Star Citizen Ship Showcase - The Prowler Deserves More Love

[Music] what's going on YouTube Welcome Back more Star Citizen da thought of alien week and we are looking at one of my favorite alien ships of all time even though it's the mo one of the most absurdly priced ones it is the Asperia browler this thing in my opinion is the best drop sh for a few reasons yeah I can't drop a vehicle in but the troops are protected by energy Shields or uh like Ray Shields or whatever prevents vacuum and you got covered of drop troops off and they can fire from those little wingland that's why it's my favorite drop ship I think it's the best drop ship in the game but I know it's that's that's not what people think but H this thing especially when stealth gets reworked because yeah did say that they are reworking stealth this thing might be a little sneaky might be a little sneaky so and don't mind Sarah from launching Torpedoes for some freaking reason I don't know but uh but yeah so we're going to take this thing out we're going to do some hrts with this thing it may might go back up cuz this thing comes stock with two size fives and two size 3es the size five guns are awesome oh by the way shout out to Deacon for letting me borrow his Prowler for this video when alien week is actually live cuz I'm recording these before alien week I'm getting one along with a glaive but uh yeah shout out to Deacon for letting me borrow your uh Superior Prowler we're going to take this thing out do some hrts maybe do some vrts with it and have some fun Deacon does have this setup with ony Skies all the way around on Sky uh the size five on skies and size three ony skies and just's no missiles on this thing and I think he upgraded the components to grade a military on this damn thing so this thing should should Faire well so let's take it on on some bounties and have some fun with her all right so I grabbed me a group HRT to take this thing out on the only downside of this thing is it doesn't have missiles but it's a drop chip it's not meant to have missiles but SI five guns are enough all right looking at left 7c lightning oh Vanguard 315p oh boy all right all right so that the f7c was uh the white one on the ground oh my God deleted that 315p oh my God I love this thing well bye look at this look at that the the shadow oh man stagger come on get some back strafe going maybe a little bit of up strafe Vanguard H blade interesting my Precision lines there seems like the Precision lines are a little Bugg also the HUD on this thing is a little bit bugged you only see two of the guns Oh Come oh and splash oh this thing is so much fun yellow yellow a yellow oh I love this thing this thing I share just as much love for this thing as I do for the banner Defender if not more because this thing it's it just it feels right it like I don't I I understand the hate of this ship it's grossly overpriced but like honestly aside from the Vanguard like the hoplight this is the only drop ship that can really hold its own in a fight Solo solo we'll say that but this thing like you can honestly honestly stick around and fight in this thing if you really need to like you can in a hot PL but this thing has uh less Health than the current health of the steel but more Health than the valkyrie and the hoplight so win win my opinion two size five guns win you know and you got four gun for the pilot so size 3es and size fives win plus it's sexy win this ship is just a straight up win in every single spot like I swear to God I love this damn thing what we looking at Harbinger freelancer all right since they're in the rock it looks like we are probably going to have to blow by him here a little bit contact oh there's a lot of contacts here oh crap butless steel it does fly slow and sem M though yeah they're all in the Rock come on fly out of the damn Rock come on there you are attack on Shield can't believe the cutless steel has 108,000 Health right now it's actually absolutely absurd come on come on cutless Attack on Shield there we go destroyed Vanguard harbinger oh oh what was the [ __ ] hell was that oh it's the turret shooting this rockets at me that's what it was it's a dir love oh crap come on freelancer dur hey if any of you guys fly a freelancer dir let me know because like I have never seen a player fly one oh my God Target destroy Splash and then off to damer that's nice about this thing I don't need to worry about reloading my missiles but I do think when I get mine I might gimble or put uh put downsize the guns to size fours do some Revenant with some mantises on this thing and do a full bistic build so much fun so much fun no noce I haven't really cut much in this video because I have so much to say about this thing that I'm not I'm I'm just not cutting it I just I don't feel like cutting this video I really don't I'll do a walk around before I wrap up this video too such a cool ship though it is such a cool ship I absolutely love this thing travel complete all right like yeah the thrusters look a little bit and it's got a weird silhouette don't get me wrong but like this thing uh if you ever if you have ever seen that Final Fantasy movie I think it's just called Final Fantasy looks like they are kind of ships in that in that movie you know or what I used to call this thing Batman's minivan love it love it love it love it Gladius Valiant hurricane oh glaive glaive glaive primary attack ATT on Shield wait really was that really necessary hurricanes tearing my Shields but blaves what satisfies are dangerous Target destroyed blade that's the second time all right all right we're hurting a little bit I got to get some distance got to get some distance charge charge charge charge charge wave off some shots even though it's not working ah all right that'll work contact contact hurricane I'm taking you last I I do kind of wish I had missiles right now though cuz I'd smoke this freaking Gladius attack on Shield contact I flash all right there we go there was another hostile down there I know that hurricane is there and he's going to be closing in on me where that other hostile go all right we're just going to move in on the hurricane attack Shield come on Hurricane come on and Target dest Splash on the hurricane that is a group a HRT we're looking at about 15 minutes I think we're looking good there let's stop off at scd1 all right we're here at scd1 I'll give you a tour of the the that's a small tour of the SP crawler kind of like I did for the sulin um but I just want to point out don't be that guy or that guy I had to push that Connie off the pad don't be that guy it is my biggest pet peep don't leave your [ __ ] on the pads it drives me absolutely nuts and it drives a lot of people nuts too like it drives a lot of people in the game n not just me so we'll get out of this that's where that that cs1 came from was pushing that freaking Connie off the pad [ __ ] ridiculous all right so there's not a whole lot to say or to see about this ship so where's my freaking door button there it is open oh was a server dying oh it's cuz Deacon left the server so I can no longer show up I can no longer like get in and out it's considered private property now considering this ship is stolen so here's all we'll do so first things first cockpit we'll turn it off because this turn it off okay I guess I can't turn it off now oh this is lovely power off there we go I love that the talent and the prowler all do that it's fantastic opens up awesome just absolutely awesome we'll open the doors up this thing has two entrances and lots and lots of exits lachete landinge so the top deck obviously is just cockpit ladder and some component housing nothing too crazy to look at co-pilot SE co-pilot uh controls the size three tur up top that's what has a size three guns on there you got some you got a you got five jump seats up here no four four jump seats here one jump seat here here's a ladder to get out you have four weapons racks here then you have four jump seats on this side and four jump seats on this side and then you got two more jump seats here and two more jump seats here that is a total of four 8 12 16 16 jump seats if I mask the right but you can walk out of any one of these doors here there is a you see this little like red kind of lines right here that is the uh Ray Shield that will block against fire not only does it have the the the ship Shields but it's also got um the ray shield to block against uh Small Arms fire it also prevents the ship from depressurizing and when you jump out you have physical cover right there where you can uh fire from you also have weapons racks on each door so anybody can get out grab their gun open the door drop shoot you know freaking sick and then you have the back ramp here where you also have cover running out and then there's also a ray shield here as well so this thing is a fantastic ship honestly in my opinion it's got the most attention to detail when it comes to drop ships because of the ratio shielding because of all the weapons racks and stuff like that don't get me wrong the valkyrie does too but uh this thing it's just when you think of sci-fi space drop ship this is what I picture it it's it's perfect I I can honestly see the Covenant flying this damn thing it's it's I I Rave about this thing I absolutely love it but that is the experior prowler
