STAIRCASE TREADMILL The ultimate exercise machine

have you ever started an exercise rayji managed to get bored and fed up you need to be more permanent yes you need the stairs to be a treadmill so even go into the toilet is exercise [Music] so here we've got the Colin Furze decades treadmill [Music] bill Tomas and home exercise [Music] now the whole thing just sits on top of your normal stairs it's basically a wooden frame with a custom treadmill belt all powered by a wheelchair motor to car batteries and of course we got a speed controller so you could control how fast it goes now chicken mode is essentially off but it's still not as easy to just walking up the stairs because the belt does still move as I will demonstrate coming down good foot set it to love and old I think it's a little bit harder [Music] then of course bit chubby you need to work out even harder you're going to move faster there is no way if this thing was spared in your house that you would not get fitter last bill eight run Boxey run you'd be lucky if you ever see upstairs ever again but this thing exercises you whatever you want to exercise it or not if you want to go to bed if you stick all the fatty foods at the top of the stairs you're gonna have to work to get to it now I think this is the ultimate exercise machine but don't take my word for it I'm not an expert with this chap is Oh what have you done to stairs treadmill return is dead and your family huh is it easy or hard but directly running fine easy wasn't no I mean you technically should be better at running than me let's go then go boy [Music] have I made the ultimate exercise machine it looks so much easier when you look at the bar but when you get up to the top brutal my you beat me maybe you need a bit of an incentive come on Colin Furze tired out the body this is the hardest piece of kit I've ever pushed myself on I'm absolutely knackered now I know you thinking this is not the most practical thing to have in your house but getting downstairs is now a lot easier and faster the child quite likes it too and also it's just good fun to slide down on he do they and if you don't like Fitness it could feed you [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Applause] [Music]
