hi my name is Tracy and that's my wife Ashley and our son Henry and we're modern homesteaders we live on three acres just off my grandparents farm some people might think this lifestyle is crazy but we wouldn't change it for a minute our landscape is constantly changing [Music] let's take a step back and let me show you how we got here this is one year on a farm this week guys were at the Missouri River Valley steamers and associations back to the farm reunion also known as the steam mansion show so let's go have some fun let's go today it is steam engine show time and what's the steam engine show you might be asking well it's an antique classic and tractor and steam show it's almost like a family reunion we look so forward to it every year as you see in the background we've got our tractors ready it's time to start taking things to steam engine show so let's do this [Music] the first step we got to get this thing unloaded [Music] [Music] [Music] gotta head back to get the next load the house you see behind me is the old house that's been here on the show grounds forever it was the original house before the show grounds even was the show ground this is where they are displaying all the lawn and garden tractors and our tractors still qualifies for that so we're going to park it up here with the other ones we're back at the house to load up our last tractor and then we have the farm wagon and we have got everything loaded and ready to go for the steam engine show [Music] [Music] [Music] so my neighbor Dennis has about 100 tractors he's always had about 100 tractors as long as I can remember he buys and sells and like crazy he just restored this thing this is a it's an old case orchard tractor I'm sure it's going to tell a little bit about it actually he doesn't have anything on that it does tell us but it is really old and really awesome a lot of these tractors right here think this case here all the way down the line here are all Dennis's and this is a small engine shed so let's go in and check out what's in there [Music] [Music] there's a lot of buildings here on the ground especially some new buildings behind me you see the Oliver building behind that there is allis-chalmers building and those buildings were added within the last year and there's also a John Deere building a case building I hear that Minneapolis Moline is going to build a building here next year as well [Music] one new thing that was added in the last few years is this blacksmith building [Music] right now with what's going on is behind me here is the parade of power they do this every day and basically all of anybody who wants to show their tractor off this kind of goes through the line and the announcer over here miles he'll tell all about the tractor it's pretty cool and I'm actually about to jump on this David Bradley at every store we're going to go through the parade as well bounded by daylight there's five pounds off the vampires but it just dies five pounds of popping inside last night if I could deliver everything to me or right whale has opossums baby water onesearch will shine their five pound possible is life whoa NASA clean no chick senses are open any chance I can live closer and I land him in my hands of time has come to go from dude right if I well some is nice all right Oh mother it's not here [Music] you waiting on the drain you're gonna ride that thing you don't like the Train do ya [Music] [Applause] [Music] Oh [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] it is the Beresford therefore on edition and we got any MOLLE differently double deckers and that's the holy joke here magical supernatural back to back [Music] neither side anywhere often got er done let's get up [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music]
