That video probably has him cutting up BB pelets, 120km/hr baseballs, raw eggs, various fruit/vegetables. I remember they had him cut a metal pole once, was pretty crazy.
Edit: watched my link - it has the BB cut about half-way, much closer camera and easier to see.

What impresses me about this guy is not so much the speed but the amazing amount of control he has - I've only used a real sword to cut something once before and its is much harder than you think, and this guy can cut to within milimeters of his target. Not only that there are some videos of him cutting through things sitting on a table, and he is able to cut completely through without going through to the table beneath.
In the actual episode, the guy wasn't happy with just nicking the pellet. He asks to have another go at slicing it in half and achieves it.
Amazing guy! He hit a moving katana at full speed with a gun!
I think the interesting thing about this is even if it's completely staged, with multiple takes, a completely trusted shooter who's coordinated- the guy's still hitting a fucking pellet with a katana.
And that to me is just unbelievable. I can't imagine having that kind of speed.
At 1:01 you can see him asking the hot Indian chick out.
He should play professional baseball.
