale up and really test and iterate you could create a thumbnail with all of these and let the audience decide which one is best not just you picking bit of an advanced strategy for you so once we have all of that then we have all of the same things that we've had in the other workflows you can now reference your YouTube transcript to create promotional emails to create a blog post to create social images to create reals we Link in and Link together all of those particular things so we've got our trigger here for our promo emails so that's linked we have a an an extra blog post workflow so what I realized was some people like to turn their YouTube videos into blog post as well and rather than having to take your transcript and then go and put it in the blog post section I thought why not just build in the same blog post workflow into this section as well I'm not going to go through the blog post automation here because it is an advanced one I'm going to save that to last but again we'll create the outline it'll create the final output and then you go in and do your human edited version as well again we're doing the social posts so you would add in a linked record then you would add in a rollup and then add in the formul concatenate the values inside your rollup and then trigger the social post automation which we've already been through and then the output will then be sent into your all social post tab as well and then the same idea again for your reels so a lot of the rest of these workflows are just the same again but with a little bit of a difference at the start so we're doing different things for newsletters YouTube podcasts so we want to make sure our workflows are slightly different for each of them so that we can be as efficient as possible now I could have made this just a generalized dashboard and you'd have to figure it all out for yourself but by just going the extra mile and creating dedicated workflows for each type of content we can just power through our content creation process so that's the YouTube workflow in a nutshell let's continue on now now we have the blog post workflow so I'm going to go through this one in as much detail as I can so that you can replicate it if you do wish of course we're starting with the same things brand assets we've got our lookup fields for our language brand voice and so forth typically that's hidden in the background so let's just hide this language one and then we've got our category so you can have your ideas plog in progress or completed we've got our published date you can add that in we have a brand voice for just specifically for blog post so this is different to what in the brand assets tab I found that a lot of people wanted to add a different brand voice if they're writing content for the actual website compared to if you would write content for social media for example so we've got that in there we've got our blog title and here as I've already demonstrated the a place for extra context so you don't want to add too much stuff in here you want to keep it as minimal as possible but once you have that in there then you'll be able to go ahead and create some research for this particular post so we've already demoed that and all that does now is that it's a very simple workflow triggered by webhook grabs all the records that it needs that we just explained then first it creates five questions so I'm saying I want you to come up with five statistics facts or studies you will do this first by providing me with an output of what question I should ask and then I give it an example of what I mean by that next it then takes those five questions and then I feed the output from this one this module into this module and it says okay here are the questions I want you to answer these questions and for this one I'm not actually mapping in the model I'm using a model that I've I've already selected in this this particular section here so you might want to come through and trial all of these different perplexity models here right now we're triing the Llama 3 sonar 7B and uh asking it to produce the research in this particular option now the reason why I point that out is because potentially in future other AI models like open AI will have better research capabilities and you may want to change that up in future so it's important to note that changing this will only change the first module it won't change the second one if you want to change the second one you need to come in here and do it manually yourself once it's completed that research it's like you've seen it sends it back into air table so that it can reference it for now the blog post template so this blog post template is to another base over here which is our blog post temp temp prompts and then you can adjust any of these prompts or add your own to give you the output that you're looking for so I've got how-to guides listy gos comparison posts and so forth that you can use in order to create your blog posts typically when we're writing posts we're writing listicles or how-to guides the other ones we don't really use that much so we don't really focus on it once you've selected the template you can only do one template in this instance then you want to now create the blog post so here you can choose what whatever model you you like from the drop- down menu and then create the blog post so as you saw it then goes through the automation to create all of the those things the outline the output meta description and so forth so what does that actually look like so this is the automation it is much more advanced so let's dive into this one so again all of the same things triggered by a web hook grab all the information set the variables update the record to say we're AI writing and first we now want to create an outline so we're giving it Conta of the business with our brand voice excluded words and writing grade level then we're giving it context of the title the blog post extra context the research and then the blog post template that we want to write is it a how-to guide listicle and so forth and then we're saying that it must write in the language and then it must be in ATX format so this is important for the rest of the automation to work so once it's done that it provides the ATX format into this variable called the input brief so this variable has to be set after this particular automation completes and then we send that input brief via this formula into the iterator so we're splitting the input brief by the semicolon and a new line and then we filter it so the section equals the value or the value of the iterator starts with the two hashtags so remember that's why we said in here it must be an ATX format ATX is basically for H1 it's hasht one hashtag for H2 is two hashtags and so forth so that's what that's how we got the automation to work so that it runs through each of these sections individually one at a time provides context of what came before and what's going to come after in the section prompts then we provide it with some extra content information here you may want to just remove some of this I am finding that with the newer AI models less is more when it comes to writing prompts so play around with these prompts and get working exactly how you want it but basically we're referencing the brand voice the AI research the type of blog post the title and then the section input so the section input is each section of the outline and it's writing through that one at a time we're adding in some extra context here as well which is the brand voice and the and so forth so then it's going to write through each of those sections one at a time and produce our intro out each section of the blog post and it's going to iterate through through each section individually now what will happen is all of those sections will look the same it'll just be big paragraphs of text so what we're actually doing is we added in this increment function tool that counts each iteration that goes through this section and then we're saying in the router we're saying every third iteration so every third iteration which is we're passing this number which is the condition every third time this comes true we when it's equal to 3 6 and 9 then send it up into this module and then we're saying edit the following text I'm actually just going to remove the the top bit edit the following text to break up the flow add bullet points and subheadings where needed for variety use markdown format your output must be in that language and then the section text is added in here so that'll rewrite that text it will then set that variable as section text like we have over here here so we're setting that variable a section text and then we're getting that variable down here so it pulls every time a a section text is is set it pulls that variable down into here and then it Aggregates all of that together into the one one output or the one field and then feeds it back into a table so once we've got all of that we use that also in for writing our meta description for completing our facts our perplexity research so again this one is using directly it's not getting mapped in and then we use it to create our thumbnail prompt and then the we have d e integrated which uses the thumbnail prompt chooses the the thumbnail sides which is the wide variation quality HD the state Vivid or natural I'm just going to go change that to Natural because I was preferring that and then it gives the output of the image as a URL then it updates like you've already already seen all of that into this section here where you can now come in and reference all of those particular bits of the blog posts here you find the the Del URL and then once you're happy you can upload your thumbnail into here and if you like you can create other views Gallery views with thumbnails so you can see it all laid out then once all of that is done then uh like I said we have this human edited section here so you want to add all of the output into the human edited section and go through and edit it because this automation is so long and complex it's rarely ever going to get it 100% correct but like I always teach when it comes to AI you should be editing every single output anyway to make sure it feels like you to make sure you're producing the highest quality possible so you I have a human edited version here to remind you first and foremost but that is then used for other parts of the automation as well once you've uploaded to your blog you can add your blog link here and then if you want to create an email about the to promote the blog post then you can do that here and then it sends it off into this particular automation so again the rest of this is the same you've already seen how this operates you've seen how the social post templates work um you choose your social post here it's all fully integrated and it will now reference the blog posts so that you can create as many social media posts as you want from these particular blog blog posts so again like I said this is a much more advanced workflow it does require a bit of editing because it is so complex but like I've already referred to these AI U models right now are the worst they'll ever be I'm sure over time as they get better they'll understand what we're trying to do here and the outputs will continue to get better and better as well also on that some of the AI models react differently to our prompts so there might be times where you need to just edit the prompts a little bit depending on the model that you're using so some of them understand the way that we're writing our prompts others need you need to you know just change them up a little bit so that it does understand now we have the general content workflow and if you're somebody who wants to create a lot of AI content from scratch and from nothing then this is where you would spend most of your time so I do have a couple of variations here which is create a promo email and then create social posts however keep in mind you are able to use these automations in the way that you want so for example you could come into the promo email prompt templates and instead of creating a promo email you could create things like ebooks you could create things like checklists and guides case studies whatever you wanted to do all you need to do is just come into here add in your prompt of what you want to use inside the Automation and the automation will run that particular prompt so for example I've been using this to create a newsletter so far and we have also used it for for many other different things some of the other ways that we've used it is taking chapters of books and turning those into newsletter content we've taken transcripts from talks and we've turned those into different types of content as well the other scenarios that I can think of you may want to interview your customers for success stories and you could take the success story or the the interview transcript and then turn that into a case study that's referencing people's actual words that they're talking about plus writing some extra pieces on top so there's so many variations you could do and that's why we just called it General content because it can be absolutely anything it's really down to your imagination and the prompts that you write for this particular workflow so as always it works the same where we have an ID up front we've got our brand assets tab in the background we've got all of our important information for the brand assets like language voice guidelines uh excluded words writing grade level and so forth we've got here our title so you just give it a title for the piece of content that you're working on and then you can add your transcript or your con piece of content here in that is going to be referenced inside the make.com automations and it will reference that transcript that piece of content and then it will produce the output based on the actual prompt that you give it so here again as always we've linked This Record to our promo email prompt templates so we link it into here where we can now reference any of these particular prompts that we want and then we use our rollup feature as well in this particular workflow where we can catenate all the values and you can run as many of those prompts as you want through the automation we've got our AI status AI model as normal and then our trigger for here it does say the prom email but again it's like this is your general content workflow you can turn it into whatever you want so what does that look like works exactly the same as pretty much all the others which is we have a web hook to pull the information we get all the information from the air table record we set all of our V variables that we need for this particular workflow we update a table say that the AI is writing and now we begin to run through the iterator so as always iterator is set for the uh input brief that has all of our inputs that we want to run through then it will create our promo email or our general content it will then create a subject line for that particular email as well and then we will send that back into air table to set the new record so let's have a look where that goes we come back into our air table and if we go to all promo emails tab then this is where it will be sent so it will it will map in our brand assets it will tell us what category it's it'll provide us with the subject lines and it will provide us with the full AI output as well so remember we've already gone through all of this in the actual demonstration at the start of this video so if you've forgotten how it works you can skip back and have a look but that's how it works and again you can use this for ebooks you can use this for case studies you can use this for book chapters you can use this for transcripts of video of talking on stage whatever you have and whatever you can think of you can use this particular workflow for that finally as we continue along then and it works the same again so we've got now our all social post tab where we can open up and choose any of those 80 plus templates that are already in the system or any of your own templates that you create for social media posts as well so the big difference being that we just say in the prompt that we wanted it to fill in the template rather than to complete the email so it's just a slight different change in the wording for this particular workflow but it works exactly the same web hook pull the record from Ed table set all the variables update the record to say the AI is writing then run through all of your particular prompt templates through the iterator the iterator then sends those into air table and then air table at the very last time we say that it is complete so again those ones get dropped into the all socials post tab you'll have your output here in this second column and you'll be able to go through and edit them you can move them across get them ready to publish into your social media media channels from the all social post tab which I'm about to talk about next so that is the general content workflow again very simple workflow but very effective it is probably the one that if you are creating and using AI content then you'll be using this one the most okay so here we are in the all social post Tab and the all social post tab as you've seen accumulates all of the social posts no matter what workflow you are sending your social post from so if you're in the newsletter workflow and you create social posts they'll be here if you're in the blog post workflow you create social posts they'll be here as well so they come into here and of course we start with our ID as a formula so that's just to give it a name then we have our template that comes from the AI it's sent directly into this particular one here which is just long text and we do have a version that tries to clean up the text a little bit but honestly that was from the previous version we don't use that a lot right now but it's there anyway if you just want an easy access into the cleaned up version then we have our title here and our brand asset of course now in the previous version that's all we really had for this particular section but like you've seen in the demo we've now built this out into a complete management tool for all of your Social posts so as you come across then you have a an option or a column here to put in notes if you do need to add notes about a particular post so especially if you're working with team members then it might be a good idea to leave notes every now and then if you have something that you're working on with that post then we have a publish date and this is now getting into the parts that are very important so the publish date needs to be there because then determines when that post will get published or not so you'll put in your published date for when you want it to get scheduled however as you'll see the automation that I'll get to in a second it probably won't schedule exactly on that time but it'll be within 15 minutes of that time so I'll get to that in a second so in the status we have a number of statuses here that we can choose from Tod do edit design assets ready to be published and published once it's ready to be published it then comes across into this approved post tab or view air table View and the automation watches this view to then post when the publish date it comes comes around so I'm going to come back to that in just a second let's continue with this all social post tab first we've got our content pillar tab so you can customize that to have all of the content pillars for you and your business the post type so we've got Carousel real story text and video and all of our social channels so the social channels in here that say Auto are the ones that can get posted from directly inside air table it will go through make.com has a native integration into each of those channels and it will post for you any of the ones that say manual are the ones that you manually need to publish and post yourself so keep that in mind when setting it up there are ways around it but I'm not going to go into that in this particular video we then of course have our AI status for when we are triggering our create images and here's our create images so you've seen how this operates where it adds in the prompt that we use for the image here and it goes off and creates the image so what does that actually look like so here we are in your social post Automation and it works the same where it triggers the web hook pulls in the information from Air table sets the varibles and then completes the image prompt inside chat GPT so the image prompt references the social media post content it adds in some extra context of what's in important when creating an image prompt the big thing to mention is that it must not contain text at least right now the text is always misspelled so you want to make sure you're getting rid of words and text out of your image then update the record to add that prompt back into air table and say the AI is writing and then we created a few different versions here so we created these versions for two reasons number one we give each of these prompts context of what platform it's for so in may not make a big difference right now but if it does understand a little bit more of the context of the platform then the images may end up slightly different so firstly we do that but secondly we because we realize that having options and choices is actually really important for people rather than just relying on the one image so we thought okay let's split it by different platforms but the idea is it will feed all three images back into a table itself and then you can either choose to go with three different images for your post if you posting on multiple platforms or maybe there's one image that stands out that you want to put on each platform as well now the other thing that you can play around with if you like is the different sizes typically when we're posting on these social platforms we're just going to be posting a square size the Facebook image size actually doesn't get generated in uh Deli at the moment these they only have these three options here which is basically your wide your square and then your vertical Facebook is slightly different to that but if if you wanted to do more of your story size images you could play with that as well or if you wanted to do wider images you could play with that as well we then choose HD and vived and then the response is the URL so the rest of them are exactly the same but in here we're just saying Instagram post and then in here we're just saying LinkedIn post and then we're feeding those back into air table and then this final module down here just changes the AI status to say that it's AI complete and the images have been created so the reason why we put this down here is because these have filters and will only run if you have selected in your social Channel back here that you want to publish posts to those particular platforms that's when it will run and create those images if those aren't if they aren't selected then it won't run through those filters in the create images section and it won't provide an output so once they have been created they are then sent here into the Instagram image URL and like we went through earlier in the video this is where you can download the image check it out and then if you do want to save it to be used and published from inside air table then you would put it into your attachments section here now like I said at the start we are currently using the free air table which doesn't have a lot of storage for these types of attachments so if you wanted to continue using the free air table version but you're uploading a lot of images and videos then you may want to switch this next part out to not use the Instagram attachment inside air table but to reference maybe a Google Drive or a one drive or a Dropbox wherever you're storing your images so that it can pull it from there and not use all of the storage inside your air table so let's take a look now at what that actually looks like first I'll do an example and post something to Facebook and then I will talk about the formulas and stuff that we've created so let's use this post here a new one so we're talking about another benefit of raw natural diets I've just created this image here that we can use that I was happy with and now we're going to paste this directly to Facebook so we've got our Facebook trigger selected here Facebook image post and then I've just got it set to 11:04 a.m. which was 3 minutes ago so when I trigger the social post tab well first I need to just go ready to be published so now it's over here ready to be published and if I come into the Automation and I'll just go run once rather than waiting now hopefully we'll see the trigger it goes up it pulls that file from Air table because have selected the Facebook image it's posting the Facebook image post and then here the output should be the post ID so it now has disappeared from the approved post tab but if we come back into our all post uh section we'll see that it's being published now and if we come across we'll see where that was sent this post ID back into air table so with the formulas in order to get access directly to the post from our platform then we just need to add the relevant details so for example this one we're concatenating the Facebook URL from the brand assets which is what we set back here first thing that we did when we came into the dashboard we've we're we're concatenating that with post and a Ford slash so we need to add this into the actual URL in order to then have the Facebook post ID concatenated or joined onto the end now if all things work correctly this should take us directly to that particular post and there we go it does it takes us directly into that post so all of these Facebook or the all of the formulas for each of the URLs work slightly differently the big difference being Instagram for some reason the way the Instagram post ID gets sent back into uh a table it doesn't match up with the actual ID on Instagram so we don't have that one working just yet we need to do more on that and we will you know pass on details as that comes through but the others are set up ready to go so for LinkedIn for example we actually have a bit more of a sophisticated formula here where we have to substitute the LinkedIn post ID with some extra stuff here based on that's what we need inside the LinkedIn URL so you actually see that um it should work exactly as it's supposed to once it post to LinkedIn if you have any issues let me know but it should be fine and good to go same with Twitter is we actually need to add in which I just added into the community a second ago is we actually need to add in here status slash so now that one will work as well so you just want to keep an eye out when you are creating these formulas to make sure it matches the actual post on Facebook or on Instagram or on LinkedIn or Twitter or whatever it is so that's how it works now let's have a look at the Automation and go into that in more detail so what we're saying here is instead of a web hook capturing all of the information we actually need to search the air table record in that approved post view that I talked about so remember when we approved it say it was ready for publishing it came into this view so we're saying to make.com search this view every 15 minutes I have it set to so the timer is set here for at regular intervals I've got it set for 15 minutes you can set it to however you wish just keep in mind the the more frequently you set it the more operations you're going to use from your make.com plan so you want to make sure you're not going to be using too many you could have this set to 15 minutes you could have it set to an hour you could have it set to two hours it's really up to you just keep in mind that the larger the intervals you have inside make.com then it means that your publish time that you set inside air table is just not going to be as accurate so keep that in mind 15 minutes seems to work well for us so what this is saying is check the air table base every 15 minutes then we have a filter directly after that which says the time is now so the condition for this is the publish date so when that publish date is earlier or equal than now and now is set basically by this if you go into the calendar setting inside um the make filter here and then come down to the variables and it says now so then it's going to match up the time inside a table and once it's either now or earlier it will post onto your social media channel then we have all of the different modules here so we've got Facebook text posts Facebook image post Facebook video Instagram post in Instagram real LinkedIn image LinkedIn text and then X posts so if it's just a text post you can go directly add your message in here make sure you choose the right page you just need to sign into your Facebook page once you actually do set this up for the first time if it's an image or a video you need to add a HTTP module first and it's called get a file then you add in the URL for the the asset that you're trying to pull so whether that's an image or if it's a video so for me I've got this set to the Facebook attachment in this instance so the Facebook attachment is this image here that we just added now keep in mind I mentioned before you might want to use a Google Drive so you would actually change this variable to be the Google Drive Link and then it'll download it from Google Drive and have it ready to then post with your Facebook caption in this next module here which is Facebook image post so so when you connect this after the HTTP module it'll automatically map in the HTTP get a file option here and then you just add your message down below to be the Facebook caption so that works the same for the Facebook video as well as the LinkedIn image post down further as well then once it's posted so it'll it'll collect all that information that it needs it'll create the post and then it will send this post ID back into air table so that's how we get this back into here and then the formula says grab this post ID grab the Facebook URL from the brand assets add this post slash in the middle and then this now creates the post ID for you so that you can co go and reference this post after it has been published make sure it's all good if you need to check it later you have the link directly in in your dashboard as well so like I said at the beginning what we've tried to do here in this dashboard is just focus on all the the little details that save you a few seconds here and there but as you can see if you accumulate all of the little savings across this dashboard in total you're saving so much time when it comes to creating content you're so much more productive and you producing way more for the amount of time that you're actually spending doing all of this work so you don't have to change between dashboards and autop types of things that are making content creation so complex at the moment so that's basically the social post tab all of the others work in the same way if you if you are like us and so we don't post to LinkedIn or X for this brand then you just need to unlink each of those routes and just save them keep them there for later and the the automation will save no problems and you'll just have access to the ones that you want to have access to now like I said not all of the posts that you want to do are automated some of them you do need to manually publish right now like Tik talk and a few others but you can easily do that or there are other ways where you can tap into you know places like Buffa or metrical but I'm not going to go into that in this particular video we might leave that for a more advanced training inside the members area so that's your social posts in a nutshell let's continue on if youve watched this far then congratulations you now have everything you need to build the ultimate AI content automation system now of course if
